9pm, a new villain Victoria Vance uses her motorcycle to go through the highway. A truck approaches the highway, blocking Victoria's path.
"An ambush, cute." said Victoria.
Victoria goes past the truck with her motorcycle with full speed. The bridge blows up. The truck driver is none other than Anna Vance.
"It must be my sister Anna." said Victoria.
"Victoria, it's been a long time." said Anna.
"Let's fight!" said Victoria.
Anna and Victoria break the helmet before engaging in a fight with each other. Victoria won the match. The SWAT team shows up, pointing the guns at her.
"Freeze!" cried the SWAT man.
"Look at this, you got me cornered." said Victoria.
Victoria flees to the next road with her grappling hook.
"All units, pursuit." ordered the SWAT man.
"There's no need for that." said Anna. "Now, we will wait until Victoria Vance shows up again to make their move."
Later that night at the headquarters, Humdinger sits at the table with the digital globe.
"What's next?" asked Humdinger.
"Relax, Humdinger, it wasn't a complete loss." said Victoria.
On the other side of the headquarters, Kay, who is Humdinger's younger brother, and Anna are presented with pictures of Fur Foot and his siblings as well as Earth Star and Mistle Toad. They live inside Toad Hollow. They then present pictures of Blue Breeze, who is Earth Star's friend, and her home.
"Who are the Toad Patrol?" asked Kay.
"The Toad Patrol currently consisted of eight toadlet siblings, Earth Star and Mistle Toad." replied Anna. "Fur Foot is the leader of the Toad Patrol. Following the defeat of Zeta, he became Oyster's boyfriend."
"I see…" said Kay. "Fur Foot just received a call and he wants to take his siblings to Japan with Earth Star and Mistle Toad to stop your sister, Anna."
"I'll be flying to Shinjuku tonight." said Anna. "And this purple-haired toad is named Blue Breeze, who is our new candidate."
"Very well then, Shinjuku it'll be." said Kay.
In the morning, Toad Hollow is brand new again, this time with new artifacts. Fur Foot and his siblings receive a call from the workers. They are told to go to Japan with his siblings, Earth Star and Mistle Toad and stop Victoria.
"Mistle Toad got a call from the real world. He wants us to go to Japan and save the city." said Fur Foot.
"Really?" asked Beauty Stem.
"Well, the city is in trouble even after Zeta has been defeated." said Fur Foot. "My siblings will aid along with Earth Star and Mistle Toad on this adventure."
They return to the real world. At the scrapyard part of the real world, two workers receive a call from a man only to be locked out by Victoria, the assassin who defeated Anna earlier that night. Victoria uses the bulldozer to destroy used trucks. The worker uses the phone to call for help. Meanwhile, the Toad Patrol, led by Fur Foot receive a call from the worker, saying that the junkyard is burning down. They then go to the real world to use water to put out the fire. Blue Breeze, an honorary member uses the car filled with water to put out the fire from the trailer.
"Blue Breeze, welcome to the team!" cried Earth Star excitedly.
"Why thank you." said Blue Breeze.
Puff Ball uses his hammer to open the door to the trailer. Two workers are able to escape the trailer after breaking the door. They are shocked that the team is a group of toads.
"We won't hurt you." said Fur Foot.
"Who are you people?" asked the worker.
"I'm Fur Foot and these are my siblings Beauty Stem, Elf Cup, Shaggy Mane, Puff Ball, my lovely Oyster, Slippery Jack and Panther Cap." greeted Fur Foot.
"I'm Earth Star, and this is Mistle Toad." said Earth Star. "And this purple-hair toadlet is Blue Breeze."
"Who's Oyster, to you?" asked the worker.
"She is Slippery Jack's twin and my lovely sister." said Fur Foot. "And of course she's also my girlfriend."
"I'm Ian and this is my co-worker Yuki." said Ian.
"Nice to meet you." said Yuki.
The night after saving Ian and Yuki, Victoria sets up her meteor magnet to make the big rock approach Earth. At the movie studio, the new base of operations for the entire Toad Patrol crew, Fur Foot's siblings use the big magnifying scope that Oyster made.
"Are you saying that Oyster is both your sister and your girlfriend?" asked Earth Star.
