Letting Kokoro drop him onto Merry's bow, Luffy couldn't feel happier to see his boat again.

For his part, no longer seeing the slightest trace of Enies Lobby or the Navy ships, Bellamy fell on his back and allowed himself to lower his guard.

"I don't care about that." Luffy retorted. "I never wanted this island destroyed! The government wanted to kidnap Robin and all I wanted was to save her."
Then, turning to Franky and Bellamy, he began to smile.
"Thank you guys! You helped us a lot."
Starting to blush, Franky retorted.
"You… You don't need to thank me."
"It's the same for me." Bellamy stated, looking away. "After all, it's not like I did much."
"You're wrong." Luffy retorted. "You two... my crew... Sogeking... Kokoro... Chimney and Gonbe... if just one person among us had decided to stay at Enies Lobby instead of coming with us, Robin would never have been saved! Everyone...thank you for your help! And I also have to thank the Franky Family and the carpenters."
And it was at this moment that the sound of a locomotive was heard. Surprised, the pirates looked at the ocean, before seeing a train moving across the water, while carrying a group of people, as well as two giants and two King Bulls.
" "It's Sodom and Gomorrah. " Chopper recognized them.
"Et il ya aussi Oimo et Kashii." Usopp stated, en sobbing.
"They all managed to leave Enies Lobby." Zoro remarked.
"GUYS!" Franky shouted, starting to cry.
Smiling, Bruno affirmed.
"Robin was saved! Everyone was able to leave the island alive! And now that CP9 has been made a fool of, I doubt the world government will try anything against us for a while! This rescue is a success. "
"And even if the world government wanted revenge, rest assured we'll be the first to know." Raynare said, with a den-den mushi in hand. "From now on, we will be the ones who always have the advantage."
"Enemy spotted." Wiper suddenly shouted.
Seeing a ship arriving in the distance, the Shandian prepared his bazooka.
"Another Navy ship is coming towards us."
"What?" His companions were frightened.
Seeing the silhouette of the huge boat, Sanji growled.
"Are these guys incapable of knowing when to give up?"
"If there is only one ship, we will sink it in an instant." Velvet assured.
However, waiting for the enemy ship to approach them, the pirates noticed that it didn't display the symbol of the Navy or the world government.
"Wait a moment." Usopp said, using his scopes to see better. "It's not an enemy ship."
" Huh ? "
Looking at the ship's passengers, the sniper stated.
"I see Iceberg."
"Iceberg?" Franky was surprised. "What would this guy be doing here? "
However, staring at the sail of the boat, the cyborg ends up recognizing the symbol of Galley-La.
"That idiot...he came all the way here to help us?"
Not being alone, the man was in the company of the carpenters of Enies Lobby, who made signs to the pirates.
"I see their boat.
"Mugiwara is there."
"They survived Aqua Laguna and Enies Lobby."
Being as surprised as his men, Iceberg saw Nico Robin and understood that the pirates had indeed attacked the world government.
"They achieved the impossible."
Being near the man, Azelma and Shun-day were also present. Seeing Menma, the child waved at her, happy that her friend had kept her promise.
"They're here! They're still alive."
Noticing the same thing, Azelma couldn't help but stare at Zoro in wonder as she declared.
"They're all truly amazing."
" GUYS! " Luffy shouted, waving at them as well.
"That's it." Nami said. "Our adventure is finally over."
"As soon as we get back to Water-7, I'm going to collapse on a bed and sleep for at least three days." Vivi asserted.
"I'm starving." Johnny declared.
"I've never wanted a glass of rum so much," Gin assured.
However, the joy present on the pirates' faces disappeared when strange noises were heard. Then, before anyone could react, Merry broke in two and the front of the boat tilted dangerously over the ocean.
Almost falling, Luffy clung to the bow, while trying to understand what had just happened.
"Merry? What's wrong with you?"
" MERRY ! " Shouted Usopp.
Seeming less surprised than the pirates, Franky declared.
"This was bound to happen! The keel of your boat is not only damaged! It has completely broken! Now it is incapable of supporting the weight of the boat."
"It's a disaster." Nami understood.
Immediately, Luffy spoke to Iceberg.
"Ice-ossan! You have to help us! You and your guys are all carpenters, right? You have to save Merry! It's our precious ship! You have to stop it from sinking! I'm beg you, fix it."
