A WEEK AFTER WEIRDMAGEDDON:

WEB OF LIFE AND DESTINY:

Alice was sitting down, looking down at a book she was trying to get into. The book she was reading, Keeper of the Stars, she wasn't able to get into as she kept looking over towards Eli. Their time in the FRAMEWORK was something that she couldn't truly forget. She wished a timeline where she could be a normal person could be possible, but that was a dream.

"Alice?" Madame Web called, getting her attention. "May we go for a stroll?"

"Uh...sure?" Alice guessed as she conjured a spell to send the book towards a shelf as they walked.

Since their base was somewhere that was in between all realities, as they were walking, Alice could look around and see all the bundles of webbing that created different of hundreds of worlds. If you were silent, you could even hear the echoes of the dimensions.

"I like to come here." Madame Web said as they strolled on empty space. "This is the one space in all of the dimensions where I'm not burdened with my gift."

"You are really burdened with that gift?" Alice asks.

"I have always been burdened with this power." Madame Web admits. "I was just once a super-powered person with special abilities. One accident, and I lost my sight, but gained the power to see all timelines."

"How did that happen?" Alice asks. "You went from a Spider-Woman to a clairvoyant. You don't talk about your origins."

"Long story short, the Monitor came to me one day, telling me I needed to save a child who was being targeted, Peter Parker." Madame Web recapped her history. "After all was said and done, I knew he was going to need protecting, and The Monitor promised me power to protect him, and all the multiverse."

"And your eyes?" Alice wonders.

"Incident during one of my battles." Madame Web explained. "When the Monitor passed, I used everything in my power to keep another Crisis from happening."

"And its invulnerability leads to an incursion with our universe." Alice quipped.

"I don't believe in accidents." Madame Web admits. "You see, Alice, I was watching you from the FRAMEWORK. The only way you escaped was because your powers were reconstructing themselves, from within the HEX. Your mind was so powerful, it scrambled the FRAMEWORK and rewrote it to your benefit."

"But not for Martin," Alice recalled the professor's death in sorrow.

"Yes. I know. As saddening as it is, even with our great powers, we will always lose someone." Madame Web sympathizes with Alice. "But we keep moving forward. And I believe it wasn't an incident that you began to unlock your potential." She then raised her hands and reached to touch one of the strands of webbing. "The Web of Life is something that must always be protected. Its design so simple. Many worlds colliding over and over. But even with its power, it always needs to be protected. The multiverse has healers."

"Healers?" Alice was confused.

"They're basically smaller god-like beings such as myself." Madame Web explained. "They are gifted with powers close to my own but are limited to some respect. You have met a few of them. Oliver Queen...but there are others out there. Stan Lee. Liu Kang. Spider Supreme. The Watcher. Khonshu. But the Web needs a higher kind of protector. It was first the Monitor, now it is me...and I believe you are what comes next, Alice."

Alice was shocked when she heard that and turned to Madame Web. "Me? No, no, I am...I am not that strong."

"Not yet. But one day...your powers will rival my own. And that's what the Web needs." Madame Web stated. "Someone always growing stronger." She then created a ball of energy in her hands. "As you have only scrapped the surface of your power."

As Alice watched intently, Madame Web gently placed the shimmering energy ball on her forehead. Instantly, she felt a powerful surge of energy coursing through her veins, as if the very universes themselves were flowing through her. As she gasped in amazement, her mind began to open up to a vast and wondrous realm of vision and understanding.

With newfound clarity, Alice was able to perceive the myriad of lives currently being lived, as well as those that could have been, had events transpired differently. She saw the countless worlds that were birthed from that one small moment, each one unique and teeming with life and energy. As her awareness expanded, she was able to glimpse the countless other worlds that could easily be created, each one a testament to the boundless creativity of the universe.

"I...I see it. Eternity." Alice whispered as her eyes were reflecting the universe.

"And that is a fragment of what you can do." Madame Web promised. "With time, you can become so much more powerful than I am."

Alice blinked and her eyes became normal as if nothing had happened. "When do we start?"

EARTH-PRIME:

After everything that happened, things seemed to only have gotten worse. Things only got worse and worse after Frankie's official death. Peter was sitting at the Hall of Justice, looking over towards the memorial that was set up in Frankie's honor. Well, Metalla's honor.

Frankie was officially killed in a gas leak while searching a warehouse for another expansion for FEAST. But...Peter knows the truth. She died when Metalla died. Saving the multiverse. And now the Justice League was here to give a speech on her death, and... confirm he is retiring as Spider-Man.

"Pete?" Peter-38 called him out. "It's time."

