Yanrede Island
sitting in a chair, Coby was wailing. Thinking again about the corpse that had been discovered this morning, he couldn't help but wonder.
" I was in charge of yesterday's patrol! Although this murder must have been committed last night... did I miss a detail? A clue that would have allowed me to premeditate this murder ?Damn it! "
Being not far from the autopsy room, the boy was waiting for the doctors to come out to tell him what they had learned from the corpse and if there was any clue that could allow him to arrest the criminal. Suddenly the double door opened and a person came running out.
Startled at first, Coby recognized Nakata's small form. Having a paler face than usual, the medical assistant ends up stopping and squatting. Seeming to be having trouble breathing, she finally took off her surgical mask, and made noises resembling someone about to vomit.
"Nakata-san...?" Coby wondered, approaching her.
Seeming to sob, Nakata put on a shamefaced face as she confessed.
"I can't... They just dissected his abdomen and... I can't! It's too horrible to see."
Understanding what had happened and why she was in this state, Coby affirmed.
"It's okay! I know you're doing your best."
" I'm so bad. " Affirmed the young woman. "We have a murderer to arrest and I am unable to help."
Continuing to cry, she declared.
"I'm useless in combat and I smash everything I touch! AND even in medicine...I vomit every time I see something that disgusts me."
Listening to her, Coby ends up sitting down not far from her. Then, finally, he declared.

Looking at the boy's outstretched hand, Nakata finally wiped away his tears, before putting his mask back in front of his nose.
"I'll do it! I swear I'll prove myself useful, Coby!"
Then Coby saw her head back to the autopsy room.
"Why? Why? Why?"
Grabbing Helmep's jacket, while shaking him, a woman in her fifties repeated this question, while crying.
"I'm sorry." Helmep could only repeat.
"My daughter should not die." Assured the mother of the deceased. "She was nice and she had never hurt anyone! Why didn't you do anything to save her?"
Behind Helmep, Jin remained silent. For her part, Sakura, very uncomfortable, declared while stammering.
"We...we're doing what we can to stop her murderer and..."
"I don't care about that." The woman roared. "Even if you kill that bastard, it will never give me back my daughter."
Then, finally letting go of Helmep, she fell to her knees before bursting into tears.
"YAE! WHY? WHY DID MY DAUGHTER DEAD?"

Finally, exiting the house of the deceased, the trio retained their sullen demeanor.

For his part, Helmep punched a wall with his fist.

Since her tongue was cut off, she didn't couldn't scream and must have been in agony for many minutes where we found her this morning."
Hearing this, Coby didn't say a word. Still, Nakata saw his fist clench.
"So what you're trying to tell me is…she was killed by a real monster?"

"Investigate? Him? Tsss, he's just a good-for-nothing."
Looking disgusted to talk about Coby, Apu affirmed.
"That guy can't do things right! If you ask me, he's the reason a murder was committed! He didn't do his patrol right! No, actually, I'm sure the murderer killed that person because he knew Coby would be so incompetent that he would be unable to stop him."
Then he started laughing, Apu said.
"But in the end, I like this situation! Soon, Vice Admiral Garp will come to this island! And when he sees how incapable his protege is, he will take me with him to become a soldier elite! HAHAHA!"

"Huh?" Apu wondered, looking at Nakata, who was staring at the soldier in disgust.

