AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hey everyone. Some of you may have missed the last chapter a week ago. Because I can't see viewing numbers, I have no idea if that's the case or not. If you haven't read the last chapter, I think you should. In my humble opinion, it's good! I like this one more though!

RECAP: Events pick up shortly after the previous chapter ended. Furthermore, Red Team will embark on their revenge against Blue Team, who crossed Red Team during their long operation against Jeffster and their close protection of Amy and subsequent goose-chase of Carina in London.

Who Dares Wins

Chapter Sixty-Five: Red Team's Revenge

Hereford

Saturday, 1 December, 2007

A waitress from the cafe of the indoor leisure centre arrived at Chuck's table.

Her arrival brought with her the tantalising smell of freshly brewed cappuccinos in the air, complemented by the mouthwatering scent of piping hot cheese and tomato-toasted sandwiches.

"Thanks," Chuck said, his voice filled with genuine appreciation and a hint of a smile playing on his lips.

The waitress returned Chuck's warm gaze. "You're very welcome. You'll need warm food in this weather," she joked.

Chuck suppressed a laugh, then turned to look at Jamie—seated around the table with him along with Cole—who said, "Yeah, it was a bad November and if that's anything to go by, December won't fair much better."

"Speak for yourself, Jamie!" Cole laughed.

Chuck scoffed, rolling his eyes. "That's ok for him to say with his heated electric blankets."

Cole shot a point in contempt at his best man while Jamie and the waitress laughed at the joke.

After a moment, the attendant departed, leaving just the teammates who shared additional humour at Chuck's remark.

Sarah emerged from the changing area soon after, sharing a glance with her teammates as she moved to join Chuck, Jamie, and Cole at the table.

Once seated, she flashed Chuck a warm, toothy smile. "Thanks for ordering for me."

Chuck smiled back, his dimples deepening, but Jamie cut the cute moment abruptly short. "What if it was Cole or me who ordered for you?"

Sarah rolled her eyes and let out a sarcastic scoff, meeting Jamie's glance. "Yeah right, Jamie! That will never happen."

Chuck and Cole laughed, but Jamie held his composure. "For that, girl, I'll ensure you get your eyes wiped on Monday by ordering for you before you show up at work!"

"He's after your woman, Chuck!" Cole laughed, his booming voice echoing off the walls, creating a lively atmosphere.

Chuck merely shook his head, suppressing the softest of laughter, his actions matched by Jamie and Sarah, while John Murray and Chris MacDonald seated around another table emitted a brief chuckle.

After a moment, Chuck and Sarah got started on their coffees, with Jamie and Cole, too, digging into their orders from the cafe.

Further activity was relatively quiet for a few minutes until Bryce emerged from the changing room with Jill Roberts in his proximity.

One by one, Bryce's teammates alerted themselves to his presence with Jill, amusement spreading amongst the team as they shared telling glances, a few soft chuckles, and shakes of the head.

"What a fool he is!" Jamie said with an exasperated sigh, his tone muted enough to not offend Bryce, though he had a good mind to, in the hope it would make him see sense about his impending cataclysmic mistake.

Chuck, Sarah and Cole shared additional contained amusement at Jamie's remark.

Fortunately for Bryce and Jill, the attention of the team turned almost instantly to another immediate arrival from the changing area as Big Dan exited with his two boys in tow.

"Alright, fellas?!" Big Dan called out, glancing around his teammates.

"We are," Chris said, meeting Dan's glance. "But you're not, laddie, running out of the sauna before you finished the job!"

Big Dan scoffed. "Says the one who left first!"

"Second!" Chris shouted back. "Jamie left first!"

Jamie glared at Chris. "You horrible bastard! We all went out together!"

Laughter erupted over the exchange, which intensified when John Murray declared, "Aye, Chris is right! And I left third so you wee tossers can't poke at me, so you can't!"

"I'll trust none of you rats again!" Jamie declared incredulously, glaring at Chris and John Murray in scorn.

Big Dan kept his glance on Chris, however. "Fucking hell, though!" he said while snorting. "And there was me thinking Jamie said you'd all leave together." he then gestured everyone with his thumb toward the team leader. "He must be forgetful in his old age!"

Dan's two boys laughed at the joke, while the rest of Red Team, minus Chris and Bryce, fought off amusement.

"You can talk," Bryce said after he'd waved Jill off, looking at Big Dan. "Saying you'd beat all of us and you finished fourth."

Big Dan turned to meet Bryce's glance. "Fucking hell, Speedy, fella, I didn't see you there. My attention was focused on Jill!"

Bryce's face twisted in disgust as he looked at Big Dan. "Fuck off!"

The rest of the team tried their best to hide their amusement at Dan's teasing.

"Technically, Dan's right though," Chuck said, looking around. "He never said at any point that he'd win. He said a thousand other things, sure, but not that."

"And right you are, fella," Big Dan said with a nod. "I always knew Chuck was my favourite of you lot, and he's proving it yet again."

Cole laughed a sudden laugh. "He's backtracking because he's red-faced!"

"Says the one who ran out minutes before I did, gasping for breath as he did so," Big Dan teased, resting a hand on his chin. "I'll only take shit for this from Chuck, Sarah and Speedy. But be warned, ladies, because I'll fire back with ammunition of my own."

