Another day arrived in Hell. In the Wrath Ring, a desert-like realm beneath the Pride Ring. It was the place where the Duchess Marchosias resided. The other Ars Goetia usually stay in the Pride Ring, so that they can be close to the King, but Marchosias was a bit of a black sheep. She was more of a soldier and general than an aristocrat.
And one of the stuff she hated was living in palaces. They were so empty, since she was the only one there (excluding her servants), unlike Stolas, who at least has a family.
Loneliness, something that escorted Marchosias throughout her life, especially in the romance department. All the other Goetias always pressured into finding a "good man", some of them just to annoy her and others because they were just worried, but unfortunately, every "partner" she met was pretentious pricks (i.e. nobles).
She would like to have a family one day, but for now, she was busy handling her armies.
Marchosias woke up, tired. She put on her nightie and left her room. She was immediately saluted by her servant, a female Imp.
"Good morning, Your Grace." She spoke.
"Morning, Kate," Marchosias replied informally.
"Are you feeling better with your wing?" Kate asked.
"I'm fine, it doesn't hurt much," said Marchosias. "If I keep training, I should manage to fly properly again. Although it's hard to balance my weight with just one..."
"I am sure you will figure it out eventually, Your Grace," said Kate. "His Highness Prince Stolas would like to talk to you on the phone."
"Stolas wants to talk with me?" said Marchosias, "Why?"
"He said it's about an important event," said Kate.
Marchosias went to have breakfast and then talked to Stolas.
"Lucifer is organising a Gala?" said Marchosias.
"Indeed. It appears it's in honour of the success of his daughter's hotel. Little Charlie managed to redeem a Sinner! That girl is full of surprises." Stolas softly chuckled.
"Huh, that's impressive." said Marchosias, "So, this Gala will be tomorrow evening?"
"Precisely. You can bring a "+1" with you, too." said Stolas. "Even a Sinner, since the Overlords will be invited."
"Those wannabe mob bosses got invited? Guess it's because of one of them being friends with the Princess," said Marchosias.
"That might be the reason," said Stolas. "I hope you can find someone to bring along, it'd be sad to see you all alone at the party."
"Haha, very funny," said Marchosias. "See you there." She ended the call.
After having breakfast, Marchosias went to train with her wing. She changed into a sports bra and yoga trousers and went to the garden in her palace.
"Are you ready, Your Grace?" Kate asked.
"Ready," said Marchosias.
She took a deep breath and her wing began to flap. She rose from the ground and started flying...For 4 seconds. After that, she immediately fell to the ground.
"Are you alright, Your Grace?" Kate asked.
"I'm fine, don't worry..." said the Goetia. "It hurts like shit..."
Suddenly, a Hellhound arrived at the guard. "Your Grace! We've found an intruder."
"An intruder?" said Marchosias, "Another angry Imp?"
"No, ma'am, it's a Hellhound. We found him coming out of a blue box." The guard explained.
Marchosias' eyes widened. "Bring him to my room. I'll interrogate him personally." She left.
Later, the Doctor was escorted to Marchosias' room. As he entered, she was still in her training outfit and was drinking some tea.
"We meet again, Doctor." said Marchosias, "If you wanted to visit me, you could have just asked, you know?"
"Well, I was simply wandering around." said the Doctor. He noticed the duchess' gym attire. "Hope I didn't interrupt anything."
"Oh, not at all. I just finished," said Marchosias. "So, that's how you look like? A Hellhound?"
"Not...Really." said the Doctor, "It's a bit complicated."
"It's alright, you don't have to tell me," said Marchosias.
The Doctor looked around. "So, this is where you live. A nice place."
"As nice as it's boring." said Marchosias, "It gets lonely here, I'm happy to have some company once in a while-"
Suddenly, the Goetia had an idea.
"Say...Are you busy for tomorrow evening?" She asked.
"Huh, no, no I'm not." said the Doctor. "Do you need me?"
One explanation later...
