A/N- Yes I know, I've done a two-part story opener. This chapter took a bit longer than anticipated but I quite like how it's turned out. This did mean that the publication of this story was postponed at least twice though. As stated in the author's notes of the previous chapter, this story will be roughly following the timeline of Young Justice with a number of changes. There will be visits to the wizarding world too and I might explore places mentioned but not seen or rarely explored in the show.

Chapter Two – What's a Justice League?

5th July, Washington D.C., 00:15

"Hello? Anyone around?" Harry called out, not getting a response from anyone in the building.

He'd been in the building for about twenty minutes, give or take, and he had searched both floors, finding no one. He quickly guessed it was some kind of scientific research facility but he didn't know what kind of science that was being studied in the building. Not that he cared about what was being researched in the building or what the building itself was; he just wanted to see if there was anyone who he could help. He walked towards the lift, wondering if there was a basement level. He was surprised by what he saw in the lift.

"There are fifty two basement levels?! This place is full of surprises." Harry remarked to himself as he selected the first basement level on the lift's selection of buttons. He investigated his immediate surroundings and found it to be spooky, especially when he continued to find no true signs of life other than computers and paperwork. "Why is this place giving me the chills?" Harry asked himself quietly.

Harry descended a few more levels and he began to hear many footsteps coming from down below. He also began to hear some kind of screeching that sent shivers down his spine. "Harry Potter, what are you getting yourself into?" Harry asked himself, mimicking Hermione as he did so. He started to think that it was a bad idea coming into the Cadmus building, thinking he was out of his depth.

Before he could dwell on his thoughts for too long or get too far in tracking back to the entrance of the building, some speeding object collided into him and sent them both tumbling to the ground. As he began to recover from the unexpected collision, Harry realised he'd banged his head on the floor. "Bloody hell, what the hell was that?!" Harry felt his head, trying to figure out if he was injured badly or not. He couldn't feel any cuts on his head but he couldn't tell if there were any bumps or bruises. "Okay, that's good... No cuts. Not sure if I'll get a bump or bruise later though." Harry remarked to himself, pleasantly surprised at the outcome. "Now... What speeding bullet tried running me over?" He asked aloud to no one in particular. He looked around and saw a kid just a few years older than himself beginning to get himself off the ground. The kid also seemed oddly dressed, wearing some kind of yellow and red costume that virtually covered him from head to toe. "Don't tell me I've actually entered a club that does weird costume parties all the time?!" Harry groaned out. He wasn't sure if he should be more embarrassed for himself or for the older kid in front of him.

The kid in the yellow and red costume got back onto his feet and began looking around himself. He turned around and saw Harry looking at him with a mix of confusion and embarrassment. The costumed kid was likewise confused by Harry's appearance in the building. "What are you doing here kid? How did you get in here?"

"I walked in through the front door." Harry answered. The costumed kid looked at Harry incredulously. "It's true. There looked like there had been a fire and I was wondering if I could help in some way."

"Yeah? Well you shouldn't be here. This is a top secret research facility." The costumed kid told Harry.

Harry cocked his head to his left slightly. "Which means that you're either part of the security team here or... judging by the fact that you collided into me means you're not supposed to be here either."

Before either of them could continue the conversation, another voice began spoke up behind them. "K F, what are you standing around for?" Harry and the costumed kid turned to see three more costumed kids approaching them. There was one wearing a yellow cape and a red costume and he noticed Harry standing near the kid in the yellow and red costume. "Who's this kid?"

"I don't know, Robin. I haven't asked him yet." The kid in the yellow and red costume replied, glancing towards Harry.

"We can ask him later. Now we must get out of here." A dark skinned kid wearing a red, sleeveless shirt said before running past them. The kid Harry encountered first then ran off, disappearing like a blur.

"Woah!" Harry exclaimed. "I'm not imagining things, am I?" He then asked the two costumed kids still with him.

"No, you are not." The kid with the cape replied before gently pushing Harry forward. "We need to leave here." The kid then told Harry.

