Screaming with joy, the Franky Family celebrated Raynare's victory.

"The Mugiwara crew is truly powerful."

"CP9 is going to get their butts kicked."

For his part, Yosaku couldn't help but sigh.

Gritting her teeth, Vivi declared.

"Robin...she definitely doesn't want me to come and save her."

Hearing this, Johnny groaned.

"Do you think you're telling the truth or are you just looking for an excuse to avoid the obvious?"

"Don't... Don't say... Don't say anything! I... Robin... she..."

Suddenly, a tear rolled down her cheek, while she seemed undecided.

"What am I going to do...if Robin still refuses to let me come help her?"

"I doubt she'll refuse your help again." Johnny retorted.

" He is right. "

Shooting down another soldier, Yosaku assured.

"Sister-Vivi...I now think that sister-Robin is waiting for someone to come and save her! And since Luffy-aniki and the others are fighting against CP9, it's up to her to do it."

"It's true!" Menma assured, throwing several fireballs. "You have to help Robin."

"But how?" Vivi asked. "We don't even know where she is."

For answer, Johnny looked towards the Justice Tower, before staring at the gigantic door that could be seen behind the building.

"We don't know where she is...but we know where she's going to be taken."

Swallowing his saliva, he declared.

"What I am proposing may seem like a suicidal action but... we have no other choice."

Then, looking for someone, he ends up seeing Heracross fighting against a burai.

"Heracross…or Battlebug…I need you."

" Hera ? "

Landing in front of Araga, Raynare extended her hand towards her, before affirming.

"And now I'm going to take your key."

It was at this moment that her wrist was grabbed.

" Huh ? "

Having regained consciousness, Araga was coughing up blood. Then breathing with difficulty, she tried in vain to get up.

"I… It's not over."

Seeing her unable to get back on her feet, Raynare almost felt sorry for her.

"Stay on the ground! That will save me from having to finish you off."

Feeling like Raynare had poured acid on him, Araga felt her eyes sting. However, what hurt her so much was what looked like a source of light. Finally, while Araga had always been used to seeing only black since birth, the young girl was surprised to see another color.

Lying still, Araga was frozen, as she caught sight of the sky above her, while the sun was responsible for the burning sensation she felt.

Turning her face to the side, Araga saw Raynare with her arms crossed. Staring at her, Araga stated.

"This is the first time…that I've seen what a human being looks like."

Looking around, it was also the first time she saw buildings, although most were destroyed due to the fighting. Being allowed to see for the first time in her life, Araga couldn't help but appreciate it.

However, her vision suddenly became blurry. And again, Araga was unable to see anything.

Getting ready to make fun of her, Raynare stopped when she heard her last sentence.

Getting to thinking, Raynare thought.

"Even if we manage to humiliate CP9 and recover Robin, there is a good chance that the government will decide to send other people to attack us! Therefore, the best way to avoid a surprise attack is to be informed of the adversary's tactics. "

Staring at Araga, Raynare began to smile, before declaring.

Running at full speed around Lucy, the man had his arms crossed, as he mocked her.

Seeing the attack coming towards her, Lucy threw herself on the ground to avoid it.

Jumping into the air to find himself on top of Lucy, Nero dropped down to crush her on his feet. To avoid this, Lucy rolled on the ground. But as soon as Nero saw her move, he disappeared again.

Appearing in front of Lucy, he gave her a powerful kick in the side, which made her spit out drool.

"It's much too easy! Even if I'm a simple recruit among CP9, you shouldn't underestimate me."

However, closing her fist, Lucy activated the Jet-Dial on her forearm.

Catching her breath, Lucy tried to calm down and think of a plan to defeat Nero. But what to do when faced with an enemy who was capable of dodging the slightest of her attacks? Aiming her Jet-Dials, she couldn't help but feel angry.

"Even with that, am I still too weak to defeat him?"

" RANKYAKU ! "

Hitting the wall Lucy had been hiding behind, the gust of wind pulverized it before hitting her back.

" AHHHHHHHHH ! " Shouted Lucy.

Falling to the ground, she felt blood running down her back. Then she screamed again, as Nero's foot crushed her.

