Immediately, Luffy frowned, before roaring.
"Did you attack Raynare and Maid-go?"
"Attacked? On the contrary, I saved the fallen angel's life."
" Quoi ? "
" Mugiwara... I confess that you were of no importance to me in my plans! But now, everything is completely different! You must stay alive, just like the rest of your crew! And above all, you must become more powerful! And for that I will help you."

Looking at Widos warily, he declared.

Remembering their meeting in Alabasta and their departure from Raibase, Lucy remembered perfectly well the fact that Smoker let them go. However, before they parted, Smoker had asked Lucy a strange question.