"So, tomorrow evening Lucifer will be holding a Gala for Charlie's hotel and all the Deadly Sins, the Ars Goetias and the Overlords are invited." the Doctor summarised.
"Correct," said Marchosias.
"And you want to come with you as your boyfriend?" the Doctor raised an eyebrow.
"What, no!" Marchosias was surprised. "You're my +1, that's all. I don't want to go alone. So, are you in?"
"I don't know, I don't like being surrounded by a bunch of pompous aristocrats at a dumb party." said the Doctor.
Marchosias laughed. "Welcome to the club! Always hated those twats, I'm only going because Stolas asked me. I hope you don't mind going out with an old lady like me." She joked.
"Oh, not at all." the Doctor awkwardly chuckled. "Well, if you excuse me, I have to go now. See you at the Gala."
Two days later, the TARDIS materialised in front of Marchosias' Palace. He changed into a more elegant outfit, similar to the suits he wore back during his exile on Earth: A blue velvet suit with frilled wrists and a bowtie.
He emerged from the box.
"Good evening." the Doctor went to the guards. "I'm here for the duchess."
"Hope I didn't make you wait long, Doctor." Marchosias arrived. For the gala, she was now wearing a burgundy backless dress, ruby earrings and a necklace with her own seal on it.
Despite not feeling that much of attraction due to him being a Time Lord, the Doctor was impressed by the Goetia's beauty and nice figure.
"You look...Great." said the Doctor.
"Thank you." Marchosias smirked, "I can say the same to you."
"What, these old rags?" the Doctor glanced at his outfit. "It's been centuries since I wore them." He opened the door of the TARDIS. "Ladies first."
Marchosias chuckled. "What a gentleman." She stepped inside.
The Doctor did the same and the TARDIS dematerialised.
Other people who weren't exactly thrilled about the Gala were Stolas and Octavia.
Octavia never liked those "parties for rich people", as she was more down-to-earth and enjoyed quiet places. As for Stolas, well...It wasn't a great time for him.
Every single "party" he participated in, his soon-to-be-divorced wife Stella insults him to her friends. Other than that, he was more depressed than usual, especially after his...Discussion with a certain Imp a few days ago, during the Full Moon.
But, deep down, he wanted to go to the Gala for a particular reason: The Doctor.
Since that man helped him rescue Octavia, he has seen some improvements in his daughter's mood. She was more cheerful and happy, while still remaining a moody teen in her core. If the Doctor is behind the teenage Demon's improved mental state...Perhaps chatting with him can help the Goetia Prince, too?
But for now, he had to endure Stella's abuse.
They arrived at the Gala, where several other Goetias were there. While Stolas didn't bring any guests, Octavia invited Loona. Stella didn't like that a Hellhound could participate in the Gala, but thought that Loona was Octavia's pet (much with the Hellhound's anger).
At the same time, the TARDIS materialised in front of the palace.
The Doctor and Marchosias emerged from it.
"There we are." said the Doctor, "What a nice place."
"It's a party for his daughter, Lucifer wouldn't do anything cheap," said Marchosias.
"Yeah." the Doctor chuckled.
They went inside the palace, where the two were announced.
"Her Goetic Grace Duchess Marchosias of the Ars Goetia and her guest!" An Imp butler announced.
"Did they really have to announce with a fanfare?" the Doctor whispered.
"Business as usual." Marchosias calmly explained.
A fanfare started playing. More guests arrived.
"The Sovereign Overlords of Hell! and the Their Sinful Majesties, the Seven Deadly Sins!"
As the Overlords arrived, the Doctor could several Goetias whispering.
"Ugh, what are those Sinners doing here?"
"I heard they're here because one of them is helping Lucifer's daughter with her daughter."
"They better not start thinking they're equal to us..."
The Doctor rolled his eyes. However, he noticed among the Overlords there was someone who hadn't seen in a while: Alastor.
"I didn't expect Alastor to come to the Gala." the Doctor thought. "Funny, the Vees aren't present too."
"Doctor!" A female voice called for the Time Lord: It was Octavia, escorted by Loona.
