Now, Jadeite has been healed; Princess Serenity, Prince Endymion, the Sailor Guardians, and the Shitennou Knights along with Rei's grandfather, Saburo and Yuuichirou have been summoned to the Tsukinos' residence by Kun's father, Detective Yoshi Shin. Now that Rei's grandfather and Yuuichirou know the truth, what questions will they have? Will Yoshi and Kenji get their wives to understand? Will there be any sweet reunions?

(Sunday Evening)

"I'm okay," Sailor Mars told Jadeite. "You can let me go."

"Never," Jadeite promised her. He kissed her temple. "But I know what you meant." Though, he did let her get up from his lap.

When she got up from the bench, Sailor Mars saw Yuuichirou and his expression. "Oh, my goodness," she said.

Jadeite looked over and saw who she was looking at. He took her hand, so she would look at him. He kissed her hand, and he nodded at her in understanding. "Go ahead," he said. "I'm right here if you need me."

"Thank you." Sailor Mars squeezed his hand before letting go. She walked over to Yuuichirou and Saburo.

"Yuuichirou…"

"Don't worry about it," Yuuichirou said. "I did ask you to follow your heart, Rei, and clearly, the path wasn't toward me."

"I'm sorry that I don't feel the same way you do for me," Sailor Mars told him.

"I don't need or want your pity," Yuuichirou told her. "I just want you to be happy, and I can already tell you're at peace with your decision." He gave in and kissed her forehead. "Don't feel guilty, Rei. That is all I'm asking."

"Though he doesn't look so bad," Saburo said, eyeing Jadeite as he kept an eye on Sailor Mars while speaking with Princess Serenity, Prince Endymion, the other Sailor Guardians, and the other Shitennou Knights.

"Oh, Grandpa," Sailor Mars said. "And you haven't said or asked anything about me being a Sailor Guardian."

"Granddaughter, I've had a feeling about a change way longer than Sailor Moon arrived," Saburo said. "You're not as clever as you think."

"Gee, thanks, Grandpa," Sailor Mars said with all the sarcasm she could muster.

Saburo laughed. "It feels good to know I am right," he said. "Am I going to meet that boy?"

"Hey, Mars!" Sailor Venus shouted. "We're de-transforming!"

In just a blink of an eye, everyone was in their civilian clothes.

"Nice trick," Yuuichirou said, impressed that everyone male and female could do it in the blink of an eye. "Is that…?" His eyes wanted to bulge as he recognized the person who stood by Rei's friends.

Rei looked over to see who Yuuichirou was looking at and smiled. "Who?" she asked, trying to keep the smile out of her voice.

"Rei, I know which band you've been obsessed with for months," Yuuichirou said. "That is Jae Taitou, the lead singer of Desolation."

Rei looked over at Jae who was wearing what she knew was his signature black leather jacket over a red shirt with black cargo pants and boots. "Oh, I know," she said. "That's not the reason why I want to be with him. The reason my heart followed its path to him."

"I didn't think you would look at him at face value," Yuuichirou said as Rei looked over at him and her grandfather.

"Of course, she isn't," Saburo said, "she's my granddaughter."

"Grandpa," Rei said.

"Doesn't mean I don't want to meet that rock star," Saburo said, eyeing him, definitely thinking he would take care of his granddaughter.

"Grandpa!"

Saburo chuckled at his granddaughter's reaction. "Can you blame us?" he asked, including Yuuichirou.

Yuuichirou raised hands in defense. "Oh, no," he said. "You're not lumping me in with you; not this time."

Before Rei could say something, she felt someone wrap their arms around her from behind. "A wise man," Jae said. "Though it is a little refreshing for me being starstruck for once." He had referred to the fact that he was starstruck where Usagi and Mamoru were concerned.

"Cute," Rei said. "You still have that smart mouth."

"In this life or in our last, some things will never change," Jae told her. "Apparently, we're needed at the Tsukinos."

"So have they told Usagi's parents?" Saburo asked.

"I was just told that was the case," Jae answered. "Both Usagi's and Kun's fathers were here before they performed the ritual to heal my memories."

"So while I was speaking with Yuuichirou and my grandfather, you were gathering information?" Rei asked him.

Jae heard the warning in her voice, and resisted the smile that wanted to come. He rather liked having his memories back and had remembered quite a bit of the good ones of them together. "Hey, I'm just the messenger," he said. "One you shouldn't shoot." He did grab her hand to turn her. "I know you have a true aim."

"True aim?" Rei asked, amused by his choice of words. "More than yours."

