RocknRoll7575: Thank you and more date chapters with the rest of the Harem will be happening later down the line. yes, Qrow v Jaune will be interesting, and sadly there will not be a Jaune v Winter fight, well, at least not until the next Arc~.
JackBlaze123: trust me it does get fixed later on, and I'm doing my best on making sure the grammar is much better than it was in the earlier chapters. Yes I know I spelled her name wrong, but I think a lot of people make that mistake when they try to spell it from memory.
Nihatclodra: That felt like a YT comment, which actually gave me a good chuckle, but I'll admit I see where you're coming from, but I've always felt that Arslan is a bit more jaded than Sun and Jaune and is willing to kill more then those two are. Also, she didn't want Jaune to become a monster, because she loves him, but trust me, Jaune and Sun will eventually have fights to the death.

And so we begin the Favnear Arc! I hope you're all ready for what's gonna happen! Because trust me! This small Arc is all action with some major character development! As we'll come to learn about Favnear's past!
Let's get into it! Because we got a few major characters who will finally be appearing!

Jaune released an Arcus Mortis and it flew across the room toward Sun, but the Faunus teen evaded the attack and fired two shots toward Jaune, but the knight deflected the bullets and then quickly charged toward Sun, ready for a close-quarters fight.
Once Jaune was close, Sun ducked under s swing, and tried to hit Jaune in the leg with his weapon, but Jaune lowered his shield just in time, blocking the attack. Jaune kicked at him, but Sun managed to dodge the kick and back away from the night, and fired one shot, striking Jaune in the chest, causing him to stagger back as his Aura took the blow, but Jaune charged up an Arcus Mortis, and quickly swung upward, this time managing to also strike his friend. Since the attack didn't have enough power to cut through his Aura, it pushed the Faunus teen back and then fell to the ground.
Both boys quickly regained themselves and faced one another with smiles on their faces.
"Damn dude! That packed quite a punch!" Sun said with a smile
Jaune smiled and nodded, "Been putting more power behind it," Jaune told him, "You wanna continue? Or you wanna call it quits?" Jaune asked.
Sun raised a brow, "Call it quits? Just when things are getting good? No way!" Sun finished with a chuckle.
Jaune's smile grew, "Good because I'm really starting to enjoy this," Jaune told him
They resumed fighting, both throwing what they could at the other with all they had, and both enjoying the little spar.
Meanwhile, in the stands, Team's CFVY, ABRN, and Neptune were watching the two spar, and while the rest of team SSSN were in Vale, Sage and Scarlet wanted to explore Beacon and Vale, but they swore to come by later.
Neptune smiled as the two spared, "Look at those two, they're having so much fun, they're smiling like idiots" Neptune said
Arslan nodded, "Can you blame them? I'm getting fired up as well," Arslan said with a smirk.
"Jaune's gotten a lot better at keeping up with Sun's Speed," Fox said, "Sun's fast and precise with his weapon, and getting hit with his staff and nun-chucks hurt like hell, yet Jaune's tanking those attacks,"
Yatsuhashi nodded, "Certainly, and in a way, Jaune is a tank due to his Aura Level, able to tank large hits but keep going due to how fast his Aura regenerates," Yatsuhashi told his teammate.
"It also surprises me how fast Jaune is able to keep up with us, it's been 4 months and he's grown so much so fast," Fox said with a smile.
Velvet giggled, "You'd think he'd have my semblance with the rate he's learning," She said.
Reese nodded in agreement, "Jaune's always been a fast learner," Reese said with a smile.
"Still, the only other person I've seen learn that fast is Bun-Bun," Coco chimed in, "Mostly thanks to those Aura Techniques, he's able to keep up with us,"
"Indeed," Arslan said, "Jaune not only had to keep up with us but learn Aura Techniques, and that had to take a lot out of him, trust me, with Sun helping me learn the same ones as Jaune, I can see just how hard he's had it is," Arslan said.
