"Girls." Sanji shouted, with hearts in place of his eyes. "The meat is ready."
"AYE!" Nami and Lucy assured, getting out of the water.
However, faster than them, Luffy's arms stretched towards the barbecue.
" Meat. "
"Wait your turn." Sanji roared, stomping his hands with his foot.
"Great!" Azelma rejoiced, while Shun-day moved his wheelchair towards the cook. "It's the first time we've participated in a barbecue."
"Will there be food for everyone?" Shun-day asked, as the smell began to make her salivate.
"Have no fear." Sanji affirmed. "If I'm able to feed Luffy, that means I'm more than capable of preparing enough portions for a hundred people! Feel free to help yourself."
"THANKS!" Luffy shouted, already having several pieces of meat in his mouth.
"WHAT DID I TELL YOU?" Sanji roared.
But already, Chopper, Johnny, Yosaku and Gin were already eating.
"HUMMY!"
"Hey, where's the sake?" Zoro grunted.
"And my glass of champagne?" Loke asked.
"Go and help yourself, you ungrateful people." Retorted the cook.
"Sanji, I want some wine." Velvet stated.
"Iced tea." Raynare said.
"AYE!" Assured the cook.
Seeing the crew behave like they did at the Alabasta banquet, Pell couldn't help but feel a little uncomfortable.
"I'm not used to participating in this kind of event."
However, Vivi handed him a skewer, while assuring him.
"It's not complicated! You just have to have fun."
Then, biting into her own skewer, she assured.
" It is delicious. "
Seeing her eating while having a wide smile on her face, Pell could never believe the fact that she had just confronted the world government. Normally, just being made the enemy of the whole world could scare anyone. And yet, no trace of fear could be detected around him.
"MEAT! MEAT!" Luffy shouted, grabbing all the food that was around him.
"Get out." Wiper ordered him, hitting him in the face with his foot.
"Yum, I'm enjoying it." Said a masked man.
"HERA!" A giant beetle agreed, as it sucked juice from a fruit.
"SNIPERKING?" Zoro was surprised.
" Hey, Lucy-san. "
Appearing in turn, the other spirits of Lucy headed towards the place of the festivities.
"We're hungry too."
"Let's party together."
And wanting to imitate them, the Franky Family arrived in turn.
"Hey, Mugiwara." Zambe shouted. "Good to see you awake."
"Yo, guys! Do you want to eat with us?"
"Seriously? We love barbecue."
"YEAH!" His companions shouted, before joining the pirates.
And very quickly, they were joined by Gomorrah, Sodom as well as Oimo and Kashii.
"The giants are here." Sogeking was horrified. "Quickly, we need to bring more meat."
"Here is a challenge that I accept with a smile." Sanji assured, while he held numerous pins between his fingers.
Then, the next ones were the carpenters of Galley-La.
"YO, MUGIWARA!" cried Tilestone.
"I see you have regained all your energy." Lulu remarked.
"Hey, who gave you permission to squat in the pool?" Paulie asked.
Suddenly, seeing Lucy and Nami in swimsuits, he cried out.
"What is this outfit? Don't you have any shame?"
"Huh?" Lucy was surprised. "Hey, it's not like we're naked."
"Besides, it's a swimming pool." Nami stated.
About to say something back, Paulie heard a sensual voice calling his name.
" Darling ... "
Having the bad idea of turning towards Raynare, the carpenter felt blood flowing out of his nose, while the fallen angel was dressed in a very revealing bikini. Falling to his knees, as he clapped his hands to his nose, the carpenter begged.
"Don't come near me, succubus."
Beginning to smile, Raynare affirmed.
"Glad to see that men consider me irresistible."
"Raynare-sama...make me your slave." Sanji shouted.
"You are so beautiful." Virgo assured. "Punish me."
The next person to arrive was Iceberg.
"It's been a long time since I've seen this place so busy."
"Iceberg-san, please run away!" Paulie shouted, as he crawled on the ground. "This place is full of demons."
"You really need to learn to relax." Nami said.
And finally, Kiwi and Mozu showed up and posed, before letting Franky join them.
"What? Are you having a party without inviting me?" The cyborg shouted, posing. "It's a scandal! A barbecue is never perfect if Franky isn't there."
"ANIKI!" His subordinates shouted.
And finally, as a real celebration began to take place, Pell couldn't help but smile. Then, starting to eat, he let himself be taken in by the pleasure of participating in this celebration. He didn't need to see more to understand why Vivi wanted to stay with her friends rather than in the safety of the Alabasta Palace.
"Now she has a taste for adventure! And she would feel like a prisoner once inside the palace."
"Is this the party?" Luffy shouted.
" Hey, Mugiwara. "
Surprised, Luffy saw Bellamy coming towards him.
"Bellamy! You came to party with us, I'm so happy! By the way, have you thought about my proposal? You can join my crew whenever you want."
"Give up that idea, Mugiwara." The blond retorted. "If I came, it's to tell you that I found a boat and that I was leaving this island this evening."
