Greetings and salutations all. Sorry this chapter took so long but between wanting to cover everything without breaking it up into two chapters, and making up for the work I missed while out with COVID, I've been feeling like Waspinator in most episodes of Beast Wars after work. Side note: Starting now, as I release new chapters, I will be going back and re-editing the earlier ones, both for formatting and grammatical errors. I re-edited the first chapter when I posted this one. Now, onward.
Megatron glowered. After the debacle with Starscream, Knockout, and Cylas he'd had his fill of Terrorcons. However, he did give permission to Shockwave to test the Predacon augmentation on one. Unfortunately, the news on this front wasn't what he'd been hoping for.
"As you can see lord Megatron." Shockwave said indicating the Terrorcon that had once been Dreadwing. "The properties of the Enigma of Combination and dark energon seem to be incompatible. The energy of the dark energon seems to be hampering the enigmas' ability to combine the nucleic acids."
Looking at Dreadwings' corpse Megatron couldn't help but agree. While the dark energon had reanimated it, it also kept him from being evolved. At various points on his body, one could see where animal features had attempted to form only to stop and crack.
Megatron gave a sigh and turned to Shockwave. "Very well. Continue to make more Predacons using the sparkless Vehicons. Once we run out, I'll begin looking for 'volunteers' to be augmented." Turning back to the Terrorcon, Megatron gave a smirk. "I have an idea on what to do with this monster for the time being."
"Very well." Shockwave said, turning back to his computer console. "I am also working on a synthetic energy frequency that may bear some results. It could allow us to replicate the enigmas' power without the artifact, perhaps even bypass the dark energon problem. In addition, using my experimental transwarp drive, I can pull the Constructicons' ship into the planets orbit as soon as tomorrow. I only need your approval."
Megatron grinned. "Approval given Shockwave. Is it possible to use this method with Astrotrain and the Darksyde?" He asked. Getting reinforcements sooner rather than later would be preferential.
Shockwave shook his head. "The journey is hazardous to Cybertronians without proper shielding, and since Astrotrain is the ship, such a maneuver would be, illogical. Likewise, the Darksyde doesn't have the shielding and would cost us further." Seeing Megatrons' angry look, Shockwave continued. "However, a low powered beacon from the device will cut Astrotrains' commute down from a deca-cycle to three Earth days."
Nodding, Megatron turned to leave. "Very well Shockwave. Put the Terrorcon in a stasis pod and prepare it for transport. Afterwards, make arrangements to bring the Constructicons here and Astrotrain after that." With that he turned and walked out of the lab, briefly nodding to Punch as he passed. As reward for assisting him during the 'Cylas crisis" he'd installed him as head of Shockwaves' security detail.
Entering the bridge, he turned to Soundwave. "Anything to report?" Soundwave turned to him; his mask lit up showing a map of what the humans called the Caribbean. "And this is of importance because?" The map on the mask then displayed three Autobot signatures on one of the islands, as well as ones for what the Autobots' formerly human pets had become.
"I see." He turned to the ships PA system. "Starscream report to the bridge." Moments later the Aerospace commander entered, limping slightly. Starscream still hadn't fully recovered from Megatrons' 'reprimand'.
"You summoned me, lord Megatron?" Starscream asked, keeping an optic on both his commander and nearest exit.
"We have an Autobot sighting in a remote tropical region of this planet." Megatron growled. "In addition, the fleshling experiments are in the area as well. Your orders, are to retrieve as many of the experiments and offline as many Autobots as possible."
"As you wish my liege." Starscream replied with a sigh. He'd been afraid of being used as a punching block again. "I will assemble a squadron of Vehicons and."
Megatron cut him off. "You will take the Predacons Waspinator, Terrorsaur, and Rampage only. Need I remind you Starscream that your latest debacle cost us the Insecticon hive. Not to mention our current troop shortage has left us severely understaffed."
"But, master." Starscream replied. "How am I to recover the fleshlings with just three other soldiers when they were able to match you in battle." He knew he said too much based on the malevolent glare Megatron now sported. "Don't get me wrong, it was a close thing but."
"I am assigning those three to you because they are best suited for the environment." Megatron growled, glaring at Starscream. He didn't include Infernus due to the moisture probably having ill effects on his fire powers. "However, I am including something that should even the odds. To keep the Autobots busy, you will release the Terrorcon from the stasis pod you will find in the staging area."