"We always lose, even if we win with him!" Jamie chortled with a shake of his head.

Big Dan smirked in approval as a few of the team shared a chuckle, but Bryce came again. "Not me. I won't forget anytime soon that I beat him in there."

"Fucking hell, Speedy, you finished third, not first!" Big Dan said, snorting. "Just like you seem to have come second with Jill."

Instant sharp winces erupted amongst every teammate except Bryce and Dan.

"You took it too far," Chris said, glancing in scorn at Dan.

Big Dan looked around the team. "It was, wasn't it?"

Everyone nodded in sync, their heads bobbing up and down in perfect unison.

Big Dan's gaze shifted towards Bryce, his eyes reflecting an apology. "Sorry about that one, fella."

Bryce scoffed. "At least Jill's better looking than your missus, so I don't think he's able to say anything, is he?" he asked, looking around the team.

Instant winces erupted again, filling the area Red Team occupied with uncomfortable tension.

"Ooh, fucking hell!" Big Dan let out a snort in amusement.

Big Dan's kids, meanwhile, glared at Bryce for his comments about their mother.

Jamie, in an effort to diffuse the tension, chortled and said, "Speedy Gonzales is taking on Big Dan successfully and winning in more ways than one today!"

"It's his lucky day!" Cole laughed boisterously.

Jamie and Cole's remarks succeeded in easing the tension as the team shared laughter and the mood lifted into a better one, with everyone content to leave the latest exchange of teasing there.

Twenty minutes later

Chris looked around the team. "Right, we'll be off on our own ways until nineteen hundred hours, then we'll ambush a few of those fine gentlemen in Blue Team with our surprise."

The excitement grew within the team over the team leader's announcement, but it calmed when Dan's kids asked, "What's the surprise?"

Big Dan put his hands on the shoulders of his children, looking down to meet their glance. "I'm afraid that's a conversation for adults only, but let's just say those gentlemen in Blue Team will regret their actions against us, just as you both will if you trash the place when I'm next away and I get slippers thrown at me head when I come back!"

Every one of Dan's teammates, as well as his two kids, shared intense laughter at his joke as they departed the leisure centre as a posse.

Big Dan looked around at his teammates, his mood relaxed and chirpy. "Right then, fellas, I'll be hitching a lift from John and Speedy, and then I'll leave them to whatever disturbing plans they have."

The team shared additional amusement as John Murray glared at Big Dan. "Ya wee tosser!"

"I'll be looking at apartments because I need to get off the base. I'm the only one of us still on it," Bryce said.

Cole arched his head back and looked at Bryce. "Moving in together, are we?"

"With whom?" Jamie chortled. "John? Or Jill?!"

John Murray glared at Jamie. "Ya wee bastard!"

Jamie's laughter intensified, as did the amusement of the team over his witty remark, with many heads soon shaking to try to curb amusements.

Once they were, Chuck looked at Bryce. "If you need a hand moving in, I'll help out."

"Me too," Sarah said with a smile.

Bryce met Chuck's glance, then Sarah's and returned the warm gaze. "Thanks."

"Yeah, every one of us would be happy to help, Speedy," Big Dan said with a friendly nod. "Just don't bring Jill."

Bryce joined the rest of his teammates in shaking his head and stifling a brief chuckle.

"Catch you all soon then," Cole said.

Everyone nodded, said their goodbyes, then departed for their respective vehicles, each feeling contentment and warmed hearts. With friends like these, they could fill even the coldest of days with joy and laughter.

Once the team was in their vehicles, they honked away as they departed.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Chuck pulled to a stop outside Sarah's apartment, the warmth of the car's heater slowly dissipating as he turned off the engine.

He turned to face Sarah in the front passenger seat, their eyes meeting and holding a silent conversation.

After a moment longer, Chuck broke their glance, looked at his watch, then said, "Just under two hours to kill. I don't have any plans today."

"Mh-hm, neither do I," Sarah said with a smile, then ran her hand softly down his arm, finishing on his thigh. "You could stay over tonight?"

Chuck didn't even have to think about that, nodding and suppressing a laugh.

Joy lit up Sarah's face. "Great. I'll need to go shopping though because as you saw Thursday night and Friday morning, there's nothing in."

"Me too," Chuck said, suppressing additional laughter. "But I'll pick up what I need for mine when I head out with Cole tomorrow to collect what's needed for the barbecue."

Sarah nodded, then was about to depart Chuck's car, but she paused when he said, "Oh, I should probably advise just buying day-to-day stuff, tinned items, best before dates, or only shop for when you know we have time off. With the unexpectedness of our work schedule, many members part of the SAS have got burned buying things they'd thought they'd need, only to be called in with all the stuff going inedible and squandering away money."

Sarah suppressed a chuckle and smiled at Chuck. "Thanks for the tip, baby. It's sound advice."

A short while later

Sarah arrived outside the large Tesco superstore close to her home with Chuck.

They came to a stop near the bay housing the store trolleys.

Sarah started fidgeting on her person in search of a pound coin to use the trolley, checking all her pockets in search of the elusive coin, but her search proved unsuccessful.

She looked at Chuck, groaning as she met his glance. "I don't have a pound," she said in embarrassment.

Chuck suppressed laughter, a grin lighting up his features as he put a hand in his pocket, then revealed his hand, showcasing a pound coin.

