Elm swung at Bella only for the rouge to bend backward and dodge the attack and when she stood back up, she quickly hit Elm in the back of the leg before turning around and hitting Elm over the head, sending her to the ground.
From a distance, Neptune fired his weapon, and Bella used her teleporting semblance to keep dodging the blasts, before appearing right in front of him knocking his weapon out of his hand, and then hitting him under the chin with her second hammer, sending him flying upward and then onto his back.
This had been going on for quite some time as the two had not been able to hit the rouge as much as she had been hitting them and it was all thanks to her Semblance, which was the most annoying one both had ever faced, and Neptune had seen Sage's.
Bella looked at the two and looked at the specialist as the student with an unimpressed expression. "Pathetic," she said.
From behind, Elm appeared with her Hammer pulled back, and the boosters on the back were on, to make for a faster and harder hit, but just as she swung, Bella once again disappeared and Elm instead struck the floor, managing to break through the floor and creating a hole.
Bella reappeared a good distance away from the two and simply stood there still with a seemingly bored look, which just pissed off the specialist.
Elm cursed and looked at Neptune as he got to his feet. "What's the plan?" she asked.
Neptune glared at the rouge, "Don't know," He said. "Her Semblance makes it nearly impossible to hit her," He said, picking up his weapon.
Elm nodded, "It's a teleporting type, and an annoying one at that, but there are a few things I figured out," Elm told him. "She can teleport herself but if she wants to teleport someone else, she has to touch them,"
Neptune nodded, taking in the info that Elm had come to, "But can she teleport objects and things or just herself and other humans?" He asked.
Elm shook her head, "That I don't know, but let's give it a try," She said.
Neptune nodded and thinking quickly he turned his gun into a trident and spun it around before throwing it at the rouge, and Bella deflected it with her hammer, knocking it to the ground.
Acting quickly, Neptune ran toward her with Elm following behind him, and Neptune ducked and slid under one of Bella's hammers, only for Elm to pull hers back and swing at Bella, however, she had teleported away once again.
Neptune picked up his weapon and looked over to Elm, "Guess we know she can't teleport weapons," Neptune said.
Elm shrugged, "Maybe, or maybe she simply decided to deflect your weapon instead of trying to teleport it," she said.
"Tsk! Damn it!" Netpune cried.
Elm tried to think of what to do next, but because of Bella's Semblance, it made it hard for them to hit her since she seemed to be able to teleport in a split second. As every thought in her head led to nowhere, she groaned in frustration and rolled her eyes, however, she stopped and took a glance up and that's when she noticed something special and grinned.
Quickly she readied her weapon and activated the engines again, raising them to the roof, Bella was confused as to what she was doing until she noticed what she was trying to do, but even still, she was more confused..
Elm was putting the flame of her engines in front of a Sprinker, and in a matter of seconds, the system activated, unleashing water all over the place. Bella was confused as to why she did so, that was until she was stuck in the back and sent forward toward them, which gave Elm the chance to hit her and send her flying right back.
Bella felt rattled as she sat up and looked at the two with a confused glare. 'How the hell did that happen!?' She thought.
However, before she could move again, she felt water wrapped around her leg and pull her toward the two with great speed. Elm prepared to strike her down when she got close enough. Bella saw what Elm was planning on doing and quickly teleported herself away, and this time to the right of the two Hunters, but as soon as Neptune turned to her, he controlled two streams of water to blast toward her, but she dodged the attacks before appearing right in front of them.
Bella struck Neptune in the rib and then hit him in the face, sending him stumbling to the side, and narrowly avoided a swipe from Elm, bending down to dodge it and striking her in the side of her knees, which caused Elm to wince in pain.
Before the two could retaliate, she teleported away from them and looked over the two again. 'It seems the boy's semblance is Hydrokinisis... which explains the woman activating the sprinkler system,' She thought to herself. 'Worse, I can't teleport the water away, that's impossible... did they figure out I couldn't teleport objects and things by themselves? Is that why the boy thre his weapon at me?' Bella thought.
Neptune quickly shifted his gun into his trident and prepared to activate the electric dust in his trident, however, Elm stopped him from what he was about to do.
