When Tony and Ziva arrived at seven am, Gibbs lead them straight upstairs to the Directors office. Walking in without knocking, they noticed four people they didn't recognize along with Colonel Reynolds and Major Towen. One man about six feet with brownish hair stood next to a blond women just slightly shorter. The next man, wearing a beanie cap, was african american and had a lot more muscle. The fourth was a black haired women sitting on one of the chairs at the conference table. She had her feet up with ankles crossed, with her arms wrapped around her legs. She seemed to be focused on a spot on the ground and didn't look up when they entered.

"Gibbs, glad you're all here." Vance said as Ziva shut the door behind her. "I'd like to introduce you to Doctor Jackson's team members. This is Colonel Mitchell, Colonel Carter, Mr. Teal'c, and over at the table is Miss Mal Doran. Everyone this is Agents Gibbs and DiNozzo and Officer David."

"Agent Gibbs, it's a pleasure. Just wish it was under better circumstances." Colonel Carter said.

Giving a very brief nod in response Gibbs turned to Vance, "How are we handling this?"

"Same as you were before. You just have a few more helpers."

Before Gibbs could say anything the office door opened and Jack came in. "Sorry I'm late. Did I miss anything?"

"Just introductions Sir." Carter said with a slight smile.

"Hello to you too Carter. Teal'c, Mitchell." He said with a nod to each. "What's up with Vala?" He said tilting his head in her direction.

"She hasn't said a word since Landry contacted us with the news." Carter said softly.

"Yeah, it's getting kinda creepy." Mitchell added.

"Okay then." Jack drawled out as he walked over to Vala. Dragging a chair in front of her he sat down. "Vala. Look at me." He said as he leaned down to her level. Slowly she lifted her eyes to his. "We will find them. You do know that." He stated.

"He didn't listen." She said quietly.

"Who didn't." Jack said in the same tone.

"Daniel."

"When?"

"I told him, I had a really bad feeling. Didn't want him by himself. He didn't listen. Now him and Timmy are missing."

Shaking his head Jack told her, "He wasn't by himself. Reynolds and Towen were here. He had Tim's team. It's not their fault either."

"I know that!" She said forcefully. "I just wish I'd have been here."

"There's nothing you could have done. Even if you'd been here.. you may have been taking too. Did you think about that?"

"Yes. But then at least I'd know where My Daniel was."

Jack was quiet for a moment before he responded. "Can't argue with you there. But listen, I need you to stop this whole silent thing. It's creeping Mitchell out, okay?" Vala smiled along with Jack. "I need you to help us find them. And I need you talking for that, alright?"

"Okay."

"Alrighty then." Helping her up, they went over to everyone else, Vala wrapped her arms around one of his. "So, Carter, have you been able to find any trace of them?" Jack asked, as if the whole conversation with Vala hadn't taken place.

"No Sir. Just like everyone else there is no indication of where they might be."

"Trace? What kind of trace you talking about?" Tony asked.

Sharing a look with Jack, Carter took a deep breath before answering. "Every one of our personnel has a.. well the best way to describe it would be a tracking device, located somewhere on them."

"Tracking device? Where?" Ziva asked.

"That's classified." Carter responded.

"Right. Good. Great. So even with this device you can't find them." Tony said upset.

"No. I can't." Carter said shaking her head. "And I don't know why. It should be able to pick up their location wherever they are. But it wasn't until their.. bodies were placed, where they were found, that we got a hit on their locations."

While Gibbs was skeptical about how this was going to work with these people, he wanted his agent back and this case over. "You obviously have access to different.. technology? And I'm assuming you have the same clearance as Dr. Jackson?"

"Yes." Carter and Mitchell both said.

"Alright, let's go figure this out." Gibbs said as he walked out of the office. Tony and Ziva looked at each other before quickly following their boss.

"Yep, that's Gibbs." Vance told them with a small grin.

When the newcomers got downstairs Gibbs, Tony, and Ziva were standing in the middle of the bull pen, in front of the screen. Tony was asking the boss a question. "How are we going to to this Boss? Working with these people? What are we going to do?"

"We're going to bring our people home." Mitchell said in his southern drawl. The glare Tony shot at him left nothing to the imagination. He clearly didn't like this idea of so many people. He was not happy that his probie got wrapped up in the middle of this case.

Carter stepped in, "Look, Tim's not our teammate. But through Daniel we've gotten to know and care for him. We want to get him back just as much as we do Daniel, Sanchez, and Marks." She looked around at her team who all nodded in agreement. "I know this isn't easy, but we need to band together and bring our family home."

