Before the start of Raw, we have an announcement from WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville. "Good evening WWE universe, this is Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville."

"Yesterday 24/7 and AEW World Heavyweight champion Ali Abdul went back to South Korea to spend some time with his family." Sonya explains, "But he did say he will be back at the Day 1 paper view to defend his titles and asked us to find his challengers."

"So until then, we will have a series of five triple threat matches. 1 WWE star, 1 AEW star, and 1 character from media. And the winners of each match will go on to face Ali Abdul in a winner take all 6 pack-challenge at Day 1." Adam finished.

In the ring was AJ Styles, who was pacing the ring because earlier he and Omos got into a really big fight before the show started. So, he was out here alone.

Mike: The following contest is a triple threat qualifying match for the winner take all match at Day 1. Currently in the ring... The Phenomenal... AJ STYLES!

Just then the music changed and out comes a familiar face that used to be in WWE.

We can make them feel the rush.

Mike: And his opponents... LIO RUSH!

The crowd cheered for Lio as he made his return, he smiled as he slapped hands with the crowd before sliding into the ring.

Just then outcomes a little clown car, those expecting a silly clown stopped cheering when they saw a clown with a ragged brown suit, grey hair on both sides of his head, scars on his face, and a big red nose.

Mike: Next... Stitches.

Stitches sighed, "Groovy." he deadpanned.

Once he was in the ring, AJ attacked him.

Ding, ding, ding.

Ref Jon Cone called for the bell as AJ and Lio clubbed Stitches, but the clown pushed them away before pulling out a rubber chicken. Which he used to beat them with, Stitches then tossed Lio to the outside before hooked the chicken on AJ's face before dropping him with a neckbreaker.

Stitches hooked the leg for the first pin of the match.

AJ kicks out.

Stitches then tries for a crossface with the rubber chicken, AJ managed to fight out of it and strike Stitches with elbows. AJ then got up and was hit with a springboard crossbody from Lio, the AEW star then hit Stitches with a sliding elbow before ducking a clothesline from AJ and hit a springboard stunner.

Lio then came at Stitches with a running corner uppercut before slamming the clown into the middle turnbuckle, he then stepped out of the corner and hit a dropkick to the back of Stitches head. Lio then countered AJ with a back body drop, but Styles landed on the apron and elbowed Lio away.

AJ then went for a Phenomenal Forearm, but Lio caught him with a dropkick. Lio then ducked a shot from Stitches before he superkicked Stitches and he stumbles to the west ropes, the clown was then clotheslined over the top rope by Lio who then ran off the ropes and hit a tope con hillo to Stitches.

Lio then got up on the northwest turnbuckle, AJ then leaped up and tried for a superplex but Lio fought out of it and headbutted AJ down to the mat. Lio then leaped off and nailed the Final Hour frog splash, bouncing off AJ before hooking him up for the cover.

Lio got up, "YEAH!" he yelled as he got up on the corner.

Mike: Here's your winner... LIO RUSH!