"No, you do that, you bring us down with her," Elm told him. "One of us needs to help your friend bring Hades down, and out of the two of us... it has to be you,"
"So what do we do?" Neptune asked.
Elm sighed, "We find another way, but if it comes to it... Give me your weapon and I'll do it myself," She told him.
Neptune wanted to protest but nodded slowly, he didn't like the fact that Elm was willing to sacrifice herself to bring down an enemy and have him just run off. He looked back to Bella with a hardened face, "Alright lady, get ready for the beating of your life!" He said.
Bella glared at the boy, "Let's say you do defeat me here, what do you hope to accomplish?" She asked.
Neptune glared and controlled two streams of water to shoot at her, but Bella used her semblance once more to avoid the attacks, however, after she evaded the jets of water, Neptune came at her and swung his trident at her, but she blocked it with her hammers and their weapons were locked in a power struggle.
"After you, I'm gonna go after Hades, and I'm gonna make him pay for what he did back at Beacon, and for everything he's done to Penny!" Neptune told her.
Bella rolled her eyes, "You believe you have a chance of beating Hades?" She asked with a peered gaze. "He is on an entirely different level than you and me... You can't beat him, no one here can," Bella told him
Neptune chuckled, "Sorry lady, but you think I care if I beat your boss?" Neptune asked. "I know that I don't stand a chance against Hades but trust me when I say this! The guy leading us here, Jaune, he'll be the one to bring your boss down!" He replied with a smirk.
Bella had remembered the name, only because of the newspaper about him as well as Hades mentioning he was the grandson of Black Betty herself. "The so-called "Hero of Vale"?" She asked. "I don't know what people see in him, he's nothing more than a fool with hopeless ideals, Hades will deal with him easily," She said.
Bella teleported herself again, causing Neptune's trident to strike the ground and he groaned in frustration. Bella appeared next to him and attempted to strike him, but he created a wall of water around him, slowing her attack. Neptune then created an opening through the water and struck her in the gut with his trident, causing her to wince.
Neptune undid the wall of water and looked at Bella with a smirk, glad he had managed to land a blow on her. "Let me tell you about Jaune," He began, "He's the kind of guy that no matter how hard you hit him he gets back up and keeps fighting!" Neptune cried.
Bella swung at him, hitting him in the arm and causing his Aura to slightly show itself, but Neptune swung his trident upward at Bella and slashed across the stomach, hitting her Aura, and he wasn't finished as he manipulated the water behind her, which wrapped around her waist and pulled her away before throwing her farther back. However, as she was flying in the air, she used both her feet to land sideways on a pillar, and she looked ahead only to see four jets of water shooting toward her, quickly she pushed herself off the pillar and shot toward the water coming at her.
Yet, before they could strike her, she used her semblance, appeared behind the attacks, and kept shooting toward Neptune and she shifted her body with one leg raised and ready to deliver a kick to the blue-haired boy. Seeing the attack, Neptune created another wall of water, but with the speed she was flying at, she broke through the water and struck Neptune in the chest. As soon as her foot made contact with his chest, she teleported them both in front of a pillar, causing her to kick him against it and knocking the wind out of the young man.
Bella landed back on her feet and looked at Neptune, and saw that, despite his lack of air, Neptune tried to stab her again, but she deflected his attack and used her second hammer to strike him in the face once. When the attack landed, she noticed that the young huntsman-in-training seemed unfazed by this, and that's when she noticed that he had focused his Aura around his face.
Neptune smirked at her and that's when tentacles of water wrapped around her arms, before she could teleport, Elm appeared right behind her with great speed and once again activated the boosters on her hammer and swing, this time successfully hitting the rouge soldier and sending her flying forward into a concrete pillar.
Bella's aura flickered as she slowly sat up and looked over to Neptune and Elm, and she growled in anger, however, it felt as if she could barely stand, and that was when fear began to set in. 'That attack from that woman must have damaged my aura severely... it rattled my whole body!' Bella thought.
However, before she could recover, Elm stood in front of her, pulled her hammer back once again, and struck Bella against the pillar again before she could regain feeling in her legs or use her Semblance, and with this final strike, her aura broke and she was knocked unconscious.
