Fiona Fox, one of the Search and Rescue Centre workers, is getting married to Ronald Acorah, the manager of Cabalnoo Maritime Museum. Belle and Flynn would love to attend the wedding, but they all know that anything could still happen on the day, so the fire engines must stay on duty. But they end up contributing to the wedding after all when a fire breaks out by the venue.

Sodor. Home of the North Western Railway and of steam engines from a time long past. But, it is not the only place steam engines are welcome. There is a railway similar to Sodor, hidden within in the Lake District National Park, where steam and diesel reside on, and feel safe and at peace there.

Emily returns to the shed one evening feeling annoyed after Bill and Ben had been teasing her, so Thomas decides to tell her the story of how he first met Bill and Ben while his branch line was closed for reapirs.