Barely a second later, Harry caught a glimpse of some kind of creature. "I'm inclined to agree with you." Harry and the two kids he was with them raced to catch up with the others.

They all ran up several flights of stairs and through a few corridors until they were cornered by a horde of creatures and a man wearing an almost golden helmet. "These the guys you lot were running from?" Harry asked the four costumed kids.

"Yes." The dark skinned kid answered. He proceeded to take out a pair of swords made out of water. The other kids also prepared to defend themselves.

"Guess I'm fighting with you lot then..." Harry then took his wand out, causing eyebrows to be raised. Before any of them could begin to fight their way through the horde of creatures in front of them, they all found themselves knocked out.

Harry woke up moments later to see the boy in the white jumpsuit already awake and he heard the man with the helmet say something as though waking from a daze. "Feels like... fog lifting."

The boy in the red, sleeveless shirt looked at the man inquisitively. "Guardian?" He asked with some concern.

The man with the helmet on his head shook his head, then looked directly at the five boys. "Go... I'll deal with Desmond."

They were all then interrupted. "I think not." The five boys, the man in the helmet and all the creatures all turned to see a man in a lab coat holding a vial of blue liquid. The man in the lab coat looked very pissed off. "Project Blockbuster will give me the power to restore order to Cadmus."

"With that vial of liquid? What's it going to do? Turn you into a monster?" Harry asked as the man in the lab coat swallowed the liquid in the vial. Barely a second later, the man in the lab coat began transforming into exactly that; a monster. "Bloody hell!" Harry exclaimed as the man's transformation into a monster began. He turned to the other boys, "I didn't mean to speak so soon."

The man in the helmet, the one the boy in the red, sleeveless shirt referred to as 'Guardian' stood in the way of the five boys, holding his arms out in a protective manner. "Everyone back!" He told everyone else, including the creatures they'd initially been running from. Guardian then ran towards the thing that had once been human, only to swept aside like a ragdoll and sent through several feet of wall and embedded in a position a few feet off the floor.

"I really didn't see my summer holiday turning out this way." Harry remarked off-handedly. Harry then watched as the boy in the white jumpsuit then charged at the newly formed monster. The boy and the monster then fought like punch drunk boxers, both hitting each other incredibly hard but neither delivering a knock out punch. Very quickly, the boy and the monster found themselves punching through the ceiling.

"Okay... That's one way to bust through the ceiling." The boy with the cape remarked with evident amazement as he, Harry and the other two boys stood under the newly formed hole. The boy with the cape then took out a grappling hook from his utility belt and fired it through the hole in the ceiling.

The first boy Harry encountered grabbed the waist of the boy with the cape, holding onto the utility belt that boy possessed. "You think LabCoat planned that?" The yellow and red costumed kid asked as he and the boy in the cape were pulled up to the ground floor level.

"I doubt he is planning anything anymore." The boy in the red, sleeveless shirt said darkly before jumping up to join his friends on the floor above.

Harry was stuck below the hole with all the creatures surrounding him, looking at him inquisitively. "Um... Hi. Is there a way of getting up there?" Harry asked the creatures cautiously.

A creature in a lab coat spoke to him. "One of my fellow Genomorphs can help you through the hole." A giant creature came forward through the crowd of creatures, which were apparently called Genomorphs.

Harry looked uncertain but appreciative at the same time. "Much obliged, Mister..." Harry trailed off, not knowing the names of any of the Genomorphs.

"My name is Dubbilex, Harry Potter. And you are welcome." The Genomorph in the lab coat replied. The giant Genomorph that had moved through the crowd then laid on a hand on the floor, waiting for Harry to stand on it.

Harry was confused when Dubbilex knew his name. "How did...? Never mind, I'm sure there'll be plenty more chances to ask in future. Thank you, Mister Double X." Harry then got on the hand of the giant Genomorph and was lifted towards the hole in the ceiling.

