What do you imagine most of the time?

...

But let's start with one question... What is imagination? where does it come from? hm?

You know what your taking too long, so I'll tell you what I think it is.

imagination is kind of like that friend who's always dragging you into trouble, it's the one who says, 'Hey, wouldn't it be cool if we built a rocket out of cardboard and duct tape?' And before you know it, you're halfway across to the moon, hoping that the neighbors don't call the cops on you.

Imagination is something that doesn't care about rules or limitations. It's the wild card, the X-factor, the thing that takes a regular Tuesday afternoon and turns it into the greatest adventure you never saw coming.

Well, take me for example. My name is Zack, Zack Meadows, an average kid, a slightly above-average daydreamer.

My life is pretty much standard stuff, like school, hanging out with friends, losing myself in comic books and video games. I always have my head in the clouds, sketching out crazy ideas, monsters, heroes, and worlds far cooler than my suburban neighborhood. But that's all just fun, right? Just something to pass the time between math tests, boring history, and chores.

Little did I know… imagination had bigger plans for me.

And when imagination sets its sights on you, hold on tight, because… oh hohoho, you're about to go on a ride you'll never forget.

Why do I say this? Let's just say that I was being handed the keys to the universe and told, 'Go nuts, kid!'

Only, in my case, it wasn't a set of keys… it was a crayon. Yeah, you heard that right. A crayon. But this was not just any ordinary crayon.

No… this was something even better. This, is Harold's purple crayon, something that came straight out of an old fairy tale I used to love as a kid.

What? Don't believe it?

I know, I know, it sounds ridiculous. Believe me, I thought so too.

But here's the thing about imagination… it doesn't care if it's ridiculous. Do you know why? Because It thrives on the ridiculous. It's the reason we have Wizards, superheroes, giant robots, and talking animals.

Imagination is the force that makes us say and ask, 'What if?' and then our brain goes into overdrive and we follow that question down the rabbit hole, no matter where it leads.

And for me? It led to something I never saw coming.

One minute, I'm just Zack Meadows, doodling in my sketchbook, helping my mom's bakery shop, and trying to survive high school. And the next thing I know, I'm standing in the middle of the streets, surrounded by actual, real-life heroes and villains… I always wonder how those guys keep up those spandex suits.

It was like stepping into your favorite comic book… only this time, the stakes were real and so high up, that I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing.

I was just a guy who had a normal teenage life, and with a crayon in hand capable of drawing basically anything.

Like good ol' Doctor Octopus once said… "the power of the sun, in the palm of my hand."

Oh, I just got the chills.

But hey, that's the thing about adventures. You don't get to pick when they start. You just have to roll with it, crayon in hand, and hope you don't mess up too badly along the way.

I hope.

So anyway, yeah… Imagination. And again, It's a wild ride, and if you're lucky, or unlucky, depending on how you look at it, it might just take you on the adventure of a lifetime.

As for me? Well, let's just say, things are about to get interesting.
