Disclaimer: I do not own The Mr. Men Show or Pokemon, but I do own Little Miss Music and at least one other character so far. Might add more in later chapters.

"Matches, wait for me!" Mr. Scatterbrain stopped, panting. His fire monkey was running toward the water. He didn't seem to have heard his owner. Mr. Scatterbrain was so focused on catching his pet that he didn't realize he wasn't a Mr. Man anymore or that Pokemon were all around him. He didn't know they were Pokemon. He just assumed they were normal animals.

He forced himself to keep running after Matches, finally catching up to him by the water. He was breathing heavily. "Don't… run… off…" He took a steady breath and looked around, finally dawning on him that he wasn't in Little Miss Music's room anymore. "Er, where are we?" he asked Matches, but someone else answered him.

"You're near a great fishing spot but with all your panting and stomping, you've scared all the Magikarp off!"

Mr. Scatterbrain turned to see a human girl sitting on the edge of the water, a fishing pole in her hand. She was glaring at Mr. Scatterbrain, who tried to think of something to say, but he was lost for words.

He didn't understand why she wasn't a Little Miss. And then he looked down at his hands and realized they weren't his. He turned his arms and legs to study all of him and he gasped. He was a human! But how?

The girl pulled her line in and picked up her pole. "Well, I can see you have something going on and with you making a fuss, there won't be any Pokemon around here, so I'll just go." She got up and started walking away.

"Wait!" Mr. Scatterbrain called after her. She turned to him as he walked up. "Did you say Pokemon?" he asked.

She stared at him. "Um yeah." She rolled her eyes. "What is wrong with you?" She frowned. "Are you ill? There's a Pokemon Center near here, but I don't know if they help people since it's a Pokemon hospital."

Just then Matches came up and the girl looked down at him. "Is that your Monferno?" she asked.

He turned to Matches. Isn't that what Little Miss Music called Matches? "Yes," he said to the girl.

She smiled and reached behind her. "How about we have a battle?"

"A battle?" he asked, confused.

"Yeah." She pulled out a red and white ball. "Do you have any more Pokemon? We can have a three on three match. What do you say?"

"I… I don't… I'm confused…"

She groaned. "Don't you know anything?" she demanded.

Mr. Scatterbrain opened his mouth to reply when he heard someone calling him. He turned to see a human with long brown hair running toward him. She stopped in front of him.

"There you are!" she panted. "We've been looking for you!"

Mr. Scatterbrain looked past her to see two more humans joining them, a girl and a boy. The boy glared at him.

"Leave it to Scatterbrain to get lost as soon as we arrive here," he growled, rolling his eyes.

Mr. Scatterbrain was confused. "Do… Do I know you?" he asked the girl who approached him first.

She had been staring at the girl Mr. Scatterbrain had been talking to but when Mr. Scatterbrain asked her that question, she turned to him.

"It's us," she told him. Pointing to herself, she said," Miss. Music." Then she gestured to the other two. "And Miss. Calamity and Mr. Grumpy." Suddenly she stopped and looked around. "Wait, where did Mr. Nosy and Mr. Small go?"

The others shrugged. Little Miss Music groaned. "We should have gone through together," she sighed. "We have to find them." She turned to the girl. "Hello, what's your name?" she asked her.

The girl eyed her and then the others. "Hazel," she said. She was looking really weirded out. "What's all your names?"

"I'm Miss. Mu–" She broke off, looking thoughtful. Finally she said," I'm Emily." She pointed to Little Miss Calamity. "This is Danielle. And Perry," she added, turning to Mr. Grumpy. Then she looked to Mr. Scatterbrain. "And Sonny." She turned to Hazel. "Can you help us find our missing friends? There's two of them. One with green hair and one with orange hair. Have you seen them?"

Hazel shook her head, and Little Miss Music– or Emily? Didn't she say she was Miss. Music? Why did she call herself Emily– sighed. "They're probably still in the woods." She looked at Hazel. "Thank you for your help anyways." She turned to leave and the two beside her got ready to follow her, but Hazel stopped them.

"Where did you all come from?" she asked, now sounding curious. "I've never seen any of you before."

"Oh." Little Miss Music hesitated. "We're not from around here which is…" She gazed around the area, seeming to study every nearby Pokemon. "Sinnoh, right?"

Hazel looked at her. "You don't know where you are?" she asked, a suspicious look in her eyes. "Where are you from then?"

