ALLIES
As Ladybug and Chat Noir were running towards the two monsters causing destruction on the edge of frozen lake. But as they came closer, they stopped abruptly at the sight of someone in red and blue suit with spider logo in the center, skillfully beating up the triangle head giant robot and ice cream monster by swing in something they aren't sure and dodging the hits by using his smooth agility and flexibility.
'You never told me about him, m'lady, did you?', Chatasked as his eyes was fixed at now a dismantled robot and ice cream monster now in ashes as the spider themed hero sat in classic Spider-Man pose on top of street light.
'I don't know him, kitty. The only miraculous are the ones that I gave Rena rouge, carapace and Queen Bee .I think Master Fu gave a spider miraculous. But if that's the case why didn't he tell me? Or why didn't I hear about it at least? Let's talk to him.'
SCENE CHANGE
As Spider-Man swung, he saw two giant monsters, one of robot and other of ice cream causing havoc. 'The situation is much worse than I thought it was.' Spidey thought as he swung towards party of destruction.
'Hey guys, there is a party going on and I wasn't invited. That's so sad!' Spidey quipped as the robot shot laser from its single eye. Spidey, of course, dodged the laser but noticed it hit a building not very far from them.
'Need to stop before there are any more casualties.' Spider-Man muttered to himself as swung and gave a good punch. Within a second, his spider-sense triggered and trusting on his gut, he jumped and right on the nick of time as he saw a pair of laser completely turned the former ice cream monster in ashes. As he jumped, swung behind the robot and shooting webs from both his hands and catapulted toward the head of the robot and gave very hard kick, dismantling the robot and fell down, lifeless.
He at once swung and sat on the street light in the classic Spider-Man pose.
'Wow! That was something.' He muttered to himself and chuckled as he saw two people in Ladybug theme and cat theme costume running towards him.
'Who are you? Did master Fu send you?!' Ladybug demanded as they got near.
Spider-Man realized that they are the heroes he heard about and knew he had to tell the truth but the crisis right now is too big to be ignored. He thought of a response suitable for now an said, 'look! You must be Ladybug and Chat Noir. I am Spider-Man. I will explain everything as soon as this crisis is averted. But for now, just consider as one of your allies to help you in this situation. Look, I don't know about the villain. I am new here. And before you ask anything about trusting me, yes, you shouldn't. But right now debating on that isn't the priority. Just know that I am on your side in saving the civilians. I promise to tell you everything as soon as things are back in control. Deal?'
Both Ladybug and Chat Noir heard the response, unsure what to do. They excused themselves as they went few feet away from him and discussed in very low voice.
'I say we give it a shot.' Chatquickly whispered as Ladybug looked skeptical. 'but how do we trust him? What if it's a trap?' lady big asked. 'If it's a trap, we will deal with it. see, m'lady, Hawk Moth is at large, openly asking for battle. We both know Hawk Moth is as smart as much as he is strong. All our friends are busy fighting other villains and I am not sure whether we can defeat him. Plus we are running out of time. Let's make truce with him then will ask him everything necessary.' 'But what if he backstabs is?' Ladybug asked as her memory of Volpina came. 'Then we will deal with it, like always. But right now, Paris needs us.' 'You are right chat. Let's give him a quick brief everything necessary for now.'
Both the heroes came back and Ladybug said, 'look Spider-Man, is it? you are right. The city needs us and the more allies, the better. The main boss here is Hawk Moth. Right there in the Eiffel tower. We don't know his powers much when it comes to close range combat. But you will be with at least one of us and don't try to do anything behind us. Truce for now and after this you tell us everything. All right?'
'Got it. Stay with you at all times and help out. Come on', Spidey said as he shot his web and swung towards Eiffel tower, followed by Ladybug and Chat Noir.
As they reached, Spider-Man stood behind the Eiffel tower as Ladybug and Chat Noir confronted Hawk Moth. He didn't want reveal himself unless absolute necessary. 'why are they red though?', Spidey whispered to himself, chuckling at the stupid question as he stuck behind the metal bar of the tower and the heroes tried to convince Hawk Moth to give up miraculous.
Spidey at once took in at how destructive Paris has become.
Ladybug and Chat Noir activated their powers as Ladybug demanded the give up his miraculous.
As Ladybug got nearer to convince Hawk Moth to become better, Spidey's Spidey-sense at once triggered.
As soon as Ladybug said it, another, it seems a real Hawk Moth were about to shoot something. Before he shot something, Spidey swung and kicked him far. Within a second, he saw a flying man about to shoot an arrow. Without wasting a second, Spidey shot his web at the flying human, blinding him instantly and losing the target. Ladybug seeing through the reflection, gasped as she turned around as Chat threw his baton at a pin on the human's chest, breaking something as a red butterfly came out. Due to which the person at once regained his skin color and was falling before he was saved by Ladybug.
'NO! You just ruined my flawless plan you little bug.' Hawk Moth shouted as he grabbed the costume and held it high. 'It's just part of my skills. Haven't you seen my resume?' Spidey quipped as he double kicked him away. Spidey swung and landed beside Ladybug as she said, 'you are such a coward Hawk Moth.' And Chat continued, 'there is no hiding this time.' And at once the fight began.
