The next morning Holly opened her eyes, finding herself alone in bed. She saw a rose on the pillow and a note.

'Have a few things to take care of this morning, croissants and tea are in the living room. Be back as soon as I can Luv."

Holly grinned as she sat the note back down. She put on Robert's robe and got up. She went over to the boxes, finding an some clothes she picked out and also a tie she had thought would bring out Robert's eyes. She went and took a quick shower before getting dressed for the day. She put on a little of her perfume then brought the box with Robert's tie in it out to the living room.

She took a seat and enjoyed her breakfast, she also got a few of her bags and boxes put up. She was pleased to find that Robert had emptied some of the drawers on the dresser so she could put some of her things in it. It was very thoughtful of him. She put up her clothes then went into the living room. She didn't have many numbers in her phone yet, long gone were the days where she remembered them. Besides Robert's that one always stuck with her.

When her phone lit up she was caught by surprise, a California number too. "Hello?"

Robin let out a sigh of relief, it really was Holly and she was okay. "Holly it's me. I'm sorry I hadn't had a chance to call yet but dad has been keeping me up to date. Are you okay?" Robin was concerned about her former and future stepmother. She had always cared about Holly especially after she stayed in town to take care of her in the 90s.

Holly's face lit up at Robin's voice, she was not expecting to hear it but it definitely was a highlight of the day. "Yes, I'm wonderful. Even more so now. You have nothing to apologize for." Holly knew that not only was Robin a busy woman Anna had things going on as well. "Did you hear about you brother?" Holly asked.

"Yeah, I mean now we are biologically connected but you know Ethan was already my brother. He was the son dad always wanted, little did we know he was the son that was stolen. It's so awful Holly." Robin really felt for her dad and Holly, she remembered how happy the two were when she went to Australia, how in love. That's why she was so threatened in 92. She knew her return would cause complications for her parents had they returned. As an adult she realized that her dad had never gotten over Holly and her mom had never with Duke. She understood love a lot better now.

"You have a niece too. You may have already met her though." Holly knew Robin was close to Tiff and Annie so she assumed she had already met her since her birth.

"Oh yes, Seana. She is adorable. Fearless too." Robin smiled talking about her newfound niece, to be honest she was already like that anyway so again that wasn't really an adjustment. "Do you think Ethan and Annie will give is a shot?" Robin asked Holly.

Holly really had no clue and really didn't want to pry. "You know I really don't know but I do know she was by his side the whole time in the hospital and Ethan has really taken to being a daddy. Very much like your father did with you." Holly had such fond memories of the way Robert's face lit up talking about Robin, how even on the phone she could hear his excitement.

"You both should have had that with Ethan you know." Robin hated what was stolen from them, she knew how much both of them wanted it when she went to visit in Australia. She knew how much being a parent meant to her and Patrick and she hated that they didn't get to have that with Ethan.

"We all have each other now. That is what matters. I am really so happy you called." Holly was not expecting this call so it really did make her day.

"Of course, I'm just sorry it wasn't sooner. I can't talk to long right now but when I have a little longer I would love to talk to you and maybe dad and you know you can always text me." Robin wanted to make sure Holly knew she had her.

"I appreciate it and the same goes for you. Anytime, I'm still always here for you." Holly told Robin. The two had ended the call and Holly looked at the tie she had gotten Robert to make sure it was how the picture looked. She knew he was going to love it.

Robert walked inside, the smile on his face immediately appearing as he saw the love of his life sitting on the couch. "I've miss you." He told her as he went over to give her a kiss.

Holly's lips pressed against his her arms finding their way around him. She looked into his eyes, once again beaming. "I missed you too. I got a present for you." She let him go to pick up the box.

Robert took the box, his smile never fading as he saw the tie inside of it. "I love it. You always did like this color on me." Robert remarked as he started to take off his current tie.

"Yes I did and still do. You don't have to wear it now darling." Holly was amused by the fact he was already trying to swap into it.

"Maybe it will help you find me even more irresistible." Robert winked at her, putting the tie around his neck. Holly of course took over as she always did, helping him get it right.

"You know I think this is why you did that. You've always loved me tying your tie. Then again I do it properly." Holly teased him while she looked at the tie then into his eyes. "Perfect."

Robert grinned and lifted one of her hands to his lips. "Yes you are and you know me well."

"A lot of chapters at least." Holly grinned at him, Robert took a seat next to her. "Still working on the secret or anything you can share?"

"Yes and no. Holly I promise you are going to love this if Laura and I can pull it off. You know I wouldn't keep it from you if it was something I felt you really needed to know." Robert wanted to make sure Holly knew he wasn't keeping anything important from her, he just really wanted to see her face if this all worked out.

"I trust you Robert, I'm not worried." Holly stroked his cheek and gave him a kiss. "I really do love that tie on you."

"I love everything on you and off of you." Robert gave her a wink. He loved this, loved having this back in his life.

Holly chuckled as she rested her head on his shoulder. "Yes, I've noticed that last part."

Robert took her other hand in his free one. "Who was it that seduced me?" He asked in a very seductive tone. A tone that made Holly weak.

Holly smirked, moving so their eyes could dance as they flirted. "I like to think we seduced each other. I know you definitely have since our most recent first time."

"Trying to prove your innocence?" Robert teased her, his eyes just so mesmerized by hers, like they had been from the first time they met. He would never say it was love at first sight but there was definitely a spark.

Holly's eyes danced with his, her smile still as bright as ever. "Not at all. I just wanted to share the credit."

Robert chuckled, placing a kiss on her lips. "We can share the credit tonight. We have a few things to do today."

Holly looked at Robert, trying her best to read him. "We do? Like what?"

"Well I wanted to take you our somewhere nice the other night when you seduced me. I thought I would take you out to lunch today." Robert kissed her hand again, just so happy to have her here with him.

"I don't seem to recall any complaints from you however lunch does sound lovely." Holly moved her hand to stroke his cheek.

"If we don't go soon we won't." Robert grinned, standing up, he took her hand in his as the two of them got their things and left to go to lunch.