Sarah smiled at her boyfriend, then moved to take the coin from him, but he withdrew his hand.

She bore a penetrating stare into his eyes, her eyes narrowed over his actions.

He chuckled, then said, "It appears I'm useful for something."

"Yeah, you're proving yourself useful," Sarah giggled joyfully. "Especially when you help me carry the bags."

"That's what a good boyfriend does," Chuck said as he handed her the pound coin, then moved to take hold of her hand. "You'll owe me that back," he teased.

"I'm sure you won't forget either," she said, narrowing her gaze again, her lips pressed into a thin line as she stared at him in discontent for his teasing.

He grinned. "Of course, I won't forget."

Sarah let out a sigh and shook her head, masking her amusement before moving to collect the trolley.

Once she had it, she turned it around, met Chuck's glance, and said, "I feel like ramming you with this."

Chuck laughed in approval. "Maybe I'll sit in it and have you push me around."

Sarah looked at him in horror. "Don't you dare," she warned, her eyes remaining gaped open, suspecting Chuck would be capable of doing something like that.

Amusement continued showcasing itself in Chuck's personality. "You'll have to make it worth my while for me not to."

"Haven't I done that already?" she deadpanned, eyeing up his frame.

Chuck narrowed his glance, registering the innuendo.

Sarah smirked, satisfied with the exchange as the couple entered the supermarket.

The faint scent of freshly baked bread wafts through the air, mingling with the aroma of various perfumes from the nearby cosmetics section.

Their eyes scanned around the entrance, taking in the product offerings for a moment until they entered deeper into the store.

They spent a few minutes browsing the fruit on offer, with Sarah collecting some apples and placing them into the trolley.

"There's not much in season right now," Sarah lamented.

Chuck drew out a sigh. "Yeah… That's the worst part of winter. Only apples, cranberries and pears at the moment."

"Mh-hmm," she agreed.

The lovers moved on from the fruit and vegetables towards the fresh meat and fish, where they paused in place to study the offerings.

After a moment, Sarah looked back at Chuck. "Is there anything particular you want tonight?"

"You seem to pay for everything lately," Chuck said, his mind caught and feeling the guilt a little over that realisation.

"That's so not true," she said with a smile. "And besides, you're paying for the barbecue tomorrow."

"Only for half of it, I am!" Chuck said quickly, suppressing a laugh. "And don't worry, 'cause I'll be making sure Cole pays the other half."

Sarah giggled sweetly. "But that didn't answer my question."

"I'm not fussy," he said with a smile, taking Sarah's hand.

"I am," she replied, playing with his hand.

He shook his head playfully toward her. "Tsk, tsk."

"What?" she queried, narrowing her gaze.

"Nothing," he said, grinning.

She smirked in reply. "Good answer."

Chuck laughed as they shared an additional lingering glance, their unspoken connection palpable.

After a moment, their concentration shifted back to the offerings, their gazes settling on the many salmon pieces on offer in the refrigerator.

The couple spent a moment studying through them until they seemed to settle on the same product.

Looking back at each other, they shared a telling glance.

"That looks lovely," Sarah said.

"Yeah," Chuck said, nodding. "It does. But so do you."

Sarah's expression changed instantly as she registered Chuck's compliment, a delighted glow illuminating her face.

He smiled back.

Sarah then picked up the Scottish Boneless Smoked Salmon and turned back to look at Chuck.

"We'll need roasted potatoes and greens with that," Chuck said.

Sarah smiled, her mind turning hungry as she thought about the food. "That sounds nice."

Chuck nodded, grinning in agreement.

With the salmon now in the trolley, the boyfriend and girlfriend doubled back towards the fruit and vegetables.

"The roasties are better already prepared out the fridges," Chuck said.

A smile lit up Sarah's face. "Lazy," she teased.

"Well, Sarah, if you want to prepare them yourself, by all means, do it. I won't complain and will enjoy seeing your extra effort."

Sarah's mouth opened agape. "For that, you're peeling them!"

Chuck suppressed laughter, satisfied with winding her up. "If you have a peeler."

"I'll buy one!" she blurted.

Chuck fought to control additional amusement, satisfied with her response.

Sarah narrowed her eyes into slits but quickly succumbed to her own amusement. She was growing to love most things about Chuck, and this was one of them. She didn't know she needed a relationship until she met him, but now she had she was happy to have found someone who brightened all forms of her life.

They spent a moment collecting the vegetables, then made their way back to the refrigerators, strolling through the bustling aisles of the superstore, their footsteps echoing against the polished floors.

Chuck paused when Sarah did, waiting as Sarah eyed up the yoghurts.

She was about to collect some, but with Chuck's sensible caution not to over-shop while living on deployment, she paused all action and entered consideration.

After a moment, she picked up just two, rather than a selection of four.

Looking back at Chuck, she smiled and said, "Shop smart while on the job."

Chuck gave her a loving grin. "Yeah…"

From there, they soon found themselves looking at the already prepared seasoned roasted potatoes, with Sarah moving to collect some in her hand, eyeing up Chuck as she did.

He said nothing, but they shared a silent conversation amongst themselves because Sarah could sense what he was thinking over the crap she'd given him for suggesting them.

