Chronolocked: I have a few plans to add some more cons. And I mean some major hard hitters too. As for Mech I had a few ideas. Here's a hint. "Baxter Stockmen." As for the Harbinger, I might do something similar to your idea, but I may go back to earlier series for a different ship. Maybe Atlantis like in the Unicron series. I do plan on Screamer having a longer lasting army.
Ryu Wolf: Have an idea to bring Arcee into a dungeon, but don't expect it to be easy for her. There are penalties for bringing an overpowered player in a low-level dungeon, this won't have Borderlands leveling exploits. As for the armor ideas I'll look into. I kind of been leading Jack to be this arcane Viking build so we'll see.
Ben Turner1: You know that is a good idea, I did plan to make him more towards support since it fits his personality more.
The Hellbound: No, no I get it. I knew I was getting it wrong but couldn't for the life of me remember it correctly.
CallofRanger13: That's a good idea for Raf, I'll look into that. As for Miko's guitar I planned on that being a reward, but I may go a different route.
Leaf Ranger: I will be looking into your story, work can be slow, so I'll have time to read here and there. Yeah, Optimus will take a while to fully accept the idea of the teen fighting but he'll come around. As for June, I don't know. I'm trying to have Jack keep his identity secret, but we'll see in the future.
Pyrohelixdrago: You have a lot of ideas and I like it. I actually did have a few ideas similar to the ones you brought up so maybe I may go with them. But as we all know timing is everything. Got to keep a decent power crawl or else we may reach Mary sue territory. *Shutters*
Everyone was at the base waiting for Ratchet to locate the decepticons' space bridge. While this was happening Arcee took a moment to inform Optimus of her new upgrade.
"A cloaking ability? Is it a device you can use or is it incorporated in your body?" Optimus asked.
"From what I can tell it's installed into by body like my arm blades and blasters." Arcee replied. It was a little surreal to her, she had done a couple self-diagnostics the night prior and nothing came up. It was if the cloaking tech was always been a part of her.
"That's great! Heck, If Jack gets any more of those, we'll have the cons running in no time!" Bulkhead said excitedly.
"Are you mad!? We have no idea what these so-called upgrades can do to us! Once we deal with the space bridge, I am running several tests to see if it is harmful." Ratchet said still busy on the computers.
"While I do not believe the upgrade is harmful Ratchet has a point, Arcee. You had no idea what the device could have done to you." Optimus pointed out. Bumblebee let out a few beeps.
"Bee has a point. If the upgrade isn't harmful would you guys be fine getting more?" Raf translated.
"I'm game. Maybe there's one that could get me up and running sooner." Cliffjumper chimed in.
"While I wouldn't turn down the offer, I do not wish to see you put yourself in harm's way Jack." Optimus answered. For him it was bad enough the children were put in danger because of them, but to actively search for it wasn't something the autobot leader could ever want.
"No offense Optimus but the system made it clear ignoring it would be a bad idea. Something I have to agree with, normally in video games there's a final boss and I doubt a level fourteen could deal with it." Before the conversation could get any further Ratchet spoke up.
"Found it. It's in the Earth's outer orbit." He put the image on the main screen showing the completed space bridge.
"That's a little out of your driving range." Miko said.
"Then we should inform Fowler, so he and the Earth's various governments help us." Ratchet said. Everyone turn to Fowler to see that he was still out of it.
"That's going to be a stretch." Jack said using observe on the agent.

"Yeah, he won't be helping for a while."
"Then we have no choice but to use the ground bridge to go there." Optimus said.
"Optimus, the slightest miscalculation could leave our team scattered throughout the cosmos." Ratchet said.
"I understand the risks Ratchet but if we let Megatron bring his army to Earth there would be no stopping the decepticons. Everyone, once Ratchet gets the ground bridge working, we will be facing what could be our most challenging battle yet."
The mood of the base was grim as each autobot was checking over their weapons while the teens watched over their guardians.
"Alright I manage to lock on the coordinates, but I am unsure if the portal would get any of you there. And Optimus, if you leave me here stranded alone with Cliffjumper and a planet of humans I will never forgive you." Ratchet said, ignoring the Cliffjumper's annoyed protest.
"I understand Ratchet."