Starscream shuddered. He didn't want to think about Terrorcons again, but agreed with his master. "Yes, I can see how that would even the odds considerably. Very well, we shall depart immediately." Giving a brief bow, he left to perform his task.
Meanwhile, on a private Caribbean Island owned by Onyx Technologies, the Maximals were taking time to enjoy some fun in the sun. Having been cooped up on an army base for a little over two weeks the group was ready to get out for some fresh air and a change of scenery, and the private island seemed to be the perfect place to have it.
Accompanying them were June and G.B. Blackrock, both of whom were eager to enjoy some time on the beach as well as keep an eye on their respective children. Admittedly there was some discomfort, particularly where their swimwear was concerned. Junes' red bikini generated some embarrassment from Jack, particularly when Allison mentioned she looked pretty hot. Admittedly this got turned back on her when her father came out in a speedo, causing her to groan about him wearing a "banana hammock" as Sierra giggled.
In addition to the parents, Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, and Smokescreen. Smokescreen was there to act as guard for the Maximals while the other Autobots prepared a data transmission about Earth to send to the Lost Light. Optimus however, had been sent along by Ratchet on thinly veiled doctors' orders to relax. Optimus had ordered Ultra Magnus to come along as well.
Magnus had tried to protest at first. Unfortunately, that proved to be his undoing. "Look, I know how to. Oh, what was the opposite of being on guard? It's a step beneath being at ease, there's a word for it. Re, relay, rely?"
Ratchet growled, pointing at the space bridge portal. "The word is 'relax' Magnus, and you're going."
Arriving on the beach the group spread out. While most of the Maximals ran for the surf, Vincent and Sierra decided to sun themselves on the beach near G.B. and June. Sierra couldn't help watching Vince out of the corner of her eye. He may not have figured out how to transform yet, but there was something neat about seeing a six-foot bat in sunglasses.
June looked down the beach at the two. "How long do you think it'll take those two to get over their awkward stage?" She asked, looking at G.B.
Blackrock gave a sigh. "I'm not sure. Sierra had always been a little on the shy side even before I adopted her. I don't know much about Mr. Raider" He gave a snort. "Honestly before all this I'd have tried to talk her out of a relationship with him. "
At Junes' disappointed look he explained. "The most I've known about Vincent Raider is that he acted out at school and was into illegal street racing. Not exactly the kind of boy I was hoping she'd fall for. However, after what happened to him and my girls happened, I did some digging on him and realized just what his home life might be like."
June scowled. She was well aware of Vivian Raiders' antics. There were several times she'd been brought into the emergency room for injuries brought on by her alcoholism. It didn't help her opinion of her that Vivian always blamed everyone but herself for whatever predicament she got into. It had only gotten worse when her husband Terrance died.
Blackrock continued. "Now though, I just want my girls to be happy in their new lives." They looked out at the water where Allison and Raf had partnered up against Jack and Miko in a somewhat lopsided chicken fight. "I just hope my little Allie can find someone too."
June smiled. "I understand. I was a bit hesitant about Jack even being friends with Miko until I got to know her a little. Since then, she's proven to be a good friend and better person. With time I think she and Jack will be very happy together." She gave a sigh. "The hard part will be helping her get over the inferiority complex her parents gave her."
G.B. scowled. "I met her parents a couple times. All the money in the world and not an ounce of sense. Honestly, Miko is far more impressive than they ever were." He gave a snort of mirth. "I mentioned to them once that Allison had come out to me as a lesbian. They offered their condolences and suggested I send her to a strait camp. Then they had the nerve to get angry when I threw my drink in their faces." There was a beat of silence before both of them broke into laughter.
While the two parents talked about their kids Optimus and Ultra Magnus were trying to follow Ratchets' orders to relax. Optimus was attempting to try the human sport of 'fishing' using a pole that Rafael had made from the bases' old flagpole. The concept had bothered him a little at first, seeing it as somewhat cruel to kill something that was only guilty of being hungry. However, Jackson explained that humans had been using that practice to feed themselves for literal millennia, and many saw the sport as relaxing.
Looking out over the water, Optimus took in the view of the ocean before him. It was very different from Cybertron but this planet had some wonderful scenery all its' own. Relaxing his posture, Optimus found a brief moment of peace that had become very rare in recent centuries. This, was the kind of peace they were fighting for.