With caution, she placed them into the trolley, with Chuck watching on amusedly as she did so.

Once they were in the trolley with the other items, Sarah quickly raced on so he couldn't mention that she'd gone with his suggestion anyway.

Chuck followed her as Sarah continued her home shop around the store for a few minutes.

Exiting the section where Sarah collected some fresh eggs, they entered another refrigerated aisle, pausing in place halfway down.

"The best aisle in the store," Chuck said awestruck, his glance locked on chocolate cake products.

Sarah followed her boyfriend's glance at the particular chocolate cake he was looking at.

Looking back at him, she encouraged him, "Get it. It's my treat. You're staying over anyway, and I want you to get whatever you want. Plus, it's big enough for both of us."

Chuck broke from looking at the cake and switched his glance into Sarah's orbs, entering thought.

After a moment, he was about to speak, but paused, then turned with Sarah to face another shopper, who said, "The proper etiquette in this case is to not need telling twice."

Chuck and Sarah looked back at each other.

"Good advice," Sarah said.

Chuck nodded immediately, succumbing to muted laughter, which Sarah and the third-party shopper shared with him for a moment until the man went on his way.

"Hurry up then," Sarah encouraged, nodding Chuck to the chocolate fudge cakes.

Chuck nodded, took the briefest of moments to decide, and then collected the chocolate cake.

He placed the cake into the trolley, and they continued with Sarah's shop.

Ten minutes later

Sarah was nearing the end of her shop with Chuck at her side. The trolley was over three-quarters full, and Sarah felt satisfied with what she'd purchased.

She paused in place in the frozen aisle, turning to look at Chuck. "I think I'm done."

Chuck grinned. "I can't see much there that's time-sensitive. I think you did well."

Sarah smiled. "Thanks."

"Let's check out then. But I have to go do something real quick while you queue. I should be back in time to help you pack, but if I'm not, just put it in the trolley and I'll help you as soon as I get back," Chuck said.

Sarah became unfocused as she considered why Chuck needed to leave suddenly. However, after a moment, her confusion cleared, and she looked back at Chuck, her eyes filled with unwavering trust. "Ok."

They made their way to the tills, stopping in place as they joined the queue.

After a moment, Chuck leaned into Sarah as they shared the softest of brief kisses, and then they pulled back.

"I won't be long," Chuck said.

Sarah nodded, her fingertips lingering on his arm as he turned away, and then left the store.

She followed his departure until he was out of sight, then she looked back toward the till in front of her.

"Left you to pack, has he?" a woman in front of Sarah and loading her items onto the conveyor belt asked.

"He'll be back," Sarah said with confidence.

A few minutes passed until it was Sarah's turn to load her items.

Once it was her turn, she carefully placed her items on the counter, ready for purchase.

She then slowly paced to the front of the till until she was next to check out.

When the woman who commented on Chuck departed, Sarah stepped to the end of the till and met the female assistant's glance.

"Hey," the assistant said with a warm smile.

Sarah returned the glance. "Hi."

"Do you need any bags?" the assistant asked.

Sarah nodded, then looked back towards her items. Looking back at the till assistant, she said, "I think I'll need five."

"Sure thing," the store worker said, handed Sarah the bags, and then got to work on scanning Sarah's items.

Once they were scanned, Sarah placed them back into the trolley, not wanting to hold up the queue in packing, plus Chuck told her to do that, anyway.

When everything was scanned and back in the trolley, Sarah took out her debit card to pay and turned back to face the shop assistant.

"Do you have a Clubcard?" the assistant asked.

Sarah shook her head. "No. But I need one."

"You can use mine for today."

Sarah snapped around to face Chuck again as soon as she heard his voice.

As she turned, she encountered him holding an enormous bouquet of fragrant gardenia flowers.

"Happy one-month anniversary, baby," he said with a loving grin.

Sarah's jaw quickly dropped, her eyes moistening at the touching shock at the gesture from Chuck, as well as that it was their anniversary, which she was unaware of.

"I'm sorry. I didn't factor in the date with how hectic our job is," Sarah said remorsefully, her glance darting between her boyfriend's face and the stunning flowers in his hand.

"It's ok," he said, his smile sincere. "Besides, it should be me apologising for my behaviour in the pool. So consider these another part of my apology."

Sarah donned Chuck with a smile so bright and beaming it could thaw even the coldest of hearts. Chuck's gesture to her with the flowers made her feel so special in a way nobody had ever made her feel. No guy had ever treated her like this before. Until now.

He smiled back, with one pretty remarkable in itself.

"Wow, I don't know what he did, but that's some apology, and I was talking about the smile," the till assistant said.

Chuck and Sarah turned back to face the assistant.

"He's always happy like that," Sarah declared matter-of-factly.

"Don't make me jealous!" the assistant joked.

The couple shared laughter with the employee.

Chuck then handed over his Tesco Clubcard, and Sarah soon after paid for her items.

Once paid and Sarah collected her receipt, the assistant handed Sarah her new Clubcard, briefly told her how to set it up, and then said, "Have a lovely day."

Chuck grinned in reply and let Sarah verbally reply, who smiled and said, "Thanks. You too."

The lovers departed away, walking a few paces from the till, where they stopped in place to pack.

They turned to face each other, and Sarah smiled again, still overcome with emotion from Chuck's romantic gesture.