"You're going to okay right?" Raf asked Bee who gave a few positive beeps.
"Kick some tailpipe Bulk!" Miko cheered. "Don't even think of following me this time." Bulkhead warned.
"Be safe Cee." Jack said. "Don't worry gamer boy, I can take care of myself."
"Autobots! Transform and roll out." The four went through the portal and landed on the space bridge.
"Whoa, don't look down. Or up, or anywhere."
"Ratchet we made it through."
"Optimus, look." They turn to the see the Nemesis was floating in front of them.
"What are they waiting for?" Arcee asked, she expected to see a massive army but so far it seems that the cons aren't doing anything.
"It seems that their interstellar satellites are damaged."
"Hey that's my handy work." Bulkhead said.
"Well done Bulkhead, with their satellites down they won't be able to lock on to Cybertron."
"But don't the decepticons know where Cybertron is?" Raf asked back at the based
"Of course. It's just that Cybertron is so far away their calculations needs to be astronomically precise. And with their comms array down there's not a single satellite that is powerful enough."
"What about a lot of satellites. Like the Texas satellite array."
/ "If the decepticons hack into the array they will be able to pinpoint Cybertron's location. Has agent Fowler recovered yet?"/ Optimus asked over the comms.
"You Soldier!" Everyone turns to see Fowler sitting up. "You're out of uniform. Put some pants on." He said before passing out.
"That's a negative." Miko said.
"Maybe I can hack it." Raf said as he opens his laptop. He began typing for a couple of minutes before groaning. "I can't get through; the firewalls are too strong."
"Wait, what if you were in the building? Could you be able to hack it from there?" Jack asked.
"As long as I can get a hardline connection, I should be able to."
/ "That's too dangerous, the decepticons could already be there."/ Optimus protested.
"Optimus no offense, but this goes beyond just three teenagers. This is our home and we're not going to run." Jack said.

"Plus, a quest just popped up." He added.
/ "Raf?"/ Optimus asked.
"I'm willing to try."
"Optimus! We have company!" Arcee called. Looking up he saw vehicon drones flying towards them. The autobots began to open fire at the incoming cons. A few fell but many of the drones landed and began to charge at the bots. Optimus swap to his swords and began to cut vehicons left and right, one tried to charge him before Optimus sidesteps it and brought his sword down bisecting the decepticon.
Arcee had her hands full as while and three vehicons surrounded her. She ducks under a punch before sweeping the legs out from under it. Another tried to grab her, but she kicks it forcing the con to bend over. Using it as a spring bored Arcee sent herself in the air. The last vehicon turn to shot where she would land only to see nothing. The con stood there confused before its head was twisted backwards. The one used as a spring bored felts its knee kicked in before what felt like a blade stabbing its spark chamber. The final one look at its fallen brothers before Arcee appeared again before she shot the con directly in the head.
Bulkhead and Bumblebee were working together taking down any con that came their way. Bumblebee grabbed one and tossed it to Bulkhead, who slammed his mace into it. A couple of drones tried to sneak up on him, but Bumblebee shot them down.
While all this was happening Megatron was watching from the Nemesis bridge.
"Ah Optimus determined as ever to stop me. It will not matter though. Soon my army will be here and you and your autobots will join them when you fall." Megatron said.
"My lord not to speak out of turn but it seems the autobots are up to something." Starscream spoke up.
"You should be more concern with getting my plan back on track Starscream. Your incompetence has already delayed me enough."
Back on Earth Jack, Raf, and Miko walked out of the ground bridge. Jack was fully suited up with his [Mantle of Night] up and axe in hand. He was taking no chances with Raf's and Miko's safety.
"Dude that thing is so cool. Did you know your eyes glowed blue under that hood? What does it do? How did you get it?" Miko asked.
"Miko calm down. All this does is boost my stats when it's dark and hide my identity, as for how I got it I fought a giant bat monster." Jack said as they kept an eye out for guards.
"Why have it then?" Miko asked.
"Because I don't want the cons coming after me and my mom, which is why if there's trouble you and Raf will hide."
"What?!"
"You heard me clearly Miko, until we have a way to hide your identities you guys will hide alright." Jack whispered as they found a server room.