Harry poked his head out of the hole and almost immediately ducked as the boy in the white jumpsuit flew overhead. "How the hell are these kids still walking?" Harry asked himself before pulling the remainder of himself out of the hole. The next thing he became aware of was that the kid with the cape was drawing an X with a piece of chalk on the floor. Seeing that, Harry approached the boy with the cape. "Is there anything I can do to help?"

The kid with the cape looked at Harry with uncertainty. "What can you do?"

"I reckon I might be able to blind that... thing. Or if there was something big and heavy around, I could knock the thing out."

"I don't think a torch is going to cut it, kid. And I doubt you have the strength to grab anything heavy enough to knock out this guy. We appreciate the offer to help though." The kid with the cape then beckoned over the boy in the red, sleeveless shirt and the boy in the white jumpsuit and informed them of his plan. The kid who Harry first encountered ran over some water, skidding through it and covering up the X that had been drawn and Harry realised that he hadn't noticed the large amount of water on the floor before. The boy in the white jumpsuit then punched the newly created monster in the face, causing the monster to fall on to the X. Harry was then amazed when the boy in the red, sleeveless shirt then seemed to electrify the water without a visibly noticeable source of electricity. "Move!" The boy in the cape warned urgently, prodding Harry towards the building entrance and Harry could see why. In addition to the already smashed up pillars, Harry saw that the last remaining few pillars had some kind of discs on them, which were glowing green and red. Harry could hear a beeping noise.

The discs exploded and the remaining intact pillars were destroyed. The monster got up but was immediately knocked out again as the roof began to collapse and various bits of the roof struck him in the head. Harry and the other boys ran towards the building entrance, hoping to exit before the entire building collapsed. They were not fortunate though as the building collapsed around them before they could exit.

Sirius had been waiting for Harry to return from inside the Cadmus building when, to his shock and horror, the building collapsed. "HARRY!" Sirius called out in horror as dust and debris flew into the air. Sirius immediately jumped onto the ruins, attempting to find Harry somewhere underneath them. "Pup, I can't lose you again!" Sirius said as he began to lift the rubble with his bare hands.

"Don't know what you're worrying about Sirius. I'm fine." Came the somewhat flippant response from Harry as he levitated the rubble above him out of the way. Harry made his way to Sirius with only a couple of cuts and some tears in his clothing to indicate that a building had collapsed on top of him. "I think I've had the oddest day of my life so far. I initially thought it was a science facility, then I thought it was some kind of costume party club. In retrospect, my first guess was further on the mark than even I thought."

Sirius shook his head. "Bloody hell, Harry. You're going to give me a heart attack before I'm forty. I don't need any additional stress to handle right now." He said to Harry in dismay. Sirius looked and saw the ruins of the building that had collapsed around his Godson.

"In that case, you're not going to want to hear about my two years at Hogwarts so far." Harry remarked off-handedly.

"You're not joking, are you?" Sirius asked as he realised what his Godson was saying. Harry's silence confirmed Sirius's thoughts. Just then, more rubble began to shift. "What the -?!" Sirius said in confusion. The rubble was thrown a few feet in all directions and the costumed boys emerged relatively unscathed , with only tears in their costumes and a few cuts and bruises indicating what had happened. "Who are those kids?"

Harry shrugged. "No idea, Sirius. I only just met them inside that place before the building collapsed around us. I have no idea why they were there but they're why I almost thought that I'd accidentally entered some kind of fancy dress club at one point."

The four boys seemed in conversation with one another whilst Harry and Sirius tried to figure out what they were talking about. The first of the boys whom Harry had met in the now, partially destroyed Cadmus building was pointing at the moon, visible in the night sky. Harry and Sirius walked over to the four costumed boys and Sirius asked, "Hey kids, me and my Godson were wondering... Who are you?"

The four kids looked at each other uncertainly before the boy in the cape replied. "I'm Robin and this is Kid Flash, Aqualad and Superboy. Our mentors are part of the Justice League."