"She became my girlfriend shortly after we defeated Zeta." said Fur Foot. "You see, Sis and I operated the ice ball to stop the trucks and it's faster than a car."
"Interesting…" said Earth Star. "After defeating Ms. Miku few years ago, Mistle Toad became the Outsider's husband."
Mistle Toad hears the doorbell.
"Guys, we got company." said Earth Star.
"I want you to meet the Junior Patrollers." said Mistle Toad. "Xbox, Ang and Uma."
"When they grow up, they will become part of the Toad Patrol." said Earth Star.
"You're Fur Foot." said Xbox, who is the green hat-clad toadlet.
"Guess I am." said Fur Foot.
"You must be Puff Ball." said Ang, who is the red hat-clad toadlet.
"Thank you." said Puff Ball.
"Wow, Oyster, I'm almost taller than you." said Uma, who is the blue hat-chad toadlet.
"Well, Slippery Jack is younger than me." said Oyster.
"But not for long." said Uma.
Xbox, Ang and Uma play with the big magnifying scope. Earth Star stops them because it is fragile.
"Take it easy, little ones, this scope is expensive." said Earth Star.
"Oops. Sorry." said Xbox.
"Take a look at the scope carefully." said Mistle Toad.
"I don't know about the Junior Patrollers, but there might be ways of taking care of them." said Oyster.
"Come on, sis, don't write them off because they're small." said Slippery Jack.
Meanwhile at the hideout, Victoria Vance films herself.
"Hello, world. Hello, internet!" cried Victoria. "I'm a scientist. I've been tracking down the meteor known as Xbox. The magnet will deliver us a big blow."
Victoria uses the magnet to pull the rock from the planet. The alarm goes off as the rock reaches the atmosphere. This causes the system to stop working. Back at the movie studio, Fur Foot, his siblings, Earth Star and Mistle Toad are told to evacuate the facility as the rock approaches the building.
"Everyone, get out of the building!" cried Mistle Toad.
"Take shelter, the meteor is heading to the building!" cried Fur Foot.
The civilians who witnessed the rock are told to flee the scene and take shelter inside the buildings.
"Take cover!" cried Mistle Toad.
"All clear!" cried Fur Foot as the streets are empty.
As the building is destroyed, Mistle Toad picks up Oyster and Slippery Jack before the meteor violently lands on the ground, destroying the road. The movie studio is destroyed as a result. No one in the Toad Patrol is injured.
"Fur Foot… Guys?!" cried Mistle Toad.
"I'm okay!" said Fur Foot.
"Blue Breeze, where are you?" asked Earth Star.
Blue Breeze is able to get up from the ground.
"I'm okay. I'm with Beauty Stem." said Blue Breeze.
"We need to get the rock to the new base of operations." said Mistle Toad.
The scene transitions into the news segment. The news reporter speaks to the audience.
"At 10pm, a meteor caused massive destruction. I was almost squashed." said the news reporter. "Victoria Vance is arrested shortly after the destruction".
Inside the prison, Victoria is locked up in the cell where Zeta is staying.
"Hello, roomie." said Zeta.
At the new studio, the bulldozer places the meteor on the deck. The scanner analyzes the rock.
"It's looks like it stopped glowing." said Oyster.
"The glowing freaks me out." said Slippery Jack.
"This will analyze the rock overnight." said Mistle Toad. "Before we go to bed, meet Jay Yen, a new movie director."
"Hi, I was working on old projects." said Jay. "Nice to meet you. I'm Jay Yen."
"I'm Fur Foot and this is my siblings." said Fur Foot.
"Nice to meet you, Mr. Jay." said Beauty Stem.
"And this is Earth Star." said Elf Cup.
At the room, Fur Foot's siblings set up new beds. It fits eight beds for an entire room.
"All right, time for bed." said Jay. "If you need me, I'll be with Earth Star and Mistle Toad in the different bedroom."
"Yes, Mr. Jay." said Panther Cap. "And I'm scared of new places."
"Well, you're probably tired from this meteor fiasco, Panther Cap." said Jay.
"Good night." said Earth Star.