After a moment, a passing shopper leaned in towards them, winked at Chuck, and said, "I'd have gone for roses."

Chuck suppressed a laugh.

"Not me," Sarah declared with a gleam in her eye. "These are my favourite."

O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Chuck and Sarah entered Sarah's apartment and put down the bags in the hall of her apartment.

She beamed at him with adoration; her smile lighting up her entire face. "Thanks for the flowers, helping me pack, and to carry a lot of this home."

"You're very welcome," he said, grinning. "So yeah, a full month today, we first got together at my place that eventful night after Birmingham."

Sarah nodded. "That went quick."

Chuck muted a chuckle. "Yeah… And so much happened since."

"But we came through it," she said with a smile.

He nodded, smiling back as they moved to share a tender kiss.

When they parted, Chuck said, "And now to unpack."

"Yeah, and I'm glad I bought something nice now, for our anniversary, which I feel like crap for not considering."

"Don't," Chuck said reassuringly, as he played with Sarah's hand. "Our situation was very awkward anyway in agreeing not to date at first."

Sarah nodded, feeling a little better about it. "I won't miss the second month one."

Sometime later

"Well, Sarah, that's officially everything packed away," Chuck said.

"Yep. Done." Sarah closed the cupboard in her proximity, stood, and met Chuck's glance.

Chuck checked his watch after a moment, grimaced, and then looked back at Sarah. "We don't have much time left until we meet the team."

On receiving the cue, Sarah checked her own watch, soon nodding.

"I just want to clarify that I think such pranks we're about to pull on Blue Team are beneath me, but I can't rock the boat and be a spoilsport towards the lads," Chuck said.

Sarah smiled. "Me too. Plus, I will admit it will be nice to see people like Kyle brought down a peg or two."

"Touche, Sarah," Chuck said with a grin. "But I say we conspire to make things conclude as quickly as possible or disappear at our earliest convenience."

"Why?" she flirted as a smirk lit up her face. "Do you have other plans?"

He nodded, grinning as he moved towards her, taking a gentle hold of her.

She mirrored his actions.

"We'll celebrate our month anniversary in here," he said.

"Here?" Sarah queried, biting her lip, her glance changing towards the bedroom.

Chuck narrowed his glance, his mind filling with sudden lust. "Why, Ms Walker, I like your thinking."

Like a spoonful of honey, Sarah's giggles were irresistibly sweet.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Chuck and Sarah arrived at the meetup place with the rest of their team ahead of Red Team's revenge on Blue Team for their recent conduct towards Red Team while the teammates were stuck in London on a nightmare operation.

Everybody was on time, eager to make Blue Team pay for their actions towards the team.

"And now we wait for our esteemed guests to arrive, then we'll have our revenge on those fine gentlemen in Blue Team!" Chris said with a chuckle.

The rest of the team shared the laughter with him, but they stopped when Big Dan pointed towards the pub Kyle Rogerson and Joe Lewis were inside and said, "Shush, or they'll hear us!"

"Yeah, everyone shut your mouths because I'll murder anyone who stops me from seeing Joe Lewis in his compromised position!" Jamie said.

The team fought off additional amusement over Jamie's comment.

After a few minutes, Chris and Dan's mobiles rang one after the other.

The pair spent a moment in conversation with the callers, then disconnected the call.

"Right, we're on!" Chris exclaimed with uncontainable excitement.

"And my spiced-up surprise is on its way as well!" Big Dan said in glee.

The excitement built up amongst the team to danger levels.

A few minutes later

Red Team was still paused in wait for the escorts they'd hired and whatever Big Dan's surprise was when two women approached the group.

The excitement in most of the team exploded further, with Chris and Jamie eagerly approaching the women.

"Alright, girls?!" Jamie exclaimed in joy.

Chuck and Sarah exchanged a glance, rolling their eyes and shaking their heads at what they were witnessing.

Jamie and Chris took the women aside to detail the plan of action, as well as showing them pictures of Kyle Rogerson and Joe Lewis.

Cole broke his amusement and turned to face Dan. "What's your surprise, Dan?"

"You'll find out in a minute, fella," Big Dan said as he turned, looked at Cole, smirked, and crossed his arms.

Cole laughed uproariously, already envisioning the outstanding outcome of whatever Dan's contribution to the scheme was, because he knew it would be good.

Almost a minute later, another woman arrived and approached the group.

"Here she is!" Big Dan exclaimed, his excitement immeasurable.

The big Geordie quickly approached the woman, engaging in conversation regarding the plan.

The rest of Red Team, as well as the two other women—briefed and eager by the impending action—laughed on.

After a moment, Big Dan and the woman turned and walked to the rest of the group.

"Right, let's be at it!" Jamie clapped his hands together, his excitement exploding. "And if you get them both good, there might be a little extra for ye."

"Aye, we'll gladly pay for that!" John Murray said.

"Don't worry, we'll get them right where you want them," one of the women Chris hired said.

Red Team, as well as the three women, shared laughter.

The women then departed from Red Team, leaving the team elated as excitement erupted among them.

"Right, let's make ourselves scarce!" Chris said, chuckling away.

A wave of sinister laughter erupted from the team, creating a joyful symphony that gradually faded away as they vanished into the night, leaving only silence in their wake.