Harry and Sirius looked at the four boys blankly. "What's a Justice League?" Harry and Sirius asked together, not knowing what the boys were talking about.

"Have you heard of Batman, Superman, Flash, Wonder Woman? Do any of those names ring a bell?" The kid known as Kid Flash asked. Once again, Harry and Sirius responded in the negative.

"The Justice League is known world wide. It is highly unusual to find someone who hasn't heard of the Justice League." The one known as Aqualad remarked.

"Well, you have now." Harry replied cheekily in an offhanded manner. Harry then spotted the kid referred to as Superboy still looking up at the moon. "Got a little moon obsession, have we?" Harry asked a little sarcastically, unaware of Superboy's past.

"He's never seen the moon for real. He's never even seen the sun." Robin told Harry. Robin then looked up at the night sky himself as Harry and Sirius overheard Kid Flash say something to Superboy.

"Do we keep our promises or what?" Kid Flash evidently sounded surprised.

Harry and Sirius finally decided to look at the night sky and saw over a dozen people descending from the sky, all of whom were also wearing costumes. "You're sure you didn't stumble across some weird costume party?" Sirius asked Harry cynically.

"I'm fairly sure now that this is not a costume party, Sirius." Harry replied. For starters, the people descending from the night sky were adults and some clearly didn't need aid like a plane, a helicopter or a broomstick in flying. Another man then zipped on to the scene. A trio of the costumed adults then stood forward and before the four costumed boys, seemingly ignoring or not noticing the presence of Harry and Sirius.

The one referred to as Superboy then stepped forward himself, gaining the attention of the adult in blue and red. On the blue costume of the man was a visible S symbol. Superboy lifted up the torn part on the chest of his costume and revealed a near identical S symbol on the costume. The adult looked at Superboy in shock. Superboy looked at the taller, costumed adult, seeking some sort of approval or acceptance. The adult's gaze then hardened and became colder, bringing a look of annoyance and confusion to Superboy's face.

A man dressed up as some kind of bat then looked at the other boys. "Is that what I think it is?" He questioned the four of them, still either ignoring or not noticing Harry and Sirius.

"He doesn't like being called an 'it'." Kid Flash said as he stepped up alongside Superboy.

Superboy felt compelled to speak up. "I'm Superman's clone!" All the costumed adults looked shocked. Even Harry and Sirius were taken by surprise by Superboy's revelation.

The man dressed like a bat zeroed his eyes on those of Robin. "Start talking." The situation was quickly explained and then the costumed adults shuffled off a short distance away to discuss the situation.

Whilst the costumed adults spoke amongst themselves, Harry and Sirius approached Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad and Superboy. "So, what's a Justice League again?" Harry asked

Robin then, with a tilt of his head, pointed in the direction of the costumed adults. "They're the Justice League. They're the world's greatest heroes."

"How come I've, we've, never heard of them?" Sirius asked.

"Probably because you were falsely imprisoned for about twelve years, Sirius." Harry replied. Sirius grimaced as he was reminded of Peter Pettigrew.

"Don't remind me, Pup. I still need to hunt that traitorous rat down." Sirius replied moodily.

"Just don't kill that rat, Sirius. Not yet. Without him, you'll always be on the run from the rest of Wizarding Britain." Harry pointed out. Harry and Sirius then turned their attention back to what was going on with the costumed kids and adults. "Oh, it looks like a stand off is brewing."

"I think you're right, Pup. They're really not agreeing on something." Sirius remarked in agreement. They both caught the middle of the argument between the adults and the kids.

"End results aside, We are not happy. You hacked Justice League systems, disobeyed direct orders and endangered lives. You will not be doing this again." The man dressed like a bat growled.

"I'm sorry but we will." Aqualad replied strongly, Robin stepping up alongside him in a show of unity.

"Aqualad, stand down!" A bearded man with an orange scale-mail tunic and some kind of green trousers that reminded Harry of leggings said authoritatively.