Earth Star closes the door halfway, which causes the meteor to light up, waking the toadlets up later. 1:30 in the morning, Oyster wakes up from the light of the meteor.
"Fur Foot, stop playing with the light… Fur Foot!" said Oyster.
Fur Foot did not respond since he was still sleeping. Oyster investigates slowly and sees the rock glowing, despite the fact it is still analyzing.
"Weird…" said Oyster.
As she touches the rock, it breaks and causes a short power outage. The backup lights come on.
"I didn't do it!" cried Oyster.
She sees ten colorful pendants inside the rock. The pendant attaches to Oyster and gains the power to see far away places and improves the ice ball driving skills. She then breaks the fourth wall, causing her siblings, Earth Star and Mistle Toad to wake up from the noise.
"What's going on?" asked Earth Star.
"What happened?" asked Mistle Toad.
"I think I got superpowers." said Oyster.
"No way…" said Beauty Stem.
"This is the weirdest dream I had…" said Panther Cap.
"Panther Cap, you're not dreaming." said Shaggy Mane.
Later, the rest of the pendants are being attached to Fur Foot, his siblings, Earth Star and Mistle Toad.
"Cool!" said Elf Cup. "Sis, you're the one with improved sight."
"My twin brother has the ability to acquire more information with his new pendant." said Oyster.
"Panther Cap, your acorn…" said Shaggy Mane.
Panther Cap takes out his hat and pulls out his acorn. The acorn spins around the deck due to the pendant that Panther Cap is wearing. Puff Ball gains the ability to lift weight after attaching the green pendant. Earth Star and Mistle Toad attach the pendant which causes their abilities to play loud music and use flashlight to manifest.
"Oyster can see faraway places, Slippery Jack can acquire more intel, and Panther Cap's acorn spins faster to improve finding the way to Victoria. These pendants represent the abilities." said Beauty Stem. "My pendant ability is to increase the light for the fireflies."
"And my ability to lure cute animals with my flute." said Elf Cup.
"My new ability is to extend my rope to use as a grappling hook." said Shaggy Mane.
"Jay, are you seeing this?" asked Mistle Toad.
"I saw that Slippery Jack's twin sister touched the rock and gave her and her siblings powers." said Jay.
In the morning, the Toad Patrol goes on the first mission with new powers. Before the mission begins, Blue Breeze asks Mistle Toad.
"Sir, since I don't have a pendant, what should I do?" asked Blue Breeze.
"You should keep an eye on the Junior Patrollers while we are on the first super mission." replied Mistle Toad.
Blue Breeze is told to stay in the studio and keep an eye on the Junior Patrollers, since she does not have a pendant.
"I'm not built for babysitting!" said Blue Breeze.
The new mission consists of saving civilians throughout the city and acquiring intel. The scene transitions again to the news reporter.
"When you use the word superpowers, we usually think of Hollywood and Bollywood movies." said the news reporter. "Now, superpowers are totally real!"
The mission continues. The next one involves cleaning up trash and preventing a man from getting run over by a fire truck with magnetic powers.
"We have new Pre-Sequel T-shirts, Apple watches, iPhone cases and more!" said the news reporter. "And sorry folks."
At the prison cell, Victoria throws a cup of coffee at the screen, disabling it.
"That was my meteor." said Victoria. "Those should be my superpowers."
"I can't stand the Toad Patrol either." said Zeta. "That's why we are villains. Here's the deal. We have been thinking about jailbreak. If you steal one of their pendants, then you will become a scientist. Deal?"
"It's a deal." said Victoria.
Zeta and Victoria look at the toilet to see what's inside of it. Inside the ship, Blue Breeze is told to babysit Xbox, Ang and Uma. The three small toadlets watch TV. From there, the news reporter discusses the events of Japan, the next area for filming. He also discusses the powers for the entire Toad Patrol crew.
"Fur Foot can improve 'ice-picking' with his hook, Beauty Stem can increase firefly light, Elf Cup can lure animals with her flute, Shaggy Mane can use his rope as a grappling hook, Puff Ball can lift weight, Oyster can see faraway things with her scope, Slippery Jack can acquire more intel, Panther Cap's acorn improves with his pendant, Earth Star can distract someone with music and Mistle Toad can blind enemies with his light." said the news reporter. "The Pre-Sequel crew will stop at nothing to defeat Victoria."