"Do you have one last thing to say?"

However, not being vigilant enough, he didn't move fast enough to avoid Lucy's whip which wrapped around his neck.

" What ? "

Pulling with all her strength, Lucy forced Nero to bend towards her and come within range of her fists.

" LUCY JET PUNCH ! "

Eyes wide, Nero brought Lucy's fist towards him before punching him in the face. With a bloody nose, he then felt himself falling backwards. However, getting up almost immediately, he passed his hand under his bloody nose, before roaring.

" You will pay for that. "

" JET DIAL ! "

Activating the dials at her feet, Lucy propelled herself at full speed to get away from Nero. Nevertheless, the man immediately began to follow her.

"You won't run away! GEPPO !"

Running through the sky, the man then began aiming his guns at Lucy. Trying to run at full speed, Lucy felt one of the projectiles hit one of the jet dials at her feet and pulverize it.

Unable to continue running with the faulty dial, Lucy lost her balance before falling again. Seeing her, Nero fell towards her.

" I've got you. "

However, turning around, Lucy aimed her whip at him. Unfortunately, Nero managed to avoid the end of the weapon.

"You won't get twice with this technique."

Then, landing in front of Lucy, he showed a sadistic smile, before giving her a powerful kick to the face. Feeling herself flying backwards, Lucy hit a wall before collapsing to the ground.

Sneering at this, Nero questioned her.

"Honestly, what did you think you could do against me? Unlike your companions, you are so weak that I want to cry."

"I...I can say the same thing about you." Lucy retorted.

Forcing herself to get up, the young woman affirmed.

"Unlike the rest of CP9, you're really weak."

Frustrated to hear this, Nero raised his leg to throw a RANKYAKU . Seeing the attack coming towards her, Lucy cried out in fear, while ducking down. Passing overhead, the gust of wind hit the building behind her and passed through the wall.

"Don't you dare compare us." Nero roared. "Look at you! You need weapons to try to match my power! For my part, even without my revolvers, I would easily be able to kill you! Our power is not comparable."

"You're wrong." Lucy retorted. "This fight...I'm going to win! I'm going to win to show others that I'm capable of winning without anyone's help."

" Huh ? "

"Since I've been in this world, I've already lost my keys several times! And because of that, I found myself unable to help my friends who needed me! That's why I want to prove that I have changed and am able to fight on my own and no longer rely solely on my wits or friends to protect me."

Taking advantage of this diversion, Lucy stretched her arms out to the side, before starting to concentrate.

Looking back at her, Nero was surprised to see Lucy's body begin to light up.

"Hey! What are you doing?"

Seeming to be in full concentration, Lucy no longer heard his voice, while she had to control her magical force to perfection. Realizing that something bad was going to happen, Nero jumped into the air, before moving his leg several times.

" RANKYAKU ! "

Immediately, a veritable deluge of wind gusts hit the area and several hit Lucy's body. With gritted teeth, Lucy was forced to endure the attacks which caused wounds to appear on her body. Trying to keep her concentration intact, she continued to be attacked until she was down on one knee.

Seeing this, Nero then grabbed his revolvers before aiming his weapons at her.

"I grant you a one-way ticket to hell."

But before he fired, an intense light appeared in front of him and struck him.

" REGULUS PUNCH ! "

Surprised, Nero was thrown backwards, while Loke landed in front of Lucy.

"Loke?" She was surprised, feeling his presence.

"You've already proven that you can fight without my help." Her spirit assured her. "However, to win this fight, I am obliged to intervene! However, I want you to be the one to deliver the final blow."

Standing up at this moment, Nero stared angrily at the newcomer.

"YOU...I recognize you! You were one of the pirates who infiltrated the sea train! How come you are alive when the others claimed to have killed you."

"It's just a detail." Loke affirmed, loosening his tie. "All you need to know is that you made me very angry."

" Huh ? "

Feeling veins of rage appear on his face, Loke growled.

"You took pleasure in hurting Lucy! So rest assured that I will take that same pleasure with you, until Lucy finishes you off! REGULUS GATLING !"

Seeing him rushing towards him, Nero disappeared at full speed to dodge his attacks. Then, finding himself behind Loke, he aimed his weapons at him.