"Sorry my king, but no." Aqualad pushed back, sounding apologetic and reverent as he did so. His push back earned a raised eyebrow from the bearded man. "We did good work here tonight, the work you trained us to do. Together on our own, we forged something powerful, important."

"If this is about your treatment at the hall, the three of you-" Said the man dressed in red in a costume similar to that of Kid Flash in an attempt to understand where they were coming from. Harry and Sirius became aware of other events that had occurred before they met the four boys just from the argument being played out in front of them.

The man was cut off and corrected almost immediately by Kid Flash. "The four of us. And no, it's not."

"Batman, we're ready to do what you taught us or why teach us at all?" Robin asked the man dressed like a bat quietly. It was clear to Harry and Sirius that, although Robin was quieter than his friends, he felt just as strongly about whatever they were arguing about with the adults.

"Why let them tell us what to do?" Superboy questioned aggressively. He then said just as aggressively, "It's simple. Get on board or get out of the way!"

The man referred to as Batman, as well as the other costumed adults, eyed the four kids warily. Then Batman addressed the metaphorical elephant in the room, so to speak. "What about those two?"

Everyone turned to Harry and Sirius, who both looked surprised that they were now the centre of attention. "What about us two?" Sirius asked.

"What were you two doing here?" Batman asked the pair directly.

"I was just trying to look out for my Godson when I came here tonight."

"And I came here because I'd noticed the burn marks on the building earlier... before it collapsed. I felt like I needed to help out if there was anything wrong in there. Clearly, there was something wrong here, otherwise there wouldn't be a collapsed building around us."

Robin thought he saw something in Harry. Something familiar. Nothing physical but... something psychological. "Hey kid, do you want to join us?" He asked out of the blue.

Harry and Sirius looked surprised by the Robin boy's offer to Harry. "Um... What?!" Harry ever so eloquently replied.

"You heard him kid. Do you want to join the four of us in starting a team?" Kid Flash asked Harry.

"Um... I don't know what to say." Harry managed to stammer out.

Sirius then pointed out something to Harry. "Harry, I'm not going to say that you can't join your new friends, but if you do join them, just remember that you can only join them part time."

Harry nodded and came to a decision.

5th July, Black Family American Holiday Home, Washington D.C., 09:08

"Morning." Harry mumbled out tiredly to his and Sirius's current guests.

"Good morning." Kid Flash replied happily as he munched on some ready made pancakes. Sat next to him was Robin, Aqualad and Superboy, quietly sipping on glasses of water and orange juice.

"Are you four comfortable?" Harry asked them as he sat down to join them and poured himself a glass of orange squash.

"We are very comfortable. Thank you for you and your Godfather's hospitality." Aqualad answered gratefully.

"I'm glad you're enjoying your surroundings. Me and my Godfather only arrived in America a few days ago. This place has apparently not been used for about twenty-ish years and we weren't sure how long it was going to take us to make it habitable again, even just for holiday use."

Robin then cleared his throat. "I wanted to ask... Why was this place invisible when we arrived and then suddenly it wasn't?"

Harry stretched his neck and then answered Robin's question. "I'm not familiar with all the details as I've not long known about it myself but essentially, my people, wizards and witches, have this spell that can conceal places from anyone not in the know. When we gave you four that little piece of paper to read, that let you four in on the secret."

"So none of our mentors..." Aqualad began in realisation.

"... know that this place exists. That's right." Sirius finished as he entered the conversation. He sat down and grabbed a slice of toast. "If you tell anyone that we told you that we're wizards, we're all going to be in a lot of trouble."

"For us two, a lot more trouble than we already are in." Harry remarked off-handedly.

"What kind of trouble are you two in?" Superboy asked with a raised eyebrow.

"About twelve years ago, I was framed for betraying Harry's parents to their murderer and murdering twelve muggles..."

"Muggles?" Robin asked with obvious confusion.

"Non-magical people." Harry explained to the confused Robin. "I ran away from my relatives after accidentally blowing up my Uncle's sister like a balloon by the way." He then added his reasoning for why he was in possible trouble.

