Reader: That's a good idea actually! I always think about french related stuff when it comes to Jaune but I totally forgot about the name Noir! As for Arslan pulling and Escanor, well to me it fits, Arslan is based on Aslan from Narnia, who is a Lion, and Escanor is the Lion sin of pride, not to mention, Arslan in this story is pretty tough, she is a team leader, one of the strongest students in Haven Academy net to Sun, She has a powerful evolved Semblance that's not even close to hitting its Full Potential, and as Sun stated is very possible she has Kings Aura, Technically speaking, In terms of Semblance Power, overall Fighting power, Arslan is the toughest out of the three, you can sort of see this in her fight with Jericho.
CommanderZer0: You are right about Jaune, Sun, and Arslan. Most King Aura users will be related to kings somehow, either in the story's own lore/history or based on Kings in our world. For example, Ozpin is based on both the Wizard of Oz and Odin, both kings in their own right, (The Wizard being the ruler of the Emerald City and Odin being king of the Norse gods), Elizabeth/Betty Arc is based on Elizabeth I but also based on Artio, the Celtic goddess of bears and nature. There will be some Students and other characters that will have King's Aura but that will be explained and seen later.

A 7-year-old Arslan Atlan sat next to the lake, she was hugging her knees as she looked out to the other side her eyes red from the crying she did earlier.
"Arslan!"
"Ars! Where are you!?"
She turned around and looked back to the forest and saw her two friends coming out of the forest, and they both had worried looks when they saw her. Jaune and Reese saw her and quickly ran over to her.
"Arslan! Are you ok!?" Jaune asked
Arslan didn't answer, she kept quiet.
Reese walked over to her and sat next to her friend, "Ars... you shouldn't listen to them," Reese told her, "They were just being jerks, they don't understand what it's like for you,"
"But they're right..." Arslan said sadly, "My Mom gave me up to the monks and all I know about my dad is that he was big and strong... I never had an actual family" Arslan told her friends
This time, Jaune walked over to her and sat on her other side, and looked at her, "But you're wrong," Jaune said "You do have a family,"
Arslan looked at him with a confused expression, "Huh?" She asked
"Grandma always told me that while she was an orphan, she had a family," Jaune said with a soft smile "The girls with her in the orphanage, the people she met in her life, and eventually my Grandpa all became her family, she never had a family to begin with, so she made her own,"
Arslan still looked confused, "But what does this have to do with me?" Arslan asked
Reese giggled, "Jeez Ars, and you call him dense," Reese said
Arslan blushed a little and turned to glare at her friend.
Jaune giggled "What I mean is that you can do the same, Arslan," Jaune told her, "Like how you choose your friends, you can choose your family,"
Arslan realized what Jaune was talking about. "So... I can make my own family?" Arslan asked
Jaune nodded with a soft smile.
"So If I wanted... I could call the Monks my family,"
Reese nodded, "Yeah!" Reese said "I mean, they practically are your dads,"
Arslan turned to her female friend, "Can I do the same with you, Reese? Can I call you family?"
Reese nodded with a bright smile, "Heck Yeah!" Reese said, "You'd make a great sister!"
Arslan giggled, she then turned to Jaune, "What about you Jaune? Can I also call you family?" She asked
"Of course, you can!" Jaune said with a bright smile, "You can even call my family your family!"
Arslan smiled as a blush crept on her face as she saw his bright smile that made her heart do weird things.
Reese giggled behind her hand, "Look Ars! Your dream is coming true!" Reese teased
Arslan quickly turned to her skater friend and shut her mouth, "Shut up!" She said with a pout
Reese laughed at Arslan's reaction while Jaune was a little confused about what Reese meant by Arslan's wish coming true, but she shrugged it off and was just happy to see Arslan perk up. As for Arslan, she felt much better after Reese and Jaune had said that they would be her family and she knew they meant it.

Arslan and Reese finally did it, they had officially begun their journey to become huntresses! It was late and dinner was beginning, both girls were in their dorms resting after the long day they had.
Reese jumped and landed on her bed, releasing a relaxing sigh, she then looked over to Arslan with a smile, "Can you believe it! We're finally here!" she said
"I know, it still feels a little unreal!" Arslan said with a smile
"And Hey! This year is the Vytal Festival!" Reese said "And I hear it's gonna be Vale that will be holding it this year,"
"Really?" Arslan asked
Reese nodded, "Yeah! Yeah!" Reese said
Arslan smiled softly and a certain person came to mind she remembered that supposedly moved to Vale, "Reese... you do you think-?"