"You shouldn't underestimate me too."

" REGULUS FLASH ! "

Blinded, Nero took two steps back. Taking advantage, Loke's fist found itself in front of his face again.

" REGULUS PUNCH ! "

Unable to dodge it, Nero was hit again and fell to the ground. Groaning in pain, the man forced himself to sit up. Not having forgotten Lucci's behavior when he lost to Franky, Nero did not want the man to try to kill him again.

"I refuse to lose."

However, the man froze, seeing the entire area change. Instead of buildings, Nero was surrounded by numerous planets, as if he found himself in the center of the Milky Way.

" What is ... ? "

Knowing what was happening, Loke began to smile, before speeding away.

" Good luck. "

Surprised by his behavior, Nero noticed that the planets began to move, before gathering all around Lucy.

" What is she doing ? "

" URANUS... " Shouted Lucy.

" RANKYAKU ! "

Shaking his leg at full speed, Nero created dozens of sharp gusts of wind that shot towards Lucy. Unfortunately for him, he saw the planets suddenly being thrown away from Lucy and heading towards him at full speed. Colliding with its gusts of wind, the planets pulverized them as they transformed into a deluge of comets.

" What ...? WHAT ? WHAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTT ? "

Being able to only scream in horror, Nero ended up being hit by the numerous planets, which created a powerful explosion as they hit him.

With his body bleeding, Nero flew above Enies Lobby before finally landing several districts away. Finding himself in the center of a crater, he remained motionless, although he was defeated by this attack.

As the fight ended, Lucy's body stopped glowing. Then, feeling her legs shaking, she fell to the ground.

"I...I feel so weak." She confessed, feeling her eyes close.

But before collapsing from fatigue, Loke crouches down next to her and catches her in his arms.

"It's okay, Lucy-san! You did an amazing job."

Then, seeing the sleeping body, he couldn't help but smile.

"You've made incredible progress."

" LUCY ! "

Falling from the sky, Raynare landed on her feet, before running towards Loke.

"What happened?" She wanted to know. " How is she ? "

"She's fine." Loke assured her. "Her fight just wore her out! But she won against her opponent."

"Really?" Raynare asked, looking. " Where is he ? "

"What does it matter?" Loke asked her. "After the attack he just received, he probably won't be able to regain consciousness for a week."

"Baka! We have to find this guy's body! He may have the key to opening Robin's handcuffs."

" What ? "

"Where did his body fly?" Raynare asked.

"This way." Loke assured her, pointing her in a direction.

"Okay! I'll entrust Lucy to you." Raynare affirmed, before flying away.

Running at full speed, Luffy was taking the stairs inside the Justice Tower to get to the basement. Carrying Chimney on his back, he questioned her.

"Is this where Pigeon-guy and Mask-guy took Robin?"

"Yes! At the bottom, there is a door that leads to a path that goes under the ocean."

"I see! So if I want to catch up with them, I have to take this secret passage."

Finally, reaching the bottom of the stairs, he saw the enormous steel door.

"Is this door?" He asked, getting Chimney off his back.

" Yes. "

"Yosh! In that case, I'll open it in two seconds! GUM GUM PISTOL !"

Knocking on the door with his fist, Luffy was surprised to see his hand ricochet against the metal surface, before coming back towards his face.

"OUCH!" He complained, getting hit by his own fist.

"What are you doing?" Chimney asked, pointing to a control panel. "You have to open it with these buttons."

"Huh? And you know how to do it?"

"Huh...no! I was too far away for me to see the suit." Chimney confessed.

However, that didn't stop her from pressing a few buttons.

"By doing it randomly, we'll eventually figure out how to open it."

"We don't have time." Luffy retorted.

Then, staring at the door, he remembered how he had found himself in danger at Water-7, when Lucci had trapped him between two buildings. And to get out of it, Luffy had used a technique consisting of making his arms grow bigger.

Remembering this, he declared.

"This is the perfect time to find out if I can do this again."

"What?" Chimney was surprised.

At this moment, Luffy stuck his thumb between his teeth, before whispering.

" GEAR 3 ! "