"Huh?" Luffy was surprised. "To go where? You're going to Jaya again."
"I don't think so." Bellamy admitted. "Now that I met you and you were able to prove to me that my mentality was wrong, I don't really want to go back there! But what I do know is that I want to regain the respect of 'a man. "
"Are you talking about Mingo?" Luffy asked. "Why do you want to earn his respect? He told you himself that he considered you a loser! This guy doesn't deserve you to work for him."
"No, it's me who doesn't deserve to be under his orders." Bellamy retorted. "But I swear, one day, that will change! One day, I will earn that man's respect."
Staring at him without saying anything, Luffy ends up sighing, before resigning himself.
"Do as you wish! I admit that I am disappointed that you are not joining my crew! But you do what you want with your life."
Hearing it, Bellamy couldn't help but smile. Then, deciding to leave, he affirmed.
"But don't worry, Mugiwara! If I want to become stronger, it's also so I can impress a second man and become his rival."
"Huh?" Luffy was surprised, turning towards him.
However, Bellamy had already left. Surprised by his words, Luffy ended up smiling too, before declaring.
"You finally look like a real pirate, Bellamy."
Also enjoying the party, Robin couldn't help but isolate himself somewhat. Having a drink in hand, she stared at her friends, who were having fun with those who had helped them save her. Again, Robin noticed that she should never have been here.
Currently, she couldn't help but think about what her life would have become if CP9 had managed to do what they wanted of her. Showing a small smile, she declared.
"I doubt I would be free as I am."
"Being free is one thing! Being grateful is something else."
Not seeming surprised, Robin saw Pell sitting not far from her with a glass of sake in hand. Having taken advantage of Robin being the one, the Alabasta soldier had settled near her. Then staring at the pirates, the man saw Vivi laughing and having fun with her companions.
"Nico Robin, you were lucky." Pell said. "Because if Vivi-san had been killed, trying to save you, know that Alabasta would never have forgiven you."
"I know that." Robin affirmed.
"She seems to consider you like your friend."
"I know that." Robin repeated.
"And I can't understand why."
" I know it. "
There was a silence.
"Do you think Vivi acted stupidly by making me her friend?"
"Yes." Pell confessed. "Just like becoming a pirate and wanting to stay with you! This is all stupid."
Yet, knowing perfectly well the truth, he affirmed.
"But given our world and the hypocrisy of the world government, this kind of idiocy is ultimately the best thing to do! Against the Navy and Cipher Pol, it seems that Luffy-san is the best person for Cobra -san can entrust his daughter! It's quite ironic that a noble can entrust this kind of service to a pirate."
Then downing some of his drink, the man declared.
"Regarding you, I prefer to admit to you that I have never forgiven Baroque Works for wanting to destroy our country! And even if this group of criminals has disappeared, I have not forgotten that you were part of it! Sorry, but I don't think you can get my forgiveness yet."
"Are you going to force me away from Vivi?"
"I want to." Pell confessed. "But I can't! Vivi-san was willing to sacrifice her life to save you! Who am I supposed to be to force her away from you? For nothing, the simple fact that you are no longer a threat to she is more than enough for me! And what I ask you is to never experience the kindness she showed towards you."
Showing a serious face, Pell turned to Robin, while affirming.
"Dare to commit the slightest betrayal that would harm him and I swear to you that I will hunt you to the other side of the world to kill you."
Hearing it, Robin remained silent. Then, simply turning her gaze towards Vivi, she couldn't help but smile, seeing her so radiant.
"Princess Wednesday...it's strange to say this, but now I'd rather die than do something to her that would hurt her."
Not detecting any hint of lie in her voice, Pell finished his drink before getting up. Then he declared.
"In that case, all I have to do is leave."
"Are you going back to Alabasta?" Robin wondered.
"I have fulfilled the mission that the king entrusted to me." Assured the hawk-man. "The king gave me a choice: either take his daughter back to Alabasta or make sure she is completely safe with her friends! And from what I see, I have nothing to fear in leaving her with you."
Finally, Pell quietly left the party, leaving Robin behind. Following him with her gaze, she saw him leave the pool. Then, a figure rose into the sky in the distance before leaving Water-7 and beginning to fly towards Alabasta.
Seeing the man leave, Robin looked thoughtful. And it was perhaps because of this that she did not feel the presence of a man who was behind her.
"Nico Robin, I would like to talk to you."
This time, showing only fear in her eyes, Robin almost dropped her glass, the contents of which had turned into ice.