She turns off the TV as the news segment continues.
"Hey, we were watching that!" cried Xbox.
"That's the point, we can't stand here do nothing." said Blue Breeze. "Are you serious about joining the Toad Patrol one day?"
"Yes!" cried three of Junior Patrollers.
"I'll tell you everything you know about becoming a member of the Toad Patrol." said Blue Breeze.
Outside the studio, the training begins. The first training session consists of push-ups. The second one consists of running on a treadmill. The third one consists of putting out the fire.
"I thought you wanted to be in the Toad Patrol!" cried Blue Breeze.
Later that night, the Toad Patrol except Fur Foot, who is getting corn dogs for Elf Cup, hang out. As time passes, Mistle Toad orders Oyster and Slippery Jack to go to Anna's apartment and acquire intel on how to stop Victoria Vance.
"Oyster, Slippery Jack, I just got a call from Anna." said Mistle Toad. "She wants both of you to get the intel on how to stop Victoria Vance."
"Why would Anna want us to get to the apartment?" asked Slippery Jack. "Sis can do the investigation part with Fur Foot."
"Fur Foot is getting corn dogs for Elf Cup." said Mistle Toad. "The reason why I will send both of you to the apartment is because Anna saw the news."
Oyster and Slippery Jack arrive at the apartment complex undetected.
"Listen, sis, we just find some intel and get out of there." said Slippery Jack.
"If we stay there longer, then we will be in a major trouble." said Oyster.
They open the door to the apartment.
"Anybody home?" said Oyster.
Oyster and Slippery Jack find the room empty, which gives them enough time to find intel including a picture of Victoria and her sister Anna.
"She did visit the school with Zeta." said Oyster. "78M… What's that about?"
Oyster looks at the picture of Zeta. Slippery Jack looks at the toilet paper and a fridge after hearing footsteps.
"It's just a fridge." said Slippery Jack. "Don't scare me like that."
He finds Anna taking a shower. As they look at the shower, Blue Breeze shows up, causing the mission to abort.
"Oyster, Slippery Jack…" said Blue Breeze.
"Blue Breeze, why're you here?" asked Oyster. "Weren't you at the studio babysitting the Junior Patrollers?"
"I got some good news." said Blue Breeze.
Before Anna can hear Oyster, Slippery Jack and Blue Breeze, they flee the scene. They are able to acquire some intel. Oyster gives the intel to Mistle Toad. The intel consists of pictures of Victoria Vance, her sister and a pendant as well as a briefcase containing the money with 40,290 yen inside.
"Is that all the intel?" asked Mistle Toad.
"Yes…" said Slippery Jack. "I was finding intel until Blue Breeze ruined the mission."
"I'm back with corn dogs." said Fur Foot. "Mistle Toad, what happened?"
"I sent Oyster and Slippery Jack to the apartment and find some intel, and here's what they found." said Mistle Toad.
Fur Foot gives the corn dog to Elf Cup. Mistle Toad looks at the bag containing intel.
"And Blue Breeze sneaked up on them and ruined their mission." said Mistle Toad.
"Oops, I should have stayed at the studio with the Junior Patrollers." said Blue Breeze.
Before they go back to the studio, Fur Foot and Oyster go to the convenience store to get supplies for the night, including ice balls. Inside the sewers, Zeta and Victoria exit and reach the alleys. In the morning, they arrive at the alley.
"Freedom…" said Zeta.
"Is that Zeta?" asked the clerk.
"I didn't vote for you." said the other man.
"It is me, Zeta." said Zeta.
"Stop it, we are fugitives on the run." said Victoria. "We need to keep it a low profile until we get the pendant from the Toad Patrol."
At the airport, Zeta and Victoria change clothes and get inside the plane. The plane takes off.
"Auto pilot activated." said the computer.
Victoria activates auto pilot.
"Now we fly around until the Toad Patrol comes to rescue us." said Victoria.
"And why is that?" asked Zeta.
"Because of this." replied Victoria.