Staring at him without saying anything, Iceberg seemed thoughtful. Then he confessed.
"I've already done everything I can to fix it."
Then thinking about his encounter with this boat, he thought of all the repairs he had made, as well as the miracle he had witnessed.
"Your boat...I think it deserves to rest." Tom's former disciple affirmed.
Left speechless, Luffy was going to say something. But finally, without Iceberg needing to say anything else, he understood the obvious. Merry will never be able to sail again. Like a person at the end of his life, whose skeleton had just been broken into pieces, Merry was suffering. And forcing him to navigate would only make his pain worse.
"In my life, I have built hundreds of ships." Iceberg stated. "But none have been able to perform such a miracle! Your ship survived the Aqua Laguna and then sailed to you alone! But for this, it surely used its last strength and currently, it is exhausted! If you love this boat as much as they love you, I think you know what you have to do."
Hearing this, a few people began to feel tears appear in their eyes, understanding what this meant. And most were against this solution. However, no one protested when Luffy said.
"Merry…I think it's time to give you the rest you deserve."
Now on a long boat, Luffy's crew and their allies stared at Merry, while Luffy approached his boat, using a small boat, while holding a flaming torch in his hand.
Being with his comrades, Usopp had put his mask back on and was observing the scene in silence, while having his arms crossed.
"Aren't you going to try to save your boat?" Zoro asked.
"This boat belongs to Usopp." Sogeking retorted. "He left to avoid seeing the destruction of his precious ship as he does not approve of this! However, as a warrior, I feel obligated to stand by such a loyal friend as Merry."
Holding back tears, Sogeking affirmed.
"But Usopp regrets... he regrets not having been able to take better care of this ship."
"We all regret not having taken better care of Merry." Zoro assured.
Having reached Iceberg's ship, Bellamy looked at the scene in the distance, while he did not seem to want to be alongside the pirates.
"Why don't you stay with them?" Azelma asked.
"Tssss! Don't talk nonsense." The blond growled. "I'm not part of their crew! And it's not like this ship has much importance to me! However,..."
Glancing briefly at Merry, he confessed.
"I'm jealous that Mugiwara traveled on such an incredible ship."
At this moment, bringing his flaming torch closer to Merry, Luffy declared.
"Merry...the depths of the oceans are cold and dark! But don't worry, we will stay with you."
Then the captain began to burn the boat. Gaining in size, the flames burned the hull, the floor, the masts, the sails... soon, a huge fire began to completely destroy the boat.
"Thank you, Merry! Thank you for your valuable help."
Rising high into the sky, the smoke from the fire began to create a cloud. But instead of soot falling, a magnificent sparkling snow fell around the pirates.
"Snow?" Nami was surprised, holding out her hand to see a snowflake fall into the palm of her hand.
Immediately, many memories appeared in the pirates' heads. The day Kaya gave them Merry, as a sign of gratitude. The first party that the pirates had on this ship. Cannon training. The meeting of Johnny and Yosaku. Their journey to Baratie before going to Cocoyashi. Their misadventures in Locktown and their promise that they had made around a barrel. Menma's sudden appearance and their arrival on the Grand Line. Luffy's confrontation against Laboon and their meeting with Vivi and Neni. Their adventures at Whiskey Peak and Little Garden. Chopper's arrival in Drum was followed by Crocodile's defeat in Alabasta. Robin then joined the crew, at the same time as Bruno. The ascent into the sky to Skypiea and Enel's deadly game in the sky, alongside the pokemons and Velvet. The eventful descent towards Grand Lien before being challenged by Foxy. And the end of the journey to Water-7.
The pirates had experienced all these adventures while sailing on their precious ship. And it was now that they understood that they could never have made such a journey, on another boat.
" Merry ... "
" I'm sorry. "
Jumping at this moment, Luffy could only be surprised when he heard this voice, which came from the ship.
"I really wanted to take you further."
"What…?" Bruno was surprised.
" Merry … ? " Said Vivi.
"MERRY!" Chopper shouted, crying.
"I'm sorry." Merry repeated.
"How should you be sorry, Merry?" Luffy wanted to know, crying too. "I...I was the captain! And yet, I am mainly responsible for the damage you suffered! I didn't take enough care of you! I caused you to hit an iceberg, and I even ripped out the mast! And Zoro, Sanji and Gin aren't any better! Those idiots broke a lot of things fighting during our trip! And then, Usopp was always there to repair the damage, but he wasn't very good! We don't deserve your apology."