"Are you…?" Jae started and then started again. "Are you really going to use the only time we were at the archery arena against me?"

Rei grinned at him. "It's not my fault you kept missing the target," she told him. "I won that little competition fair and square."

"I want a rematch," Jae said. "If I took up archery in this life, so did you."

"Funny how our skills followed us in this life too," Rei said.

"Am I following this?" Saburo asked. "This life? Then is there something about a past life? Rei, what is going on?"

"Grandpa…"

"Kun…" Jae stopped himself from saying Kunzite because it was still foreign to him. "Kun's father wants all of us there. Including your grandfather and Yuuichirou."

"So what?" Rei asked. "We're pulling in the parents?"

Jae looked at her and then looked over at Saburo and Yuuichirou. "Apparently, that's what Kun's father wants to do," Jae told them. "And I really want to see my mom."

"Can we just not go to Usagi's?" Rei asked, feeling the panic rising from the thought of meeting his parents.

Jae laughed. "My mom's a tough nut, but she'll like you. My dad, on the other hand, is a little bit easy going," he told her. "You'll like them."

"I'm a fan, remember?" Rei asked. "You have to do a year at a university before you can pursue your music. It was a stipulation your mom gave you."

"You really do know a lot about me," Jae said.

"Sorry," she said. "Too much?"

"Maybe a little," he said. "Dial it down, but we probably should get going." Jae looked over at Saburo and Yuuichirou. "You both are coming with us."

"I'm still confused," Saburo said.

"We'll talk about it at the Tsukinos," Jae promised. He looked down at himself. "Though I do think it might be a good idea if I'm in a disguise because I will definitely attract attention."

Rei just stared at him. "I didn't even think about it," she said.

"Kun and Neph kind of mentioned it, but I didn't even think about what they wanted me to understand," Jae said.

Rei gave him a look. "What exactly did they try to tell you?" she asked.

"Uh…"

"Typical, you weren't listening," Rei said, rolling her eyes. "That hasn't changed. Grandpa, let me know when you are ready. I need to speak with Usagi and Mamoru, and I will get the information I need." She gave Jae a look before she turned and walked away from them; however, Saburo followed Rei peppering her with questions about her and her past life.

Yuuichirou gave him a look. "You're really good at doing that," he said.

"It was like riding a bike," Jae said with a smirk, knowing the other male understood he got the information from Usagi and Mamoru, from Minako and Kun. They both understood he, underhandedly, eased Rei's worry.

"So this past life thing is real?" Yuuichirou asked.

"Yes," Jae said. "Though, it's interesting. I remember you in our past life."

"Me?" Yuuichirou asked. "I was part of your past life?"

"Yes," Jae said. "I'm not surprised the other Shitennou Knights or Prince Endymion remembered you." He leaned against the wall. "You kept me in arrows and in entertainment."

"We were friendly?" Yuuichirou asked with curiosity.

The two men watched as Rei spoke with Usagi, Mamoru, and Saburo. Usagi laughed as they watched Rei and Saburo argue while Mamoru just shook his head.

"We were," Jae asked. "Though I do wonder how many other people remember their past life."

"I'm not sure if I want to remember, but I have seen in the last ten minutes how Rei feels about remembering," Yuuichirou said. "I have never seen Rei more at ease with anyone other than Usagi."

Jae smiled. "Even in her past life, she brings that skill out in everyone," he said, referring to Usagi.

"Um…" Yuuichirou started and thought about it. "I suppose that could be true. She's the center, isn't she, for the girls?"

"Always has been, and always will be," Jae said. "Just as Mamoru is the center for the Shitennou Knights." He looked over at his fellow Shitennou Knights. He missed them like this, and he didn't understand what he was missing until he had it, them, back again. Even though they still need to get Zoisite, it was a start. He wanted nothing more than to beat Beryl to a bloody pulp, but he understood, from the way everyone around him has been talking, there's a process. He remembered that much even about his past life.

"How much of my past life do you remember?" Yuuichirou asked.

Jae looked over at him. "I don't remember everything," he confessed. "Even with me, I remember Rei, the Shitennou Knights, the prince, and the princess more clearly."

"Uh-huh," Yuuichirou said. He wasn't quite convinced. "Who is your strategist?"

"He hasn't been resurrected yet," Jae said, understanding Prince Endymion and his fellow Shitennou Knights really want him. "It looks like we're waiting on Ami for that." Jae was impressed with himself that he was getting the hang of using everyone's civilian names.

