"Looks like you just figured out that there are twenty Decades out there already and waiting for their mission to begin," said Major Aoki.
"I never heard anything about this," said a stunned Second Lieutenant Yoshida as she stared at her superior.
"Because he's now showing his true colors," said Kamen Rider Anput.
"Just what is your end goal here?" she asked.
"To destroy all life in this universe," said Major Aoki before turning into a shadow monster that floated over the desk where he had been standing.
"You're not human?" asked the soldier while turning his weapon on Major Aoki instead of Kamen Rider Anput.
"My people are called Dark Seeds," said Major Aoki.
"We go from reality to reality, destroying all life in them," he said.
"But you ran into trouble because the Kamen Riders have always stopped you by stopping those you sent or created to fight your own fights, haven't they?" asked Kamen Rider Anput.
"That's right, but then I discovered this reality," said Major Aoki.
"One where there were no Kamen Riders at first to stop you," said Second Lieutenant Yoshida.
"Correct, and it was then that I thought of the plan to start all of this in order to use the Kamen Riders for my own goals and it was well worth the test," said Major Aoki.
"What are those Decades going to do?" asked Kamen Rider Anput.
"Now that the tests are done, it's time to abandon this reality for a new one, so I have been hypnotized all the Kamen Rider Decades to scatter around the planet before killing themselves," said Major Aoki.
"Upon death they will explode with the force of all their Rider energies and wipe out life as we know it!" he said while laughing.
"We'll see about that," said Kamen Rider Anput before shooting him several times. However, it was not bullets that shot from her gun but energy pellets that caused a surge of energy to course through Major Aoki's shadow body.
"Even my death won't change any of this," said Major Aoki before he vanished.