Seeing a modest sized boat ahead of him, Bellamy began to prepare to leave the island.

It was strange, but while they were supposed to be enemies, Bellamy had often felt like he had become a true companion to Luffy. However, preferring to put this stupid idea out of his head, he retorted.

So preparing to leave the island, he was suddenly surprised by hearing a den-den mushi. Freezing in place, the blonde lowered his gaze, before rummaging in his jacket. Finally, taking out the snail that was inside, Bellamy couldn't help but feel anxious, even though he knew perfectly well who was trying to contact him.
Finally, having no other choice, he picked up.
" Do ... Doflamingo ... ? "
"Bellamy, I'm glad to know you're alive." The Shichibukai's voice affirmed. "I just heard some very interesting news about you."
Being seated in a luxurious armchair, Doflamingo had a newspaper in his hand. Having been informed of the events at Enies Lobby, the shichibukai had found it highly entertaining and his interest in Luffy had greatly increased.
However, looking closely at the photos in the newspaper, he had seen one of the photos showing the pirates trapped on the Bridge of Hesitation. And among the group, Doflamingo had recognized Bellamy.
"From what I see, you took part in the invasion of Enies Lobby! And to my surprise, you managed to survive that! I admit, I'm very impressed."
"Rea...Really?" Bellamy asked, wondering if he was making fun of him.

As night began to fall, everyone in Water-7 could see many lights glowing, while noises came from the pool.
"Do you know what's going on?"
"I think there's a party going on there! Mugiwara is organizing it."
"Great! Let's go."
But while several people ran towards the pool, no one saw Luffy coming out of a butcher's shop, with a huge bag full of meat.
"Sanji will be happy." The pirate affirmed, with several chicken legs in his hands. "This is the first time we can buy so much meat! It's great to be rich."
But as Luffy walked towards the pool to continue partying with the others, he heard a voice behind him.
"I assume you are Monkey D. Luffy."
" Huh ? "
Turning around, Luffy saw a bald man sitting on a wall. Wearing a pair of sunglasses, the elderly man stared at Luffy, while appearing thoughtful.
"I wonder why Ace made you his little brother."
"Huh? Who are you?" Luffy questioned. "Do you know Ace?"
In response, the stranger dropped from the wall and landed on his feet. Then, he walked towards Luffy.
"Mugiwara...I must admit that I was very impressed by the fact that you could defeat a man like Rob Lucci! He was known to be the best fighter in CP9! Sincerely, I congratulate your victory."
However, as he walked towards Luffy, the pirate was surprised to feel incredibly uncomfortable. The man in front of him seemed to be normal even though he was as old as his grandfather. Yet, he gave off an aura around him that Luffy could feel.
This man was dangerous.
Immediately placing his bag on the ground, Luffy got into a fighting stance.
" Who are you ? "
Noticing that Luffy had considered him a threat, the stranger stopped, before declaring.
"My name is Portgas D. Edmond."
"Portgas? Are you related to Ace?"
"Am I related to this damned criminal? Yes! Does that make me someone who likes him? No! In truth, if I could have prevented this, this good guy nothing would ever have come into the world."
And before letting Luffy say something, he affirmed.
"But, I didn't come here to talk about him! Mugiwara, know that I am a member of Cipler Pol and more precisely, I belong to CP0! Now that the capture of Nico Robin was a failure, it's up to I have been entrusted with this mission! I admit that I am not interested in slaughtering your crew! However, you will understand that I cannot return empty-handed."
Extending his hand towards Luffy, he declared.

Hit in the face, Edmond's body crashed against the wall behind him, which was pulverized. Having attacked him without the slightest hesitation, Luffy roared.

However, heaving a simple sigh, Edmond got up.