Sun swung his staff at Jaune, but Jaune blocked it with his sword, the two then pulled back their weapons and swung at each other once again, but Jaune managed to misdirect his friend and blocked the attack with his shield, before trying to jab Sun, managing to strike his fellow blond in the stomach, and pushing the boy back, but Sun quickly recovered and shifted his staff into his gun-chucks, and spun them around before firing off multiple shot.
Jaune quickly activated Aura Sight and quickly deflected, all the shots that Sun fired off. The young knight quickly charged an Arcus Mortis and then swung at Sun, firing off the attack, but then he quickly charged up another one and unleashed a 2nd Arcis Mortis. Sun quickly dodged the attacks but also fired two shots from both of his pistols, but Jaune also managed to dodge them, and the two boys stared at each other, still smiling.
Sun quickly formed his staff and then set it on his shoulders, "Alright, how about we take this to the next level?" Sun asked with a raised brow.
Jaune also raised a brow as he still smiled, "I'm fine with that," Jaune said.
Both boys powered their aura into their weapons and charged at each other, they prepared to attack, both infusing their attacks with Kings Aura, but before they could, a man appeared right in the middle of them, and with a very sizeable single-edged sword and his other hand, stopped their attacks.
The attacks were diminished and the boys stopped fighting and looked at the man standing in the middle of them. He wore a red cape, smelled of booze, and had a beard stubble on his face. He smiled at the two as he lowered his weapon, "Works every time," he said.
"Who-" Sun began.
"-Are you?"Jaune finished
The man smiled and before they could do anything, the man turned his weapon to Jaune the blade seemed to lower, and two barrels on either side of the blade were revealed and the man fired at Jaune, knocking the young knight back. Sun quickly tried to power his attack, but the man just struck him with the bottom of his sword's hilt, the blow was so powerful that it knocked the wind out of the blonde Faunus, and made him fall to his knees.
Arslan quickly took action and jumped out of the stands and toward the arena and activated her Semblance, and shot off a fireball, however, the man looked up at her attack and smiled, his blade glowed a dark red, and he swung his weapon upward, unleashing a dark red Arcus Mortis, surprising the Haven student. The man's Arcus Mortis was so powerful it cut through her fireball and shot toward her.
Arslan quickly used her semblance to propel her to the side, and evaded the attack, however, she failed to notice the man appearing just behind her in the air, and when she truned around, he struck her in the face, sending her back down into the stands.
Jaune slowly got up only to see the large blade pointed at him, and Jaune gave them a confused look. "Who are you?" Jaune asked once more.
The man smiled and then lowered the blade, "Name's Qrow Branwen, I'm a teacher at Signal academy and an S-Rank Huntsmen," Qrow introduced himself.
"And yet you don't act like one," came a new voice.
All eyes turned to the arena's other entrance only to see a woman in a white outfit, with white hair and blue eyes. This was Winter Schnee, the oldest daughter of the Schnee family and an Atlas Specialist, and behind her were Headmaster Ozpin, Professor Goodwitch, and General Ironwood.
"Seriously, attacking three students Qrow, have you now shame?" Winter asked with a bit of a disgusted glare.
Qrow rolled her eyes and gave her a smirk, "Nah, not really," he replied
Ozpin stepped forward. "Now Qrow, let us not start anything, you and Ms. Schnee are here to help us with Mr. Arc's Grimm,"
"What?" Jaune asked as he stood up, along with Sun.
Ozpin looked at the young man, "I told you I'd help you with the Grimm inside of you, Jaune, we are just waiting for two others to show up," Ozpin said.
Qrow then quickly raised his blade back to Jaune's neck, "And while we wait for whoever to show up, I wanna see what we're actually dealing with," Qrow said, "If the kid's really got an almighty powerful Grimm inside of him, then I gotta know what the hell we're dealing with," Qrow said.
Sun stopped him by raising his hand in warning, "Hold on there dude," Sun said, "I've faced that thing before, and trust me, I've never fought anything like that," Sun said.
