R-Truth was seen in a medical room, his leg in a cast suspended in the air. He was still recovering from his botched tope against Grayson Waller, "Well, at least you're safe now." he looked to his 24/7 title, before a doctor came in.

"Mr. Truth, I have some bad news." the doctor said, "Your leg is in worse shape than we imagined, we'll have to operate on it."

"NOOOOO!" Truth yelled before he was snuck up from behind in a sleeper by NXT's Grayson Waller. Truth panicked and tapped as the doctor revealed himself as a referee and awarded the 24/7 title to the weasel of NXT Grayson Waller.

"HAHAHAHHAHA" Grayson cackled to Truth before he makes off with the title.

"MY BABY!" R-Truth pushed himself off the bed and dragged his body after Waller.

Grayson Waller exited the hospital looking at the camera, "Your new '24/7 champion' is none other than future NXT champion, Grayson Waller! 'Oh Grayson, now what are you gonna do now that you have gold?'" he mocked in a faux voice, "Oh I'll tell you what I'm gonna do." Grayson said before he came up to a dump truck where a trash man was picking up garbage, Grayson with wicked glee tossed the 24/7 title into the back of the dump truck before the truck compacted its contents.

He then skips away without a care.