"Fine." She pouted but understood. Raf walked up to the computer can began to work.
"I'm in, but so are the decepticons."
"What? How did you know?" Jack asked.
"Because they're locked on to Cybertron. But not for long." He began to type on the computer and plug a USB into it.
"What are you doing?" Miko asked.
"Since I have access to their computer systems, I figured I could download their plans to see if that can help the bots. There, the cons are no long lock on Cybertron."
"Way to go Raf, keep sticking it to the cons." Miko praised. What the three didn't know was that Soundwave, Megatron's most loyal soldier and spy master, was down the hall. The con was confused as to how the coordinates was changed. He began to get the coordinate to lock on again. He grown more confused when the coordinates began to shift again. He began to check to outside interference thinking the autobots had hack their way in. Once he found that there was no outside interference, he began to look through the cameras and found three humans in another room. That was the source of the interference. Time to put an end to that.
"The cons are trying to lock on again, I'll just fix that." Raf informed them.
"So, what happens when the cons realized they're being punked?" Jack asked looking around.
"It's only digital warfare. Like online gaming. We're in no danger." Right as he said that at a tendril burst through the door knocking them down. Jack swung his axe trying to stop it, but the tendril knocked his back and took his axe.
"You gave it an axe?!" Miko yelled dodging the tendril. It then smashed the computer and went out the room. Jack pulled out his sword and told the other two to say before running after the tendril. He reaches the room to see Soundwave turn towards him. The con took a picture of him before transforming and flying away. Jack looks around and saw his axe was lodge into a cable, or what was left of it, the handle was shattered, and the head was nearly there as well.
"Guys it's safe now. The con left." Jack called down the hall.
The two came into the room and saw Jack was the only one there.
"Why did the con leave?" Miko asked.
"Because he cut the hardline, and the coordinates are lock onto Cybertron. There's nothing I can do." Raf explain sadly. "I did get the USB from the computer though."
"Well at least that's something." Jack groaned.
[Ding]

As the three got back Ratchet asked if they were successful. "No some con with tendrils was there."
"Did this decepticon have a faceless mask?" They nodded as Ratchet sighs. "Then there was nothing you could have done. That was Soundwave, Megatron's spy master."
"We downloaded their schematics. Will that help?" Raf added.
"Greatly." Ratchet smiled.
Back in space Megatron smiled as Starscream pressed the button. He rushed to his deposit of dark energon and picked it up. With a mighty heave he sent if to the space bridge. Optimus seeing the vile comet tried to shoot it down, but it was too late. The mass of dark energon went through the portal.
"So how do we destroy a whole army of the undead?" Bulkhead asked. He would happily fight to his last but even the wrecker knew that would accomplish nothing.
/ "Optimus I'm detecting a large mass coming through the bridge."/ Ratchet informed them, watching the screen light up with terrorcon signals.
"Ratchet. We must destroy the space bridge. There is enough live energon coursing through it to achieve detonation, but we lack have the fire power to ignite it."
/ "Rafael managed to download the schematics but Optimus. The space bridge is our sole hope of returning to Cybertron, are your certain it's destruction is our only option?"/
"I'm afraid so."
/ "Then by all means let's light our darkest hour."/
"Autobots, get into position and follow Ratchet's instructions." Optimus ordered as he turned to see an all too familiar alien jet. "While I make my stand."
Megatron landed in front of Optimus smirking. "Your autobots are wise Optimus, they know when they see a losing battle."
"I hold no delusions about facing your army Megatron, but I may derail their objective by removing it's head." Optimus replied as he readied his blade.
"I doubt that since their very might runs through my veins."
"One shall stand, and one shall fall." With that the two charge at each other. Weapons clashing and sparks were flying. Optimus duck below a sweep from Megatron and tried to slash him but the decepticon leader jumped back to avoid it. Neither one of them was backing down. While to two leaders battled it out the rest of the autobots were busy following Ratchet's instructions.
/ "Alright Arcee, you should see a flow cable, once you turn the value it will redirect all the energon causing a massive chain reaction."/
"Got it Ratchet."
