The Matrix, but it's Lovecraftian horror. A story of someone attempting to wake from the Matrix, only written in the style of H. P. Lovecraft.

A series of one shots inspired by quote prompts found on Tumblr about my favorite unconventional pairing. Smith/Trinity.

Neo returns to Zion, blinded and burned and barely alive, and finds he has another choice to make. (Post-Revolutions, does not take into account Resurrections. Rated for language and discussions of death, grief, and injury. Not a fix-it.)

Just moments between major TxN scenes that we didn't get to see on camera. Missing moments, starting with what happens after the first movie. Moving on to the epilogue now!

Thomas Anderson gets confronted with a choice that is going to change his life forever.

Between the events of The Matrix and The Matrix Reloaded, the crew of the Nebuchadnezzar rescues more candidates from the Matrix. This is the story of a young man, Cody, who knew something was wrong. He asked the dangerous questions. He wondered the dangerous wonders. He found the dangerous people, and finally, he found them. Morpheus. Trinity. Neo.

This story takes place after the events of "The Matrix Revolutions" (2003) but in an alternate timeline where Neo did not die. Morpheus must trek to the Machine City to recover the One, partly corrupted by Smith, while still liberating humans from the freshly rebooted, highly unstable Matrix.

"One of my earliest memories is of overhearing Mom tell Dad that what I lacked in cyber, I made up for in punk. I think she meant it as a compliment, but it just made me want to kick her." Neo and Trinity's daughter (reluctantly) confronts Smith, the Oracle, and the division brewing in IO.

Being a misfit even in a band of misfits, looking for the lines to walk. Odd little thing, more exploratory fragment than story. Sort of a prequel/alternative telling to "White Gun", "Different Freedoms", and the rest of my "neurodivergent Switch" arc/headcanon. Rambly mess ahead.

This story takes place in the events after the first film after Neo's epiphany as the One and within the context of the second and third films.

Spoilers. Set during the new Matrix film.

Enigma learns the truth about this world from painful experience. Luckily, she found some semblance from Nebuchadnezzar's crew and citizens of Zion, making her life much easier. Yet, when these strange things lead her and others finding Neo, Enigma's life will be in more bizzare than ever. (Story from 1st - 4th)

Oneshot: "Welcome to the real world..."

Updated and reworked for hopefully a better read. Resurrections brought me back to this story and I decided to give it a facelift. Follows a new captain and his crew during the six months between The Matrix and Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions.. Dedicated to Colin Wilmot who was killed in Afghanistan. Finally it's finished.

"I've been fighting my whole life. But I've never wanted to fight with you. I never had someone I was afraid of hurting before." After meeting with the Oracle post-Resurrections, Trinity and Neo fight in the Construct and make up. But it's only the start of their new chapter with the Oracle as they discover their destinies are tied up with hers.

The broadcast signal is breaking down, Switch is stuck in confusing code limbo, Apoc gets antsy. Technobabble and swearing ensue. (Once again not clear whether this falls on the shipping or friendship side of things. Can be read as both.)

Behind the calm facade, there might be a moment of getting lost in old daydreams. Apoc having a moment of gloomy thoughts. (Switch and Apoc again, not quite a story, more of yet another introspective exploration within my little head canon world.)

"But I know what you're thinking. It felt special, didn't it? Love just does. Like you're meant to be. Like your names are written in the goddamn stars. Like you're inventing an entirely new world together. I know. I know." Post-Resurrections, the Oracle visits Neo and Trinity.

What if trinity hadn’t died and neo figured out they were one? Read and find out

"I thought the story was over, even as I carried in my bones an ache that could not be shaken." Trinity and Neo discover more about their strange legacy in Io, and Bugs asks them to meet the one who's been keeping it alive.

A small missing scene between Trinity waking up on The Mnemosyne and re-entering the Matrix to kick the Analyst's ass. Even Trinity needs a moment to process and adjust, but some things never change.

An examination of Smith's re-awakening, wherein he must reconcile his "past life" and his new "human life." His struggles will lead him to reach out to some old faces...