Gibbs looked at everyone in the bull pen, then at Carter. "What do you suggest? So far we've tried everything we're used to, and nothing has worked yet."

"How about showing us what you do have. Not that you missed anything." She hurriedly said after the looks Tony and Ziva gave her. "But more to catch us up. We've only been told the basics."

With that, they started at the beginning. They started with Captain Johnston and worked their way to Sergeant Abrams. Where their bodies were found, to their autopsy results, to Abby's little forensic findings. By the time every detail was covered the NCIS team were seated at their respective desks. Reynolds and Towen had returned to where they had sat before. Jack and Carter took Tim's desk, while Mitchell pulled a chair to the front. Teal'c remained standing by Tony's desk. Tony wasn't to sure he liked that idea but was a little too intimidated to say anything about it. Vala on the other hand, had decide to join Towen on the floor. Only she sat leaning on the front of Ziva's desk. That way she could see all the information on the screen.

"I can see why ya'll haven't found anything yet." Mitchell mumbled.

"There has to be a piece we're missing." Jack said frustrated.

"But what is that piece?" Ziva asked. "None of this makes any sense. Yet this is all we have to work with."

Everyone was silent, for they knew Ziva was right. It was all they had, and nothing was fitting together.

"It's a puzzle." Vala spoke for the first time since coming downstairs.

"We know that Vala. That's basically what these agents jobs are. Piecing puzzles together." Mitchell told her gentling yet a little annoyed, as if she hadn't been paying attention.

"I know that Cameron." Vala shot back at him, as she stood up and went to stand in front of the screen.

"What did you see Vala?" Carter asked as she too stood and came up next to her.

"Tony, Darling, can you put up on one screen where T.J., the Colonel, and Benjamin were all found?" She smiled sweetly at him.

"Of course." Tony said smiling back.

Ziva just rolled her eyes at him as she and Gibbs came to stand next to the two women. Everyone else just moved so they could see what Tony put on the screen.

"What are we lookin' at?" Mitchell asked.

"Like I said, it's a puzzle. T.J. was found first. Right here." Vala said pointing to a certain spot. "Then the Colonel. Then Benjamin." Also pointing out their locations.

Jack rubbed his head frustrated before sighing, "Yes Vala we know that. How does that help us?"

"Don't you see? It's a triangle."

Everyone looked at the placement again. "Okay. So?" Tony asked.

"Connecting the two bottom locations is a road called Colorado Parkway. Doesn't that seem a little odd?" Vala pointed out.

"Agent DiNozzo can you calculate the distance between each of the locations?" Carter asked him.

"Sure." Tony said, still not understanding the reason. "They are exactly fifteen miles apart." He said a little amazed at the answer.

"I think I see where you might be taking this." Gibbs said. "Tony, find the middle point."

"You got it Boss." Tony found it and zoomed in for everyone to see.

Daniel's team looked closely at the screen. Mitchell slowly stood up and came over next to Carter. "Are you seeing what I'm seeing?"

"I'm seeing it, but I'm not quite believing it." Carter said in disbelief.

Right in the middle of the screen was a street named, Daniel Avenue. "I did not see that one coming." Ziva said breaking the silence.

"Does, does that say.." Jack stuttered out.

"Indeed it does O'Neill." Teal'c responded.

Gibbs took in their shocked faces and saw that there was more to it than just Daniel's name on a street. "What else do you see?" He asked.

"My name for one." Reynolds said. "Two blocks south of Daniel Ave." Sure enough Reynolds Dr. was there.

"North is Lee Way, West is McKay Boulevard, and East is Hammond Court." Carter said still shocked.

Tony spoke up, "I take it these names are significant, like your's." He said pointing to Reynolds.

"Yeah. Both Lee and McKay are civilian scientists that work with us. Hammond.. he was our old commanding officer." Jack said as he stood to look closer at the screen. He stared at it as if it would suddenly tell him something. "What's in this area?"

"Umm, it's all warehouses." Tony said after a moment of looking it up.

"Think it's where they are?" Jack asked turning to look at Gibbs.

"It's a place to start." Gibbs replied.

"Well come on then!" Vala cried. "I want My Daniel back."

"Gear up, let's go." Gibbs said as he went to his desk for his gun.

Whether it was a set up they didn't know, but neither team cared at the moment. They finally had a lead, and they were going to follow it. Wherever it may take them.

A/N: There you go. We'll head back to check on Tim and Daniel next. Fair warning, it's a long week for me so it maybe a few days before I even have a chance to start on it. Thanks for reading and those who have reviewed. It means more than you know!
