Okay, the big conclusion of the USJ arc. Let's do this.
Peter could honestly say that for the first time in his life he didn't feel like making jokes. He put on his usual smiling face when he met up with Todoroki, and again when he met Midoriya, Tsuyu, and Sero. But between trips, he was frowning and thinking hard. Was Dabi telling him the truth? Everything he said, about quirks and crime standards, were they just lies, or were they real?
Now, as he stood before the 8 villains, 9 if you count the immobile giant, all of which were charging towards him, he was still thinking. Were they victims of the same circumstances? People with villainous quirks or people who were judged unfairly for their actions? How many of them were actual villains and not just petty criminals or people who got dealt a bad hand at the start of their lives?
Peter shook his head clear. This wasn't the time. Whether or not he felt for them, they didn't feel for him. Most of them anyway. Dabi refused to fight him and Toga, though she was still fighting, did say he was her friend earlier. In any case, his class was behind him, screaming at him to let them out so they could help. If they were here, he couldn't let them know anything was wrong. Time to get back to his old, quip-making, happy-go-lucky self.
"Quick, who's pride should I insult first?"
Peter backflipped under a swipe from Shigaraki, kicking him under the chin as he moved back to his feet.
"Look, I get you guys are clearly villains, but do you have to try so hard to look the part?" Peter shouted as he jumped over Spinner's weapon and punched him in the head, sending him back a few meters. "I get villains have to look evil, but this is just ridiculous. The all black, the hands all over you, the mist, you're just trying way too hard."
Peter felt the weight leave his body as he was pulled backwards. Turning his body around, he saw the large woman preparing to hit him with her beam. Watching her movements to determine the weapon's trajectory, Peter twisted his body at the last second, narrowly avoiding being clipped by the weapon. As he dodged, his arm shot upwards and he uppercutted the woman hard enough to lift her off the ground a short distance.
He put some distance between himself and the villains. None of them were out of the fight just yet, though Shigaraki, Spinner, and beam-lady were groaning as they stood up.
"Y'know, I know most of you, but I don't think I know everybody's name yet. I know you're Shigaraki, you two are Spinner and Mr. Compress, you're Toga," Toga waved as he said her name. "Dabi of course." Dabi only grunted. "I'm guessing you're the Kurogiri I've heard so much about?" Peter pointed to the mist-man.
"Correct."
"Awesome. Now what about you two? I don't think I've met Jherri or discount Wade Wilson yet." [1]
"Name's Magne boy." The big woman hefted her weapon, now recovered from his attack.
"And I'm Twice! No, I'm thrice! NO, TWICE!" Peter couldn't tell if the man was yelling at him or himself. He was sure that this guy was reminding him more and more of Wade every second though.
"And what about the jolly purple giant over there?" Peter gestured to the immobile behemoth as he once again charged forward and grabbed Twice's head, smashing him into the ground.
"That's none of your concern." Shigaraki growled, lunging forward. He was met with the same result. Peter webbed his hand and pulled him forward before smashing his face with a punch.
"Aw, but Toga said we were friends. Aren't you supposed to tell your friends stuff?" Peter made his voice sound as sad and meek as possible.
"Toga, you did it again? Stop making friends with your future victims." Magne looked down at the young blonde.
"But big sis Mag!" Toga whined. "He's so nice! He told me his name! Nobody ever does that. And we talked for a while. We took turns asking questions while we fought each other."
Peter didn't have to turn around to know he was getting strange looks from his entire class. Aizawa's glare was especially piercing. Peter knew exactly what they were all thinking.
"What the hell did you do?"
Midoriya, Tsuyu, and Sero were extremely confused. They had seen the girl. They knew just how crazy she was, the crazy things she spouted off seemingly out of nowhere. Peter had actually had a full conversation with her?
"It was so funny when he pinned me down. He stared me in the eyes while he held me down, and he was so serious. Ah, I didn't know what he was gonna do next."
Again, Peter could feel the gazes. They were different this time. Now, it was like they were staring at a piece of trash.
"Really Peter?" Sato asked in an almost condescending voice.
"In the middle of a crisis situation? With a villain?" Momo nearly yelled at him.
Even the villains were giving him strange looks.
"N-NO! NOT LIKE THAT! I GRABBED HER KNIFE HAND AND FORCED HER DOWN SO SHE COULDN'T FIGHT! I TOLD HER TO STAY PUT WHILE I LOOKED FOR ALL OF YOU! I'M INNOCENT, I SWEAR! TOGA, BACK ME UP HERE!"