A few minutes later

Red Team waited from their positions for Joe and Kyle's departure with the hired escorts.

As they waited, Cole turned to look at Big Dan. "Dan, what actually is your surprise, because I can't see it?"

"Neither can I," Bryce said.

Big Dan looked at his glancing teammates, soon erupting in successive snorts. "Let's just say that one of them might not look the same down below as the others!"

"You mean it's a…?" Cole asked in disbelief.

Dan couldn't hold in his laughter anymore, nor could he speak, so he nodded away while surrendering to a laughing fit.

Cole, Jamie, Chris and John Murray shared the laughter with him, in a more muted form.

While Bryce, at the howling stage, exclaimed, "You're a fucking legend, Dan!"

Dan continued his laughing fit, but Jamie and Chris shot an immediate glare at Bryce.

"Oi, button it, laddie!" Chris warned, not aspiring to be compromised before their payback on Blue Team was complete.

Bryce fought to contain his laughter, as did the rest of them, each regaining focus on the task at hand.

With the silence restored, Red Team bided their time, until the sound and sight of the pub doors opening broke the stillness.

After a moment, Kyle and Joe appeared in view, accompanied closely by the three escorts.

In perfect harmony, Red Team stifled a collective chuckle, watching as the group advanced towards Joe Lewis's home.

When the group disappeared from view, Chuck turned to his teammates. "And now we wait…"

O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Red Team arrived outside Joe Lewis's house a few minutes after he'd entered with Kyle and the escorts.

As planned, one escort had left the front door ajar.

"Right, we'll wait a few minutes and allow some action to start, then we'll burst in!" Chris said.

With excitement bubbling inside him, Big Dan stretched out his arms. "I'm sure they'll be thrilled to see us, fella!"

A ripple of laughter spread through the team, which was disturbed by Sarah and Chris hissing, "Shh!"

A few minutes later

Red Team entered Joe Lewis's property.

Big Dan turned back to face John Murray, the last of the team to enter. "Close the door after you, fella! Let's make ourselves at home!"

"With pleasure!" John Murray exclaimed, his excitement palpable—just like every other member of the team.

Red Team paced with purpose after Chris and Big Dan in the lead as they made their way up the stairs, making a lot of noise.

"Knock knock!" Cole called out suddenly, his cheeks burning from smiling so much.

"Who's there?!" Chuck said back.

"Their worst nightmare, that's who!" Jamie cried out in laughter.

Red Team erupted into hysterics, their laughter filling the air as they raced up the stairs one by one, their footsteps echoing with purpose until they reached a bedroom and went inside.

"Alright, Joe?!" Big Dan cried out, the glee as clear as daylight on his face.

Trapped on the bed—his wrists tied and his mouth gagged—Joe Lewis darted his eyes towards the door, his glance horrified.

"Surprised to see us, laddie?!" Chris exclaimed, fighting off his amusement—for now.

Suddenly, Red Team exploded with laughter as Jamie Hughes moved with purpose to the front of the group.

"ALRIGHT, JOE?!" Jamie roared out, his screech soon giving way to hysterics, as the sight in front of him was the most gloriously satisfying sight he'd ever seen in his life bar nothing.

"You!" Joe mumbled incoherently, his eyes locked with his worst nightmare, Jamie Hughes.

A fresh wave of laughter hit Jamie, followed by his teammates. "How's it going, Joe, mate?! I didn't know you were into this kind of thing! I'll have to take a few pictures of this and let the rest of the squadron know of your activities!"

"Don't you fucking dare, you cunt!" Joe mumbled, again relatively incoherently, because of the gag in place.

Jamie led the team in sharing another prolonged outpouring of laughter.

After a long moment of studying Joe Lewis's position and helplessness, who was attempting to break free of the binds, Jamie turned his attention to the escort hovering over Joe.

"You've done well here, girl!" Jamie chortled, his eyes filled with pride at the outstanding job of the escort and the predicament of his arch-nemesis.

"You slag and bastards!" Joe Lewis called callously.

"Wash your mouth out before you speak to ladies!" Cole howled through his laughter.

Cole's teammates shared the joy as Big Dan said, "He needs a good spanking!"

"Who wants the job?!" Chris called out, looking around his teammates, now howling himself.

Jamie took another step forward. "With pleasure!"

"Fuck off!" Joe Lewis moaned out with difficulty, doubling his attempts to try to free himself from the binds.

The intense laughter of every member of Red Team continued as Jamie moved to take hold of a spanker in the escort's possession, who was looking at Jamie in amusement.

From there, Jamie climbed onto the bed, furthering the intensity of the laughter from his teammates, and he proceeded to spank away at Joe Lewis from behind.

"YOU NAUGHTY BOY!" Jamie howled, determined to gloat and bask in every second of the best moment in his life.

Jamie's actions set the laughter of his teammates to new heights as they revelled in their payback of Blue Team.

"Someone get a piccy of this, with this lovely girl close by him!" Jamie roared.

"With pleasure!" Chris said, his excitement enormous.

Joe Lewis, once again, tried in vain to free himself from his binds. Once he stopped, he mumbled, "Fuck off! Don't even think about it, you baldy bastards!"

"Now don't stress yourself out, son!" Big Dan shouted, snorting away. "You'll give yourself a heart attack!"