The Doctor smiled. "Oh, Octavia, Loona, nice to see you here." He glanced at the two's outfits. "You both look fantastic."
Loona looked away, in an attempt to not blush.
"I'm happy to see you here. Maybe it won't be so bad being here with all three of us," said Octavia.
"Not a fan of galas, are you?" said the Doctor.
"They're boring. My mum insisted that we were going that "I could be a proper lady for once", whatever that means." said Octavia, "It's just a party for pompous pricks."
"Welcome to the club, my planet was full of them." said the Doctor.
"Oh, would you look at that, Marchosias. I didn't expect to see you here." A male elegant voice spoke.
The voice belonged to a blue and white peacock-like Demon and with a very punchable face.
"Oh, hello to you too, Via." He said.
"Andrealphus./Hi, Uncle Andre." Marchosias and Octavia said in unison.
Andrealphus noticed the Doctor and Loona. "Oh, you've brought your pets with you?"
Loona growled, angered, but the Doctor motioned for her to calm down.
"We are acquaintances to Her Grace and the Princess." said the Doctor, "I am the Doctor and this is Loona."
"Huh, a Hellhound with manners, how surprising," said Andrealphus. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Doctor. Now must excuse. Have fun with your Hellhounds." He left.
"So, that man was Octavia's uncle?" said the Doctor.
"Yeah. A cunning bastard, don't underestimate him," said Marchosias, with an inch of venom in her words.
"Doctor." Stolas approached the group. "May I...talk to you in private? It's rather important."
"Oh, sure." said the Doctor. He turned to the other three. "Sorry girls, I'll be back in a minute."
He walked away with Stolas.
As they walked through corridors, Stolas took a deep breath.
"First, I'd like to thank you for what you have done with my Via." He smiled. "I haven't seen her this happy in a while."
"Oh, there's no need to thank me." said the Doctor.
"But I insist, Doctor. You are a man of wisdom and, considering what you have done with my daughter...Perhaps you can help me." Stolas continued.
"Well, what is it?"
"It's...It's about Blitzo, or at least, recently," said Stolas. "I take it you are aware of the...Affair I have with him."
"Loona told me." said the Doctor.
"I realised after months that all of this was wrong, very wrong. So, I managed to "free him", so that he doesn't have to have sex with me to have a way to Earth, but..."
"But?"
"It...Didn't end well. He...Confessed to me what he truly felt. How I..." said Stolas." Tell me, Doctor, do you think I am a monster?"
"What? No! Why do you think of that?" the Doctor asked.
"For what I did! I forced Blitzo to be with me! He was practically my hostage!"
"Calm down." said the Doctor. "It's alright, you're not a monster."
"How can I not be one?"
"Well, if what Marchosias told me is true, which is probably after seeing her brother, you were...Desperate." said the Doctor, "Yes, desperate for some love. You did wrong at forcing Blitzo to have sex with you, sure, but what matters that you know it's wrong and try to be better."
"I see..." said Stolas. He smiled. "I'll think about it. Thank you, Doctor."
"A drink, Your Highness?" An Imp butler offered Stolas a drink.
"Oh yes, thank you." Stolas drank the beverage.
Suddenly, the prince felt dizzy and felt to the ground.
The butler grinned, the Doctor rushed to the rescue.
"Stolas! Stolas! Are you okay?!" he said. He quickly scanned him with his sonic screwdriver. "Poison. It's moving slowly, I have a couple of minutes before it gets to the brain. Alright, concentrate..."
The Doctor's hand emitted a white glow, a black aura left Stolas' body. He immediately woke up.
"Are you alright?" the Doctor asked.
"I...Think so." said Stolas. "What happened?"
"Some Imp poisoned you, I managed to extract it before it caused any damage." the Doctor explained. "He shouldn't have gone that far. Come along!"
Stolas nodded and the two ran towards the main hall. However, when they arrived there the Doctor received an unpleasant surprise.
Suddenly, guards surrounded the Doctor.
