Chapter 5: Bear Mountain:

Jason's POV:

We were back on our journey. "Atalanta is amazing," says Meleager.

"Sounds like you like her," says Argus.

"I suppose," says Meleager, "but... she has sworn to follow the ways of Artemis... meaning..."

"She wishes to stay single," says Argus, "yeah, we all know about Artemis' fan club."

"I can help you with a song," says Orpheus.

"I don't think-" Meleager begins.

Orpheus sings his song.

. . .

We then stopped at Bear Mountain.

"This place better not have men who murdered their women," says Atalanta.

"I believe you just described my cousin," says Orpheus, "no really, he has problems."

"Welcome, I am Cyzicus, and these are the Doliones!"

"I've heard of these people," says Orpheus, "they're all descended from Poseidon!"

"So, how would you to join our party," asks Cyzicus.

. . .

We then partied with the Doliones.

"The Golden Fleece," says Cyzicus, "I thought it was a myth!"

"If I bring it back, I could become King," I said.

"Oh, Jason, there's something I must te-" But he got distracted by Atalanta arm wrestling. "I forgot."

. . .

We were then on our way, but a storm got in the way. "I got the helm," I said. I then started steering.

Cyzicus' POV:

I was watching and I saw a ship coming. I couldn't recognize it... but I bet it was a Pelasgian army! They continue to attack us. "Defend yourselves," I said.

Jason's POV:

We got on the shore and then strangers attacked us. We fought back and then we killed them all. The storm cleared and I saw I killed Cyzicus!

"Why did they attack us," asks Atalanta.

"Did you recognize them in that storm," asks Argus.

"No... I didn't," says Orpheus.

"None of us did," says Meleager.

"They thought we were someone else," says Argus, "and we killed them!"

"What do we do," asks Castor.

. . .

Out of shame, we cut off our own hair. I then decided Cyzicus should have a proper burial. The kingdom now goes to his sons. We then left.
