"Don't worty we'll be at the game later, we promise. You go to practice." Casey told Branchie. It was Friday afternoon and school had let out but Branchie had basketball practice for the game tonight but Branchie was feeling anxious about the game but hearing that Casey would be there to cheer her on along with Rocket, Roxy and Papa Marshmallow made her feel better. "I am Groot." Branchie said hugging her before she left.
When she got home, she was having a snack but her parents were happy she was goijg to the game. "Of course I am as Branchie's nervous about the game." she said making them agreeing as they were going too knowing Branchie would feel more better seeing them in the bleachers makijg Casey agree.
"I'm gonna take a nap okay." Casey told them as she was heading upstairs to her and Branchie's room lying on the bed zoning out into sleep which was a good thing as she needed to be sharp for attending Branchie's basketball game but also on patrol as Raccoon Girl but Roxy and Rocket Senior were deciding to get pizza after the game making Rocket nodding as he'd been talking to Groot on videomchat but had been telling him aboht how Branchie was doing which impressed him.
After a bit, it was time to go to the game but Casey was feeling refreshed but ready to cheer Branchie on relievihg Roxy and Rocket Senior as they were leaving heading to the gym at Xavier's seeing lots of people and students there so Casey was sitting in the front row relieving Branchie. "You got this." she mouthed to her giving a thumbs up which eased heranxiety hoping after the game, they could hang out and have some fun plus only during her nap, Casey felt weird like she had a weird tummy ache but shrugged it off because of Branchie's first game and if it got worse, she'd tell her parents or Rocket seeing Principal Jubilee taking the stage meaning the game was about to start including the singing of the National Anthem so the game was beginning which she was actually enjoying, way more fun than in Gym class cheering which Branchie could hear which was pumping her up scoring baskets making her proud as the team won but her tummy still felt weird and now it was spreading to her butt making Roxy sense what mightbe happening.
"I'm good, I think, I'm gonna go congratuate Branchie." Casey said majing Roxy sigh. "The day we've been waiting for, where our lil girl becomes a woman might be coming." she whispered to Rocket Senior making him flustered and Rocket get what she meant. "We should waut for her to come to us, okay." he told their makijg Roxy sighing hoping that Casey would come to her if she was feeling weird.
"You did awesome Branchie, and everybody was cheering for you. Mom, Papa Marshmallow, Rockie said we can go for pizza." Casey told Branchie as the teenaged female-sapling smelt a weird stink from herbest pal making Casey surprised smelling and not getting what she meant. "Because you're a trash panda that's why. Branchie we're getting pizza with the team, you in." a kid on the basketball team said. "I am Groot, I am Groot." Branchie said.
"Sure, go ahead and I can go on patrol alone, owwww I don't feel so good…" she said making Branchie concerned but knew her best pal being Raccoon Girl could handle it hugging her before going off with the team feeling tears sting her eyes unaware Rocket had seen wiping them away before he saw. "Everything okay kiddo, oh geez mom's theory was right, the day finally came." he told her.
"I'm fine Rockie, just off so leave me be." she told him making him sigh seeing her going upstairs when they got home slamming thedoor making the house shake like an earthquake making Roxy sense her lil girl was growing up making Papa Marshmallow frown as she went upstairs hearing screaming realising what was happening hearing Casey crying seeing her in a ball with her paws covering her eyes. "I'm too gross to go forpizza or school. My tummy and butt hurt, my head feels all fuzzy, I stink like trash so just go." she said through tears as Roxy was sitting beside her seeing it had happened but comforting her, telling her this was normal but the first one was always bad so washelping her clean up.
"Guys, order pizza, somebody's on her first time and she's freaked out. I helped her clean up but she's sleeping after the warm bath I gave her and we had a nice girl chat about what's happening to her plus put a hot water bottle on her tummy." Roxytold them making Rocket understand guessing his sis had been feeling like this all day but had kept it to herself because of Branchie's first game.