"Oh, Stolas, glad to see you still alive." Andrealphus stepped in. "Looks like that Imp can't even poison someone properly."
"Oh, you caught him already? Thank you, Andrealphus," said Stolas.
"No need to thank me, Stolas, it would be sad if the ex-husband of dear sister died so soon..." Andrealphus lied.
"LET ME GO, YOU ASSHOLES!" A familiar voice shouted: The Imp that was caught by the guards was Blitzo.
"Blitzo?!" said Stolas and Loona in unison.
"Let him go!" said the Doctor, "You've got the wrong Imp!"
"You seem to know this Imp." said Andrealphus, "And so you do, Stolas."
"Huh, well, I...He's..."
"The filthy Imp you cheated me with!" Stella, Stolas' almost-divorced wife, stepped in.
"Irrelevant!" said the Doctor. "Being a homewrecker doesn't make him a murderer! I mean, he kills people, sure, but not Stolas!"
"You dare to talk back, hound?!" said Stella, angered.
"I'm not a Hellhound, and yes, I dare to talk back." said the Doctor, slowly getting angry.
Stella scoffed, "As if! You're nothing but a Hellhound, a mere pet!"
Loona growled, even more annoyed.
"Pets? Pets?! Those "pets" are as intelligent as you are, you classist birdbrain!" said the Doctor, "And better people that you will ever be, the only good thing you've done is giving Stolas one joy in his life." He pointed at Octavia, causing her to blush.
"YOU LITTLE-"
"AHEM." A familiar voice interrupted. It was Lucifer.
"Lucifer..." the Doctor thought.
"What's all this ruckus about?" Lucifer asked.
"My sincerest apologies, Your Majesty." Andrealphus stepped in. "There was an...Argument between my sister and this Hellhound, there's no need to disturb you."
"Why are you saving that mutt's ass?!" Stella whispered, annoyed.
"I'm trying to save yours, idiot," Andrealphus whispered back.
Lucifer glanced at the Doctor, seemingly recognising him. "So be it. Leave childish arguments for another time, this gala is for my daughter, and she hates seeing people arguing!" He pointed with his cane to the Doctor. "You, come with me."
"May I come too, Your Majesty?" Marchosias asked. "I did bring him here."
"Very well." He turned to Stolas. "You, your daughter and her Hellhound are coming too, Stolas. And so is the captured Imp."
"As you wish," said Stolas.
The group followed Lucifer away from the Main Hall.
The Doctor whispered to Octavia.
"Sorry if I lashed at your mother back there." He said.
"It's alright, my mother isn't...The most pleasant person in the world," said Octavia.
"Besides, you were cool back there." Loona joined in.
"Thanks." the Time Lord smiled.
The group entered a room.
The King of Hell sighed and turned to the Doctor.
"I knew you were somewhere here in Hell," He said, "But I didn't expect to find you here, Doctor. How did you meet Marchosias?"
"I rescued her from some humans." said the Doctor, "How did you know it was me?"
"I'm a master at shapeshifting, I know where someone is doing that, especially if an Angel is doing that," Lucifer explained.
"You...Know the King of Hell?" said Loona, shocked.
"I'm friends with the Princess." said the Doctor.
"Talk about a social climber." Marchosias chuckled.
"I wanted to ask you something, Lucifer." said the Doctor, "Does "Root of All Evil" mean anything to you?"
Lucifer's eyes widened in shock. "I haven't heard of it in ages. It's the reason I'm here, the reason Hell exists."
"That's all?" the Doctor asked.
"As far as I can tell." said Lucifer, "Maybe Sera knows more, you should ask her about it."
"Okay, next question," Loona interjected she turned to her adoptive father. "What the fuck are you doing here, Blitzo?!"
"Me? Well...I was...I wanted to check on you! That's all!" Blitzo blatantly lied.
"I think...I think why Blitzo's here," said Stolas. "It's...It's because of me, isn't it?"
"Pff, no, I told ya, I was...Just worried about Loonie!" Blitzo lied again. "...Alright! Alright! Yes, it's because of what happened during the Full Moon!"