Peter-1 nodded and knew it was time to finally put Spider-Man to rest. At least officially. Spider-Man is going to retire. If he's ever going to come out, it will need to be for something dangerous and world-ending.

The scene opens with an old man stepping out of his car on the other side of the world, probably in a remote location. As he strides towards the front gate, his demeanor is determined and resolute. After entering the premises, he goes around coughing, indicating his poor health. He then reaches for a few pills kept on the table and consumes them. As he gazes at his reflection in the mirror, we realize that this is none other than the infamous Kraven the Hunter, who is significantly older than the last time he set foot in Central City to hunt down Spider-Man.

Kraven had been diagnosed with cancer, which led him to seek release from ARGUS, the organization that was held him for almost a full two decades. He managed to get the best lawyers to represent him (with a bit of help of the enforcers he knew on the outside) and managed to get his release. Despite trying the best possible treatments, he found no relief, which left him with no choice but to seclude himself in the jungle, where he felt most at home. Having nothing else to do, Kraven turned on the television, probably looking for some entertainment or distraction.

"And with the loss of our team member, we have some other news...the same crisis that plagued the team, and took our comrade from us did something else... to me. I'm using today to officially announce my retirement as Spider-Man."

Kraven slammed the pill canister on the table when he heard that and turned towards the television.

"My time I spent protecting the city I will cherish, but...I can't keep up. It's time that I passed down the protection of my city to someone else. And I think you know exactly who. If I am needed, I will provide assistance, but-"

Kraven stopped listening as he reached and grabbed his phone. He dialed a number and waited for someone to pick up. "Preparation is over. The time has come. Light the fires." He said with a giant grin. "My greatest hunt begins."

FIVE YEARS LATER:

"Tina?" Tina was in a haze as she was looking off at the distance. "Tina!"

April was finally able to snap Tina out of the haze that she was in. "Yeah, sorry. What's up?"

"What do you think?" April asked, looking forward.

Tina looked over towards the building in front of her and sighed. Since everything that happened five years ago and the death of her oldest sister, they made their own scientific research facility that's a branch of P.A.R.K.E.R. Industries that she's entitled the Frankie-May foundation in honor of both Frankie and their great aunt May.

"Looks great." Tina sighed.

"Yeah." Tommy came up behind them, buttoning his shirt. "Sorry, I had to make a detour since my new suit finally arrived. Cisco has been begging to see if it worked."

"He finally got you web wings?" Tina asked.

"Yeah, so...am I finally allowed to see inside?" Tommy asks.

"Ollie should already be here. Vivian said she's interviewing someone, and Mom and Dad have already seen it so..." Tina then started to lead the way for them to enter the labs. "Welcome to the Frankie-May Foundation."

When they entered the facility, it was...amazing.

The subfloor is below ground level and is where the Medical and Entomology departments are. A small open area between them holds ponds for the Ichthyology department's research.

The first floor is where the lobby has a reception desk and four meeting rooms up two separate stairways. Beyond the lobby is the first floor of the research labs and a lounge area.

The second floor is where their own personal particle accelerator is located. Not to worry, this one isn't going to set off any explosions since it hasn't been tampered with by Thawne, who is sitting comfortably in a cell on Lian Yu. Apart from that, it's mostly a lounge area for workers to have a break.

The third floor had the Agriculture department take up 45% of the area, with the Energy and Astronomy departments taking up the rest of the space. It is also where the CEO's office is located.

"Wow, sis." Tommy had to admit her sister outdid herself with the place.

"A pretty high ride from the smelly old office Dad put you in?" Tina asked.

"Well, taking over the company for our old man comes with upsides." Tommy shrugged.

"Tommy!" Vivian cried as she made her way downward. "Well, look who's here!"

"Hey, Vivian." Tommy hugged his sister. "Good to see you."

"How was Gotham City?" Vivian asks.

"Ah, gloomy, depressing, but Terry says hi," Tommy tells them. "And we finally finalized the merger between Wayne and Parker industries."

"Have you showed him?" Vivian asks Tina.

"Not yet, just about to give him the tour," Tina said as they headed for the elevator.

"So, how's Tula? We don't see much of her." Vivian asks Tommy. "You guys still...?"

"Well, she's been taking up more time with being Princess of Atlantis and all. So we're trying to figure out how this relationship is going to work." Tommy said as they entered the elevator. "She's kinda grateful for her little brother now knowing he could take the throne if she decides not to."

"I'd bet." Tina chuckled. "Speaking of which, is Aster back in town?"

"No, doesn't get home until later last I heard," Tommy said. Aster had gone to college and was taking some time after graduating to celebrate with some pals he met and Carrie was with him. "So, where are we heading to first?"