Victoria opens the door while the plane is running and throws the wheelchair at the engines, blowing it up.
"What are you doing?" asked Zeta.
"Now we're in trouble!" said Victoria. "They will come to rescue us!"
"Is that the plan?" asked Zeta.
"Now eat some cashews while I call for help!" said Victoria.
At the studio, the training with the Junior Patrollers continues with a treadmill run.
"You see that, Mistle Toad? These toadlets are legit!" said Blue Breeze.
"I'm happy for you, but the Junior Patrollers should take a break." said Mistle Toad.
"Do you want a break?" asked Blue Breeze.
"We don't need a break!" cried the trio.
The training is interrupted when Mistle Toad receives a call from Victoria.
"Mayday, mayday. This is flight XXL2024. We need immediate assistance." said Victoria.
They see a plane with a blown up engine.
"Fur Foot, Oyster, use the ice ball to get to the plane." said Jay. "Mistle Toad, Earth Star, we need to get to the city."
"I want both of you to rescue passengers inside the plane." said Mistle Toad. "Are you up for it?"
"I'm up for it, Mistle Toad. Sis and I are made for this." said Fur Foot.
"Your siblings will come with me just in case Fur Foot and Oyster discover it is a trap." said Earth Star. "Good luck, you two."
Fur Foot and Oyster use the ice ball to get to the plane thanks to its teleportation abilities.
"The Toad Patrol is here, cut the engines and we'll carry the plane safely." said Oyster.
"And here you are." said Zeta.
"Zeta?" said Fur Foot, shocked that Zeta had escaped.
"It worked exactly like she said it would." said Zeta.
"Who said it would?" asked Oyster.
"Me!" replied Victoria.
Victoria grabs both Fur Foot and Oyster's pendants.
"My pendant!" cried Fur Foot. "Give it back!"
"It's like taking candy from a baby." said Victoria.
Oyster and Fur Foot jump to get the pendants. She throws Oyster to the seat, stunning her.
"Sis!" cried Fur Foot.
Fur Foot gains the upper hand by attempting to grab his pendant from Victoria. She breaks free and throws him on the seat.
"Catch you later, douchebags! Bye-bye!" said Victoria.
"No!" cried Fur Foot.
She then jumps off the plane with her parachute and her middle finger raised.
"Thank you for flying Air Zeta." said Zeta before jumping off the plane.
The plane goes down. They reach the plane's controls, which increases altitude for the plane.
"Mistle Toad, come in. This is Fur Foot." said Fur Foot.
"How's it going out up there, you two?" asked Mistle Toad.
"It was a trap! They stole our pendants, we got no powers and the plane is going down." said Oyster.
"Where are you right now?" asked Mistle Toad.
"I can't get a visual, hang on!" said Fur Foot.
"Can you get the plane to the airport?" asked Mistle Toad.
"Negative, it's too far. I need to find a place to land this thing now!" cried Oyster.
At the long road, Mistle Toad orders Earth Star and Fur Foot's siblings to shut down the intersection to make room for a plane.
"I need you and Fur Foot to set the course to Main Street." said Mistle Toad.
"Did you say Main Street?" asked Fur Foot.
"Affirmative." said Mistle Toad.
"That's the busiest street in Osaka." said Fur Foot.
"And the longest." said Mistle Toad.
Fur Foot's siblings and Earth Star are told to clear the streets to get the plane to the safe place.
"This intersection is closed." said Panther Cap.
The plane reaches the intersection and touches Panther Cap's nose. The audience cheers for the plane. Back at the studio, Fur Foot and his siblings return to the studio with bad news. Blue Breeze and the Junior Patrollers greet them.
"How was the mission?" asked Blue Breeze.
"Not good." said Beauty Stem.
"What do you mean, not good?" asked Blue Breeze.
"It was trap, Blue Breeze." replied Slippery Jack. "Sis and Fur Foot's pendants were stolen."
"And the ice ball as well?" asked Blue Breeze.
"No. Puff Ball was able to help Panther Cap land the plane for Fur Foot and Sis." said Slippery Jack.
At the bridge of the studio, Fur Foot comforts his sister.
"Hey, sis. You doing okay?" asked Fur Foot.
