Straightening his gaze, the man showed that he was still conscious, despite the attack he had just received. Then he managed to get to his feet before grabbing his hat.

Disappearing again, he appeared in front of Luffy before grabbing his skull. with one hand, he managed to lift Luffy above the ground.

Then, turning his gaze towards Luffy, while he still held the pirate's face between his fingers, he declared.

"I think it's time to end it with you, Mugiwara! And I think you deserve to see something interesting."

Not understanding what he meant, Luffy suddenly stopped struggling when he saw Lucci transform. Taking on an animal aspect, Lucci letting his body become twice as imposing. Stunned, Luffy now saw a real panther facing him.

"Monkey D. Luffy...let me show you the true power of CP9."