"The leading Entomologist- you know what that is, right?" Tina asked her brother as they headed towards the labs.

"I feel insulted." Tommy scoffed as he exited the elevator. "We went to the same school and graduated with the same degree."

"Just checking." Tina chuckled.

"Her name is Karen Beecher," April said as they entered the labs. "Her work is studying bees. More specifically the bee wolf."

"That's a thing?" Tommy was surprised to hear. "I really should have paid attention to class more."

"Or watched a nature documentary," Vivian said.

"Trust me, watch enough to keep up a conversation with Tula," Tommy replied.

Tina walked over and saw Ollie was talking to Karen Beecher. "Ollie."

Ollie jumped a little from her voice and laughed when he saw Tommy. "Tommy!" He walked over and gave his friend a fist bump. "Ah man, how was Gotham?"

"More or less the same. Psychotic. Corrupted." Tommy recapped. "Smell of death and despair."

"Okay, a bit too much," Ollie stated. "Well, I'm guessing you're here to meet Dr. Beecher."

"Nice to meet you, Dr. Beecher," Tommy said as he shook her hand.

"Pleasure is all mine. Your sister about your relationship a lot." Karen tells him.

"Why don't you tell Tommy what you're working on?" Tina asked.

"Certainly," Karen said as she activated a hologram on her computer showing bees. "The mass majority of the food you consume comes from crops pollinated by bees. But in recent days, the population has been beginning to decline because of these guys." She then changed the photo to the bee wolves. "The beewolf is a carnivorous cousin of the bee." Then she showed a table with small bees. "Using the Palmer Technologies tech we've been receiving, we have been able to create these little guys. Basically, they're going to work as bodyguards for the bees and defend them from these bee killers."

"That's impressive work," Tommy said as he picked one up and looked it over. "What are they made out of?"

"Shrunken down alloy," Tina answered as she pointed to a laser. "A small portable shrink ray. Courtesy of Ray Palmer."

"They're also the same bees that were once used from Brie Larvan," Karen admitted.

"Who?" Tommy asked.

"Bug-Eyed Bandit." Tina reminded her brother. "Her drones were in lockup when STAR Labs exploded, but they were salvaged and being kept under lockup at Dad's industries, and I talked him into handing them over."

"Wow," Tommy admitted he was impressed.

"You haven't seen the best part," Tina said as they made their way towards his office. "Time to assemble."

Then the ground below shifted, uncovering the truth that the entire floor was, in fact, an elevator descending into the depths.

"Whoa," Tommy said as he looked around.

"Yeah, Dad gave us the base upstate, but we turned that into a bit of a training facility," Tina admitted. "Down here, this is where we have the real base."

"So, this is where we're gonna be meeting up?" Tommy asked. "Feels a little inconvenient."

"We made this place with secret passageways throughout the city that meet here," April explained as she gestured to the many doorways. "Thanks to a bit of science, and a hint of magic from Dr. Strange, we can go from anywhere in the city and back here using these doorways. Even from the other cities."

"Yeah, we got doorways to Gotham, National City, and even a doorway to Atlantis," Vivian admits.

"Okay, I will admit, that's useful," Tommy confessed.

"How's dad with retirement?" Tina wonders.

Tommy chuckled. "I think he's doing just fine."

Peter and the girls were doing fine at a cookout organized by Barry and Patty for the parents. Nearly everyone was there, except for Lois and the rest of the Kent family, who were away in Argo City.

"This is nice, we should do this way more often," Kara said as she took a plate from Peter-1.

"Yeah. It is." Peter-1 sighed as he handed her a burger. "Oh, and congrats on your daughter's promotion at CatCo."

"Hm, she gets her brain from her mom," Kara said with pride.

"Hey." Peter-38 felt offended by that. "I am literally one of the smartest people alive."

"If you are so smart, was that a smart thing to say?" Kara asked.

"Good point." Peter-38 said.

"Man, I can't believe how strong this drink is," Barry said as he took a swing of a drink.

"You can't get drunk." Patty reminded him.

"I don't care, that's how good this is," Barry stated as he took another slug.

"God, I wish I could drink without hangovers." Peter-1 sighed.

"Welcome to my life in college." Ronnie scoffed at his best friend. "God, the hangovers."

"That happened that often?" Crystal asked in surprise.

"You'd be surprised what we got up to in our college days," Peter-1 stated as he closed up the BBQ. "So, where is Kate? She not coming by?"

"She said she would like to, but there's this big transfer going down," Kara said as they all took a seat. "Sinister Six and a lot of your old enemies are up for a retrial, and Wayne Enterprises is helping with the dampening tech to oversee the transport."