"Um… the Kanto region," Little Miss Music said in a hurry.

"Where in the Kanto region?"

Little Miss Music looked close to freaking out, and before she could reply, Mr. Grumpy took a step forward. "It doesn't matter where we're from," he snapped, folding his arms on his chest. "Where are you from?"

"Jubilife City," Hazel replied instantly. "Here in Sinnoh."

"So we are in Sinnoh?" asked Little Miss Calamity.

Hazel turned to her. "Yes, but it's just very suspicious that you can't tell me where in Kanto you're from." Suddenly a haunted look crossed her face. "You're not part of Team Rocket, are you? Or even Team Galactic?"

"No!" Little Miss Music answered quickly. "We're not, I promise you. We're not one of them, but… um… I can't tell you exactly where we're from…"

Hazel eyed her. "It just gets more and more suspicious. I might have to turn you into Officer Jenny."

"Please don't do that!" Little Miss Music begged. She sighed and looked at her friends. "I have to tell her the truth," she murmured to them.

Mr. Grumpy was shaking his head. "We don't know if we can trust her. And who knows if she'll believe the truth? I was there and I don't believe it." He studied his hand, eyes wide.

"But you heard her," Little Miss Calamity said quietly. "She'll turn us into the cops if we don't tell her where we're from." She looked over at Hazel who stood there, hands on her hips and looking very annoyed.

"You know I can hear you," she huffed. "And what you all are saying proves you're hiding something. Tell me or I'm going to Officer Jenny."

Mr. Scatterbrain watched as his friends shared another look. Then Mr. Grumpy sighed and said," Do what you like, but when she doesn't believe us, she'll still go to the cops."

Little Miss Music frowned and turned back to Hazel. "Look, we're not from this world."

The girl looked at her like she was crazy. "Um what?"

"We're really from a place called Dillydale and we're not even human there. We went through a portal to get here."

Hazel just stared at her. Then she threw her hands up in the air. "Even more suspicious! Look, you literally could have just said any city in the Kanto region and I would have believed you. But you couldn't even tell me that which makes me think you're hiding something big like being part of Team Rocket, and if you are, I need to turn you in because they are wanted for always trying to steal Pokemon. You didn't have to lie about not being from this world and going through a portal or whatever."

Little Miss Music sighed and Mr. Grumpy said," Told you she wouldn't believe you."

"Honestly, I don't want any part of what you have going on," Hazel continued. "If you're not part of Team Rocket, just keep me out of your weirdness. And if you are Team Rocket and want my pokemon, you'll have to fight me for them." She took out the red and white ball again and threw it into the air. There was a flash of light and a blue and white penguin appeared, landing in front of the girl.

"Oh, so cute! A Piplup!" Little Miss Music exclaimed. She dropped to her knees and reached out to pat the penguin, but the Pokemon's beak started glowing and it pecked her hand. The brown-haired girl stumbled away from it, gasping and shaking her hand. Little Miss Calamity rushed to her side while Mr. Grumpy stepped closer to Hazel.

"That was uncalled for!" he shouted at the girl. "We're not causing you any harm so call off your attack bird, okay?"

Hazel narrowed her eyes and then she held out the ball again. In another flash of light, the penguin was gone. Mr. Scatterbrain stared at the spot it had been. "Where did it go?" he gasped.

Hazel gave him a weird look. "Inside its Pokeball," she said, holding out the ball. She looked down at Matches. "Don't you have a Pokeball for your Monferno?"

Mr. Scatterbrain stared down at his pet monkey. Should he? Before he could answer, Little Miss Music got back to her feet, dusted off her clothes, and turned to Hazel. "I'm sorry to have bothered you," she said, gesturing for her friends to follow her. "But we're not Team Rocket and we have to go find our friends, so we'll just leave you alone." Little Miss Calamity and Mr. Grumpy went on ahead, back toward the woods, but Mr. Scatterbrain stayed where he was until Little Miss Music grabbed his arm and pulled him away from the water and Hazel, who stared after them with wide, confused eyes. Mr. Scatterbrain was kind of disappointed to go. He wanted to know more about what kind of Pokemon that penguin was and how it fit inside that tiny ball and why it pecked at Little Miss Music like that and so many more questions about Pokemon. But Little Miss Music was still pulling him along and he sighed and went with them.