However, making the muscles in his neck crack, Edmond questioned him.
"Mugiwara… do you know the legend of the Chupacabra?"
And before Luffy could answer him, Edmond let the muscles of his body grow, before transforming.
"He is the terror of the night and haunts the nightmares of those who are unfortunate enough to come across him."
Sensing greater danger awaiting him, as Edmond began to transform into a horrible monster, Luffy immediately placed his fist on the ground.
" GEAR 2 ! "
With a drink in hand, Menma sat on a chair, while she seemed thoughtful. The evening was pleasant...the food was excellent...and she was with her friends...and yet something seemed to be bothering her.
Noticing this, Zoro sat down next to her, with a bottle in his hand.
" What's wrong ? "
" Huh ? "
"You're making a stupid face." Zoro remarked, drinking some alcohol. "You're thinking."
"I don't look like an idiot when I think about it." Menma retorted.
Nevertheless, admitting the truth, she declared.
"Once again, I feel like I've disappointed you."
"Huh? And why?"
"Because…I lost again."
Suddenly tightening her fingers around the glass she was holding, the child seemed frustrated.
"Why? Why? Why?"
She had practiced. She had managed to wield these new powers. She had become much stronger than before. So why had she lost to Akoya? Feeling like crying in frustration, she declared.
"Why do I keep losing and making myself useless?"
In response, the sharp edge of Zoro's hand hit the top of his head.
" Baka ! "
"OUCH! Why do you always hit me?" Menma growled, placing her hands on her sore head.
"Because you're stupid." Zoro stated. "It's true that you lost! And it's true that I had to intervene again to save you! You are far from being an expert in combat and there always has to be someone with you to watch over you."
However, knowing perfectly well that Menma had not behaved at all like he did in Skypiea, Zoro affirmed.
"Menma…during that battle, I was proud of you."
"Huh?" The child was surprised.
At that moment, coming towards them, Lucy tried in vain to walk while helping Raynare to do the same. Having his face completely red, the fallen angel had an empty bottle in his hand and appeared to be completely drunk.
"My head is spinning." She said with a big smile.
"I'll put you here." Lucy affirmed, letting her sit on a chair.
"What's wrong with her?" Menma asked.
"She doesn't know when she should stop drinking." Zoro stated, downing his own bottle.
"You are in a very bad position to make that kind of remark." Lucy retorted.
Arriving at this moment, Sanji handed Raynare a glass.
"Raynare-sama, I have prepared a special concoction for you that will quickly lower your blood alcohol level."
Nevertheless, pushing the glass away, Raynare wanted to grab another bottle of sake.
"I want some more alcohol." The fallen angel retorted.
"Raynare, you've had enough to drink." Lucy retorted, grabbing the bottle.
Showing an angry look, Raynare retorted.
"Hey, you're not my mother! I do what I want."
"I'm not your mother but I know what's good for you." Lucy retorted. "Look at you! I feel like I see Zoro, after he spent an entire evening drinking."
"Thanks for the compliment." The man grunted.
"I do what I want." Raynare retorted, while making strange gestures with her hands. "I am a free woman who knows perfectly well what she must do."
And to prove it, she grabbed Zoro's collar before bringing his face closer to his. And before anyone could understand the situation, Zoro felt the fallen angel's lips press against his own.
"What?" Lucy was surprised, blushing.
"Huh?" Menma said, tilting her head to the side.
"Why?" Sanji said, feeling his heart break.
Being the most surprised of all, Zoro remained completely paralyzed. For her part, starting to laugh, Raynare assured.
"You see! I always know how to think with my head."
However, the next second, her head crashed against the table, and the fallen angel began to sleep. The effect of alcohol on her seemed to be quite drastic.
Still paralyzed by the kiss he had just received, Zoro remained frozen, even when Sanji grabbed his collar and began to shake him.
" WHY ? WHY ? WHY ? " Shouted the cook.
For her part, Lucy couldn't help but stare at Raynare with frustration, while displaying a sulky face.
"Baka!" He murmured.
Not really understanding the situation, Menma was going to ask a question. However, she was surprised when she heard an explosion.
As surprised as she was, everyone turned their gaze towards the city center, where the explosion had come from.
"Huh?" Wiper wondered.
"What was that?" Gin asked.
Taking a few steps forward, Bruno furrowed his eyebrows, while he could hear clashing noises, proving that a fight was taking place. Then, another explosion was heard.
"OYE! What's going on?" Paulie asked.
"It seems that this takes place near the butcher's shop." Franky remarked.
"LUFFY!" His companions shouted, remembering that he had gone to buy meat.
Regaining his vitality, Zoro pushed Sanji away, before grabbing his swords.
"We have to hurry! If it turns out, CP9 has returned for revenge."
Knowing that he was right, his companions decided to follow him to help Luffy.
However, getting ready to imitate them, Vivi heard a voice behind her.
"It seems your captain has met my father."
Surprised, Vivi turned around to see a woman last
her, smiling wickedly at him.
"Fo...Fosha?" Vivi wondered.
And before he could react, having taken out a dagger from one of her sleeves, Fosha had plunged it into the abdomen of the former princess.
"Yesterday, you may have humiliated me." Fosha stated, with a face showing nothing but madness. "But in the end, I'm the one who wins."
Having aimed at Vivi's heart, the young woman then took pain to see her blood flowing out of her wound, while her eyes turned completely white. Not even having time to suffer, Vivi collapsed to the ground, while all traces of life had already left her body.
Letting Edmond's hand hold his bloodied face, Luffy appeared to be on the verge of being killed, while his opponent stared at him, looking frustrated.
"What? Is this a joke? Are you really Garp's grandson?"
Not seeming to have been injured at all, the monster that now faced Luffy stared at the bloodied body of his opponent, while the area around them looked like nothing more than ruins. Despite having used his best techniques, Luffy had been completely dominated by Edmond.
"With a strength as weak as yours, who can you make believe that you could become the king of pirates? I have encountered hundreds of runts stronger than you in the New World! You don't have your place there."
