So Ash so far we only know that Me, Cynthia and Sabrina's daughter Celestina, Lance and you are Jinchuriki. We don't know if there are others or not. So the trait of Jinchuriki is that they can use aura and chakra both and along with that they have affinity to specific element.
We jinchuriki have affinity to use Yin and Yang energy. Once these energy manifest into immense power, we are capable of rivaling even the legendary Pokémon in terms of strength and power. " says Riley that shocked Ash
"You mean" asks Ash in excitement
"No need to be excited kid , this is a responsibility that you must take care of" says Sabrina
"Understood, what kind of abilities do we possess?" asks Ash
"We Jinchūriki, as vessels of yin and yang energy, have the potential to unleash devastating attacks, manipulate aura with precision, and mimic any Pokémon's moves. We possess the unique ability to communicate with all Pokémon, transcending the usual barriers. "Correct, our abilities are not limited to combat. The yin energy allows us to create powerful illusions, manipulate shadows, and control minds, giving us the edge in both stealth and strategic battles. "That's why we will train, we will train our mind and body by meditation, concentrate on our chakra flow and awaken our aura. For that I will train you in aura ways. "And one more thing, along with dark energy we can use another element. Like Sabrina, Sabrina's daughter is also a psychic so she can use various psychic attacks like teleportation, telekinesis, mind reading and much more. And she is in learning stage so it is not powerful. Both Sabrina and her daughter can use dark energy as well. Lance has affinity to draconian energy and that's why he is dragon type master.
Me have affinity to aura usage so I can use fighting, aura and little bit psychic powers. Along with that I can use dark element.
Cynthia have affinity to electric aura. " says Riley
"Amazing, I can't way to train with you" says Ash
"Can I touch you" asks Riley as Ash nodded and then he let Riley touch him. After ten minutes Riley was stunned and shocked.
"What happened" asks Sabrina
"You won't believe, he has affinity to all seventeen element type and I can sense something stronger inside him" says Riley that shocked Ash and others
"You are kidding right" asks Sabrina
"No , I am not joking. His powers are dormant, but trust me when he awaken them, he will be unstoppable" says Riley looking at Ash who is shocked as much as Riley is
"Ash, we need to start your training and we don't know if what kind of threat is lurking in shadows, so we need to be prepare and we need to find other Jinchuri if there are any" says Riley
Now:
"Lance, there is something urgent came up and need to go back to sinnoh. You guys carry on" says Cynthia as she decided to leave
"Sure, I will start training Ash" says Lance
With that Cynthia bids farewell and left for Sinnoh.
"Now, Ash to harness and master your abilities, you need to focus to train your mind first. For that we have various mind strengthening exercise and to train your body we have a small gravity room designed specially for training yourself.
So every morning at four we will wake up. We will do a meditation session of two hours and then rest. Then for four hours we will make your body strong by putting into fitness regiment. Then a short break of one hour, then you need to work on your aura, chakra or yin and yang energy harness and mastering it so we will start with basic and then proceed with advance stuff.
Then everyday we will do a pokemon training session and move tutoring. " says Lance
"Got it" says Ash
"You are six right" asks Sabrina as Ash nodded. Lance continued "And you won't be starting your journey till you are fifteen. In nine years, you will be strong. Also, occasionally we will go in wild areas to train your pokemon " says Riley
"And your pokemon will be trained along with you. So, if you do push-ups and then they will do. " says Lance
"Understood ?" asks Riley
"Yes, I am more than ready" says Ash
"Well, from tomorrow, it will be a hell" says Sabrina
Next day, it's already four in the morning and Ash is still sleeping. Sabrina's daughter came to wake Ash up, but found him asleep, she used telekinesis to levitates Ash and then let him fall on the ground.
"Ouch ! I was having a nice dream. I was surrounded by Pichu" says Ash
"Wake up sleeping princess, we have a long day and we need to get ready for training" says Celestina
"Right, thanks for waking me up" says Ash as he got ready and went out where Riley, Sabrina and Lance are waiting for him.
"You are late Ash " says Lance
"I am sorry sir, I promise that I won't be late from next time" says Ash
"Better ! Let's get started" says Lance
Time skip : 3 Years
Three years of training time is already passed. These three years were living hell for Ash, meditation session at starting was too distractive for him but over a period of time he got used to it. He is now able to concentrate and think on his feet in any situation, he is still hyperactive but he is able to control his thoughts and emotion.
But when it comes to training his endurance, stamina, reflexes, speed, strength Lance went too far.