Ultra Magnus on the other servo, was having difficulties following doctors' orders. How could he stand on this beach when there was so much work to be done for the arriving Autobots? Pinching the bridge of his nose he gave a sigh. "What am I even doing here?" He was having a hard enough time trying to understand the family concept that Optimus had told him about, let alone the complex art of 'relaxation'.
His musings were cut off by the last sound he'd expected to hear, laser fire. Whipping his head around he saw Starscream flanked by two airborne troops he'd never seen before. Dangling from a cable underneath Starscream was a stasis pod. "Optimus." Magnus yelled. "Incoming."
Hearing this Starscream swore to himself. "Damn it Terrorsaur, we were trying to sneak up on them." He yelled at the Predacon. Seeing the prime drop the stick he was holding and he and Magnus deploying their guns he called out again. "Rampage, capture the experiments in the water, Terrorsaur, Waspinator, go for the ones on the ground. I'll deploy our secret weapon."
With that trio separated. As soon as the shots rang out the Maximals began to head for shore. Half way there they were cut off by colossal king crab emerging from the shallows with a mad laugh. "Going somewhere, snacks?" Rampage asked, clicking his claws threateningly.
The quartet of Maximals each pulled their weapons. "Right through you crab cake." Wing Saber replied, brandishing her swords, mentally switching to her 'battle name'. Before she could take a swing, they were divebombed by Terrorsaur and Waspinator on their way to the shore. This was just the distraction Rampage needed to transform into tank mode and switch to his lowest blast power. "How many shots does it take to get to the glowing spark center of a Maxi-pop? Let's, find out."
While the group in the water tried to get around Rampage, Starscream was cursing his luck. "Figures it'd be the Prime and his second in command. A simple mission could never be easy." He grumbled. "Still, better drop the Terrorcon and join in." With that he released the stasis pod.
Optimus, Ultra Magnus and Smokescreen had begun making their way to the humans and the two Maximals on the beach when the stasis pod crashed to the ground in front of them. The pod apparently had been rigged to open on impact because when the smoke cleared it was open and a familiar blue and yellow Decepticon was glaring at them with purple optics and a hole through its' chest. Ultra Magnus jumped back as Smokescreen yelled. "What the pit is that thing?"
Optimus stared at the Terrorcon. "Dreadwing?" The zombie bot roared in reply, charging the three. Dodging left he explained. "He's been infected with dark energon, the blood of Unicron. It's turned his corpse into a near unkillable monster."
Dodging again Optimus turned to Smokescreen. "Get to the children, Magnus and I will take care of Dreadwing."
Smokescreen ran towards Vincent and Sierra, between the two of them only one had any kind of weaponry. Looking to his right he saw the two humans rummaging around in the bags they brought. Pushing them out of his mind for the moment he saw he was barely thirty feet from the Maximals when he felt himself lifted up and dropped back onto the sand. "Surprise Autobot." Came the raspy voice of Terrorsaur. "Ready for another round?"
Deploying his guns smokescreen stood between Terrorsaur and the new Maximals. "That depends, you ready to." He was cut off when several green stingers exploded near his feet. Turning around he saw the Waspinator had joined Terrorsaur, both having drawn their weapons.
"Two againzzzt one?" Waspinator buzzed. "My kind of Oddzzzz." However, his words were cut off as red sap flew over Smokescreens' shoulder, hitting Waspinator in the arm. A sever burning pain shot from the wound as it began to smoke and Waspinator began to yowl in pain.
Sierra came up to stand next to Smokescreen. Above her clenched fists were what looked like closed plant pods. "Then let's make this a double date." She smirked. She aimed her pods at Terrorsaur this time. "Ready, aim, fireweed." The red sap shot out again, forcing Terrorsaur to dodge. Smokescreen nodded and began firing at the two Predacons.
Back in the surf, the Maximals were having trouble fighting Rampage. The water was working against them whereas his beast mode was suited for it. The armor of said beast mode was apparently resistant to Rhinoxs' chain guns in both crab and tank modes, same as Wing Sabers' katanas with the kunai just annoying him. Leobolt tried to get his whip around a pincer, only to get flung into Allison.
Finally, Allison called out. "I have an idea for the Krusty crab here, but you three need to be out of the water to do it." She wasn't sure if it would work but it was worth a try.
"We can't leave you alone against this thing." Leobolt yelled back.
"Trust Me."