"And a lot of other enemies we've made," Barry commented. "How's the Syndicate been?"

"Best behavior that they can be." Peter-38 stated. "I mean, they can't do much knowing that we and our kids are watching their every move."

"And Alex has them on this shock device that'll disable their powers if they get out of line," Kara added.

"Yeah, and that whole transport isn't going to go bad at all." Ralph scoffed.

"He's got a point," Peter-1 stated. "I mean, look at all of the constant times transports have been hit."

"Don't worry, we have the kids on it," Barry assured their friend.

"Yeah, you're the only guy who I can see as retiring a bad thing," Ronnie stated.

"The party is here!" Cisco called as he and Kamilla finally arrived.

"We brought my famous ambrosia salad and veggie dogs for Ralph," Kamilla said, lifting a bowl into the air as tribute. "And chimichangas for Wade."

"Yes!" Ralph cried. "I knew I liked you."

"Ah, actually, guys, Wade isn't here," Peter-1 tells them.

"Yeah, he's still abroad." Caitlin comforted.

"Or in a parallel universe." Crystal adds.

"Or in Vegas. He's been kinda going everywhere." Barry admitted.

"At least he's only killing people we can't testify against," Peter-38 stated as he took a swig.

"Where's Karen and Armando?" Barry wonders.

"Ah, they went off to finalize the details for tomorrow with the transport," Kamilla tells them.

Felicia then came out of the house, her hair flowing in a ponytail as she approached everyone. "Hey, everyone! Sorry, I am late. It took me a minute to pick the lock from inside of Cisco's trunk."

"You did that again?" Cisco asked in shock. "Girl, when are you getting your own car?"

"I did, but it is in the shop." Felicia reminded him. "And it keeps me mobile sneaking into your cars."

"Wait, cars as in plural?" Ralph asks. "You haven't done that to ours, have you?"

Felicia chuckled as she took a seat, leaning back and crossing her legs on the table. "I'll never tell."

Peter-1 knew how Felicia liked to mess with people, but recent days have taught him how to finally retort. "So, Felicia, when are we going to meet this mystery person you have been seeing?"

Felicia gave him a stern look. "Oh, you did not go there, Spider."

"You know, that nickname doesn't work on me anymore," Peter-1 stated as he took a swing of his beer.

"Wait, you are seeing someone?" Barry asked in surprise. "How come we haven't heard about this?"

"Felicia, actually getting out there again?" Caitlin sounded happy for her.

"Yep, you can rest happily that I am no longer after your guy," Felicia sighed as she took a swing of her drink. "And that is all you are learning."

"How did you find out?" Ronnie asked Peter.

"Please, Felicia can't hide anything from me," Peter-1 stated. "I know her too well."

"That and we ran into them on a date on our date last week," Crystal admitted.

"Really?" Peter scoffed at his wife. "Couldn't let me have that?"

"Nope, I got the ice queen on my side," Felicia said with pride. "You can have the blonde."

"What did I do?" Patty asks.

Then Kamilla looked around and was curious about something. "Hey, where are the kids?"

"What do you mean?" Peter-1 inquired, glancing towards the play set. "They're right over..." His voice trailed off as he turned to see that the younger members of their group were nowhere to be seen. "Uh..."

"Ah, crap," Barry said with concern.

"How long were they gone?" Kara asked as they stood and looked around.

"I swear they were just here," Ronnie stated.

"Well, Richie is getting better with his speed," Cisco admitted as they started to look around.

"Hang on." Peter-38 pulled out a device. "I got it."

"What are you doing?" Kamilla asks.

"Uh, let's say that since they learned to fly, I put a protocol in place," Peter-38 said as Gideon appeared.

"Hello, Peter." Gideon greeted.

"Hey, Gid. I need you to run the helicopter protocol." Peter-38 tells him.

"Helicopter protocol activated," Gideon said as two dots appeared on his phone.

"You put trackers on our kids?" Kara asked in shock.

"Well, actually, they have a unique DNA signature, which has been easy to distinguish from Anjelica since she is older. And stronger and has absorbed more sunlight." Peter-38 recapped as he got the signal. "Looks like they are...ah, crap."

In the downtown area, a bank robbery was underway. The perpetrators believed they were sufficiently distant from any nearby areas to avoid superhero intervention. However, they were not entirely correct, as Maggie Nelson, also known as Mosaic, was present. She wasn't there in her superhero capacity, but rather as a detective, since the situation involved a man with a bomb taking hostages.

"Okay, look, just tell us what you want," Maggie tells the man over the phone.