"I can't believe we lost our pendants." said Oyster. "The pendant was needed for my scope. I would do anything to get it back and your pendant as well. When your mother gave birth to me and Slippery Jack, I was the runt of the litter. Do you know what that means?"
"It means that you and Slippery Jack were cute when they were born." said Fur Foot.
"No, Fur Foot." said Oyster. "I was the smallest of your sisters and the oldest of the twins."
"Sis…" said Fur Foot.
"I shouldn't be in the Toad Patrol." said Oyster. "Mistle Toad didn't want a new candidate."
"I had no idea, sis." said Fur Foot.
"When I had superpowers…" said Oyster incompletely.
"Sis, maybe you should stop thinking about the pendants and superpowers." said Fur Foot.
Fur Foot kisses Oyster passionately and caressing her to help her take her mind off the pendant problem until Slippery Jack shows up, interrupting their adorable love-making.
"Is this the first time you make love with your sister?" asked Slippery Jack.
"Yes…" said Fur Foot, sighing.
At the room, Blue Breeze speaks to Earth Star.
"Earth Star, can I talk to you for a moment?" said Blue Breeze. "Since it was a trap, we must discontinue the Junior Patroller program."
"Why is that?" asked Earth Star.
"Fur Foot and Oyster are without the pendants." replied Blue Breeze.
"When will things get back to normal?" asked Earth Star.
"I don't know." replied Blue Breeze.
He is told to discontinue the Junior Patroller program due to Fur Foot and Oyster's pendants being stolen from the previous mission. At night, Mistle Toad sees Oyster and Fur Foot, who cannot stop thinking about the pendants.
"Mistle Toad, I'm sorry we lost our pendants." said Oyster.
"Fur Foot, Oyster, I shouldn't have sent both of you alone." said Mistle Toad. "It wasn't your fault."
"I just can't stop thinking about it after our excessively adorable love-making." said Oyster.
"Sis, I'm gonna need you and Slippery Jack to stay behind on this mission." said Fur Foot.
"But…" said Oyster.
"I'm the leader of the Toad Patrol." said Fur Foot.
"Enough! Try to get some rest." said Mistle Toad. "We will take over from here. Good night."
Meanwhile, Zeta and Victoria enter the house with Fur Foot's and Oyster's pendants. She attaches Fur Foot's pendant and acquires powers. Later that night, Oyster wakes up after hearing the beeping.
"Pendant detected." said the computer.
"My pendant…" said Oyster.
Oyster takes out her siblings' pendants and takes them to the hideout where Victoria is hiding.
"Looks like I'll take all the pendants." said Oyster.
Oyster arrives at the hideout. She then reaches both pendants. As she reaches both pendants, Victoria wakes up, engaging in a chase. The chase ends after Victoria kidnaps Oyster with an orb-like barrier.
"You are underestimating the Passion!" cried Victoria.
She then locks up Oyster in the cage and steals the rest of the pendants, making her the professional scientist.
"Thanks for the pendants though." said Victoria.
Oyster is then forced to watch Victoria pull out the rocks from the planet.
"Stop!" cried Oyster. "What you're doing is dangerous! People could get hurt!"
"And why should I care about them?" said Victoria. "You're a toadlet."
"I'm sorry that happened to you." said Oyster. "I risked everything to get my pendant back."
Despite her speech, Victoria walks away.
"It's sure hell's gonna happen." said Victoria.
Zeta shows up.
"Is that Oyster?" asked Zeta.
"You…" said Oyster.
Victoria then gives one of the pendants to Zeta. She then turns into a human.
"No…." said Oyster.
"I'll pay the visit to the Toad Patrol." said Zeta. "I'm off!"
In the morning, Fur Foot warns the others.
"Guys, guys!" said Fur Foot. "The pendants are missing!"
Mistle Toad looks at the map.
"Oyster must have gone after the pendants." said Mistle Toad. "If we want to get Oyster back, we must first stop Zeta."
"How are we supposed to stop Zeta without the pendants?" asked Panther Cap.
"We will have to do this the old-fashioned way." said Mistle Toad.
The alarm goes off, forcing Fur Foot, his siblings, Earth Star and Mistle Toad to find Oyster without the pendants.