With that, Wing Saber put a hand on both Jack and Rafs' shoulders. Looking at Allison she said. "Good luck sparky." Focusing on the beach near where Optimus and Magnus were, she teleported them out of the water.
Rampage growled at their sudden disappearance. "Slag it, I hate fast food." He turned back to Allison. "Still, with you I'll get a meal, and a trophy."
"Hate to break it to you 'pinchy', but I'm in the mood for seafood." With that she extended her horn saber and charged it, silver bolts of lightning running up and down it. She thrust the horn into the water. "Time to fry." With that she released all the energy that had stored up in the blade. While it wasn't sharp enough to pierce Rampages' armor, the nucleon based electric charge was enough to damage him.
Rampage reversed away from the maximal as fast as he could, unfortunately it wasn't fast enough. The sudden sever jolt sent him flying into the air and triggered his transformation cog. He landed in the sand in robot mode, groaning, sparking, and twitching from the attack. Allison on the other hand hadn't been affected at all.
From his position behind Smokescreen and Sierra, Vince was feeling pretty useless. Out of all the Maximals he was the only one who couldn't transform. He gave a self-depreciating sigh, maybe his mother was right. Maybe he really was worthless.
He felt something stir within him. No, what his mother said was wrong. He'd never admit it, but her constant belittling and claiming he was useless had hurt him badly. An entire childhood of being told that by an alcoholic mother had made him wonder if it was true after dad died.
The stirring sensation within him grew stronger. Thinking about it, he now understood what that space computer had said. He needed to be at peace with himself, and now, knowing that his own self-worth wasn't tied to his mothers' opinion of him, he felt the change.
With a red flash from his spark, his wings slammed into the ground, hands becoming feet, as his body did a kind of handstand. His stubby legs elongated into arms as his tail split into shoulders, exposing his human head. His bat head moved up his back, fusing with it as his torso elongated.
Seeing the red flash, all four combatants turned to the transformed Vince. Sierra gave a soft whisper of "Vinnie?" In awe of her crush's new bot form. Vincents' bot form was lanky, similar to Soundwave. His limbs were slim, but powerfully built. His hands ended in clawed fingers while his ankles now sported miniature bat wings.
Vince smiled, showing off a new pair of pointed fangs in his mouth. "Hey guys." He said with a new confidence. "Want a bite." With that he threw his head forward. His entire upper pallet ejected out of his mouth on some kind of cable and towards Terrorsaur, who dodged. Retracting his teeth, he looked at Sierra. "Guess I finally found myself." He joked.
Sierra closed her eyes and shook her head. Smokescreen nodded back towards the Predacons. "Glad for the extra hands Vince, now let's knock these two out of the sky."
Vince, the smile never leaving his face, nodded. "Coming right up." Instinctively he took a deep breath, and let loose a scream that coalesced into a concussive beam of sound. He'd remembered doing that back in the cavern where Jack and Arcee found him, and wondered if the ability carried over. Seeing the blast smack Waspinator into Terrorsaur, he was proved right.
While Smokescreen and the Maximals dealt with the flyers, Optimus and Ultra Magnus were trying to keep the Terrorcon contained. This was proving to be a difficult task as apparently this Terrorcon was as capable a fighter as Dreadwing had been before he died. And unlike them, it didn't seem to be tiring.
Starscream chuckled with mirth at their predicament. While he'd been upset to find that two of the Autobot 'heavy hitters' were on site, apparently the element of surprise hadn't been completely lost to Terrorsaurs' idiocy. 'Still,' He thought to himself leveling his null ray on Optimus. 'Better to tilt the odds in our favor.'
Before he could pull the trigger, he felt several blasts riddle his platting. Turning to glare at the source he found the two humans that'd accompanied the group. Both were clad in the ridiculous swimwear of this planet and each was holding an advanced looking blaster aimed at him. "Hold it right there wing thing." Said the male. Starscream scowled, how dare that fleshling compare him to that Mini-con menace.
June glared up at the Decepticon aerospace commander. Part of her really hoped he'd move so that she could take another shot at him. "Speak for yourself Garrison. For his role in what happened to my kids, I owe him a new aft hole." She said paraphrasing with Cybertronian slang.
Starscream chuckled. "While I'll admit those little, I believe the term is 'pea shooters' sting a bit, it'll take more than that to." He was distracted by a finger tapping on his shoulder. Turning he got a face full of Magnaboss' fist, sending him sprawling past the humans.
