Chapter 12: Theseus:

Theseus' POV:

Phaedra and I were about to leave Crete when a woman appeared. "Who are you," I asked.

"You can call me Circe and I don't appreciate how you ruined everything," says Circe.

"You," I said, "this was all your fault!"

"And now I'm going to get rid of you," says Circe. She then fires blasts of mystic energy at us, but we ducked.

"Get out of here," I said.

"No, I'm not leaving y-" Phaedra almost gets blasted. "Good luck!" She then runs.

I then took on Circe. She was powerful and I was losing. "You better give up," says Circe.

"That's now how I work," I said. I was about to attack, but Circe threw me away. Just as she was about to kill me, a fountain started to shake, and the water formed a shape.

"Poseidon," says Circe.

"What," I asked.

Poseidon then grabbed Circe and left.

"Why would the God of the Seas protect you," asks Phaedra.

"I just want to go home," I said.

We then returned home.

. . .

After some time, Phaedra and I were then married, and we had a son, Acamas and Phaedra is attempting to make sure he is not like me.

Ariadne's POV:

He left me stranded on this island... but then again, maybe I deserve it. I tried to kill his friend just so I could have him all to myself. I don't deserve love!

"Hey, you look like you could use some company," says this drunk man.

"I suppose any would do," I said, "I'm Ariadne."

"Nice to... meet... you... I'm Dionysus!"