"You just follow instructions, and everybody here gets to live to see the sunshine tomorrow." The mugger who has been plaguing the city since Spider-Man first started his career. "Right? And I'd better not see The Justice League, either. All right, first, I want a car. Something eco-friendly, like a Prius."

Maggie wasn't sure if this guy was serious, but he definitely looked serious. "Okay, we can do that." She looked over towards Captain Yuri who was just as confused.

"Good." He stated. "Uh, right. Now second. Uh, I want a plane, okay? A private plane. Okay, and a salad, all right? I'm counting calories."

"Okay, it's going to take us an hour to arrange that." Maggie bargained.

But what he didn't notice was that several strands of webs grabbed onto the hostages and yanked them backward toward the exit.

"You better hurry up, because these hostages don't have much time." He then turned around and saw that there was no sign of his hostages.

Then a gust of wind came in and a young girl was floating, in the air with a small cape (more of a blanket) flapping in the airconditioning. She wore all red pants and boots, and a hoodie with the Supergirl logo on the chest.

"You should have listened to the nice lady." The young girl said, spooking the man.

Then there was another gust of wind and a young boy appeared, he was wearing a more golden-covered suit, and golden gape flapping. "Because this is going to hurt now."

Then there was a third one who came down on the web and was wearing a different kind of suit. This one was wearing a biker helmet that was altered and a webbing pattern suit underneath pads on her elbows and knees.

"Boo!" Mayday spooked him, causing the criminal to scream and run, making his way for the window.

"Should we do something about the big boom around him?" Astra asks.

"I got it," Richie promised, speeding his way over and ripping the device off his chest. "Boom."

The thief then panicked when he saw what was about to happen. "That's exactly what is about to happen in about ten seconds!"

Richie looked down and heard the device beginning to beep. "Oops."

Luckily in the time it took for the bomb to begin to count down, Dawn had already sped her way over and was wearing her own new outfit. She ran her way inside and immediately started to use Flashtime to slow the scenario down. When she made it inside, her new outfit became clear, and was shown to be all black with a gold and red belt on her waist. She wore a domino mask around her eyes, and her blonde hair was up in a ponytail this time rather than the free-flowing she once had in her youth.

Checking the situation out, she saw that the bomb was seconds from blowing up, and she only had seconds to react. Ugh, she hated this part. She ran over and grabbed the bomb, speeding off and reaching over the ocean before throwing it into the air and watching it explode as she was running back. She made it back to handcuff the criminal with the handcuffs she swiped from Maggie on the way back over.

And just like that, Flash and Supergirl were the first two to arrive at the scene. They looked into the window and saw the three kids inside the bank who had stern looks in their eyes.

"We're so grounded."

NATIONAL CITY:

In National City, Anjelica and Roberta collaborated on a high-profile case for the DEO. With reports of people missing or attacked, they were diligently piecing together the events to understand the situation. There was not much to go on about where or who they were being attacked by, but they managed to vanish without a trace and leave their victims with giant gaping holes in their chests, decapitated, or mangled in some way.

Roberta kicked in a door, her shield raised and Angelica was right behind her with Cessily as a pile of mercury on the ground. She was using this form to swirl around, checking out the area to be sure there was nothing in the way of traps.

She reformed herself into a human mold, wearing a skintight suit that was designed to turn into mercury when she did and morph back with her as she changed into her form. She sighed and wiped off some hairs that came along her body.

"We think our mystery attacker was here?" Cessily asked as she picked up a photo. "I don't see anything out of the ordinary."

"Really?" Angelica asked sarcastically. "Lyla, do a scan of that image, see who he is."

"Searching," Lyla confirmed that she was using the databases to find him. "Oh, hey, found a match. Our new friend is-"

Angelica's senses went off, alerting her of an incoming attack. She flew over and lifted Roberta's shield to block off an attack from a boomerang that stabbed Mercury, but she wasn't hurt by the shot since she was living liquid. She didn't even notice what happened until she looked down and saw it in her chest.

"Oh, look at that. I've been impaled." Cessily joked.

They looked to see a Caucasian male, he had brown hair with large sideburns up to his nasolabial folds. He has a large aquiline nose and thick lips.

He wears a combo consisting of blue-gray pants, a light blue shirt, and a navy blue duster. He wears a beanie hat that matches his coat, adorned with a silver boomerang placed like an inverted chevron. He wears more boomerangs in a black bandolier over his left shoulder.

"Hi." Anjelica was the first to greet him. "Who the hell are you?"

"I'm your worst nightmare, jackass." He stated to her, drawing another boomerang. "And you...interrupted something very important."

