Reglaus walked down to double doors, on his way to the great lake and bumped into someone with a bright, red hair. The red waa a pop of color among the background. Regalus shook himself from staring at the red hair and helped the person pick up their stuff.
"Oi," the owner complained. But accepted his help in picking up their stuff. Ron was on his way to the Great Hall when someone bumped into him. A boy with aristocratic features, dakr curls that fell near his ears, and a Slytherin tie was the one who bumped into him. The boy looked a lot like Sirius, but Sirius was in Gryffindor and less intense or serious looking. Pun intended. It must be his brother, RAB, or Regalus.
"Thanks mate," Ron said taking his stuff back. Ron had ended up back in time after the Wizarding world collapses. The magical creatures got tired of their status and after voldemort was defeated, they felt like they were used just to get of a mainly wizard/man murderer. Because Voldemort didn't attack all of them, except house Elves. He basically left them alone. Centaurs felt the strongest about this besides werewolves. Vampires were just chill, drinking from all the carnage. And trolls just smashed eveything that irritated them. The magical creatures were passed they couldn't own wands and Centaurss helped House Elves realize that they needed their own interests put first.
So the creatures rebelled, led by Centaurs. The Wizarding stock market crashed and the wizard world was plunged into the dark ages, again. Muggle governments couldn't help wizards out, because the wizard economy was magical. And magical creatures like goblins took back all the gold.
And after the wizard world reentered the dark ages, magical creature druids, in the losest sense, popped up. They had fiefdoms and guilds. They didnt go to war with each other, as creatures never even fought each other in places like the Forbidden Forest, during both wars.
They had political drama and embargos between kingdoms.
England had centaur religious leaders in north England, Vampire druids, Goblin druids, and even vampire druids. Ireland had Leprechaun druids and banshee druids. France had veela druids, goblin druids, and giant druids of rural areas. Bulgaria had t werewolf druid, centaur druids, and even a few unicorn druidns in the low lands. As well as one house elf druid near a border. Then there were mer and grindylow druids or queens in the ocean. Worst was the dementor druids that had kingdoms the wilderness of Calais. Must be a lot of sad descendents or Lancestors etc. Wizards were rarely able to acquire unity. They never had any in the history of mankind.
So a seer had Ron, Parvati, and Luna go back in time to stop Dumbledore's greater good plan to make Harry defeat Voldemort. The seer wanted Ron to have Dumbledore finish the Greater Good plan he started with Grindenwald, and stop voldemort. The seer didn't want Dumbledore to enslave muggles. He wanted to create a new order with muggles. Because since the middle ages, muggles burned wizards. Wizards were rarely harmed but they were harassed. They could never be kings or queens, because muggles would never leave them alone and ruin their countries by rebelling. Or other wizards would never be able to help them rule the entire country. That's why only creatures were able to establish kingdoms, muggles didn't stop them.
And the magical creatures always had very civil society despite some of their violent natures. Just how the creatures lived very civility among wizards today, not counting voldemort egging them on. Their protest against wizards was very civil.
Most of the kings and queens either courts were centaurs, goblins, leprechauns, fairies, veelas, merpeople vampires, and werewolves so civil courts were to be expected.
Regalus cooked his head at Ron. The redhead with a modern, mugglish hairstyle and chiseled features was new to him. But looked familiar. Ron's amber eyes. Or one amber and one grey eye(was that an echantment?). Blacks had the grey eyes but some Blacks had amber eyes. And some had one of each. Ron's face was symetric, slightly chisled, but his features were more Weasley and statuesque.
He looked rogue and charming enough to join his stupid brother's stupid group. "I've never seen you before." He looked at Ron's tie. "You're a Gryffindor and no younger than 5th year by the looks of it. I know all my brother's pesky house mates. And the only red head I know is that muggleborn Lily, but a less vibrant redhead."
"Yeah I'm a vibrant redhead. I'm a transfer student Ronald Macdonle," Ron replied.
"I've never heard of the Macdonle family name, are you half blood," Reglaus asked.
"No well we've only been purebloods for one century. My mother was Septemus Weasley and Cedrella Black's oldest child," Ron replied.
"Oh then you're related to the Blacks. My grandfather's cousin was Great Aunt Cedrella Black Arthur is my second cousin once removed ot my parents' second cousin," Reglaus explained. "I didn't know I had another cousin once removed, with such vibrant red hair..."
"My mother's was born 10 years before Arthur. She grew up in an orphanage but she was recently reunited with her birth family," Ron lied.
"What a spicey scandal that is, a hidden pregnancy," Regalus muttered. "But that makes you my 3rd cousin."
Ron's ears turned red at Reglaus talking rubbish about his make believe mom. But he nodded. "We yes it does. Since you're MY 3rd cousin, would you mind showing me around since I'm new?"
"Well you're a Gryffindo,r so you can just ask my idiot brother to show you around," Reglaus replied.