"Sun's right," Arslan said from the stands, regaining her composure, "I've never seen powers like that Grimm has, I'd say wait for whoever it is Headmaster Ozpin called,"
"While I would usually agree with such a statement, Ms. Atlan, I'm afraid that I must agree with Mr. Branwen," Ironwood told her, "We need to know how powerful this Grimm is,"
Qrow chuckled, "Whoa Jimmy, I wasn't expecting you to be on my side," Qrow said.
Professor Goodwitch glared at Ironwood, "While what they say is true, we also shouldn't try to bring a dangerous creature out, for fear that Mr. Arc might not be able to bring it back under control,"
"Even I must agree with Ms. Goodwitch's logic, sir," Winter said.
Ironwood looked at Winter, then to Glynda, and sighed, "Very well, we'll wait," Ironwood said.
Jaune let out a sigh of relief, but his relief didn't last long as Jaune was struck in the side and was sent flying toward the wall. Sun looked in shock as he saw his friend being thrown to the other side, but before he could do anything, the space in front of his feet was shot at, and he look to see it was Qrow.
"They'd say they wait, I never agreed that," Qrow said, "I need to see what I'm working with," Qrow said.
Jaune got up only to see a dark red Arcus Mortis his way, and he quickly rolled out of the way, but once he rolled out of the way, Qrow was already in front of him with his gun mode aimed at him, Jaune leaped to the side and quickly got to his feet and activated Aura Sight to try and track the S-Class Huntsmen.
'He's fast, crazy fast, he has to be using Aura Step, a much more mastered form,' Jaune thought.
Qrow smiles and charged at Jaune with his sword, and swung down at Jaune, but the young teen blocked it with his shield, however, the blow rattled Jaune's arm, as the attack was more potent than he expected, in fact, it was just as powerful as Adam's. Qrow quickly backed up and fired a shot at Jaune's face, but Jaune blocked the attack, blocking his vision and allowing Qrow to appear on his right side, and stabbed the boy in his side, the blow was so strong that it felt like it could have punctured through the knight's Aura, but it only managed to knock the wind out of the teen and sending him down to the ground.
As the fight continued, Winter saw just how much Qrow was beating Jaune with ease, and while that didn't surprise her as he was an S-Ranked Huntsmen, a student would at least get a few hits in, yet, the blonde knight before her couldn't even land one.
"He lacks so much skill, it still surprises me that this is the man who faced Adam Taurus and captured Roman Torchwick," Winter began, "Perhaps it was all dumb luck, my sister did say he was nothing special, and it appears to be the truth,"
Sun also gritted his teeth as he glared at the Specialist, preparing to give her and earful but then Arslan appeared in front of the Schnee woman, and Sun swore she had her semblance activated because he could feel the heat radiating off of her as a scary expression graced her facade.
"How dare you!" Arslan growled, "Jaune's been fighting with everything he's got since he's got here! If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be here! Nor would any of us! Jaune's faced Adam Taurus and lived, captured Roman Torchwick which no one else has done, saved Vale from a Grimm invasion, and stopped a madman from releasing a pack of Mutated Grimm on the kingdom! So don't you dare say he isn't anything special!" Arslan told Winter with a glare
Winter would admit that she felt rather intimidated by Arslan's words and her look, and felt uncomfortably hot and gulped.
Seeing that she got the point, Arslan backed off and stood next to Sun, still with an angry expression.
Sun gave her a smile, "Protecting you man, huh?" he asked.
"I wasn't going let that woman bad mouth him," she said, her tone full of anger, "She has no idea how hard he's worked to get this far, I wouldn't expect a Schnee to know anything about hard work," Arslan said.
Winter heard that, and anger rose up in the specialist, her hands squeezed each other behind her back. 'What does she know!?' Winter asked angrily.
Back with Qrow and Jaune's fight, Jaune tried to recover and get up, but Qrow swung his sword down, and Jaune quickly tried to block the attack with his own sword, but his sword was knocked from his hand, leaving him without a weapon, but even then, Qrow did not let up, as he quickly kicked Jaune in the chest, putting the young Arc on his back.
Jaune tried to get up, but Qrow slammed his foot down on Jaune's stomach and rested harbinger on his shoulder as he looked down at the Arc boy.