Peter desperately whirled his head between his class and the villains. They were all giving him odd looks.
"Don't forget you also had a hand on my throat!" Toga cheered happily for some reason. "You were so forceful."
"TOGA!" Peter shrieked at the blonde girl. He really did sound like he was about to cry for real now.
Spinner decided to take advantage of this situation and sprang forward to catch Peter off guard. Unfortunately for him, Peter was now in the middle of a crisis. He was so distraught, he forgot to hold back. When Spinner swung his massive weapon at Peter, he rapidly outstretched his fist and the sound of rending metal tore through the air. Peter, protected by his suit, tore straight through all the weapons, snapping Spinner's weapon in half.
Not stopping, he jumped and snap-kicked Spinner in the chest, sending him crashing back into the crowd of villains. He flew straight past them and crashed into the purple giant. It didn't even budge, however, it did finally shift its gaze. The person turned his head down and stared at Spinner with his dead eyes. Even at this distance, Peter was unnerved by the empty stare. Spinner obviously didn't feel any better, as he scrambled away.
"Spinner, don't touch the Nomu." Shigaraki rasped to his teammate.
"Hey, guys. I know you're all busy thinking I'm some kind of scumbag, but can we get back to fighting now? I'm pretty sure my class hates me now, so I really need to restore my reputation." Indeed, the entire class, along with Mr. Aizawa, were all still shooting Peter accusatory glares.
"Yeah. You guys wanted to fight, so why don't you give the kid what he wants?" Dabi snickered lightly at his teammates.
Peter really wasn't very troubled. Magne was easy enough to deal with if he avoided her weapon, Shigaraki just wildy swung towards him, Spinner's weapon was broken, and Mr. Compress, along with Kurogiri and the giant really hadn't done anything yet. He wasn't sure just yet what the ninja was capable of, and as for Toga, she seemed to be the only one who actually knew how to fight. Peter glanced down at this new armor. Not all of it was metal, as a large portion of it was made of cloth and thin material to allow him plenty of mobility. There were a few cuts in the material, a small amount of blood on them. His injuries had healed, of course, but the undeniable fact was that she had managed to hit him when they were alone. [2]
Still, her style, if it could even be called that, was erratic. Her main goal was to charge in and get a few swings in. Peter just had to be faster than her and he'd be fine.
The league charged again, as one this time.
"Alright, focus Peter."
Peter jumped forwards. He started by sliding under Shigaraki, attaching webs to his legs and bringing him down the same way he had done to Iida during battle training. From there, he grabbed Magne's beam as she swung it towards him, catching it, before ripping it from her hands and smacking her with it. He dropped the beam and webbed Spinner's face before drop kicking him. As he rolled onto his feet, Peter jumped into the air to avoid being touched by Mr. Compress. He spiralled back down head first before grabbing Mr. Compress and used his momentum to smash him into the ground. Twice still hadn't used his quirk, and was now trying to hit Peter. Peter easily caught his punch and returned one of his own, sending the man back a short distance.
Peter then felt his spider sense go off. He jumped out of the way just before a portal opened underneath him. He heard Kurogiri grunt in frustration that his attack had failed.
Peter landed near his class and surveyed who was left. Spinner, Compress, and Twice were down for good. They all seemed unconscious, though it was hard to tell with Twice and Compress since they wore masks. The others were climbing to their feet, but Toga and Kurogiri were the only ones that Peter hadn't knocked down yet.
"Damn it Peter, let me go now!" Aizawa growled at his student.
"No sir, I won't. Either get yourself out or wait until I'm finished here and I'll let you out."
Peter noticed Mina had slowly burnt through the web on her back using her acid, so he shot a fresh web line out before wrapping her hands at her sides. He did the same to the others in case they tried something similar.
"Sorry, guys, but you're not helping. I want as few people in danger as possible. As soon as I set you free, you'll start fighting again." Peter got up and walked back towards the villains.
This fight probably wouldn't last much longer. Shigaraki and Magne both had large bruises on their faces, and Toga, while relatively unscathed, looked like she didn't want to fight anymore. Come to think of it, she hadn't really moved much since Peter arrived.
"Do I have to Shigaraki?" She complained.
"Shut up Toga! Just do your job."
"My job is to kill corrupt heroes and change society. You've seen the news reports. I know you don't think he's a false hero, old man. You said it yourself." Toga argued.