Dan's remarks set off another outburst of laughter from the team until Chuck said through his amusement, "I think I'll check on Kyle!"

"Aye, good idea, fella!" John Murray exclaimed, eager to see Blue Team's biggest loudmouth embarrassed.

Cole continued his laughter as he joined Chuck, Sarah, Dan, John and Bryce in departing the room, then turned to face Jamie and Chris. "We'll leave Joe in your company!"

"Is right, mate!" Jamie said, a fresh wave of laughter hitting him as he turned back to face Joe Lewis. "There's much more where that came from!"

Meanwhile, in the hallway, Big Dan and Bryce led the movement as they stormed into the second room, with the rest following in tow.

"Alright, Kyle?!" Big Dan shouted.

Kyle, like Joe, darted his glance at Red Team's arrival.

"You fucking twats!" Kyle Rogerson screeched through his gag, with the two escorts on either side of him.

Bryce led the laughter amongst his teammates, moving towards Kyle's face, where he stopped. "I didn't know you lot in Blue Team loved this kinky shit! First it was Joe in the other room, now you! Who else on your team is into this?!"

"Fuck off, you scrawny rat!" Kyle shouted aggressively towards Bryce's face.

Bryce's remarks, and Kyle's reply, set off another burst of laughter from most of Red Team, whose stomachs hurt with all the laughter they'd engaged in so far, with heaps more to come.

After a moment, Big Dan looked at the escort he'd hired, then said, "Why don't you show this fine gentleman your surprise? I'm sure he'll be delighted with the surprise for him!"

The escort looked at Dan in amusement, then nodded. From there, they stepped into Kyle's view and pulled down their pants.

Kyle somehow got the makeshift gag out of his mouth. "AAAAAAHHHH! HE'S A FUCKING MAN, THE SICK FREAK! FUCK OFF, YOU TWAT!" he screamed aggressively towards the escort.

"That's no way to speak to a lady!" Chuck chastised someone whom he'd grown to hate.

Big Dan led the successive snorts from every member of Red Team in the second room, which quickly turned into thundering laughter for a very long moment.

"I think he needs a good spanking or two to atone for his attitude!" John Murray howled.

"Don't even fucking think about it, or I'll twat the lot of you!" Kyle warned, his tone hostile and filled with malice.

Big Dan looked around at his teammates. "Well, who's volunteering for this one, then?"

"I'm warning you, you fat twat!" Kyle shouted, his glance locked with Big Dan.

Big Dan led the immediate snorts from the Red Team members in the room, then looked at his teammates and said, "I think he said he wants me to do it!"

"I think he did!" Cole laughed boisterously.

"Yeah, that's what I heard as well!" Bryce said.

Everyone else nodded.

Big Dan stepped to take the spanker that the female escort handed him, who was also watching on in intense amusement.

"Right then, fella, it's time for your punishment for your dirty mouth towards all of us in here!" Big Dan said, his excitement through the roof.

"I'LL HAVE ALL OF YOU FOR THIS!" Kyle screamed, looking aggressively at every male member of Red Team before finishing on Sarah. "And you! YOU FILTHY SLAG!"

Chuck took a step toward Kyle the moment he delivered his insult toward Sarah, but Cole, who mouthed quietly, "He's not worth it, Chuck," held him back.

Sarah, meanwhile, brushed the insult off, thoroughly satisfied with Kyle's misfortunes. And, after his remark, she became more determined to gloat and revel in the team's actions towards Kyle, taking out her phone.

With her phone in hand, she aimed it at Kyle and started recording.

Kyle caught onto what she was doing, shouting, "Oi! You! What the fuck are you doing?! I'm talking to you!"

"Well, she's not talking to you, is she?" Chuck said, glaring at Kyle. "You misogynistic prick!"

"Well said, mate!" Bryce said with an approving nod, then turned his attention to Dan. "Well, Dan, get started on his punishment, mate!"

Big Dan led the latest round of snorts among the six teammates, then used the paddle extra hard on Kyle because of his remark towards Sarah, in particular.

"I swear to god if you don't stop all of this right now, YOU'RE ALL FOR IT!" Kyle warned in anger.

However, none of Red Team took any notice, continuing to gloat and revel in Kyle's misfortunes. His warning only made them more steadfast.

"Harder, Dan!" Bryce encouraged, the excitement visible in his eyes at extreme levels.

Big Dan complied with the request, causing Kyle to yelp out in pain, extending the laughter of Red Team.

"THIS MEANS WAR!" Kyle cried out in pain as Big Dan continued spanking him with the paddle. "We'll have you for this! All of you! You thought the condoms were bad, Sarah, well watch what happens to you next!"

"Shut up and take your punishment! Ya wee naughty boy!" John Murray said, wholly engrossed in watching Big Dan spank the crap out of the Blue Team loudmouth.

"You Scottish prick!" Kyle mouthed in defiance.

"I think he needs a double spanking!" Chuck said, looking around for volunteers.

The transgender escort stepped forward with a flogger in hand. "I'll do it."

The laughter increased among Red Team exponentially as they watched on in glee as the escort stepped toward the back of Kyle.

"FUCK OFF, YOU FREAK!" Kyle bellowed.

However, everyone ignored him, each overly immersed in Kyle's demise.