"I gotta say, I'm really disappointed kid," Qrow said, "I heard how strong you were from Oz, he said you were at least Huntsmen Rank, but you're not even close," Qrow said with a smirk.
Qrow then once again slammed his foot into the Arc boy's gut, causing the young man to let out a cry of pain, and Qrow stepped off of him and grabbed him by his hoodie, and raised him up to his feet.
"Listen to me kid, if you can't even give me a good fight, what makes you think you'll give that Grimm of yours one?" Qrow asked.
Jaune glared at him, "D-Damn... you..." Jaune croaked out.
Qrow smiled and then kneed him in the gut before throwing him back to the ground, Jaune sat up and glared at the man and growled in anger, he began to feel Favnear's presence stir within him.
Qrow noticed the blonde Knight's demeanor and smiled, knowing he was getting to the young man. "Am I making you mad?" Qrow asked, "Good, I wanna see you mad, I want the little Grimm of yours, come on, let loose kid!" Qrow said as he swung harbinger down on the boy once again, but before it could even touch Jaune, a saber shot across the arena and penetrated Harbinger, knocking it out of the S-Ranked Huntsman's hand and pinning the giant blade to the wall.
Qrow was shocked and felt an immense chill enter his body as he turned to the others who were also in shock. "Who did that?" Qrow asked, his voice slightly shakey
"That would be me" came a voice.
They all turned to the entrance of the arena only to see an old lady walk out of the entrance. Everyone felt pressure as the elderly woman entered the room, even people as powerful as Ironwood felt terrified to the core, the pressure of her Aura was so powerful that most in the room felt weak and afraid, and the pressure had shaken the room, possibly the entire building!
Arslan rested against the wall. 'This power... what the hell is it!?' Arslan cried as her legs felt weak.
Sun fell to his knees as beads of seat rolled down his face, 'This is Kings Aura!' Sun thought, as he looked at the older woman, 'This lady's Kings Aura is so powerful, I'm surprised Beacon hasn't crumbled under its pressure yet!' Sun cried.
Winter and Qrow froze as they realized who this was before them, as did Everyone else in the room as they knew who she was. While they had only seen a younger picture of the woman, there was no doubt mistaking who she was.
"N-No way! Wh-What is she doing here!?" Velvet cried
"I-It can't be her...!" Coco cried in shock, as the lens of her shades began to crack.
"I might be blind, but Ada is still letting me know who the hell had just walked in the building!" Fox said with a smile as a bead of sweat rolled down his head.
Yatsuhashi had a fearful smile on his face as he looked at the woman, unable to truly believe that he was seeing a legend before his very eyes.
"W-What... what the hell is this!?" Nadir cried as he fell back into his chair.
Bolin used his staff to prop himself up, 'This pressure...! It's so... powerful!' Bolin thought,
"Man, you gotta be freaking kidding me!" Reese cried, "Wh-What is going on!?"
Arslan looked at the woman, "It's quite an honor to see her in the flesh," Arslan said, a bit of fear in her voice.
Sun nodded in agreement, "Yeah, no kidding!" Sun said.
Neptune just smiled as he rested against the arm of his chair, "Man... this just got really interesting," he said with a chuckle.
Jaune looked up only to see the last person he had expected to see here at Beacon. His eyes widened in shock, "G-G-GRANDMA!?"
Just when they couldn't handle who they were seeing, they couldn't even believe what they had just heard the young blonde knight cry out in utter stupefaction.
"SH-SHE'S YOUR GRANDMAAAAAA!?" They all cried
This woman before them was none other than Elizabeth Arc, who most of them only known as one of the many heroes of the Faunus revolution... "Black Betty". A woman who struck fear into anyone who heard her name.
Betty looked at her grandchild and the pressure she was giving off died down and the terrifying sensation everyone had felt, was washed away, as the elder Arc woman gave her grandson the sweetest smile. "Hellooo Jauney~!" She said in the sweetest tone, one befitting of a loving grandmother...