Seeing the Rouge knocked out, Elm deactivated her weapon and quickly walked over to her, put Bella's hands behind her back, grabbed a pair of cuffs, and quickly placed them around her hands.
Neptune let out a long sigh, "Finally, that felt like forever," He said.
Elm nodded with a smile, "Yep, but hey we got it done!" She said. "Now, you better run off to Atlas Academy, I'm sure the others are already on their way there!" He said.
Neptune nodded but looked at her with a raised brow, "Wait, what about you?" He asked.
Elm looked at him with a smirk, "I'm gonna call in backup and a mode of transport for her and any of her friends that are in the building," She said. "Now get outta here kid, that blonde guy's gonna need you!" She said.
Neptune nodded, he deactivated his weapon and put it on his back before running off to go and help the others, as he was leaving the building he ran into Jaune who was running out of the building as well.
Neptune was happy to see him, "Jaune!" He cried out.
Jaune saw him and smiled, "Neptune!" He said. "Wait, where's Elm?" He asked.
"Putting Bella in cuffs! Where's Ciel?" He asked back.
Jaune looked at him with a worried look, "Dealing with that Brian guy, told me to rush off and help Penny," he replied. "I hope she's ok," he said.
Neptune smiled, "Don't worry about her, I'm sure she's kicking his ass as we speak!" He said.
Jaune gave him a quick nod and the two continued to run back toward Atlas Academy, however, the two were unaware that a figure was watching them from atop a nearby building...

Brian lunged forward and flung his whip at Winter, however, the oldest Schnee daughter, barely managed to dodge the attack, however, Neon was not so lucky, and Brian's second whip, flung right at her and struck her leg, causing her to trip and fall to the floor.
However, Winter used her glyphs to speed toward Brian and slashed him across the waist, causing him to jolt back as his aura was hit, Winter quickly then created a small gravity glyph and formed it right in front of Brian's stomach, which caused the force to strike him right in the gut and sending him flying back.
Brian managed to land on his feet and glared back at Winter with a snarl. Brian ran back toward the specialist, swinging his whips in what seemed to be wild fashion, but it was to ensure that Winter couldn't get in close to slash at him, however, there was one person who could reach him.
Neon activated her semblance and ran toward Brian, as things slowed down slightly. It wasn't like in the movies where everything moved super slowly, but it was slow enough for the cat faunus to avoid the lashings of the whips, and eventually, she managed to strike him in the face, then in the side before running away and joining Winter's side.
Brian grunted in pain as he stopped his attack and felt the impact his aura had taken in such a short amount of time, but he quickly got back up and glared at the two. "You two are damn good, but..." He began.
Suddenly, he used his hand to turn some sort of dial on both of his whips and when he did, they began to crackle with electricity
"I'm gonna have to start getting serious," Erick told them.
Neon smirked, "Well, if you're getting serious now, then I think it's time we did too," She said.
Winter nodded, "Indeed," She said. 'Time is of the essence, and it seems that if I want to finish this quickly, I have to use that... It seems I'm gonna have to copy what they did when they fought me,' Winter thought.
"Whatever plan you got forming in that head of yours better be good," Neon said, looking at the oldest Schnee child.
"Ms. Katt... I have a plan, but I need you to create an opening for me to hold him off a while," She said.
Neon smirked, "Leave it to a Schnee to make a Faunus do their dirty work," Neon playfully teased.
However, Winter did catch on and looked embarrassed, "I-I didn't mean-!"
Neon snickered, "Easy! I was just playing!" She said. Neon then turned back to Erick with a smile, "I'm counting on you!" She cried as she zoomed forward.
Erick saw her coming and smiled, "Little kitty wants to play, huh?" He asked.
Neon glared at him as she twirled her nunchucks as she continued to charge in. "Little kitty's gonna fuck you up asshole!" Neon replied.

Hey everyone! Been a while huh? I just wanna apologize for the long wait and I hope you enjoyed the chapter and are waiting for the next one because we'll be seeing Neon and Winter in action! And we'll finally be seeing the beginning of the Hades fight! We're getting close to the end of the arc everyone!