Peter perked up, suddenly interested in their conversation. So he was right. All those things Dabi had asked him earlier weren't just random questions with no purpose. He was testing him, to see if they were alike, to see if Peter was a proper hero.
You're one of them...aren't you?" The villains looked at Peter, confused. Again, he dropped his mask while his class asked him what he was thinking.
"You're those people that Dabi mentioned. The ones with villainous quirks, the ones who were mistreated." The more Peter thought, the more it made sense. Thinking back, Toga's quirk could be seen as evil. He thought it was awesome, but it wasn't hard to figure out how people could view a quirk that allowed you to shapeshift through drinking somebody's blood as villainous. "Why...why are you doing this? These people have done nothing to you. They're students, that's it. What do you gain from attacking them?"
The class was totally lost. They had no idea what Peter was talking about. They didn't know what Dabi had said to him, or what he meant by villainous quirks. They only knew that he had stopped fighting and was once again having a conversation in the middle of a fight. And to them, that was foolish.
"FOCUS PETER!" Mina shouted at him.
"IF YOU WON'T LET US HELP, AT LEAST TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!" Kaminari joined in.
"SHUT UP!" The class jumped. Peter had yelled at them angrily. Peter never yelled, or got angry for that matter. This was the first time they had seen him like this. "There's a lot going on here that you guys don't understand. Important things are happening, and you aren't helping, so just stay quiet, please!"
"I've had enough of this." Shigaraki growled. "Kurogiri, send everybody back. You and I are staying here."
"NO!" Toga shouted. "I want to stay as well."
Shigaraki deliberated for a moment before relenting. "Fine. Kurogiri, send everybody else back to the hideout."
Kurogiri nodded his "head" before most of the villains were enveloped in mist and disappeared. Now, only Shigaraki, Toga, Kurogiri, and the purple giant were left.
"Guess they aren't talking. May as well get back to my cheery self then."
Peter brought his mask back up, thinking of what to quip about first.
"Uh, you know sending your friends off doesn't increase your chances, right?"
"Such an annoying brat. I've had enough of him. It's time. Nomu."
The giant moved. It walked to Shigaraki, waiting for him to continue.
"Kill the spider."
Peter's spider sense flared. He moved out of the way just as Nomu smashed his fist towards him. He hadn't even seen him move, he just appeared next to him. The assault didn't end there. Nomu continuously sent punches his way, with Peter narrowly avoiding them thanks to his spider sense. He could feel the power behind each of the punches. If even one of them hit him, it wouldn't be good.
Whenever Peter saw an opening, he tried to punch the Nomu, but he only hurt himself. It was like punching a brick wall.
"You're wasting your time. Nomu was biologically engineered to be the ultimate weapon. His quirk, Shock Absorbtion, lets him take any punch you throw at him and return it to you. The best way to kill him would be to slowly spoon out his flesh, though I can't say he'd allow you to."
So nothing Peter did would seriously hurt him. Wait, what did he say?
"Biologically engineered? So, he's not alive?" Peter asked as he avoided the punches.
"Of course not. He's cobbled together from the pieces of anybody we needed. You're losing a fight to a dead man."
Peter would have been weirded out, but this wasn't the first time he had fought a dead guy. Also, Shigaraki's news made him happy. So happy he actually started laughing. His class thought that he'd gone insane. Who would laugh in this situation, faced by an invincible behemoth? Shigaraki was no different.
"What the hell is wrong with you? Why are you laughing?" He angrily demanded.
"Thanks for the tip Kira. [3] If he's dead, that means I don't have to hold back anymore. I can't kill something that's not alive."
Peter dashed behind the Nomu and fiercely punched his back as hard as he could. From afar, it seemed like nothing happened, but Peter and Aizawa saw it. If only a tiny bit, the Nomu was knocked off balance, staggered by Peter's hit.
Getting the sensation of freedom that he always felt on the rare occasion he could fight his hardest, Peter practically danced around the Nomu, avoiding his massive fists and countering with hits of his own. The Nomu didn't slow down, but each hit staggered it for just a tiny fraction of a second.
Peter knew this wasn't going to work. He might have enhanced endurance, but if he could only do this much damage, he would get tired and be out of the fight long before the Nomu. He needed a proper plan.
Scanning the Nomu's body for weaknesses, the obvious solution presented itself to him. The exposed brain, it had to be a weak point. But how could he get there?