For endurance he sent his Dragonite to hit him with focus blast to improve his endurance and reflexes at the same time. For his speed he asked his houndoom and Arcanine to chase him, for his strength he asked Ash to start with hundred push-ups, pull-ups and other calisthenics exercises to increase strength and reflexes, he was put into training regiment to survive in gravity room and dodge the attacks. However he is not that strong but three years improved his body and fitness levels
For chakra, aura, yin and yang whatever you call it, Riley trained Ash in searching his powers and focus on it. Right now, Ash has to go a long way but for now he can feel his aura and he can use it without trouble. So far he worked on activating his aura, yin and yang energy and chakra pathways to use it
In terms of Pokémon training, initial one year he spent the time to understand his pokemon and bonded with them. They are now integral part of his life, they trust him, they play together and cherish all moments together.
Today after three years Ash is resting on the island as today is the no training day. As Ash is resting he is surrounded by his pokemon. He looked at his new set of pokemon that he acquired in past two years which are Nidoran, Gengar,Magikarp,Elekid,Magby, Feebas, Shinx, Rookidee,Shelder,Snorunt,Eevee,Meowth,Ditto, Lapras,Snover,Croagunk, Baltoy,Golett,Scyther,
Pawniard,Ponyta,Chespin,Abra,Hatenna, Sylveon and is the same Gengar that belonged to the poacher which was killed by Ash while saving the pokemon.
Flashback:
"Focus Ash, you need to clear your mind" says Riley
"Easy for you to say but I can't resist to think about food" says Ash
"Ash, you need to focus. I know it's hard but it is necessary" says Riley. Riley's Lucario who was meditating sensesed a ghostly presence as he glowed dark and disappeared and appeared near the tree and used dark aura sphere that causes explosion and familiar pokemon was thrown outside.
Ash opened his eyes and saw Gengar who was stuck to tree by Lucario's aura staff.
"Who are you. Tell me. " says Lucario
"Riley please let him go. I know him. " says Ash as Riley nodded and Lucario released
"What are you doing here Gengar. I told you to stay at home" asks Ash
"I did but I don't want to stay at home. I want to be your pokemon. I want to redeem for all wrong doings I did in the past under my old trainer's control. Now I want to work with pure and good soul. Please let me in your team. " says Gengar which Riley translated to Ash as he can understand pokemon using aura.
"Well, if that's what you want then you will get but you have to be like a good boy" says Ash as Gengar nodded
Flashback end
"I am so lucky to have all of them. Not all starting trainers have such an amazing team" says Ash
"Thinking about your pokemon. I am glad that these abandoned pokemon got their new home, family that they can trust on" says Lance
"Yeah, but why you gave Lapras to me" asks Ash
"Just look at her, isn't she happy. You see Ash, I saw potential in you. You can be the great trainer and friend to pokemon. I saw the determination in your eyes to save pokemon at any cost and this is why you are Jinchuriki. One thing you should understand that I am not doing favor because you are son of my friend, I am doing this because you are a good person. When you didn't had any pokemon you tried to save Lapras, the last one. " says Lance
"When I got info that the Lapras that was alive out of other pod is not living like normally, we decided to ask if other pod can accept her but they denied by launching hyper beam. And as a result we decided to give her to you. After six months under your care, she opened up to you and considered you as a friend. She ate properly, she swims like she is in her family. She feels safe when she is around you and us. She feel safe when she hear your voice. " says Lance
"And why those abandoned pokemon" asks Ash
"Because you never hurt them if they failed, you treated them like a friend and kids, they loved that. While their previous trainers treated them like a hell you treated them with care. So we decided to give them to you " says Lance as Ash looked at the pokemon again and says " Hey, I am coming"
With that Ash ran and swims with them.
Two months passed and Ash is now back to the Pallet Town for a short visit.
"Ash, I can't say how happy I am. And how other pokemon are doing" asks Delia
"They are doing good. They are at Oak's lab for small checkup. Will be collecting them shortly" says Ash
"And Lance, thanks for bringing him here" says Delia as Lance just smiled
"Let's have a lunch now and then we will head back to the Oak's lab." says Delia. Ash and Lance nodded and then they are done with the lunch. Houndoom who is now family pet enjoying the meal as well. Later on they moved to Oak's lab where Oak is done with the tests and checkups. As they are having a conversation about Ash's Pokemon, Oak says " I am happy with the way you are keeping your pokemon Ash. I am impressed."
After spending a week at Pallet Town Ash is back to the training island.
"Alright Ash, time to step up your training. These are the scrolls and books that I received out of no where and there is something written our own language. " says Lance as Ash took a look
"Ancient book to master the ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. " says Ash reading out the cover
"Wait, how did you get that. I don't know if these are applicable to us" asks Ash
"I don't know, I found it outside my room three days back." says Lance
As Ash opened the first page it states "