Back with the two leaders, things were looking worse for Optimus, he already had to face Megatron's drones but with their leader radiating dark energon the prime was starting to get weaker. Megatron cut through Optimus' blade sending it flying away before uppercutting him. As Optimus floated up Megatron grabbed his foot before slamming him onto the ground and throwing the autobot leader away.
Just as Megatron readied the final blow Starscream call him over the coms.
"What is it Starscream?" Megatron demanded.
/ "Not to insult your all-seeing wisdom my lord but the autobots are up to something again! This time below your space bridge!"/
"Ah misdirection, Optimus, you would have made a fine decepticon." Megatron said as he brought down his sword. Optimus blocked it with what was left of his broken blade.
"I chose my side." Shifting to his ion blaster Optimus shot the decepticon leader away before firing a barrage at him. Megatron took a few hits be transforming and flying away.
/ "Optimus the ground bridge is ready."/ Ratchet called over the coms.
"Autobots! Return to base!" The prime ordered.
The dark leader flew to the other autobots and began a strafing run hoping to stop whatever they were doing. The bots open fire while dodging but one of the blasts managed to hit Arcee knocking her into space, Bumblebee acting quick jumped up and grabbed her before she could float away. They ran to the ground bridge and jumped in not wanting to stick around to see the fireworks.
Sensing his army approaching Megatron flew to the center of the space bridge.
"Starscream! My army arrives! Bring the ship in for pick up!" He ordered. Ignoring how the bridge was literally falling apart around him.
"We would never make it! Don't be a fool Megatron! Get out of there!" Turning to Soundwave he saw the spymaster standing there stoically.
"Soundwave! Please the spacebridge will destroy us all! To save the decepticon cause, we need to get away!"
Soundwave look the scared SIC and nodded, while he would never turn his back to lord Megatron he knew staying around would be nothing short than suicide.
Back at the space bridge Megatron smiled seeing his army about to cross the portal only to see the explosions throughout the structure. He reached out hoping to somehow pull them through, but it was too late, and the space bridge exploded.
Back at Omega One the others were waiting for the team to come through the bridge. Each of them worried.
"You don't think they?" Raf began to ask.
"I'm picking up four life signatures, one very faint." Ratchet grimly replied.
They turned to see Optimus walk out the portal along with Bulkhead. Miko ran up and hug the green wrecker happy to see him again. Then Bumblebee came through carrying Arcee.
"Primus, please don't let us trade a victory for a life." Ratchet prayed.
Jack walked up to his comatose guardian, taking her hand into his. "Arcee?"
Blue optics opened up to see the gamer. "Really Jack, there are other motorcycles in the world."
"Yeah, but you're my first."
"And Megatron?" Ratchet asked.
"Not even he could survive being at ground zero." Optimus replied. Suddenly the monitors began to beep. Ratchet rushed over and his optics went wide.
"By the all spark."
"Oh, for Uncle Sam's knickers what's going on now?" Fowler asked.
"See for yourselves."
Everyone looked at the screens to see purple lines going to Earth's surface.
"What does that mean" Jack asked.
"From what these readings are telling me dark energon is raining down onto the planet." Ratchet explained.
"But the space bridge exploded! Shouldn't it have took out all the zombie cons?" Miko asked.
"My theory is some of the terrorcons made it through and the explosion did destroy them. But the remaining parts of the bodies are now raining down onto Earth. Most will burn up in the atmosphere." Ratchet theorized.
"But some will crash onto Earth." Raf finished.
"And with everything we know about dark energon then the Earth will have a lot of problems coming up." Jack said.
"Great, I'll inform my superiors about this and if anything comes up, I'll inform you. And I didn't get the chance before but thank you for saving me. I owe you; we all do." Fowler said as he went to the elevator.
"So, what now?" Miko asked.
"Even with Megatron gone his followers are still at large. While we did indeed achieve a major victory today the war is still ongoing. I won't force any of you to stay, whether or not you remain with us is up to you three." Optimus said.
"Count me in!" Miko cheered. Like there was any way she would leave.
"I would like to stay too." Raf answered. He and Bumblebee shared a smile, both happy to have a new friend.
Jack stood there thinking for a second, not noticing Arcee had a worried look for a second, before answering. "Why not, besides Arcee isn't getting rid of be that easily."
"Cool! Besides you did promise me to teach me magic and stuff." Miko smiled.