"BIG MERRY-ANIKI!" Johnny shouted. "I'm sorry! When we first met, I couldn't think of anything better to do than try to destroy you! I'm just a moron. "
"I'm sorry too." Yosaku added. "If I had paid more attention to my diet, Johnny would never have done that."
"Merry! Sorry for repairing you badly and burning you several times." Menma apologized.
" QUAAAAAAA ! " Said Carue.
"Merry, it's us who thank you." Bruno assured, bowing to the boat. " Thank you for everything. "
"Yes, thank you." Lucy cried, holding back tears.
" Merci, Merry-san ! " Shouted Vivi.
"Th...Thank you." Chopper sobbed, while Nami finally fell to her knees, crying.
"No, it's me who thanks you." Retorted the boat. "Thanks to you, I was able to experience a number of adventures! And I was happy about it! I therefore hope with all my heart that you will be able to continue on your path! Farewell, friends!"
At that moment, seeing the boat go up in smoke, a large part of the crew was crying, just like Franky. Even Robin and Raynare's eyes watered at the disappearance of the boat. Simply watching the scene without crying, Zoro, Sanji and Gin stared at the boat, while Bruno remained bowed in front of the latter and Wiper finished his prayer.
Finally, when there was nothing left but dust, Luffy screamed.
" MERRY ! "

"We thank you." Nami said, greeting a few carpenters who were leaving.
Then closing the door of the home that Galley-La had offered them, Nami couldn't help but sigh.
Having just returned to Water-7, the pirates had been able to see the sun set. And now that darkness was covering the island, the pirates finally found themselves alone.
Seeing them strangely still, Azelma thought they were exhausted.
"Would you like me to make you something to eat?"
In response, Luffy dropped onto the floor of the house. Then, one by one, his friends imitated him. Astonished, Azelma and Shun-day watched the pirates fall to the ground. And finally, snoring was heard.
For almost two days, the pirates had continued to run, to fight, and to survive. Not even having the strength to eat or walk to their rooms, each of them now slept on the floor of the house.
Seeing this, Azelma couldn't help but chuckle.
"They are really exhausted."
Then, moving her wheelchair to the kitchen, she affirmed.
"I'll make sure to prepare a feast for them."
" That's nice of you. "
Surprised, Azelma and Shun-day saw Robin staring at them while smiling.
"Aren't you tired?" Azelma asked.
"I can't say I fought like they did to help me." Robin retorted.
Then, having trouble hiding a certain sadness in her eyes, Robin headed outside the building.
"I need to take a walk."
And before giving Azelma time to say something, Robin left. Feeling a light breeze touch his face, Robin stilled, before taking a deep breath.
Feeling the air filling her lungs, Robin found that breathing was a real pleasure. Today she lived another day.
Certainly, the Cipher Pol wanted her to survive in order to use her to find the Ancient Weapons and the location of the poneglyphs. However, Robin was sure of one thing. She could never have been free. She would have been a tool of the government, which would only have used her. And then, Robin was sure that they would have rewarded her by killing her, to prevent her from telling any secrets.
In short, her life would have been the same as that of a slave besides knowing that a sword would have constantly hovered above her head, ready to kill her. Rather than live such a life, she would have preferred to die.
Having this thought, Robin felt a chill. Die ? For a long time, she had thought that death didn't scare her. And yet...
" Robin ? "
Jumping up, Robin heard Vivi's voice, which had just appeared behind her.
"Aren't you in bed?" Robin asked.
"I was about to sleep when I heard you come out." The former princess affirmed. "Robin, are you okay?"
"Are you asking me if I'm okay?" Robin asked.
Suddenly turning around, Robin showed her face. Surprised, Vivi saw Robin's smile, while tears covered her face.
" Robin ? "
"I'm so happy." Robin said. "I'm alive and... it's thanks to you! You gave me back the desire to live! And you made me understand that death was not a solution."
And before Vivi could react, Robin's arms grabbed her. Then, Robin made his face disappear into his chest. Then, unable to hold back her sobs, she began to cry.
Feeling her legs shaking, Robin then fell to her knees, while she continued to cry.
"Vivi...I was scared! I was so scared! Thank you! Thank you so much for saving me."
Hearing him thank her, Vivi remained silent, while she let her cry, until fatigue made Robin sleep.