Magnaboss looked down at June and G.B. "You two all right?" At their nods, Magnaboss' eyes narrowed. "Mr. Blackrock, do you always carry space guns with you? Not that we aren't happy you're safe."
Blackrock raised an eyebrow. "From what Mrs. Darby told me, these cons seem to follow you wherever you go. These guns are just prototypes I finished the other day, figured I'd bring them along." Hearing the sound of Ultra Magnus hitting the sand, he continued. "But I think those two need more help than what these can do."
Nodding, Magnaboss ran over to the Terrorcon fight. Deploying their chest cannons, they fired on the Terrorcon, a roar was its' answer. However, with its' back turned Optimus managed to shoot the right wing and arm off. This proved to be a problem, as the severed limb began crawling towards Magnaboss. "We need to neutralize the dark energon." Magnaboss called to Optimus.
Not waiting for a reply, the three sparks within Magnaboss' chest glowed brightly. The greenish white purifying beam shot out of their chest and first into the severed arm, collapsing it, then into Dreadwing himself. What they hadn't counted on however was the white light from Optimus lancing out of the Matrix of Leadership and joining it, the concussive force sending Dreadwing into the water.
Breathing deeply, Magnaboss separated into a winded Jack, Miko, and Raf. "Optimus, are you alright?" Jack yelled. Last time something like that happened, Optimus lost his memory.
"I'm all right Jack." Optimus replied, slightly winded as well. "I'm not sure what came from the Matrix, but it had no ill effects on me this time." The trio ran for the pair as Vincent, Sierra, and Allison regrouped around June and Blackrock.
"Touching, really." Starscream said, having gotten up during the fight. Seeing that Rampage was down and the Maximals were slowly regrouping, he'd called Terrorsaur and waspinator to him. "But in your weakened states we should be able to capture the experiments and finish everyone else here for good." His rant was cut off by a pulse of white light from the water
Meanwhile in the void, Dreadwing opened his optics. The last thing he'd remembered was looking down at the gaping hole in his chest. He'd been trying to terminate Starscream for desecrating Skyquakes' body with dark energon, depriving him of the honorable death he'd earned.
"Greetings young one." Came a voice from both everywhere and nowhere. "I am Vector Sigma, and I come to you with a new chance at life should you so choose. Otherwise, you may move on to the after spark."
Dreadwing was in shock. Vector Sigma, the voice of Primus himself was giving him a chance to return to life. "What is it you ask of me great one?" He asked.
"There is a great change on the horizon for Cybertron, in addition, there is a potentially greater cataclysm in store for the earth." Vector Sigma continued. "I require an additional warrior to ensure that the former is averted and the latter is fulfilled. I require a guardian, who can protect the key players in what is to come."
Closing his optics, Dreadwing thought his options over. He hadn't died a warriors' death having been shot in the back. In addition, Starscream still hadn't paid for his crimes. In the end, there was little choice to be made.
Sensing Dreadwings' decision, Vector Sigma spoke. "Very well young one, I now give you the power and form to fulfill your mission. Now, transform, and rise again."
Out from the surf erupted a giant metallic blue and grey Manta Ray. Gliding towards the shore it transformed into a semi familiar Cybertronian. Turning to the group, Dreadwing narrowed his red optics. "Starscream."
"D-Dr-Dreadwing, but, but you're dead!" Starscream stammered. All the bots were staring at the resurrected Decepticon in shock. Even Waspinator and Terrorsaur were frozen in place. His appearance was a little different. He was smaller now and his beast modes head now made up the majority of his chest and the fins on either side of his body had replaced his original wings (both now adorned with the Maximal symbol), but it was still Dreadwing.
"Oh, frag this." Starscream yelled in a panic. "Waspinator, Terrorsaur, grab Rampage and evacuate."
"You're not going anywhere." Dreadwing called. Thrusting his chest out, a disc of plasma energy shot out, knocking Starscream back into the sand.
Standing up Starscream transformed into jet mode and took off, the Predacons following suite. Waspinator swung low enough to grab onto a still unconscious Rampage before hitting the afterburner.
"You're not getting away that easy!" Dreadwing yelled. Transforming back into a Manta ray, the fins on his sides disconnected and repositioned themselves into a forty-five-degree angle giving him the wings of a flight mode. Taking off after the retreating team he fired off more plasma discs, only missing due to the distance.