As the fight continued, Hawk Moth punched Ladybug and Chat Noir but the heroes distanced themselves to dodge as Spidey jumped and webbed his eyes. As Spidey was about to punch, Hawk Moth, used his cane to twist Spidey's arm and toss him away.
Removing the webbing he said, 'you must be Spider-Man. Heard you are quite a fighter from your old enemy.' Chat and Ladybug attacked once again and soon Ladybug snatched the cane and threw it high towards Spidey as he swung and gave a flying kick, breaking it to two, quipped, 'Wait! You met Otto. It's sweet someone praising when that person tries to kill you. Want to tell how you met each other?' At once a red butterfly came out of the stick and Hawk Moth's red suit changed to purple-blue suit.
The fight continued and Spidey found out he is a pretty good fighter scolded himself for underestimating him as he was kicked away, followed by Ladybug and Chat Noir.
As they tried to get up, Hawk Moth sneered, 'you are never going to win. Not today or another day. You are still so green young superheroes. You can't even stay transformed after using your powers. And as for Spider-Man, I thought you will be much bigger threat after hearing from the broken Dr. Otto Octavius. It's a pity you put my expectations to shame.' And as Hawk Moth was about to attack again, he was hit by a turtle shaped shield on his chest. Looking up, they saw Queen Bee, carapace and Rena rouge stood on a metal bar above them.
At once Spider-Man got up and swung to throw massive chunks of web around the Eiffel tower so that Hawk Moth doesn't escape. As he swung, he said, 'just because you throw me around, doesn't mean you win hawky! One thing every bad guy hates in my resume is that I get back up better than before. And honestly, you haven't seen all my powers yet.' He soon came back to other heroes.
'dude, who are you?' carapace asked the other 3 heroes looked at him. 'ugh! Can't believe you got someone a spider miraculous lady and never told me. Plus where was he when the fight started?' Queen Bee said as Rena rouge continued, 'can't believe i agree to Queen Bee here but yeah, when did Ladybug give you a miraculous?'
'look guys. I am just a good guy with powers trying to defeat Hawk Moth. I don't have what you call miraculous and will tell everything about me as soon as we defeat him. I already promised Ladybug that I will tell her. Right?' Spider-Man said as he looked at Ladybug, who nodded and said, panting, 'yeah. Let's first defeat Hawk Moth.' But before they could say anything, behind Hawk Moth was a giant moth of purple color.
The moth flapped its wings such that all of them were flying away and the webbing around the tower tore. As Ladybug and Spider-Man flew away out of Eiffel tower, before going any further, Spider-Man and Ladybug shot their webs and yoyo respectively towards the moth and slingshot towards it, both giving a massive punch to the moth. But as their fists reached it, instead of something hard, hey just phased through it as the giant moth turned to black smoke. And this way they also realized that Hawk Moth escaped.
Ladybug looked at the broken stick and at once saw a white feather coming from. 'White feather! The second miraculous that master Fu lost.' Ladybug said as Chat continued, 'was peacock miraculous.' And at once they heard from Queen Bee, 'Ladybug! Hawk Moth!' running towards the place Hawk Moth stood before the monster appeared Chat said, 'he must have escaped when the monster appeared.' 'Hawk Moth is no more working alone. Someone who now has the peacock miraculous.' Ladybug said as she took on half of the broken stick from Queen Bee. 'This will help us track him.'
But before they could do anything, the stick instantly turned into smoke. 'There goes our last chance of finding him' both Spider-Man and Rena rouge said and Spider-Man at once said, 'JINX! You owe me a soda.' Rena rouge and Chat Noir looked amused and Queen Bee face palmed. Soon the beeping was heard and Ladybug said, 'we got to split guys but first..' and Ladybug threw an object she got from activating her powers and soon everything was just as it was before, that is the everything fixed sand saved. 'Wish this was possible in my universe.' Spider-Man muttered and said to Ladybug, 'how about we talk here at sundown? I have questions and you have questions. If anyone wants they can also come.'
'Of course Spider-Man. You have been a great help. Thank you for helping us against Hawk Moth. Chat and I will meet you here at sundown.' Ladybug said as she smiled and Spidey chuckled as his hand went behind his head and said, 'no biggie. See you at sundown here. nice to meet you guys. Spidey out.' And Spider-Man did a back flip as he jumped from the Eiffel tower and swung into the horizon. Soon everyone gave their miraculous to Ladybug and Chat Noir.
Nino asked, 'you didn't take the spider miraculous from Spider-Man?' 'He said he doesn't use any miraculous. So I am not sure. I will ask the guardian of miraculous for further clarification.'
As Marinette went to master Fu and gave him all the miraculous, she said, 'master, do you know anything about a spider miraculous or Spider-Man?' 'I don't think so Marinette. Was he helping Hawk Moth today?' master Fu asked and Marinette replied, 'no master. Someone with peacock miraculous was helping Hawk Moth but Spider-Man helped us against him. He said he doesn't have any miraculous. He also said he isn't sure what is it but he agreed to talk sundown.'
'well if he helped you, I think you should give him a chance. I am sure the explanation mustn't be based on miraculous. Don't let your past with volpina cloud your judgment in trusting others.'
'I hope you are right master. See you.' And soon Marinette went to her house, thinking how the interaction will go with Spider-Man at sundown.
