Uzuri - Cubhood

Uzuri, daughter of Maisha and Kubwa, is a young, eager, and sometimes mischievous little cub. The story is about her cub-hood, and the friends and family she makes along the way to adulthood. This is the first of two stories. The second story won't be worked on until this is finished. Enjoy!

Translation - Beauty

Information - A short haired beige furred female cub with light blue eyes sparkling with mischief. Underbelly a lighter beige color. She loves to play with Furaha on sunny days, loving the warmth on her thick fur. Occasionally likes to start problems to get the attention. Daughter of Kubwa and Maisha.

Furaha

Translation - Joyous

Information - A pretty tan female cub with long, thick fur and soft, rounded ears. Underbelly is a darker tan color. She has wide blue eyes and a soft, velvety nose. Uzuri's best friend and younger sister to Kinga. Daughter of Ajabu and Kujali.

Kinga

Translation - Protective

Information - A young well built and scruffy dark tan furred male cub. Underbelly is a lighter tan color and his eyes are dark green. Enjoys hanging out and exploring with Utundu. Furaha's older and over protective brother. Son of Ajabu and Kujali.

Utundu

Translation - Mischief

Information - A young beige male cub. Underbelly is a lighter beige and eyes are a bright red. Spends most of his sunny days exploring and hanging out with Kinga. Prince and future king of the savanna pride. Son of Kiongozi and Malkia.

Information - A large, strong, and golden furred lion with a dark brown mane. A quick tempered yet caring and thoughtful king. Father of Utundu and mate to Malkia.

Information - A strong and well built light beige lioness. A very thoughtful a caring queen. Mother of Utundu and mate to Kiongozi.

Kubwa

Translation - Large

Information - A massive dark furred lion with a dark mane and dark brown eyes Close friends with king Kiongozi. Father of Uzuri and mate to Maisha.

Maisha

Translation - Life

Information - A slim but built beige furred lioness with light blue eyes and a lighter beige underbelly. A strong hunter in the pride. A thoughtful and caring mother and mate. Mother of Uzuri and mate to Kubwa.

Ajabu

Translation - Wondrous

Information - A strong well built light tan lion with a brown mane and underbelly. A strong, wise, and thoughtful lion. Father of Furaha and Kinga and mate to Kujali.

Kujali

Translation - Care/Caring

Information - A younger, tan lioness with blue eyes and a dark tan underbelly. Well built for her age and an important hunter for the pride. Loving and caring mother of Furaha and Kinga and mate to Ajabu.
