Chapter 4: Goten Arrives!

"Goten? You're best friend?" Usagi asked.

"Yeah, I figured it would be a good idea for you meet my friends since I met yours." Trunks told the group.

They finished their food, and headed back to the Shrine. "So Trunks, what is your friend like?" Rei asked him.

"He's super nice, funny, and a fighter like me." Trunks explained.

As the arrived at the Shrine, they saw a young man with spiky black hair and an orange Gi on. He looked over and waved, "Heya Trunks!"

"Goten!" The two met up and smiled, "ChiChi and Goku fighting over what this time?"

"Dad wants to go off with Beerus again and Mom doesn't want him to, ya know the usual." Goten said. He noticed the group that was slightly behind Trunks. "So, which one of those lovely ladies is your fiancee?"

"Right, introductions." Trunks said, "Everyone, this is Goten, my best friend. Goten this is Rei, Ami, Makoto, Minako, Mamoru, and Usagi, my fiance." He said pointing to each person.

Goten bowed, "Nice to meet all of you." They all started to head up to the Shrine. Goten kept sneaking glances at Rei, while he was talking with Trunks.

"So how long have you to known each other?" Usagi asked.

"Since we were babies. Our parents have been friends forever. He's basically like my brother." Trunks told her.

"Yeah, we have done everything together and I know he has my back." Goten added.

Usagi smiled, "I'm glad you have such a great friend."

At the top of the stairs, Goten stopped Trunks, "Will all of you excuse us for a moment? I need at talk to Trunks privately." Goten asked smiling.

Nodding the Senshi and Mamoru headed out of sight. Goten turned to Trunks, "Have you told her yet?"

Trunks looking confused asked, "Told her what?"

"About being a Saiyan? I mean she deserves to know it's not exactly something that would be super easy to hide from your mate."

Sighing, Trunks looked at Goten "It's not that easy Goten. I am going to tell her but I'm not sure how. I can't exactly go up to her and say 'Usagi, I'm half Sayian and that's a alien race of fighters' she'll look at me like I'm crazy."

Goten nodded, "Good point, but you do need to tell her, and probably soon."

"I will tell her, I just want to not have it come as a shock and scare her." Trunks admitted.

"Understandable, anyway she's really pretty." Goten commented.

Trunks' cheeks got slightly pink, "She is, Usagi is also kind, sweet, can eat like us, and a really good person."

Goten smiled and put a hand on Trunks' shoulder, "Come on, we shouldn't keep 'em waiting."

The two walked into the room which got quiet when they entered, "Did we interrupt something?" Trunks asked.

Usagi waved her arms in front of her "No, no, we were just talking about…uh…"

"You and Goten." Makoto finished, "How we think you both seem like really good people."

Usagi smiled at Makoto relieved that she helped her lie. Trunks could tell they were lying but didn't want to push it. He sat down next to Usagi, and Goten ata next to Rei. "Did you talk about what you needed to?" Minako asked.

"We did, Mina. Thank you." Trunks told her. The group made some small talk when they heard, *Beep* *Beep* *Beep*

Trunks looked at his watch, "Excuse me, Goten with me." The two got up and walked out the door. Usagi and the other moved to the door to listen in.

"Yeah Dad?" Trunks said as he answered the call.

"Frieza's back." Vegeta's voice rang out. The Senshi looked at each other confused 'Frieza?' They all thought.

"Vegeta does this mean we get to fight him this time?" Goten asked. "Dad probably went with Beerus."

"No, you two aren't ready." Vegeta told them.

"We can handle him, Dad. Please let us join you! We hardly ever get to fight these people. We faced Majin Buu, we can handle Frieza." Trunks protested. "If you never let us fight, we can never learn."

Vegeta was quiet for a moment, "Fine, you two can join us." The boys cheered, "However," Vegeta continued, " You must do what I say no questions."

"Deal." They said. Trunks hung up and turned to Goten, "I'll tell Usagi a family emergency came up and then we can leave to fight."

Trunks turned to walk back quickly, the Senshi and Mamoru got back to where they were sitting. "Usagi, that was my Dad, I have to go." Trunk told her.

"Is everything okay?" She asked nervously.

"Something came up, family emergency. I'll call you later tonight okay? Bye Angel." Trunks said as he left.

Usagi's face turned red at the 'Angel' comment, "Trunks is hiding something." Rei said.

"Why do you say that Rei?" Minako asked.

"Well for one, we know he lied and said he had a family emergency but I don't think that's the case." She stated, "Second, he left very quickly and why would he have to fight someone?"

They were quiet for a few moments, "I mean I'm hiding something from him too. I'm Sailor Moon and Princess Serenity remember?" Usagi told everyone.

Luna and Artemis came in, "So did you all meet Usagi's fiance?" Artemis asked.

"Yeah, we did he seems nice but I think he's hiding something." Rei told them.

Artemis cocked his head to the side, "Why do you say that Rei?"

"Just how he left and we heard him mention something about fighting a person named 'Frieza'." Ami explained.

Luna and Artemis exchanged a worried look, "Frieza…are you sure that was the name?" Lund asked pointedly.

Minako nodded, "Yeah, Trunks said they also fought someone named Majian Buu, but why do you look so worried Luna?"

Artemis glanced towards Luna and took a deep breath, "Well that's a long story, and honestly we thought he was destroyed." He told the group, "Let me explain about Frieza, but first we need to talk about a different race first."

Makoto exchanged glances with everyone else, "What race, Artemis?"

"TheSaiyans." Luna told them.