"I need to restrain him first. The webbing probably won't hold him for very long though, so I need to to hurry."
Peter shot a web onto Nomu's incoming fist, pulling it around his body and sticking it to his side. He did the same with his other hand before jumping onto him and crawling like a spider around his body, wrapping him in webs the entire time. He then jumped off the Nomu and sprayed webs onto the ground before attaching them to him. In only a few short seconds, webbing covered a 3 meter radius around the Nomu, who looked like it was wrapped in a cocoon.
Already, the Nomu was tearing itself free with its hands and teeth, so Peter acted quickly. He jumped onto the Nomu's shoulders and hammered on its brain. He didn't expect to "kill" the Nomu this way, but with any luck, it would be disabled for at least a short time.
He was definitely doing something. Every time he brought his fists down on the creature's brain, it screamed. In rage or pain, Peter wasn't sure, but usually when your opponent started screaming, it was a good thing.
At the very least, the creature was slowing down. It's hands weren't moving as fast, and it stopped jerking around wildly. Finally, it tore itself free and reached up to grab Peter. Seeing his window of opportunity closing, Peter clasped his fists together above his head and hammered them down on the exposed brain one last time. The creature's body jerked and spasmed before its hands fell to its side. Its eyes were still open, but it wasn't moving for now. Peter leaped off the Nomu and faced Shigaraki.
"There, I took out your big toy. So, ready to get beat up again?"
"...Please. Nomu was designed to kill All Might. Do you really think a little brat like you could take him down so easily? Nomu."
Again, the spider sense flared, but Peter was too slow to react. He felt a large fist connect with his back and he was sent flying away. He crashed forwards, rolling on the ground and flipping around multiple times before stopping. He'd crashed about 50 meters away, and there were large divots in the ground where he had impacted the ground on his trip to his current location.
"...Ow." Peter groaned, shakily climbing to his feet. His suit was badly damaged. Swarms of nanobots had broken off when he was hit, and more were broken away each time he hit the ground. He didn't have enough reserve nanobots to fully repair his suit, so part of his chest, back, and leg armor was missing, along with bits of his helmet. There was almost nothing left on his back, huge pieces of the suit were gone on his chest and sides. Almost all of the armor on his right leg was gone, and his helmet was a mess. The right lens was destroyed, along with nearly the entire left half of the mask. Half his face, his hair, and bits and pieces of his clothes were exposed, revealing torn clothes and bloody wounds.
"You know, when I got here, one of the things I told myself was that I at least wouldn't get punched by the Hulk again. But now, now I see that was bullshit." Peter groaned as got to his feet and walked back.
His class was screaming for him, and they looked shocked but relieved when he stood up. But as he got closer, their expressions grew horrified as they saw the condition he was in.
Toga was excited that she finally got to see Peter's blood, but was a bit disappointed that she hadn't been the one to make him bleed.
Shigaraki had no words. His master had created the Nomu to kill All Might. He was his equal in terms of raw strength. And this boy, though badly injured, just took one of his punches and got back up. What the hell was he? Even Kurogiri was surprised, though no one knew it.
Shigaraki's shock only grew when he got a closer look at the boy steadily walking back towards them. It was slight, but he was getting faster. His wounds were healing. It was slow, but his cuts were very slowly closing, healing as he sped up. This made Shigaraki angry. He had brought the Nomu to kill All Might, and now he had to waste his strength killing this child. He wanted to make him suffer, to make him cry. But how?
Then, he got an idea.
"Nomu." The giant turned to its master. "Kill the kids. Do it one at a time."
Nomu turned towards class 1A, still webbed up. Their terror grew as the monster advanced on them. It reached Mr. Aizawa first and raised its hands to strike him. Then, it suddenly staggered backwards.
"You and I aren't done yet." Peter groaned. He had attached several web lines to the Nomu's back and was pulling it away. He may have been badly injured, but he felt his strength begin returning to him as his body slowly healed. Plus, Nomu was also weaker. Peter's hits to its brain had obviously weakened it. The punch made it obvious. If it were at its full strength, Nomu's strike would have at least knocked him out, but instead it just injured him. Neither of them were at 100%, but Peter was closer to his best, and continued to grow closer as his body healed.
Shigaraki growled. "Toga."
"Kay!" She cheered as she pulled out several throwing knives. If Peter was focused on the Nomu, he could dodge. She threw all of her knives at Peter, constantly reaching into her uniform and pulling out more.