"I might be in Gryffindor, but I avoid all types of hooligans," Ron replied. "My greatest amition is to become a prefecf and put an end to hooliganism for good." His mind went back to the twins, avoid he did. Speaking if twins, there were another pair running around, from his real mom's side. They were the Prewitt genetic twins of his brothers. And apparently those Prewits were giving the Mauraders a run foe their money. That was the word from the grape vine. The Prewits claim they created Peeves. Peeves has been heard to call them mommy on occasion.
"That sounds like a word my idiot brother and his idiot friend would make up to combine hooligan and orgasm," Regalus deadpanned. "And I think they use it- you know what never mind." Regalus turned green.
Ron's face turned red, "I didn't hear or from Sirius or his friends. I just made it up. Er not to mean that."
"I belive you," Reglaus said. "You have more decorum, self respect, and dignity then my idiot brother and his friends. You're quite classy. And you look like me now that I think about it but with red hair. Atleast you don't look like Sirius.""Er thanks, so are you cousin and that's a compliment," Ron smiled. "So can you show me where the Great Hall is? Just for reference when I go for meals."
"Sure, it's down the grand staircase to the left," Regalus walked to the staircase and Ron followed.
Reglaus showed Ron most of the castle. And even the Great Lake.
This is what being friends like a sensitive Malfoy is like. Reglaus was also Draco's second uncle. And Ron just realized Draco was his 4th cousin one removed. He almost walked into the one eyed witch with a hump statue, as he came to that realization.
Reglaus stopped. "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine, " Ron replied. "Just sorta overwhelmed with all this new info dump. I've never even felt this overwhelmed after binging on Hogwarts a History." In another alternate timeine.
Reglaus laughed. "No one can do that in one sitting without taking a break." And Severus tried.
They reached the great lake. Parvati and Luna walked in their direction. Their cover was Ilvermorny exchange students. Ron was a Drumstrang exchange student. He was glad he budged Charlie in Romania and met Bulgarians there. He picked up some Bulgarian words.
"They're the new Ilvermorny exchange students. I saw them in Dumbledore's office," Ron said.
"Ohk," Regalus couldn't tear his eyes away from Luna. "What was your mum doing in Bulgaria?"
"She moved there after graduating Ilvermorny," Ron said.
"Ilvermorny?" Regalus asked.
"Er yeah, she was left in an orphanage in the states. So no one would find her, you know. Then she came to Bulgaria to study. She met my dad there and then traced her birth family after i was born. So she came back to England for awhie. Then my parents mover back to Bulgaria. Now they want me to go to Hogwarts and meet my grandparents, and other family," Ron said, lying on the spot.
"They're not afraid of revealing a scandal?" Reglaus asked
Ron shrugged. "My grandmother already made a scandal by marrying. Hiding my mom, an u planned, teen pregnancy, in an orphanage across the pond, isn't going to change her status in the Black family. Teen pregnancies were encouraged back then."
Regalus nodded. "Interesting none the less, it's been a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
"Er same," Ron said.
They stood by the lake shore. Nearby Parvati and Luna sat under a tree, pretending they never met Ron before.
Parvati couldn't stop staring at Ron. He did some heavy petting with Lavender, but she never noticed how cute he was. She really did share everything with her best friend. But Ron Ron was now all hers.
Luna was gazing around in a daze. She noticed the dard haired boy with a Slytherin tie had a lot of Wacklespurts. They tested in his tie and bound him to dark ancestorial stuff.
Luna would like to help him and the only way to do that was to ask him to sit under a Unicorn and show some skin. Somehow she was sure he wouldn't be eager to do that.
She whispered what she noticed to Parvati who had a hard time subduing her giggles. The radiant witch with with translucent or pelucid, honey brown eyes and wavy hair, put a manicured hand over her mouth. But she couldn't suppres her giggles and shook the laugher. She read Luna's mind.
"Ron has wackerspurts too," Parvati replied in a whisper. "On his red tie, maybe he needs a Unicorn too." Parvati jolted with imagery of Ron.
Reglaus noticed the Ilvermorny with a weird corkscrew necklace staring at him. He was sure she was thinking of something inappropriate. He'd have to find out somehow.
Ron glanced at the girls' way when he noticed Regalus' gaze turned to them. Ron could tell Parvati was struggling to hide hr giggles and not stare at him. And Luna was openly staring at Regalus, clearly imaginng or thinking of things, by her unsubtle eyes. Ron tried to read their minds. He got past Luna's occulemency shields. And he regretted it. She didn't feel a jab in her mind, she felt Ron run from her mind.
The girls had to be two steps ahead of whoever they were thinking about, or theyd attract unnecssary attention. Or necessary, he thought, meetng Parvati's clear, gold eyes. He wished she didn't know how to guard her mind right now. Atleast just around him.