"What happened?" Marchosias asked.
"It's a long story, too long for the time we have." said the Doctor. "So, long story short: An Imp butler attempted to assassinate Stolas with poison and disappeared.
"The palace is big, he shouldn't have gone that far from here," said Stolas.
"So, this is the plan: We're going back to the gala and pretend nothing happened, Lucifer, give order to the guards to stay alert on every exit." said the Doctor, "Stolas, you stay hidden here until we find the culprit, Blitzo will stay with you in case things go south."
"And don't fuck each other while we're away, got it?" said Loona.
"L-Loona!" said Octavia, embarrassed.
Everyone nodded and the plan was in motion.
Back at the party, everything was fine, Charlie and Vaggie were chatting with Beelzebub while Alastor was doing the same with Rosie.
Octavia approached her fellow princess. Charlie noticed her and smiled. "Via! Good to see you again!" She hugs her.
"Hey Char," said Octavia, sheepishly smiling. "Can you please come with me for a second?"
"Huh, sure," said Charlie.
"Where are you going, hun?" Vaggie asked.
"Octavia asked me to come with me. I'll be back in the minute."
"Your friends can come, too," said Octavia.
"Okay, tell Alastor to join, Vaggie!"
Octavia, followed by Charlie, Vaggie and Alastor arrived in front of a room.
"So, what have you summoned us for, Your Highness?" Alastor asked.
"Enter inside." said Octavia, grinning, "There's a surprise for you."
Charlie was the first to go in, followed by Vaggie and the Overlord.
They were paralysed from the shock the moment they saw the TARDIS.
"He's back..." Alastor thought.
"It's the TARDIS!" said Vaggie.
"Doctor? Doctor!" Charlie knocked on the door. "Doctor, it's us! Come out!"
"You called?" the Doctor stepped from the shadows, now in his Angel form. He smiled. "Hello, Charlie."
Charlie hugged him tightly. "Oh, I missed you so much!" The Doctor chuckled.
"Where have you been? We thought you were dead!" said Vaggie.
"That's what I thought, too. But apparently the Seven Heavenly Virtues granted me a new regeneration cycle, saving me in time." said the Doctor.
"You even changed your appearance, you're always full of surprises, Doctor," said Alastor.
"That's a result of regeneration." said the Doctor, "How do I look?"
"You look...Wonderful," said Charlie.
"How did you get into the gala?" Vaggie asked.
"I invited him." Marchosias stepped from the shadows. Loona did the same.
"This is Duchess Marchosias, a friend of mine." said the Doctor. "While this is Loona, a good friend of mine."
"Hi there," said Marchosias.
"Sup," said Loona.
"Now then, back to business." said the Doctor, "We're looking for an Imp that got disguised as a butler who attempted to poison Prince Stolas - Can you help us?"
"Weren't there butler uniforms near the kitchen? He could have stolen one from there," said Vaggie.
"Good, we have a clue, now, let's-a-go!" the Doctor & Co. headed to the kitchen.
Meanwhile, there was a pregnant silence between the Imp assassin and the Goetia prince. Stolas didn't have the courage to talk despite his chat with the Doctor while Blitzo feared possible reactions from the prince, but in the end, the Imp broke the ice.
"I...Huh..." He said, "I want...To say I'm sorry, about what happened. I-I didn't mean it."
"No, I'm sorry." said Stolas, "I was inconsiderate of your feelings during our...Transaction."
"I...I didn't realise you were actually serious back then." said Blitzo, "I mean, come on! You're an Ars Goetia, I'm just a common Imp! Only in someone's delusional dreams it would happen-" Blitzo realised what he just said, "I'm not calling delusional, of course! I mean-" He sighed, "Shit, I fucked up again..."
Stolas couldn't help but chuckle, "I suppose we both "fucked up", did we not?"
Blitzo snorted, "Yeah, I guess so." His tone became more hopeful "Does that mean you...Forgive me?"
"Yes, I forgive you, Blitzo," said Stolas. "It is really partly my fault, I shouldn't have put such an enormous emotional burden without warning."