"Soundwave, requesting emergency bridge, NOW!" Starscream yelled. Seconds later the space bridge swirled into existence in front of them. They wasted no time flying through it, consequences for failure be damned. The second the last ones (Waspinator with Rampage) were through the portal it faded out of existence.
Cursing to himself Dreadwing turned and returned to the shore. Changing back into bot form he looked at the assembled. "Prime." He said, acknowledging Optimus as he stepped forward.
"Dreadwing." Optimus began, trying to keep his surprise out of his voice. "How is this possible?"
"Simply put, after Megatron killed me Vector Sigma brought me back." He eyed Optimus' chest, knowing the Matrix was within. "I'm guessing you had something to do with that. However, what I said during our last conversation still stands." He said referring to his refusal to join the Autobots despite betraying the Decepticons.
"I can respect that." Optimus said. "However, I am guessing that you were resurrected for a reason." At Dreadwings' nod he continued. "I believe that great change is coming." He nodded to the Maximals. "And our allies are to be key to it. While you may not wish to join the Autobots, may I suggest you join with the Maximals."
Looking at the hybrids, he nodded. "I was tasked to help protect those who would be key to the coming events. I will do so, if they will have me."
Jack, Miko, and Raf stepped forward. Dreadwing was able to recognize who they were from before he'd died. "And when I thought the Decepticon cause could sink no lower."
Jack gave a sigh. "I'm going to be honest here Dreadwing, we don't trust you yet, you've tried to kill us and our loved ones on more than one occasion. However, if you truly wish for a new start with your second chance, we will offer it."
Dreadwing glowered at Jack. "I don't want your trust; I just want to fulfill my mission and avenge my brother." He lowered his head. "But if you're offering." He said awkwardly.
"Welcome to the Maximals Dreadwing." Raf said, holding out a hand.
"No." Dreadwing replied. "This is a new life, a new mission, and a new group, I need a new name." He thought for a moment. "From now on, you can call me Depthcharge." He said, taking the offered hand.
Later in the evening, as the sun was beginning to set, the now seven Maximals were spread out on the beach enjoying themselves. Jack, Miko and Raf had decided to just relax on the beach after purifying the dark energon in Depthcharge. Raf was building a sand replica of the Autobot base while Jack and Miko had fallen asleep sunbathing. The fact they did so holding hands was cute enough for June to snap a picture of it.
Vince was taking advantage of his newly discovered bot form to splash around in the surf with Sierra and Allison. While he hadn't put all his mother had done behind him, he'd found a starting point. Hopefully, he'd be able to put it all behind him one day.
Optimus was shaking his head at Ultra Magnus and Depthcharges' discussion on tactics from his fishing spot. Apparently, that was something his second in command found relaxing and he wasn't going to question it.
June and G.B. were getting the last of the supplies put away before they had to go back. June looked at Garrison. "Good thinking with the blasters back there." She spoke. "By the way, I meant to ask, I've seen you around town a fair bit over the years, but never with anyone." She decided to just bite the bullet. "Are you seeing anybody?"
G.B. shook his head. "No, and I'm not looking to date. I tried once or twice over the last decade, but I always keep comparing them to my late wife." He looked at her. "Sarah was my first, and ultimately, true love. It's just not fair to anyone I date to be compared like that. I'm sorry."
June nodded. "I understand, I was only curious." She appreciated being let down gently.
Their conversation was cut off by Jack and Mikos' combined scream. Fearing a nightmare, she looked over to see the two were soaked while Smokescreen, Allison, Raf, Vince, and Sierra were laughing. Apparently, Vince had changed to beast mode to collect water in his wings. And acting as a makeshift bucket, the girls decided to wake them up.
"Gonna get you, Botanica, and Mach hoof for that one, Nightscream." Miko yelled. She'd come up with those names for the three not long after the battle based on their forms and abilities. The four all ran with the couple hot on their heels as Smokescreen continued to laugh. Despite how it started, they had been able to forget about what was happening, with the war and just be kids. At least for a little while.
A/N: Hope you like my little resurrection trick with Dreadwing/Depthcharge. I like both characters and I don't think I've seen that done before. I honestly saw the similarities back when he was first introduced in Transformers Prime. Anywho, next time on Beast Wars Prime. Some members of the Lost Light arrive, and so do the Constructicons. In addition, a dragon speaks. Until then, please fave and review.