Suddenly, the door burst open, and in came their new teammate, Nadir Shiko, holding a newspaper and a bewildered look on his face.
"Hey, guys! Check this out!" Nadir cried
The girls got up and looked at Nadir as he handed them the newspaper. Arslan took the paper and looked at the front page and when she did she read the headline and that's when her eyes widened and her heart nearly stopped.
"N-No way!" Arslan cried
"Ars?" Reese asked with a confused look, "What's up?"
Arslan looked at her friend and held the front page in front of her so she could see what she saw, and when Reese fully read it, her eye's widened just like Arslan's.
Reese looked to Nadir "I-Is this real!?" Reese asked
"Hell yeah! I even check online! Can you believe that!?" Nadir asked with a smile
Arslan sat next to Reese and the two kept looking at the paper both in awe at what was in front of him.

Jaune and Sun were both taking drinks from their water bottles and resting after their extreme training session.
"Man! You were killing it out there!" Sun said with a smiled
Jaune finished his drink and looked at his friend, "So were you," Jaune said "Honestly, I think you're the only person that can keep up with my speed now!"
"Hey, that's because My Aura Sight is more advanced than yours! But trust me, I'll be able to catch up with you soon, count on that!" Sun said, "Besides I got nothing on that durability of yours! Seriously you and take a lot of hits and still stand!"
Jaune chuckled, "Thanks," Jaune replied
"Hey... I've been meaning to ask something," Sun said, looking a little embarrassed
Jaune looked over at him with a raised brow and a smile, "Yeah?" Jaune asked
"In the end, after Beacon and even later into your Huntsmen career, what do you want to do in the end?" Sun asked
Jaune looked at his friend, "You know, I never really thought about that, I mean, I was more concerned about actually getting into Beacon and never really thought about what I'd do after..." Jaune said
"You should... I mean not to be that guy but in our line of work, we never really know when we'll actually live to see tomorrow," Sun said "My master always said live like every day is your last, eat like every meal is your last, cherish every moment with those you love as if it was the last time you'd see them," Sun said with a smile
Jaune smiled back, "That sounds like amazing advice to live by," Jaune said
"Of course! I mean, for Huntsmen, is there any other way to live?" Sun said, "So, what do you want in the end, Jaune?" Jaune asked
Jaunr thought about it, and after a minute, he smiled, "In the end, I want a full life, and be the Huntsmen I always knew I could be," Jaune said "Though, then again... I'm also not sure I have it all figured out yet,"
Sun chuckled, "Hey, don't worry about it," Sun said, "I mean, I'm still figuring it all out too,"
Jaune chuckled, "Make sense," Jaune replied, "Speaking of which, What do you want in the end Sun?"
"Well... In the end, I think I would like to go home to Vacuo and see my Master and my cousin again, and hey, maybe find the right girl and settle down, you know," Sun said with a shrug
"Hey, that's not bad Sun," Jaune said with a smile, "If that's what you want in the end, go for it, hell I'll help you every step of the way!"
Sun looked at him with wide eyes, "Really?" Sun asked
"Of course," Jaune said with a chuckle "You've supported me since we met, you've helped me train and get stronger, you're my friend Sun, I'll help you no matter what, you got that, huh?" Jaune asked pointing his finger.
Sun smiled brightly, "I got it!" Sun said, waving Jaune's finger away, "Speaking of which, you decided on who you're going to take to the Vytal Ball yet?" Sun asked
Jaune thought about it, but then shook his head, "Nah, I mean, I don't think any girl will go out with me anyway so... I think I'm gonna play it safe and not go with anyone," Jaune said
Sun winced
Jaune looked at him with a confused look, "What?" Jaune asked
Sun shook his head with a smile, "It's nothing dude," Sun said, 'Man, thankfully the girls aren't here to hear that,' Sun thought

Sun and Neptune were walking around the courtyard, hanging out while Jaune was training with team CFVY. As they were walking Neptune looked over at his Faunus friend, a question burning in his mind.
"Hey, Sun?" Neptune called out
"Yeah?" Sun replied
"What made you hang out with Jaune?" Neptune asked, "I mean don't get me wrong, he's a pretty cool guy, hell he's one of the best fighters and bravest people I know, but what caught your interest besides the fact he's the only 1st-year student in Beacon?"