Blitzo grinned, happy that for once he didn't really ruin a relationship of his at the end.
"Do you think the Doctor and the others have found the culprit already?" The prince asked.
"I don't know, he told us to wait," said Blitzo.
Meanwhile, The Doctor & Co. arrived near the kitchen. The Doctor unlocked the closet with his sonic screwdriver and began investigating.
"Ah-ha!" the Doctor found a butler's uniform all wrinkled. "It's all wrinkled, someone must have taken it off recently."
Loona sniffed the uniform, then sniffed the air. "He shouldn't be that far from here." She pointed to her right.
"That's where the main hall is!" said Charlie.
"It appears our culprit has hidden himself among the guests, this is getting entertaining," Alastor commented.
"There are hundreds of people in the palace, how the fuck can we find him?" Marchosias asked.
"There must be something we can use, something that only the impostor has." said the Doctor.
"You were there with Dad when he got poisoned, right?" said Octavia, "Didn't you notice something about the guy?"
"No, I don-No, wait, I think I did." said the Doctor, I noticed it was taller, even more than Blitzo...And had pale skin."
Marchosias had a realisation. "A hybrid!"
"What?" the Doctor asked.
"The demon who poisoned Stolas - It wasn't a normal Imp, it was a hybrid demon." Marchosias explained, "They're rather common down in the Wrath Ring."
"A hybrid demon?" said the Doctor. "That would be an unique one, Has Stolas had beef with a hybrid demon?"
"Didn't something like that happened during the Harvest Moon Festival? A cowboy or somethin',trying to kill Stolas." said Loona.
The Doctor had an idea. "Change of plans! Let's go back to Stolas and Blitzo, they might know something more."
Everyone nods and went back to the room.
Minutes later, they returned.
"Oh, welcome back!" said Stolas. "Is it safe to go now?"
"Not really, but we know who might have attempted to kill you." said the Doctor. "It was a hybrid demon with pale skin."
Blitzo groaned. "Great, that suprematist cowboy-looking ass is back..."
"So you know him." said the Doctor.
"Yeah, his name's Striker, a pain in the ass who thinks he's tough shit." Blitzo explained.
"I see, I have a plan to bring him back into the light." said the Doctor, "And I'm gonna need you, Stolas."
"Me?" the prince tilted his head.
Minutes later, the Doctor and Stolas returned to the main hall.
"So, I have to act as the decoy so you get can Striker?" said Stolas.
"Yes, if he knows he didn't finish the job, h e will come strike again." said the Doctor, "And I'm sure he's still hiding among the guests. Just relax and pretend nothing happened, okay? I'll deal with him."
Stolas nodded.
Exactly as the Doctor predicted, A demon spotted the prince, shocked to see him alive. But then he grinned, curious about the Time Lord.
Suddenly, while the two were distant, Striker captured the Doctor.
The Time Lord woke up in a dark room.
"Well, well, well..." Striker spoke with a stereotypical cowboy accent, "So ya're the prince's little dog who saved him. Ya got guts, I give you that, especially after what you said to that royal bitch."
"Striker, I presume." said the Doctor.
"One of Hell's greatest assassins, at yer service." said Striker,
"I thought Stolas was your target, why did you kidnap me?" the Doctor asked.
"Simple, I wanna interrogate ya. Ya seem more interesting that the little bird." said the cowboy. "You're not like the others at the party."
"Because I'm not a pretentious prick?" the Doctor raised an eyebrow.
Striker laughed, "That's one reason, for sure. But no, Mr. Saxon got a nice thing to use..."
The Doctor groaned. "So you work for him. Is he getting bored that he's sending people to stalk me?"
Striker pulled out a futuristic-looking device and pointed it at the Doctor.
"INITIALISING SCAN." A robotic voice spoke.
Suddenly, the scanner began to show moments of the Doctor's life, from every incarnation he had.
"Our destiny is in the stars, so let's go and search for it." said the First Doctor.