Peter felt them coming with his spider sense and did his best to dodge them. Unfortunately, he couldn't dodge very well while also pulling the Nomu back. A few knives lodged themselves in his unprotected back, and one or two became stuck in his leg and exposed side. He had multiple knives protruding from his body, but still he didn't let go. However, the Nomu was getting closer to the students as Peter grew weaker.
Toga pulled out one final knife and threw it at Peter's head. He couldn't dodge this one, and allowing it to hit him meant dying, so he released one hand from the web strands holding the Nomu and caught the knife by its handle, the blade only a few inches from his eyes. The Nomu jerked forward, most of Peter's grip on it now gone.
Tossing the knife away, Peter scrolled through the damaged HUD of his suit and activated a command. The remaining nanobots on his arms and legs moved to his back, restoring the small compartment that had been there before. Out of the compartment came 3 golden spider legs that dug into the ground. Returning his hand to the web, Peter pulled as hard as he could and dragged the Nomu away from his class.
They were all working furiously to free themselves. Mina had been making the strongest acid she could manage to melt through the webs, Sato used the last of the sugar running through his body to try and tear through the webs, and Midoriya activated One For All at 5% to try and tear through. Some of them made headway, with Midoriya freeing his hands first before tearing through the rest of his restraints. He began moving to help Peter before the American yelled at him.
"BACK OFF! I GOT THIS, HELP EVERYBODY ELSE GET FREE!"
Midoriya protested, but he relented. He had seen how strong and tough the creature was. He would be of no help in battle. All he could do was free the others. Running to the nearest person, Momo, Midoriya, sent 5% of his power to his right arm and tore a large piece of the webbing away. He continued on, helping the others.
Shigaraki was infuriated. "You...YOU!" He screamed in rage as he charged towards Peter. His hands were raised and he was prepared to grab him at any second.
Time stood still for Midoriya and Peter. But then, they both heard something in the distance. It sounded like...explosions?
"OVER HERE YOU DAMN BASTARD!" Bakugo dropped from the sky, releasing a large explosion in Shigaraki's face, shooting him back towards Toga.
At the same time, Kirishima showed up. He ran to Peter, grabbing the web lines and helping him pull the Nomu away.
"Eijirou?" Peter asked in disbelief.
"Hey bro. Sorry I'm late." Kirishima grunted as he pulled the web line, dragging the Nomu back even further.
It stopped moving altogether as a mass of ice appeared around its feet, freezing it in place. Todoroki walked in from the landslide zone, finally arriving.
"Todoroki? Where have you been, man? I sent you back like 30 minutes ago." Peter yelled at the dual-colored boy.
"It's not easy picking your way through a landslide." Todoroki shrugged as Peter cautiously released his web line. The Nomu stayed in place. "What happened to you?" Todoroki tried to sound uncaring as he looked at his badly wounded classmate. He wouldn't admit it, but he was worried about the American boy, with his broken suit and knives sticking out of his skin.
"This guy happened. Also her." Peter pointed to Toga, he mouthed "sorry" at him while making a dumb expression.
"Bro, are you okay? You look terrible." Kirishima was very worried for Peter.
"Eh, don't worry about it. I've been hurt worse than this plenty of times." Peter waved him off. He retracted his spider legs, sending the nanobots back to his arms and legs the same way they had been before. The nanobots formed around the knives in his back, side, arms, and legs, so they were still protruding from his body.
"Peter." Mr. Aizawa glared down at the boy. He, along with the rest of the class was now free. He had a million things he wanted to scream at Peter. To not try to fight alone, to not restrain people so close to a battle zone, and many other things. But instead, he asked him if he was alright.
"How are you Peter? And don't say you're fine, because you clearly aren't."
"I really am fine though. Just give me about 20 minutes and I'll be healed up, good as new."
"You," Shigaraki recovered from Bakugo's attack and climbed to his feet. "You are all going to die here. No-"
Before he could finish, the doors the the USJ blew open, revealing none other than All MIght.
"Fear not students." The man looked furious as he violently tore his tie from his body. "I am here."
"Um...you're a bit late, man. I kind of already handled everybody." Peter thought to himself.
All Might charged down the stairs, appearing next to Peter in a flash. Upon seeing the state of his student, All Might only became angrier. He glared at the 4 villains still present.
"Perfect. He's finally here. Nomu."