"Blue Breeze, come with me!" said Mistle Toad.
"Why me?" asked Blue Breeze.
"Because we need your help." replied Mistle Toad.
Blue Breeze agrees to join Mistle Toad, Earth Star and Fur Foot's siblings on the rescue mission. As they reach the intersection, Zeta appears as a human and bigger than ever, intercepting them.
"Is that Zeta?" asked Panther Cap.
"Well, well, well, isn't that the Toad Patrol?" said Zeta.
"You…" said Puff Ball.
"She's not human when I saw her at the plane." said Fur Foot.
"She looks bigger than ever." said Beauty Stem. "Split the heck up!"
Beauty Stem and her siblings are told to split up by Mistle Toad, Earth Star and Blue Breeze in order to defeat the human Zeta. Along the way, Debbie exits the salon and sees her mother in her human form. Earth Star grabs Debbie from the scene and flee only for her to land on the trash bin as Zeta jumps on the ground. As they reach the dead end, Zeta intercepts them but not before the Junior Patrollers show up, distracting her with a crane.
"The Junior Patrollers are on the roll!" cried Xbox.
"It's the Junior Patrollers!" said Blue Breeze.
Xbox and Uma make Zeta sneeze, giving the Toad Patrol enough time to get Fur Foot's pendant. Shaggy Mane is able to take out Fur Foot's pendant from Zeta's collar, causing her to shrink and revert to her eagle form.
"Zeta, you are going back to jail." said Fur Foot.
"Fur Foot, here's your pendant." said Shaggy Mane. "Let's get Sis and defeat Victoria Vance."
"What about Sis's pendant?" asked Fur Foot.
"We must stop Victoria Vance first.' said Shaggy Mane.
"Blue Breeze, we must get Sis and stop Victoria Vance before the city is in ruins." said Puff Ball.
Zeta is defeated by the Toad Patrol, but the mission is not over. The Toad Patrol arrives at the hideout.
"That must be where Sis is kidnapped." said Panther Cap. "We must do something."
"Panther Cap, we figure out how to get to Victoria and rescue Sis…" said Beauty Stem. "Undetected."
"All of you, we wait at the entrance. You and the Junior Patrollers distract Victoria with your disguise." said Mistle Toad.
"Sure…" said Blue Breeze. "Fur Foot is the leader, do something."
"I say we wait at the entrance. I can't enter the hideout when Victoria is around." said Fur Foot.
At the hideout, Victoria continues to drag the rocks from outside of Earth. She is interrupted when she hears a doorbell.
"Can't you read?! The sign says 'keep out'!" said Victoria.
It was Blue Breeze and the Junior Patrollers.
"We're here for Girls Scout cookies." said Xbox.
"All right, I'm listening." said Victoria.
Not so far away, Mistle Toad orders Slippery Jack to infiltrate Victoria's hideout.
"Victoria's distracted at the door. Slippery Jack, I want you to infiltrate the hideout and rescue Oyster undetected." said Mistle Toad.
"Understood, Mistle Toad." said Slippery Jack. "I'll do my best to rescue my twin sister."
Slippery Jack goes inside the hideout carefully. From there, he is able to rescue Oyster with Fur Foot's pendant, breaking the cage. This alerted Victoria, which causes Oyster to engage in a battle between the Toad Patrol and the nemesis.
"Only one of you has powers!" cried Victoria. "You're no match for me!"
"Let's do it. Earth Star, you're up!" cried Jay. "And action!"
Jay films the final battle scene with Fur Foot and his siblings using his pendant to use various means to defeat Victoria. Fur Foot performs a 90 degree evasion. Puff Ball uses his hammer as a boomerang to attack Victoria. They take turns evading Victoria's electric projectile. Before throwing Fur Foot's pendant to Oyster, Victoria zaps Fur Foot.
"No you don't!" cried Victoria.
"Fur Foot… Nooo!" cried Blue Breeze.
Blue Breeze saves Fur Foot with his pendant, giving her abilities to stretch her body, saving him from a fall to his death.
"All right, playtime's over! Give me back my pendant!" cried Victoria.