"When did that happen?" Bulkhead asked, feeling a little worried. One time out of boredom he went to a drive through movie and saw some wizards blow up a mountain. Imagining Miko with that kind of power caused him to be a little worried.
"I kind of bribed her to not go after you guys during missions as often." Jack said sheepishly. Before anything else could be said a new notification popped up.

"What?" Miko asked confused. After explaining the note, she and Raf started to laugh.
"So, you really get the ups and downs with video games huh?" Miko teased.
"Look on the bright side Jack." Raf chuckled. "At least the game isn't doing microtransactions."
"Please, don't even joke about that." Jack groaned.

Chapter 2- A different boss fight! (not cannon)
Opening it Jack found himself in a massive octangular room with the vile sewer water pouring from each corner forming moat around a raise octangular platform. A bridge leading to a door was on the other side, probably to the exit, and in the center was a single Roof Rat. Raising an eyebrow Jack took a step forward, if this was the boss then he had nothing to worry about. It was just then a large shadow blurred to the center and…
SLASH!
The Roof Rat didn't have a chance to even squeak as it was bisected. Standing over the body was a man in rags. He wore a black ragged long coat and a black wide brim hat. His skin was a blueish grey, wrinkled and gaunt like a skeleton. Bandages covered his eyes as a white rat sat on his shoulder and in his hands was a dagger and walking stick.
"So you're the one who have been killing my pets. I don't know how you got here boy, but you will pay!" Before either of the two could do anything, a voice shouted out.
"Rat King! We're here for our master!" Turning to look at who yelled, Jack's jaw dropped at seeing four humanoid turtles. One had a blue bandana wielding katana, one wore orange and had nun chucks, one wore red and was twirling a pair of sai, and the last one wore purple wielding a staff.
"Neither you turtles, or the boy can stop me! All of you shall parish to the might of the RAT KING!" The man yelled as the turtles charge at him. Jack seeing he got some help jumped in questioning how his life got to this point. All he could think to say was.
"Cowabunga."
Chapter 6- a Nicee upgrade (not cannon)
"But I trust you. So, let's give it a shot." She reached down and pick up the disc. When she did a small hologram appeared and scan her. Arcee stiffen up for a moment.
"Cee are you ok?!" Jack panicked.
"I'm fine. Just surprised. Whoa."
"What is it?"
"Well, I got a screen asking permission for a lot of upgrades. A bow, a sword and new alt. but the best has to be the energon storage tanks. I'll get plus two million units in storage. I could go for years without needing to restock!" She explained.
"So you're clicking yes."
"Primus yes I'm clicking yes!" Arcee began to be surrounded in a blue energy. Arcee then starts to change but not like she would to her motorcycle alt. The wheels on her legs moved to seem to merge into her thighs as her legs began to thin out, her arms stayed the same for the most part, but a pair of pauldrons formed at her shoulders. On her back parts of what looked like the front of a car form with two ribbon like metal parts hanging from the sides. But the two biggest changes were what caught Jack's attention. Her armor shifted to resemble a blue two piece and her chest swelled to the size of large pumpkins.
Arcee look down at herself and flexed her hands. "Well, I feel stronger." Pulling the front car part from her back it shifted into a bow. "Nice I could use this for stealth missions. What do you think Jack? Jack?" Looking down Arcee saw Jack was staring up at her with a small nosebleed. Looking down she saw what he was staring at.
"Huh so that where's all the energon is stored." Arcee muttered to herself.
Yeah this did feel too short to me so I added the outtakes for a laugh. I'll do this time to time when I get a funny idea. The TMNT came up when I was watching my nephew. As for the second, me and a buddy of mine joked about Arcee getting an upgrade to look like the Big Firebird and I thought why not add something like that in for a laugh. Most won't be cannon but some might. Honestly, I probably make silly references here and there for them.
Well, you guys have now seen my first major change. The terrorcons may have been destroyed but a lot of dark energon had rained down onto the Earth. This means team prime will have to scour the globe and stop any threat it may cause. Plus, they may discover Unicron sooner. Haven't decided as of yet though. Now to do the hardest part of this fic. Figuring out the bots stats without making them too OP.