"Lyla?" Roberta was looking for a name.

"Sorry. Our friend is Owen Mercer." Lyla said as she showed a photo of him from the criminal database. "Seems to be your run-of-the-mill baddie. In and out of Iron Heights for years, likes to steal from big tech companies. But that's odd. Nothing on this ship would fit his MO. Most of this stuff is supplies designated for...Wakanda."

"The third world country?" Angelica asked and scoffed, eying Mercer. "Okay, you're a guy with fancy sticks. Well, guess what, bullets bounce off of me."

"But these won't," Owen stated as he then threw a boomerang towards Anjelica.

Anjelica ended up catching it, only for her to suddenly feel weak and drop to her knees. She looked down at the boomerang and saw she was holding kryptonite. She dropped the boomerang and gasped as she was feeling weak.

"Arachnid!" Cessily ran to her side. "You okay?"

"Aw. Looks like the Kryptonian needs a rest." Owen said as he drew another boomerang. "Permanently!"

Owen then threw the boomerang while Cessily tried to stop it but the boomerang passed through her and Roberta then caught it using her shield to block it. When they were preparing to strike, they saw there was a shadowy figure looming over them, they couldn't get a clear sight of them and watched they were running away with something strapped to their backs.

"You get them, I got him!" Cessily tells Roberta.

Roberta looked over and nodded as she ran off and chased after the strange figure.

"Alright, Mr. Boomerang." Cessily snarled as she prepared to fight. "You wanna fight? Let's do this!"

As Cessily's gaze fell upon Owen, she let out a disappointed sigh, shook her head, and quickly transformed her hands into sharp swords. Owen, on the other hand, reached into his jacket and pulled out several boomerangs, ready to launch them towards Mercury.

With lightning-fast reflexes, Cessily managed to dodge the incoming projectiles, and with a swift movement, she smacked them out of the air with her swords. Seeing an opportunity, she prepared to strike Owen, spinning in the air and turning her lower half into a liquid state, which gave her an added advantage. However, at the last moment, the enemy vanished into thin air, leaving Cessily stunned.

Cessily looked around and was expecting him to reappear somewhere else. "Well, that happened."

"Scanners show he left," Lyla confirmed. "Where to, I don't know."

Cessily saw the work was done and ran over to help Angelica stand. "You okay?"

"I'm fine," Angelica stated that she was struggling to stand with the kryptonite she was poisoned by. "Where's Roberta?"

As Roberta pursued her target across the ship, she used the wings equipped on her suit to fly around, getting a closer look at who she was chasing. Her target was wearing a skin-tight, full-body black suit that was designed to resemble a feline creature, complete with sharp, deadly-looking claws. Roberta couldn't help but wonder if the claws were real or just a part of the suit. Additionally, she noticed that he was carrying something on his back that looked like a piece of metal, but she couldn't quite make out what it was.

Determined to catch her target, Roberta threw her shield, landing on the ship, watching as her shield ricocheted off the crates and caught the man's attention. The sound of the impact echoed across the ship, causing the man to spin around and face Roberta as she deftly caught the shield. Despite the danger and uncertainty of the situation, Roberta remained focused on her mission, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

"That's far enough!" declared Roberta as she advanced. "I am on official DEO business! You are committing theft at an active crime scene!"

"Yours is not the only business here!" He proclaimed back, revealing he had a strong African accent in his voice. "Stay out of my way!"

"Stand down!" Roberta demands.

That seemed to tick him off as he then fully turned to face Roberta and marched his way towards her. "I do not take orders from anyone! This is none of your concern, I have only stolen back what belongs to my people."

"Well, listen, I don't know who you are, but..." Roberta tried to stop him as she stepped closer.

"But I know who you are!" He stated. "America's dressed-up hero. Dancing around in red, white, and blue underwear."

"This is coming from the guy dressed like an overgrown house cat?" Roberta asked with a scoff.

"That shield that you hide behind, does not belong to you!" He proclaimed. "You are unworthy of it!"

Roberta scoffed and was worried about Angelica. "I don't have time for this."

"Neither do I." The thief proclaimed, retreating his claws to strike.

The first move was made by Roberta, who charged forward and swung her shield at the thief with all her might. The masked man dodged gracefully, her movements almost too fast to see, and retaliated with a swift kick to Roberta's side.

The two combatants continued to trade blows, each one landing hits on the other. Roberta's shield proved to be a formidable weapon, deflecting the thief's claws time and time again. But this guy was just as skilled, and his agility and speed allowed him to dodge Roberta's attacks with ease.

