Prompt 1: I'm a CIA agent and you're a wanted cyber-terrorist AU
Characters: Erza and Jellal

"Is this the place?"

"Yes, we've got him this time. There's nowhere for Siegrain to run"

"Good" the redheaded agent responded. Straightening her uniform as she walked into the lobby of the semi-constructed condo building.

It was the perfect spot for a cyber-terrorist to hide, newly constructed so not many tenants had moved in yet, no real amenities but easy enough to establish wifi without it being traced back to the individual unit. Not to mention proximity to the downtown core, a good place to bounce a signal around… or watch the terror you wrought in real time.

Agent Erza Scarlet had been hunting Siegrain for a while now. Chasing those glowing screens lit up with a red dagger-like symbol. The pattern seemingly unpredictable, until you looked closer. Until you figured out that fear alone wasn't the target.

It was through hard work that Erza and her team had cracked it and now they were here. According to condo security, only four units were currently occupied. Only one of those had a view of the United Nations building. He had to be there.

Erza glared at the numbers of the elevator. Urging it to go faster. The building was surrounded by her team, she knew, but she needed to be the one to catch him.

Finally, the numbers beeped at the penthouse floor and the mirrored doors slid open, her tall reflection disappearing and the hallway opening up before her. She strode confidently out of the elevator and raised the key that building security had given her. Her free hand was down by her weapon. Erza was always prepared for a fight.

She reached the door and slid the key in, taking a deep breath before quickly turning and opening the door.

"This is the CIA, remain where you are!" she shouted quickly scanning the spacious apartment, and spotting him in the corner, the top of his blue hair peeking over the highbacked chair positioned in front of the simple desk that was completely cluttered in monitors. This was it, she had him now.

"Raise your hands away from the keyboard and turn and face me" she commanded; her gun lifted just in case.

Slowly two hands lifted to head height as the chair spun around to face her. She swallowed and kept the gun steady, taking in his dark green eyes and the red dagger-like tattoo under his right eye. The same symbol he'd used to strike fear into so many as their lives were destroyed by his hacking.

"It's over, Siegrain" she said, keeping her gun steady as she reached for the handcuffs.

The man shook, laughter bubbling out of him.

"You made it this far, but you still don't know who I am?" he asked, his smooth voice taunting her. "You're still calling me by my online name, have you not figured it out?"

Erza's eyes narrowed. Glaring as she approached the man in the chair. So familiar, and yet a stranger to her. He slowly offered his wrists out to her, still with that malicious teasing glint in his eyes. He still thought he could get away.

She clapped the handcuffs over his wrists and sealed his fate.

"You're under arrest, Jellal Fernandes" she said, watching the glee leave his face as he realized she knew. This was it. Real identity confirmed, someone who could be arrested and given a life sentence. He was no longer a ghost of the internet. He was real and his game was over.

"Well done, Miss Scarlet" he said, watching her. "How'd you figure it out?"

"You really should have picked a different logo than the one you've been doodling all over notebooks your whole life."

Jellal gave a sad chuckle. "You got me there, Erza."

The redhead guided the man out of his chair and marched him back the way she'd came. Out of the apartment, down the hallway, and into the elevator. Slowly the two began their descent.

"So what now?" he asked.

Erza kept her eyes on the numbers, watching them go down.

"Surely you know what they've got planned for me, Erza. You're not going to give me a hint?" he teased.

"You'll find out at your trial" she responded, keeping her gaze firmly fixed on the numbers.

"Will you be there?" he asked.

The redhead fought the blush, she hated that she still reacted to his flirting. Even now, with all the years and history between them.

"We'll see" she murmured, guiding him out of the elevator and through the lobby to the prisoner van waiting for him on the curb.

"I hope I will, Scarlet" he said, smiling as he disappeared into the dark van. The doors shut, cutting off the redheaded agent's view of the cyber terrorist, leaving only her reflection staring back at her. A small smile on her face that matched the last one he gave her.

It was over.