Subcategories exist, including fūinjutsu, juinjutsu and senjutsu. There are also kekkei genkai abilities which aren't techniques, but inherited abilities passed down through certain clans. Kekkei genkai can also be attributed to certain parts of the body, such as dōjutsu.
Without proper control of their chakra, a ninja will produce ineffective or weakened technique which will lead to them running out of chakra early in a fight. Main Jutsu Types
Ninjutsu : Ninjutsu is the most nebulous of the three, and may most simply be described as anything that is not genjutsu or taijutsu. Most ninjutsu require chakra and hand seals, but this is not always the case since the mere usage of weaponry qualifies as ninjutsu.
Genjutsu ( Illusionary Techniques): This is one of the main jutsu categories which uses chakra. Unlike ninjutsu, the effects of genjutsu are not real, being only sensory illusions experienced by those who fall victim to it.
Taijutsu (Body Techniques) is a basic form of techniques and refers to any techniques involving the martial arts or the optimisation of natural human abilities. Taijutsu is executed by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training. It typically does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques. Taijutsu generally requires no hand seals to perform, occasionally making use of certain stances or poses, and are far quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Taijutsu is, simply put, hand-to-hand combat."

Six more years passed and during these six years Ash activated his abilities, he mastered his chakra usage, yin yang energy flow, his aura skills and the jutsu list that he learned from scrolls that they found six years ago. Ash is fast, agile, strong, have great stamina, good fighting skills. Riley, Lance , Cynthia, Celestina and Sabrina are stronger as well. Though Ash is not at that level of legendaries yet but he is a strong one as compared to normal humans.
Sabrina have greater control over her psychic and dark abilities. They didn't found any new jinchuriki yet but they are sure that there are few more like them. Ash's pokemon grew stronger and evolved to final stage as well. Right now his Pokémon are stronger and are elite level.
"Ash, it seems our path will diverge from here. We need to keep our abilities and skills hidden from the world. If any evil team found you using your abilities then you may be in danger" says Riley, Lance, Cynthia and Sabrina
"Ash, I saw your abilities. I want Celestina to begin her journey with you. Would you accept her in your team" asks Sabrina
"Well, I am happy to have her on my team. We both will travel and challenge gym while looking out for the evil teams and possible Jinchuriki recruits. Who knows they are training somewhere in this world" says Ash

"We both tried but we failed. You see, that Aerodactyl Professor revived from the fossil. The team that revived him already put it into pokeball but when released here, it created problems. The lab is destroyed and he is creating problem" says Gary