As the battle raged on, the two warriors began to tire. They circled each other warily, waiting for the other to make a mistake. It was her attacker who struck first, launching himself at Roberta with a powerful kick off of the cargo containers that sent the hero tumbling to the ground.

But Roberta was not defeated yet. She leaped back to her feet and charged at cat-man once again, her shield held high. The two clashed in a fierce struggle, neither one willing to back down.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Roberta landed a decisive blow. With a mighty swing of her shield, she knocked the guy off his feet and sent him flying across the ship.

The two warriors lay there, panting and exhausted, their bodies battered and bruised. Roberta panted in exhaustion when she saw that the masked man was still not done yet as he stood up.

"Stand down." He demanded Roberta. "You can't keep this up."

Roberta scoffed as she spat up some blood and was preparing to go again. "Oh, I could do this all day!"

The two then charged at one another yet again, but were stopped by Angelica flying in between them and Mercury wrapped herself around the assailant's arms. Keeping him from getting away from her, and allowing them to finally take a moment.

"That's enough!" Angelica stated as she approached what the thief was after. She picked it up and tapped her ear. "Lyla?"

"Hm..that is interesting," Lyla commented, scanning the metal. "You are not going to believe this, but this...this is Vibranium."

"The same stuff from my shield?" Roberta was surprised to hear. "How could there be more of that stuff?"

"The bigger question is, how is our new friend wearing it?" Lyla asked, getting them to turn towards the man Mercury was still holding down. "His suit is coated with Vibranium alloy."

"Who the hell are you?" Roberta asked as she reached over to rip the mask off of him, only for a spear to appear out of nowhere, and to then be surrounded by armed warrior women, causing the three of them to circle back to back. "Okay, this is new."

"Lyla?" Angelica tried to get a look around. "What is this?"

"I don't know, but these girls are all wearing Vibranium," Lyla informed them.

"How much Vibranium is in this world?" Cessily asks. "I thought that only the shield was all there was."

"Well, this was technically evil Captain America's shield first." Roberta reminded her. "Where's M'gann when you need her?"

"On Mars with J'onn last I remember," Angelica replied.

"Okay, we gotta rethink vacation days," Roberta stated. "Nobody is around when we need them anymore."

"Release the prince!" One of them demanded, and they definitely had a strong accent same as their thief. "Now!"

As the three of them gazed in the direction of the young boy, they were stunned to discover that he was in fact a Prince. They stood there, awestruck, as they watched a figure dressed in a sleek, heavily panther-styled suit emerge from the crowd, striding confidently towards them. The group of fierce warrior women parted ways to allow him to approach unhindered. With every step he took, his presence radiated confidence, power, and grace. At last, he reached the small group and removed his mask, revealing a face that none of them recognized.

"Who the hell is that?" Angelica asks.

"Uh...you are not gonna believe this," Lyla said in shock. "That's King T'Challa. The king of Wakanda."

That caused the three of them to look towards the man in the black panther suit in shock, hearing this guy was supposed to be a king.

CENTRAL CITY:

"Okay, so, I met bee-lady, you got anyone else stored here?" Tommy asked as they strolled down the halls. "Come on, you have to have someone."

"Well, we do have one familiar face," Tina said as they strolled into a room underneath the Particle Accelerator controls. They walked into the room and found that their head of the biogenetic research was actually April herself. "Sis."

"Oh, hey." April greeted them, getting them to see she was working with Curtis Connors, aka the ex-Lizard. "You guys remember Connors."

"Oh, right. Hey." Tommy greeted him in surprise. "Uh, did I miss something while I was in Gotham?"

"Let's just say that we managed to finally work on a permanent cure for the Lizard," Tina said, impressed with herself.

"We have him stop by from time to time to make sure his cells aren't reverting back to his reptilian form," April explained what he was doing here.

As they were busy discussing their tactics, suddenly they felt their senses getting alert as if warning them of some impending danger. They quickly turned their attention to the source of the impending threat, only to find a sunlight person walking into the room. Startled by this unexpected arrival, they ran off for some cover to avoid being seen until they could figure out what was happening.

As the sunlight person approached the particle accelerator housing a new and powerful energy source, they realized the danger was real and immediate. There was no way they could get into their superhero personas, so Tina quickly grabbed her phone and sent out the Young Justice distress signal, hoping that their teammates would hear it and come to their rescue.

That signal wasn't just alone and meant for the YJ alone, as the main heroes of the Justice League also receive the signal, and Barry was the first to see it among the friends who were hearing Peter, Caitlin, Kara, and Peter-38 give their kids a talking to for sneaking off like that. He wanted to get himself out of the situation and decided to give them a hand and sped off. Dawn also was at work when she got the alert and decided to speed off to help her friends.