"Don't worry, if he breaks free, we'll take care of it," Chuck said with a nod to the sex worker.

The sex worker smiled at Chuck.

"I think I'll take a picture or two myself!" Cole gloated, taking out his phone.

"Aye, same here," John Murray said, replicating Cole's actions.

"Same here," Bryce said as he did the same.

Red Team started taking extensive pictures of Kyle's predicament, including the two sex workers in his proximity.

Kyle looked around Red Team, the pain and humiliation clear on his face as Dan and the transgender escort took turns spanking him. "THIS MEANS WARRRRR!"

As Kyle finished delivering his remarks, Jamie and Chris entered the second room, erupting in a fresh wave of laughter as they saw the sight of Kyle tied to the bed with Dan and the transgender escort behind him, with the rest of Red Team positioned all around the bed.

"Well, what a fine mess you've got yourself into, laddie!" Chris howled in laughter.

Kyle met Red Team leader's glance. "Untie me right now before I kill all of you!"

"We can't do that, mate!" Jamie chortled. "Because you wouldn't for us!"

"Aye, he's right!" John Murray said instantly.

The rest of the team nodded in sync, still laughing to their hearts' content.

A short moment passed until Big Dan said, "Well then, fellas, I think that's us done!" he then delivered his last spank, ensuring the final one with the spanker was the firmest of them all.

Red Team shared a glance, each nodding in succession, their enjoyment of everything that'd transpired since they arrived enormously satisfying.

It was unequivocally the best and funniest moment they'd ever encountered in their whole lives, and then some.

With the confirmation given that everyone felt fulfilled in their revenge, Red Team prepared to depart.

Chuck, determined to have the last word to someone he loathed, turned back to look at Kyle and said, "Don't worry if you want to see a copy of events that took place in both rooms. There'll be plenty to go around the base over the coming days and on Monday!"

Chuck's remarks set off a wave of laughter amongst the team again.

However, Kyle was seething, and he stared out all of Red Team. "I'm gonna have all of you for this! ALL OF YOU!"

Kyle's anger only furthered the laughter of Red Team.

Bryce then turned his attention towards the three escorts—stood close together—and said, "If none of you aren't doing anything, do you fancy coming back to John's with us?"

Red Team ceased laughing in an instant, shooting glares at Bryce, while Kyle started laughing for the first time.

Big Dan soon glanced around at his teammates, saying, "I'm going to kill Speedy!"

"Just when things were going so out of this world for the first time!" Jamie said, shaking his head.

Bryce looked around at his teammates, bewildered. "What did I do?"

In sync, Bryce's teammates shook their heads at him, drawing out collective sighs.

Composing himself from Bryce's blunder, Big Dan turned to look at the escorts and asked, "Is it ok if we share the footage with you in the pictures with some of the fine chaps at our workplace?"

"After his unpleasant comments about me…" the transgender escort said. "By all means, feel free."

"Me too," the female escort, who Joe Lewis insulted, said.

The other woman smiled at Red Team. "You fellas are brilliant company. I enjoyed every minute in your company and didn't feel mistreated." she then turned towards Kyle. "The other two, not so."

"Any time, girl!" Jamie said with a massive grin. "You were all perfect, and we all enjoyed your company, too. If you ever fancy a drink and some friendly company with no expectation and zero judgement, you'll find us often in The Red Lion pub run by a cracking landlord called Jim."

"I know where that is," the transgender escort said with a smile. "I might take you up on that."

"Me too," one female said.

Sarah smiled at the sex workers. "Feel free. They'll behave themselves like they said. I promise."

The group, minus Kyle, all shared a warm gaze.

"Right then, let's be off?" Chris asked.

Most people nodded and were about to depart, but they paused when Jamie said, "I think they deserve a little bonus for this. Each of us should give them a little something to share three ways, and I don't want any tight arses trying to get out of it!"

"Fair enough!" Cole said.

Everyone else nodded, each happy to give a little extra for a job well done. The ammunition they'd now use against Blue Team would last for an eternity and be worth every penny and then some.

Once everyone had given a little extra and the three hired help shared it between them, Chris looked at his team and said, "Don't forget to pay me too for hiring."

Big Dan scoffed and pointed everyone with his thumb at Chris. "Always the tight-arse, isn't he?!"

The team shared laughter over Dan's remark, including Chris, who was in too much of an excellent mood to take offence.

Once the amusement calmed, Big Dan said, "None of you need to pay me anything for my surprise. Kyle's reaction, as well as the rest of the Regiment's when they learn of this, was worth every penny and then some!"

The team shared additional spirited chuckles, then descended Joe's stairs one by one with the three hired help, their laughter bellowing through the hallway as they departed Joe's house.

Jamie, last to depart the upper hallway, called out to Joe, "Don't worry, mate, we'll be ringing your lot as soon as we leave to get them to come and untie you! I hope you have an excellent night and remember; if you do the crime, you do the time! If you play with fire, you'll only get burnt! And if you dance with the devil, you might just get its horns up yer arse!"

Jamie, feeling an overwhelming sense of satisfaction, confidently descended the stairs following his remarks, roaring in wave after wave of hysterical laughter at his last witty lines, mingling with the sweet taste of victory in the air in succeeding at something so glorious over his arch nemesis, Joe Lewis…