Sun smiled, "That's easy Nep because Jaune is an untapped mine of potential," Sun told his blue-haired friend
Neptune was confused, "What does that even mean?" Neptune asked
"Don't you see, Jaune's been training like hell to get where he is and he's got this far in only a matter of months, no one knows how high his Aura level really is, he hasn't mastered his Aura Techniques, Still has time to master his sword skills, he hasn't unlocked his semblance, and well... I got a feeling he and I have something in common that is rare amongst people in our line of work," Sun told Neptune
Neptune realized that Sun was right, Jaune had the most untapped potential out of any 1st-year students in all four academies, hell he might have more untapped potential than any Huntsmen of their generation. "I get it, but is that it?" Neptune asked
Sun shook his head, "Nah man," Sun said
Neptune raised an eyebrow in confusion, "What else is there?" Neptune asked
Sun just kept smiling, "You'll see one day Neptune... one day, Jaune is going to do something amazing that'll shake this world to its core!" Neptune said with a smile
Neptune was a little surprised to see Sun so passionate about his support for someone. Neptune smiled as he walked next to his friend, "You really believe in him that much, huh?"
"You don't?" Sun asked with a smile
Neptune just smiled and just kept walking by his friend's side.

Sun and Arslan were thrown through the wall of a house by Grimmified Jaune, who stood staring at them. As they slowly got up, both looked at their friend, it seemed he was growing stronger and worse, the skull mask began to grow, almost covering his entire face.
"Surrender and I promise no harm will come to you," Jaune told them
Arslan glared at Jaune, "Give Jaune back first!" Arslan cried
Jaune glared at her, "I will not give him back! That fool couldn't even keep himself safe! How do expect him to protect you?" he asked
Arslan glared and quickly both of her hands were engulfed in flames and she shot forward, she threw a punch but Jaune dodged the attack and quickly pulled back Crocea Mors, ready to strike, but Sun appeared and blocked his attack and quickly delivered a kick to Jaune's gut, sending him staggering back.
"And who are you to say that about Jaune?" Sun asked as he looked at the body of his friend, "Who are you anyway?" Sun asked
Jaune looked at Sun, "I am called Favnear..." Jaune, or now Favnear, told Sun
"Favnear huh?" Sun said, "Well then Favnear, tell me what you are?"
"I am Grimm," Favnear said "A Wyvern Grimm to be more accurate,"
"Wyvern?" Sun asked, "Wait! I heard about that Grimm... You're a dragon-type Grimm!?"
"A dragon-type Grimm!?" Arslan asked in astonishment, "But how is that possible? The only possession types of Grimm known to exist are Geists and Chill," Arslan said
"It is not possession," Favnear said "It's more like his soul and mine have bonded and share the same body," Favnear told them
"Soul?" Arslan asked "Grimm don't have a soul, which is why they can't form Aura or a Semblance,"
Favnear chuckled, "If you believe that, then you truly have no understanding of my kind," Favnear told them, he then raised both of his fingers up and pointed at the two, "Allow me to show you how little else you actually know,"
Suddenly a black ball of energy began to form in front of Favnear/Jaune's two fingers and aimed it right at the two.
Sun could sense immense power radiating off of the black ball, 'What the hell is that!?' Sun asked himself
"Kuro," Favnear said
The black energy ball launched at the two and acting quickly the two jumped out of the way of the attack, and the Kuro shot past them and shot through many houses before eventually, the attack shot through the wall of Alnwick and then shot through a few trees before shooting through the rest of the forest, however, a few miles away from Alnwick, the attack exploded. The Explosion was so large that the shockwave traveled and uprooted a few trees and shook the ground itself.
Arslan and Sun turned to see the smoke up in the sky and were in shock by the power of the explosion, they turned back to Favnear/Jaune and were in shock by what they were capable of.
"That is the power of Grimm who has lived for 100,000 years," Favnear said, "I am one of the strongest, smartest, and most intelligent Grimm alive, no other Grimm can match me,"
Arslan growled as she looked at Favnear, "What the hell do you want!?" Arslan cried
"What do I want?" Favnear asked, "I want Jaune's life, I want his friends, and I want his family," Favnear said
"How dare you! You want to steal Jaune's life away! Steal everything he's worked so hard for!" Arslan cried, "I WON'T LET YOU!" Arslan cried
She activated her Semblance and created four fireballs and launched them his way, but Favnear quickly dodged each and every one of them with ease, however, he failed to notice Arslan coming in with a fiery kick. She hit him in the side and the force of her kick sent him flying into a car, and not letting up, she quickly made claws with her hands and slashed at Favnear, unleashing four claw slashes Favnear's way, but he managed to dodge the attack by rolling behind the car. Favnear growled and quickly pushed a black aura into Jaune's blade.