They arrived at the scene one after the other starting with Dawn showing up and seeing the threat to her friends. "So, let me guess, Ms. Invisible?"

"The name's...Sunshine." She introduced herself.

Barry, also known as the Flash, rushed into the room with remarkable speed, and as soon as he saw the enemy they were facing, he confidently chuckled and said, "I got this one."

But then Barry took a few steps forward, and his powers kicked in, allowing him to move at an incredible pace. However, something strange began to happen - his powers started to glitch, and he collapsed, crashing onto the ground.

Dawn was quick to react and cried out for her dad, wanting to help him. "Flash!"

But before she could do anything, the mutant vanished into thin air, leaving Dawn alone in the room. She looked around, trying to prepare herself for a confrontation, but it was challenging when she had no idea where the enemy was.

Suddenly, the metahuman appeared behind Dawn, and before she could react, they shot her down. With great force, Dawn was sent flying across the room, and she shattered against the glass windows of the Frankie-May Foundation. The sound of the breaking glass echoed through the room, and everything went silent.

"Well, that was fun," Sunshine stated as she strolled over to pick up the power source.

"Seriously?" A cold voice called Sub-Zero strolled into the room with a newly designed version of his old outfit that was now looking more like clothing rather than armor. He wore a blue suit with a dark snowy jacket that almost looked similar to Crystal's first look when she was working with Savitar. "I come home, and this is the first thing that I have to deal with?"

"The Prince of Ice." Sunshine scoffed when she saw him. "Sunshine against ice, guess which one wins."

"Well, I am known for beating the odds," Sub-Zero stated.

"You got our name from a videogame." Aster reminds his split personality.

"Oh, shut up, it's been years." Sub-Zero retorted and looked back to their enemy.

Sub-Zero and Sunshine were locked in a fierce battle. Sunshine was the first to make a move by sending a powerful blast of light towards Sub-Zero. But he was quick to react and created a shield of ice to deflect the attack. He used the same shield to launch an ice blast towards Sunshine. But she wasn't one to be taken down easily and dodged the attack by dropping to her knees and rolling out of the way.

Seizing the opportunity to retaliate, she threw a blast of light toward Sub-Zero that hit him hard and sent him flying backward. As Sub-Zero struggled to get up, Sunshine was preparing another strike. But before she could make a move, Sub-Zero charged up a blast of ice that worked like an EMP. With a deafening blast, the ice sent Sunshine flying several feet away.

The battle was intense, and both fighters were determined to emerge victorious. But with Sub-Zero's EMP blast, he had gained the upper hand. He then chuckled as he grabbed some meta cuffs he had on him and placed them on the new meta.

"Well, that's what I call a welcome home party." Sub-Zero scoffed with a chuckle. "You need to upgrade your security here, sis."

"Seems to me like my family is the only security I need," Tina stated as she strolled over and hugged her half-brother. "Good to see you. Where's Carrie?"

"Ah, went to see her folks," Sub-Zero explained. "I was on my way over here before going to see Mom and Dad when I decided to come over here."

"Well, it's great to see you," Tommy said as he patted his brother's shoulder.

"Dad, you okay?" Dawn asked as she approached her father.

Barry looked down at his hand and was confused about what happened. "I...I don't know."

Owen was transported to a secured warehouse where he strolled inside as he looked around for someone. Then he saw there was indeed someone in the facility looking over footage of hunters in a forest, and a radio of some sort hearing of them transporting some gear overseas.

"Well, the old man never showed up," Owen stated as he strolled into the room. "So, what now?"

"Now...he is going to go after a new source of metal and power source." A woman with a strong Russian accent stated as she stood up.

As she rose to her feet, Owen couldn't help but notice the striking tiger-patterned cloth that draped over her shoulders, serving as both a cloak and a jacket. Her short blonde hair was neatly styled, and her hands were carefully wrapped up in white cloths. She wore a pair of sleek black pants that hugged her legs comfortably, had on hunting boots, and held a gleaming spear in her hand. The sight of her was both impressive and intimidating as if she were a skilled warrior ready to take on any challenge that came her way.

"And I fear I know where he will strike." She said in fear as she stood. "He will light the fires. And their homes will become his jungle."

"And that leaves us where?" Owen asks.

"Us?" The Russian asked as she scoffed. "Nowhere."

She threw the dagger in the air and implied him at the side, watching as he lost consciousness and fainted. He wouldn't die from his injuries, she made sure of that. But she wasn't in need of his criminal expertise anymore.

She then threw another dagger into one of the screens with Kraven's face. "I will stop you...father."