Afterwards, Slippery Jack is given Fur Foot's pendant to trap Victoria with water.
"These pendants belong to us, dude." said Slippery Jack.
He then grabs the rest of the pendants. Mistle Toad and Earth Star are able to give the rest of the pendants to Fur Foot's siblings. Puff Ball then orders Fur Foot and Oyster to use the ice ball in order to destroy the device.
"Let's shut down the device once and for all." said Fur Foot. "Puff Ball, help me up."
Puff Ball uses Blue Breeze's new ability to help Fur Foot and Oyster stop the device. They then sacrifice one of his ice balls to blow up the device, destroying the hideout. Victoria Vance is finally defeated.
"Victoria, you're under arrest!" cried Mistle Toad.
"Cut!" cried Jay. "That's a wrap!"
"You're in serious trouble, Victoria." said Earth Star.
"You have to catch me first!" cried Victoria.
Despite the fact that she was defeated, Victoria flees the destroyed hideout.
"Not on my watch!" cried Blue Breeze.
Blue Breeze stops her with her stretchy body, tying Victoria up.
"The meteorites are coming to us, whether you like it or not!" cried Victoria.
The meterorites approach Earth.
"She's telling the truth." said Mistle Toad. "There's a bunch of meteorites heading towards Earth."
"What have you done?" said Oyster.
"What can I say? I guess I am the mad scientist." said Victoria.
"She admits it." said Blue Breeze.
"Fur Foot, take your sister and stop the meteorites from approaching the planet." said Mistle Toad.
"How?" asked Fur Foot.
"Take five of your pendants. Oyster will take the other five." said Earth Star. "You and your sister will operate the ice ball."
"Let's move, guys." said Mistle Toad. "Good luck, both of you."
"Sis, this is the last ice ball." said Fur Foot. "Don't screw this up!"
"Yes. We are made for the final battle." said Oyster.
"I'll take your siblings to safety." said Mistle Toad. "Go save the world."
Fur Foot and Oyster use and upgrade the last ice ball that will shoot out rocks with the new projectile ejector. As the final battle progresses, the ice ball is damaged by one of the rocks, forcing Fur Foot and Oyster to destroy the rest of them without it. The rocks are clear, but not before the big meteor appears from the sky.
"This is silly." said Fur Foot. "I thought we took care of the meteors."
"Oyster, Fur Foot, you must leave!" said Mistle Toad. "It's too dangerous to stop the big meteor by yourselves."
Fur Foot and Oyster have no choice but to sacrifice themselves in order to save his siblings, Earth Star, Mistle Toad and Jay by punching the rock, despite his orders. The rock blows up after punching it, causing Fur Foot and Oyster to lose consciousness and land inside the body of water.
"Sis, Fur Foot!" cried Beauty Stem. "Noooo!"
"You did good, Fur Foot…" said Shaggy Mane.
"Panther Cap, I'm so sorry about Sis." said Slippery Jack.
Beauty Stem and her siblings mourn the loss of Fur Foot and Oyster. They are inside the sea unconscious. As the pendant turns on by itself, Fur Foot and Oyster regain consciousness. They fly out of the water and land on the sands. His siblings are relieved that they are alive despite the fact that they sacrificed themselves to stop the big meteor.
"Sis, Fur Foot, you're alive!" cried Beauty Stem.
"Sis…" said Panther Cap. "That was amazing!"
"Give it up for the Pre-Sequel team of frogs and toads known as the Toad Patrol!" cried the news reporter.
The Toad Patrol celebrate the victory, thanks to Blue Breeze and the Junior Patrollers. The next day, the Toad Patrol are invited to go to the amusement park in Japan.
"We should get the world to get the VIP membership." said Beauty Stem.
"Good idea." said Elf Cup.
"Sis, I think we should sign up for the VIP to get to Studio X." said Beauty Stem.
Oyster agrees. The Toad Patrol sign up for the VIP membership to get inside Studio X. Anna, Victoria Vance's sister watch the news. Victoria is sentenced to 14 years in prison. Thanks to the bravery of the Toad Patrol, Jay uploaded the final battle online. No one spoke a word following the final battle. They then go to Disneyland Tokyo, the next stop for victories.
