Indeed, Wiper could have taken another boat and gone in a different direction than Luffy. Looking at Luffy, he declared.

"Mugiwara...this is going to sound crazy to you but...I think I know a way to save my people and prevent another war from forcing them out of Upper Yard."

Then, extending his hand to Wiper, he declared.

For all answer, Luffy got back on his feet, before grabbing his bag.

He jumped towards the Merry and landed on the railing of his boat.

Blinking his eyelids several times, Wiper hadn't expected this reaction. He thought his attempt to get recruited by Luffy was going to be unsuccessful, due to the grudge Luffy must have held over Wiper's aggressive behavior.

And yet, he had just had her approval.

Having seen the scene, Kamakiri and the other Shandian warriors stared at their leader, before smiling at him. Having been informed by Wiper, before he met Luffy, the Shandians had not been surprised by Wiper's request and now they hoped that their comrade's mission could succeed.

"We'll protect this place."

Standing up, Wiper looked at them, before nodding his head.

"I'm counting on you guys."

Then, picking up his bazooka, he ran towards the Merry before jumping to land on the railing as well. And no sooner did he show up than he saw Nami shaking Luffy, while asking why he let a psychopath into the crew again, while Usopp punched him in the head several times calling him a dumb.

Seeing them do this, Wiper wondered.

" Is that how I have to respect him as captain? "

To answer his question, the end of a sword stuck in the floor, while Zoro was near the Shandian. Without looking at Wiper, the swordsman affirmed.

Then, there was a silence between the two men and finally, Zoro confessed to him.

"I heard what you said to Luffy."

Smiling then, he looked at his Ichimonji, before declaring.

As the three boats were preparing to leave, Conis walked to Gan Fall's tomb and spotted Pit standing there.

"Pit-san...Luffy and the others are leaving."

"I know." Assured the angel.

Then, putting his hand to his face, where a bruise could be seen, he declared.

"Luffy...he really isn't a normal human."

"What are you going to do? Are you ... ?"

Waiting for the end of his question, Pit was surprised by his silence, before hearing the sound of sobbing.

"Huh?" He wondered, turning around.

Atarting to sob, Conis stared at the angel, before asking him.

"Now that Enel is gone... are you going to leave the island to start looking for a way back home?"

"Conis-san...? Why are you crying?"

Falling to her knees, the blonde stuttered.

"I know it's selfish of me! You've often told me about your past and I know you miss your world but..."

Clenching her fists, she confessed.

"I don't want you to leave."

Putting her hand over her mouth, she continued to cry.

"I can't force you to stay here! If you want to leave, it would be unfair to hold you back but...you've done so much for us! Pit-san...no matter what you think or your regrets, the people of Skypiea will forever thank you for what you have done for us! And me too! You have saved me many times and... I would like to continue to be with you."

Looking beyond the Merry, he affirmed.

Also looking at the crowd, Luffy saw Pagaya, McKinley and several Shandian warriors saluting them. However, there were a few people missing, including Pit. Therefore, unable to see him, Luffy inhaled a large amount of air, before shouting.

Up on a cloudy hill, Pit had moved away from the crowd as he watched the three ships leaving Skypiea.

Immediately, Raynare flew towards Smoker, before unfolding two sets of wings and flapping them at full speed. Facing real gusts of wind, Smoker felt his running come to a complete halt, as the wind blew away the smoke that made up his body.

Meanwhile, also taking flight, Menma mimicked Raynare and flapped her wings in front of the Merry's sails. Staying on the floor, Vivi concentrated, before making a quick movement of her arm, which managed to create a gust. Immediately swelling, the ship's sails managed to cause the ship to move and it began to move away from Smoker's.

Knowing full well the racial hatred that humans held towards other peoples who were different from them, Smoker didn't want the people of Upper Yard to meet the same fate as the Fishmen.

"Leave these people alone! They don't need to be colonized."

Looking at each other, his men remained silent for a few moments, before standing at attention.

Then, holding out her hand to the child, she declared.

"Today we are coming home."

Smiling upon hearing this, Aisa took her hand and the duo ended up following the rest of their comrades.

Also noting that Luffy and the others had left, Pit remained in the same place, while he thought back to the proposal he had made to Wiper.

"Until Gan Fall returns, it will be my role to replace him! Wiper, I'm counting on you."

Suddenly, he felt Conis' arms wrap around his, as the blonde's head fell on the angel's shoulder.