The large creature tore through the ice on his feet. Peter already knew how this would go. His class would try to help, but they couldn't. He didn't mean to brag, but he was undoubtedly the strongest person in their class. He had actual experience against real villains and all they had was barely an hour of fighting experience. If he could barely handle the Nomu, they had no chance. They wouldn't just leave because he asked them to though.
Limping towards his class, Peter walked to the back of the crowd and webbed up Tsuyu's mouth. Unable to make sound, she was carried away to a safe distance by Peter, who then returned for all the students one by one. He worked quickly and quietly, grabbing all his classmates before anybody noticed their "neighbors" were missing. When All Might and the Nomu finally clashed, only Peter, Aizawa, Todoroki, Bakugo, and Midoriya were left standing. Peter didn't even try to restrain them. He trusted Aizawa to handle himself, and even if he tried to restrain the other 3, they would free themselves soon.
Thankfully, none of them made a move. They watched as All Might fought the creature. They knocked each other all around the plaza before All Might uppercutted the Nomu, leaping into the air and tossing him back down to the ground. Their fight continued for a while before they clashed in the center of the open area. Their fists blurred as they traded hits. It seemed like they were evenly matched for a while, but the Nomu was clearly at a disadvantage. All those times Peter had struck its brain had taken a toll, and it was now weaker and slower. All Might brought his fist back and forcefully struck the creature one final time, knocking him through the USJ ceiling and making him disappear into the sky.
All Might stood where he was, still in his striking position. "I really have gotten weaker." He said. "In my prime, 4 or 5 hits would have been enough. But now, it took nearly 160 mighty blows to defeat my enemy" [4]
Shigaraki was stunned. He was furiously scratching his neck as he muttered to himself.
"Not fair, not fair. He cheated."
Peter stood in front of All Might, as did Todoroki, Bakugo, Midoriya, and Aizawa. Shigaraki realized it was hopeless and dropped his hands. "We're done Kurogiri. Let's go ho-"
He was cut off as a bullet ripped into his shoulder. Peter turned to the staircase at the building's entrance and saw Iida standing there with all the school's teachers along with the principal.
Snipe, the cowboy looking teacher, had shot Shigaraki, and he quickly shot out 3 more bullets, hitting his other limbs quickly as Kurogiri wrapped his body around him protectively.
"No, they're going to leave! I need to hurry!"
Diverting nanobots to his right hand, Peter charged forward, ignoring the shouts from his class and teachers. Leaping over Kurogiri, Peter fired a tiny device onto Shigaraki just before the two villains disappeared.
Peter fell to one knee. He had succeeded, but he moved too fast. All his barely healed wounds tore open, and the knives dug deeper into his skin and tore at his muscles. He sent what was left of his suit back to the compartment and blood started pouring from his wounds now that there was nothing to hold back the tide.
"PETER!" Midoriya ran towards his friend, looking very scared.
"H-hey man. Hey, listen, you did a good job today. Do-don't worry about the suit, I-I'll make ya another. Now, I'm just gonna, gonna take a quick nap...right here."
Peter uttered the same words he had said to Mr. Stark as he passed out on his feet and fell to the ground, out cold.
"PETER! HEY, PETER! DAMN IT! GET RECOVERY GIRL NOW!" Aizawa shouted as Bakugo, Midoriya, and Todoroki crowded him. He stared down at the boy.
"He tried his hardest. He put himself at risk to protect everybody, just like a proper hero. Peter...I'm not letting you die here."
Aizawa carefully picked up Peter and carried him to the entrance of the USJ. He needed Recovery Girl and he needed her now.
These were a fun two chapters to write. Hopefully I gave you guys a good USJ arc.
[1]: In Dead Rising 3, the psychopaths were based on the 7 deadly sins. The sin of pride was this really buff lady named Jherri. If you want to see her, just look up "Dead Rising 3 Jherri fight."
[2]: Canonically, Peter's Iron Spider was never entirely metal. Only the gold parts are made of strong metal, the rest is made of cloth and very thin metal. The idea is that the suit shouldn't slow Peter down and allow him to bend his joints all the way without meeting any resistance.
[3]: Come on, do I really need to say what "Kira" is a reference to?
[4]: Before one of you inevitably complains about it, I know All Might said he needed 300 hits to take down the Nomu. I said 160 because Peter weakened it so much by damaging its brain.
That's the end of the USJ. Next chapter is pretty short, so it'll be up soon. As always, thank you for reading and remember to leave a review.
Aren signing off.