"I think wizards and witches in this country refer to them as no-majs." Sirius added.

"Yeah, right." Kid Flash scoffed.

"Something wrong with that?" Harry asked Kid Flash.

"Magic isn't real. Everything can be explained with science." Kid Flash answered adamantly. Aqualad was about to respond to Kid Flash but was beaten by Harry.

"At one point, I thought magic was impossible too. I saw things that I thought were fairy tales."

"Have you heard of Zatara then if you two use magic? You might have seen him amongst the other members of the Justice League." Robin asked Harry and Sirius. The pair of them looked very surprised.

"You're telling us that there's a magic user performing magic in public?!" Sirius asked Robin.

"There goes the Statute of Secrecy then." Harry remarked somewhat flippantly.

"What's that?" Superboy asked with a frown.

"In very basic terms, the Statute of Secrecy is a treaty signed by various magical governments that was designed to protect witches and wizards across the world from muggles and vice-versa. If there's magic users performing magic in front of muggles, then maybe the statute is now obsolete." Sirius explained to the four kids.

"Why...?" Robin began to ask the pair only for Harry to interrupt.

"Because magical society, regardless of where they are in the world, sees people knowing about magic as a threat."

"That is true. If our people knew that the world actually had even an inkling magic existed, they'd see it as some sort of doomsday scenario." Sirius said in agreement with Harry.

The group then ate more of breakfast until Harry had another question to ask. "What are your names?"

"Robin, Aqualad, Superboy and Kid Flash." Robin automatically replied.

"Your real names?" Harry pressed. "You know my real name, or at least my first name, and you know my Godfather's. And seeing as I'm joining you lot at least part time, you might as well share your names as well."

Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad and Superboy briefly looked at each other and nodded. Aqualad began the reply to Harry's question. "My name is Kaldur'ahm but you can just call me Kaldur."

"Nice to meet you, Kaldur." Harry said with a courteous nod.

"My name is Dick. It's actually Richard but I prefer Dick."

"Nice to meet you too, Dick." Harry said courteously.

"I'm Wally."

"That'll be easy to remember. Nice to meet you, Wally." Harry replied in a friendly manner.

"And I'm Superboy." Superboy answered.

Harry remembered about the revelation of Superboy being a clone. "Oh... That makes sense, you don't have a proper name yet."

"Superboy is a proper name." The clone boy replied in protest.

"Not for when you're not being a superhero." Robin replied with a cheeky smile.

"I'm sure we can figure it out later." Sirius said. "You should be able to be your own person, outside of your job, outside of a collective. My family, specifically my mother, denounced me when I refused to follow their beliefs. If you always follow the group, you can be led astray or worse. Not that being part of a group is an inherently bad thing. Seems like whatever group you boys are forming is going to be for good reasons." He then added, mostly looking at Superboy as he spoke. "My point is... You're more than just what your genes say you should be and you're not a tool for someone else to use."

8th July, Mount Justice, 07:57

"Hey Harry, glad you could make it." Dick said as he spotted Harry and Sirius come round a corner in the mountain base. Dick, Wally, Kaldur and Superboy all approached Harry and either shook his hand or gave him a pat on the back. "Why didn't you use the Zeta-Beam teleporter to get here?"

"Sirius wanted to get me used to Portkey travel. It's really convenient but I don't think I'm going to get used to it any time soon." Harry explained to his new friends.

"Eventually, I'm going to teach Harry to make his own Portkeys, so in the event he or any of you are in a dicey situation, he can get himself and any of you somewhere safe. Whilst we're in the States, I'm also going to teach him some essential defence spells." Sirius added before remarking, "I honestly didn't see this holiday turning out this way... And it's only been a few days."

Harry then noticed Dick was wearing sunglasses despite being indoors. "Why the sunglasses, Dick?"

"To protect my identity. Isn't it obvious?" Dick replied questioningly.