Seeing this and knowing what was coming, Sun's eyes widened and he quickly jumped in and attacked Favnear. Favnear blocked the attack with Crocea Mors, but Favnear chuckled and unleashed a black Arcus Mortis at Sun and pushed the Monkey Faunus back.
Favnear charged at Sun as he got up, and seeing him coming, Sun took a fighting stance and blocked a downward strike from Favnear and he quickly kneed Favnear in the gut, causing him to kneel over in pain, and Sun quickly shoved him to the ground and put Favnear on his back, Sun raised his staff and was ready to bring the end of it down on Favnear but Favnear stopped, both of them struggling.
Sun looked down at Favnear/Jaune, "Wake up Jaune! This isn't you man!" Sun cried, "Don't you see what he's trying to do!? Don't let him win!"
Favnear roared but his voice began to distort, "S-Sun...!" cried a mix of Jaune and Favnear's voices.
"Jaune! Come on! Fight him!" Sun begged
"Sun...!" came another cry, this time in Jaune's voice
Before Sun could encourage his friend to continue to fight against the Grimm, Favnear kicked Sun away and quickly got up.
"No! I-I wOn'T lEt yoU tAKe aWaY wHaT I'vE aLwAyS wAnTeD!" Favenar cried his voice once again a mix of Jaune and his own, "I...! I WoN't LeT HaRm mY FrIeNdS!". Favnear/Jaune held their head as if in pain and roared.
Arslan quickly moved to Jaune and looked at him with pleading eyes, "Jaune! you have to fight him please!" Arslan begged "D-Don't become a monster! Don't let him turn you into one!" Arslan cried
"I-I WoN't lEt YoU tUrN mE iNtO A mOnStEr!" Jaune/Favnear cried, "YoU DOn't uNdErStAnD yOu fOoL! I DoN't WaNt To tUrN hIm iNtO a MoNsTeR!" Favnear/Jaune cried.
Arslan's eyes widened a little but looked at Favnear confused, "What do you mean?" She asked
Favenar/Jaune looked at Arslan, "Do you have any idea what it's like to be the last of your kind and be alone for so long?" Favnear asked
Arslan was a little surprised but then, Favnear/Jaune's hands grabbed the edges of his mask and began ripping it off, but he cried in pain as it was almost sticking to him. With all his strength, Jaune ripped off the mask and finally, the mask broke and the bone mask broke into pieces, dropping to the ground before fading into black dust, once the mask fell off, Jaune's features returned to normal, his silverish hair returned to blonde, and his eyes returned to Cobalt blue.
"Jaune!" Arslan cried
Jaune looked at her but then fell forward and she quickly caught him. and she slowly lowered him to the ground.
Arslan looked over him with a worried look, Sun ran over to them and stood behind Arslan as she set him on the ground
Arslan cupped his face, as she looked at him. "Jaune! Jaune can you hear me!?" she asked.
"Come on dude!" Sun said with a worried look
There was no answer from the blonde teen, so Arslan put her ear against his chest and heard his heart beating, nothing seemed out of the ordinary and she sighed in relief as small tears fell from her eyes. "Thank Oum! He's alright!" she cried with relief
Sun let out a sigh and smiled, but then he heard a groan and looked behind them to see Treygen crawling his way away from them. Sun walked over to him and stood next to him and lightly turned him over with his foot, and once facing the team leader, Treygen groaned in pain.
Sun raised a brow and smiled down at the mercenary, "And where do you think your going dude?" Sun asked

Man, was today's chapter a little shorter than what happened in the last one, but as I said, this was gonna be more emotional than action-focused.
While we didn't see much of Gaune/Favnear but some very important info was given about Favnear.
Here's what's to come in chapter 26!
Jaune wakes up and Sun and Arslan tell him and the others what happened and they try to figure out what might have caused this. Port is severely wounded and shares what happened many years ago and asks Jaune for a favor. A plan is put into action and Jaune, Sun, and Arslan head to take the fight to Merlot!