Feeling like he was having trouble breathing, Nakata managed to muster up enough courage to retort.
"I may be weak and useless...but I know who I can trust! elite! You're just a pathetic bastard."
Immediately, she saw Apu's fist moving towards her face again, to strike her. Immediately, she moaned, before closing her eyes. Then, a moment later, a sound of impact was heard.
Opening his eyes, Nakata saw a foot hitting Apu's face, with such force that his body did a backflip, before collapsing to the ground. Then, as Apu's hand let go, Nakata found himself in Coby's arms, who was staring at Apu with anger in his gaze.
"BASTARD !"
"Coby-san...?" Nakata wondered, roaring slightly.
Seeing Apu remained on the ground, while he had knocked him out with a kick, Coby eventually rushed out of the corridor, taking Nakata with him.
At this moment, a Navy ship entered the port of the island. Then, a few seconds later, putting a foot down, two people left the boat and began to move towards the base.
"Our mission ended faster than expected." Emma rejoices. "Great! I'll be able to find Sakura-chan."
"Tsss! You sure are acting like a child." Garp retorted. "No one will ever take you seriously."
Turning around, Emma just looked at the old man, as he was eating a box of donuts.
"What?" Garp asked.
"No, nothing." Emma replied simply, wondering who was the less serious of the two.
Suddenly, a soldier appeared in front of them.
"Vice Admiral Garp! Vice Admiral Emma! What a relief! You're there."
"Huh?" Garp wondered. " What's going on ? "
"There's been trouble in town! A murder has taken place! And rumor has it it's the work of a serial killer."
" What ? "
"You knocked out Apu?" Helmep shouted.
"I acted without realizing it." Coby confessed.
"Dickhead! If he decides to press charges against you, you'll go to criminal court."
"Hey, he's the one who started hitting Nakata! There was no way I was going to let him do it without reacting."
"I…Sorry." The girl apologized, while bandages were on her face.
"That asshole Apu… how dare he pick on his companions?" Jin roared. "We'll have to teach him a lesson."
Nevertheless, beginning to tremble with fear, he declared.
"But we risk being sentenced for our act! What should we do?"
For her part, Sakura remained quiet and pensive.
"Sakura-chan?" Helmep questioned. "Are you worried about what that idiot did?"
"No! It's not that! It's just…I'm still thinking about what you said! There's a serial killer on this island and he could be…a member of the Navy?" "
Seeming stunned to hear that, she said.

Hearing the sound of a bolt, Coby stood still as he stood outside Yae's friends' house.
"Do you understand the problem?" Questioned Helmep.
"Hey, please." Coby insisted, knocking on the door. "Let us in."

"Who hit you? Who are you scared of? Tell us."

"We're Navy." Coby insisted. "We are here to protect you and..."
"Protect us? MY ASS!"
Stopping, hearing those words, through the door, Coby just let one of the two women roar.
"We know who killed Yae! It's you, the Navy."
"The Navy?" Sakura repeated. " What do you mean by that ? "
"You know that very well! Yesterday, one of your colleagues came to us and... he knocked us out! And when we woke up, Yae wasn't there! kidnapped and who killed him! And if you're here, it's to silence us."
"We don't trust the Navy anymore." The second woman asserted. "You just want to kill us."

"OPEN! I ORDER YOU TO OPEN US! OPEN THIS DOOR OR I WILL..."
"Hey, Coby, calm down!" Helmep ordered him.
"Calm me down? Are you kidding? While there's a murderer among us? How could I calm down?"
Punching the door, he roared.
"The Navy? A criminal? Impossible! Because if it was, it would mean...it would mean..."
Thinking back to Morgan, he said.
"That would mean nothing to change."
"Coby-san... calm down."
Placing his hands on Coby's cheeks, Nakata forced him to look down, staring at her.
"Behaving like this is not like you! Violence...it is not your justice."
" But ... "
Advancing toward the door, Sakura asserted.
"My name is Sakura and...I'm a member of the Navy! I'm by no means an excellent soldier but...I refuse to let any crime go unpunished."
Suddenly stooping, she asked.
"Please! Tell us who attacked your friend."
Despite her request, silence still reigned behind the door.
" You don't have to open the door for us. " Jin affirmed. "All we ask of you is a name! AND I swear that none will be done to you and this nightmare will end."
Always nothing.
"I want to help you too." Helmep assured. "Compared to my companions... my journey is not exemplary! I did bad things but... if I'm still able to wear the Navy uniform, it's because I want to change! And if I want it, it's thanks to a guy who is right on your doorstep right now! I'm not asking you to trust me! But you can trust Coby."
Still hearing nothing, Coby clenched his fists. Then he whispered.
" Please ... "
Suddenly he knelt down in front of the door.
"I made a promise to someone! I made a promise to join the Navy to uphold justice! Yesterday, when Yae-san gave me his gift, I felt very happy! Not because she congratulated me, but because she believed in our strength and had confidence in us! I refuse to betray her! I don't want her death to go unpunished! I beg you on my knees! Tell us who did this to you! Tell me who killed him."
Remaining motionless for a few seconds, the group of soldiers still heard nothing. Sighing, Helmep said.
"Coby, I Think..."
Suddenly, a click was heard. Raising his face, Coby saw the door open slowly, while two faces were visible in the thin opening. being sobbing, one of the two women asked.
"Are you… Are you really going to help us if we tell you everything?"