"You did an amazing job by raising these abandoned pokemon that you got from Lance and Cynthia. I can feel their strength" says Professor Oak
"Not bad Ash, for starters it will be an amazing team. You can easily sweep away the entire region with this team" says Gary
"And Ash, is that the same Lapras" asks Professor Oak
"Yes, she is the same Lapras. We are good friends. Right Lapras" says Ash as Lapras nodded before she licked Ash's face covering it in saliva. Ash then told everything about his training.
"I assume you want to start your journey, but what starter you want. I assume you can register any one of them as your starter" says Professor Oak

"By the way Gary, what pokemon you have" asks Ash
"Let me show you." says Gary as he bring thirty pokeballs
"These were part of my research project given to me by other professors under which I worked in past nine years" says Gary as he sends them out. There are 38 pokemon that Gary captured
"Your team is amazing" says Ash
"Thanks, let's see who will win the Indigo league" says Gary as Ash nodded " We will see"
"League registration starts next month and at that time we will give new trainers their license. " says Oak as both nodded.
"Ash, what kind of training you did. You were speaking to pokemon " says Professor Oak
"Professor Oak, you are like grandfather to me and Gary you are like friend but what I am trying to say is a big deal and I assume you two will keep it a secret and if you ever betray me" says Ash as he formed the energy sphere that is releasing wind power that scared Gary and Oak
"Then I won't spare you" says Ash
"Sure Ash, you can tell us, you can trust us" says Gary

"What's that" asks Gary
"This is Sharingan , exclusive to Uchiha clan members. The Sharingan is a powerful dōjutsu kekkei genkai, which appears in members of the Uchiha clan.
There are three stages One Tomoe, Two Tomoe and Three Tomoe. The one you are looking at is Three Tomoe Sharingan.
1. One Tomoe provides enhanced perception, allowing the user to see movements more clearly and predict them to some extent.
2. Two Tomoe provide further enhanced perception and the ability to read and copy basic movements and techniques, including some ninjutsu and taijutsu.
3. Three Tomoe gives advanced predictive capabilities, allowing the user to anticipate and counter opponent's moves with greater accuracy. The ability to copy almost any jutsu the user sees, provided they have the necessary skills and chakra to perform it.
When an Uchiha experiences the trauma of losing someone close to them, their Sharingan can evolve into the Mangekyō Sharingan, which grants access to unique, powerful abilities. These abilities vary between users, but some known abilities include:
1. Amaterasu: black flames that burn anything in the user's vision.
2. Tsukuyomi: A powerful genjutsu that traps the target in an illusory world where time flows differently, causing intense mental stress and pain.
3. Kamui: A space-time ninjutsu that allows the user to transport objects or themselves to and from another dimension.
4. Susanoo: A massive, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra, providing both offense and defense.
In rare cases, the Mangekyō Sharingan can further evolve into the Rinnegan, either naturally or through special means. The Rinnegan grants a range of abilities, including but not limited to:
1. Six Paths Techniques: Mastery over life and death, powerful elemental jutsus, gravitational control, and summoning various creatures.
2. Chibaku Tense: The ability to create a massive gravitational core that attracts surrounding matter to form a large sphere, often used to imprison targets.
3. Shinra Tensei: A repulsive force that can push away everything around the user.
These stages and abilities make the Sharingan one of the most versatile and formidable dōjutsu" says Ash
"Wait this mean you can" asks Gary in shock
"Yes, I can learn any pokemon moves in this world as long as I have enough aura or chakra" says Ash that shocked Gary and Professor Oak
"So Ash when you were small" asks Professor Oak
"Yes, it seems my eye put that poacher into the illusionary world where he killed me but actually he killed himself. I have lot of work to do to evolve my sharingan" says Ash
"Damn ! You are amazing Ash. I promise that I will keep it secret even if it cost my life " says Gary
"Don't worry, you can't escape me even in death Gary" says Ash as he burst into laughter

(A/N: Hi everyone, another chapter is out. So Ash completed his training and he is back to Pallet Town. He will start his journey soon. In this fanfic, I won't give him anymore addition pokemon apart from the cannon one. Because it will make story too overcrowded with Ash's team. Only few additional pokemon will be there apart from cannon.
Now coming to the Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu thing, he learned them from the book because he need to be prepare for future.