"There are some corners of the universe which have bred the most...terrible things. Things which act against everything we believe in. They must be fought!" said the Second Doctor.
"I reversed the polarity of the neutron flow." said the Third Doctor.
"You may be a doctor. But I am the Doctor. The definite article, you might say!" said the Fourth Doctor.
"I'm definitely not the man I was..." said the Fifth Doctor.
"That's what it takes to be REALLY corrupt!" said the Sixth Doctor.
"Hello, I'm the Doctor! I believe you want to kill me!" said the Seventh Doctor.
"I'm the Doctor. Though probably not the one you were expecting." said the Eighth Doctor.
"Just this once, EVERYBODY LIVES!" said the Ninth Doctor.
"Wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey...Stuff." said the Tenth Doctor.
"You're just a pathetic, misogynistic, psychopathic manchild who thinks the entire universe works in either one way or another like a complete dimwit." said the Eleventh Doctor.
"A storm doesn't last forever, not even in Hell. All of this pain will disappear eventually, you just have to wait." said the current Doctor.
"Huh, so ya are a Time Lord, accordin' to this thing." said Striker.
"Congratulations, you know how to read." said the Doctor with sarcasm. "It's not an obvious thing, considering where you're from."
"Blame those blue-blood bastards who treat us like shit under their boots. Even Sinners are treated better, fuckin' Sinners!" Striker complained. "But soon it won't be like that anymore, thanks to Mr. Saxon."
"Sure, because he's gonna kill you all. Everyone's equal in death." said the Doctor. "Listen, I understand your hatred towards the aristocracy, they're terrible in many planets, let alone in Hell. But you can't throw them all under the same umbrella, some of the Ars Goetia are nic-"
Striker pointed his gun at the Doctor. "Nice? You really think these fuckers are nice?" He said, "That's because you're not one of us. All of those royal cunts are gonna die, and so are those who side with them, starting with you."
"I'm afraid that won't happen, my dear fellow." Alastor appeared.
Before Striker could react, the Radio Demon pinned him to the wall with his shadow tentacles.
"Are you alright, Doctor?" Alastor untied the Doctor.
"Yeah, excellent timing, Alastor." the Doctor fixed his coat. "Now...It's my time to make questions." He turned to Striker. "Tell me what you know about Mr. Saxon."
"...Fine." said Striker. "Mr. Saxon works with those Overlords, the Vees. and those cultist freaks that worship "the Room of all Nevil" or somethin'...I dunno, They just paid me to kill the prince."
"You mean "the Root of All Evil"?" said the Doctor. Striker nodded.
"You seem know something about it." said Alastor.
"Lucifer told me. It's the "creature" that he freed and that caused him to become Fallen." the Doctor explained. He turned to Striker. "What does Mr Saxon and-"
Striker disappeared.
"Wha-Where did he go?!" said the Doctor.
Alastor looked outside the mirror and saw something that made him paler than usual from fear.
A beautiful, curvaceous tall woman with long blonde hair and long pink horns. She was wearing a dark purple mesh gown and glaring at Alastor from the window.
The Doctor noticed Alastor's expression. "Are you alright? Is something wrong?"
"...Nothing." said Alastor, looking away. "Nothing to worry about. Let's get back to the others, shall we?"
The Doctor and Alastor returned to the gala where they informed the others about what happened. While the rest stayed, the Time Lord and Marchosias decided to leave, with the Doctor promising he will come back.
"Well, despite everything, it was fun, wasn't it?" said Marchosias.
"Yeah, I'm happy to have seen Charlie & Co. again." said the Doctor. "Although..."
"Although what?" Marchosias asked. "Something's wrong?"
"Oh, nothing. Just a...Terrible feeling about something." said the Doctor. "It's probably nothing important. Come on, let's go."
Marchosias stepped inside the TARDIS, but before the Doctor could do the same, he saw the same woman Alastor saw earlier in a distance. This time, she was smirking at him.
The Doctor however decided to ignore it. and went back in the TARDIS.
-To Be Continued-