"No. It just makes you look like a playboy. A very young playboy." Harry said with a cheeky glint in his eyes. Robin rolled his eyes at what Harry said but he was amused by them.

The group then noticed Batman walking into the room, the heart of the mountain, and he was not alone. He was with Aquaman and Flash and there were a few others who Harry and Sirius recognised from the other night but didn't know their names. Flash stood by Wally before

Batman began to address them. "You're all here." There was a slight but noticeable pause before Batman began speaking again. "This cave was the original secret sanctuary of the Justice League. We're calling it into service again. Since you five are determined to stay together and fight the good fight, you'll do it on League terms." Batman walked slightly away from the centre of the room but continued to talk. "Red Tornado volunteered to live here and be your supervisor. Black Canary's in charge of training. I will deploy you on missions."

Robin seemed sceptical. "Real missions?"

Batman gave Robin the slightest of nods. "Yes but covert."

"The League will still handle the obvious stuff. There's a reason we have these big targets on our chests." Flash said, speaking from just behind Wally.

"But Cadmus proves the bad guys are getting smarter. Batman needs a team that can operate on the sly." The man known as Aquaman then added.

"Batman? Fairly sure it's all of this Justice League that needs this team from the sounds of it." Harry remarked under his breath.

Having either not heard or just choosing to ignore Harry's remark, Batman resumed speaking. "The six of you will be that team."

Harry was immediately confused by Batman's statement but the penny didn't immediately drop for Robin. "Cool!" Robin then realised what Batman had said. "Wait!" Robin quickly counted and was confused. "Six?"

Batman looked over past the boys' shoulders and the five boys turned around to see a couple of green skinned people emerging from the shadows. The male, Harry realised, according to Flash, was Martian Manhunter. The female, who also appeared to be their age, was not known to any of them however. Batman explained who she was though. "This is the Martian Manhunter's niece, Miss Martian."

Miss Martian raised her left arm and shyly gave everyone a small wave and smile. "Hi." She said shyly, clearly unused to being the centre of attention. Kid Flash then began to flirt with and brag to Miss Martian, earning an eye roll from Harry. "I'm honoured to be included." She said gratefully, happy to be included in this newly formed team. Robin then beckoned Superboy over to meet Miss Martian. Miss Martian saw Superboy's t-shirt and her outfit changed to vaguely resemble that of Superboy's. "I like your t-shirt."

Harry was amazed when he saw Miss Martian's outfit changed without anything needing to be removed. "Woah! Is that magic or what?"

"No. Sorry." Miss Martian replied. She then noticed what Harry had said. "Do you know magic then?"

"Yeah. I'm still learning though." Harry then took his wand out and cast a Lumos spell to demonstrate that he was a magic user. "I've got to go back to Britain just before school starts in September so I can learn more magic there. I'll only be here as a part timer but I'll be around for a couple of months at least."

Miss Martian smiled at Harry. "That's good. Have you heard about the sorcerers of Mars?"

Harry shook his head. "Sorry, I haven't. Up until a few days ago, I had never heard of the Justice League. Hell, I even thought Martians and extra-terrestrials in general didn't exist until a few days ago." Harry let out a slight chuckle. "Just thinking, if I hadn't stumbled on the Cadmus building and then colliding with these four, I probably would've remained ignorant about the Justice League and extra-terrestrials."

"When I was on Mars, I used to watch TV shows from Earth." Miss Martian said before a slight blush developed on her face. "Maybe, if you want, maybe you'd like to watch some with me?"

Harry smiled and a blush also appeared on his face. "Sure. I'd like to get to know you better whilst we do that."

Miss Martian and Harry turned to listen to Aqualad. "Today is the day." Aqualad said proudly.

Harry was confused by what Aqualad was talking about but decided he wasn't bothered by this. He turned to Miss Martian. "I don't know what he's talking about but I'm guessing it's a reference to something that happened before I met them."

A/N- I hope you've enjoyed this chapter and the double bill opener for this story in general. And please review.