"Sailor Mercury," Yuuichirou said with surprise. He stared at Rei's friends as he realized who was who.

Jae smirked. "I did remember hearing that Usagi's father had the same reaction," he said.

"Pulling in the parents?" Yuuichirou said. "I wonder how that's going to work."

"I wasn't lying to Rei when I told her I really want to see my mom," Jae said. "I know Kun and Neph are a little worried about our families because Beryl knows our true identities except for Mamoru's."

Yuuichirou observed Jae and wondered if Mamoru told him he briefly dated Rei. He was already over it, but he also figured it would be something he or Rei would need to tell him. Yuuichirou looked over at Mamoru who stood comfortably next to Usagi. To him, Mamoru seemed to be very comfortable with and very much in love with Usagi. "Jae," he said. When the boy looked back over at him, he continued, "Please love her for who she is."

Jae smiled with understanding. "I have no other plans, but to do just that," he said. "Yuuichirou, I think this is going to be the start of a beautiful friendship." He placed his arm around Yuuichiou's neck as they walked toward their friends.

When Kenji and Yoshi walked into the Tsukino household, they met Shingo at the doorway. "Hi, Dad, Detective Shin," Shingo said as a greeting.

Kenji stared at Shingo in shock.

"Dad?" Shingo said, noticing the look on his face as Yoshi started to laugh. "Is something going on?"

"Yes, Shingo, something is going on," Yoshi said. He didn't know what Shingo knew, and he didn't want to cross any boundaries Kenji and Ikuko wanted to make where Shingo was involved. "But it's up to your parents on what they want to know."

"Great," Kenji said under his breath. "Ikuko is going to kill me."

"And you had a chance before?" Yoshi asked with a grin.

"Oh, shut up, Yoshi," Kenji said with a grin as he unlocked the front door. "It'll be a miracle if I live through tonight."

"That's between you and Ikuko," Yoshi said.

Shingo looked between the two adults as his father opened the front door. "Did you forget to do something?" he asked.

Yoshi smirked. "Worse," he answered. "He did something Usagi told him not to do, and your mom agreed with Usagi on this from what I'm deducing."

Shingo's eyes widened at this news. "Dad, you are so screwed," he said, and then looked over at Yoshi. "Why are you here then?"

"Police business," Yoshi answered. "And it's up to your parents if they want to tell you."

Shingo furrowed his eyes. "Wait…" He turned and looked at his father. "What about Usagi?"

The two men just looked at each other and neither one of them said anything to him.

"Is Usagi in the middle of this?" Shingo asked. He was deathly afraid of the answer they would provide him.

"I need to speak with your mom first to see if my life is actually worth living," Kenji told him.

"Is Usagi okay?" Shingo asked with so much worry in his voice.

"Yes," Kenji said. "We hope to keep it that way."

Shingo's eyes widened and ran ahead of the house and called for "Mom!"

In seconds, Ikuko was on the stairs. "Shingo, are you okay?" she asked her son.

Kenji's eyes went wide, wishing he was invisible. He did want to go a round with Ikuko, and he already knew he would be the loser.

"What's going on?" Shingo asked. "Why is Yoshi here? And why is my sister in the middle of this? Why is Usagi in the middle of this?" He ran up the stairs toward her.

Ikuko sat on the stairs while she held her son. "Kenji," she said, saying his name as a warning. "She told you to leave it alone, and you couldn't leave it alone?"

"Mom, what's going on?" Shingo asked. "What has Usagi gotten herself into?"

"They found Jae Taitou," Yoshi informed her.

"And able to change him to the right form?" Ikuko asked.

"What's going on?" Shingo asked his mom. "Right form? What does all that mean?"

"Ikuko, we need to talk about this with him," Kenji told her. He turned to look at Yoshi. "Help yourself to the phone and make whatever phone calls you need to make." He turned back to his wife and son. "Come on, Shingo; your mom and I have got a lot to talk to you about." His eyes met his wife's. "You might not like him knowing, but I'm tired of all the lies in this house."

Ikuko nodded. "That's fair," she said. "Come on, Shingo. We'll tell you everything that's going on with your sister."

The three Tsukinos went upstairs as Yoshi walked over to the phone in the hall. He started with a call to his wife. "Nobuko, I have a new lead on the Sanjouin, Saitou, and Taitou cases," he told her. "It's wrapped in with Kun's disappearance." He didn't want to quite tell her yet he saw their son.

"Yoshi, don't you play with me," Nobuko replied. "You have a lead on our son? Wasn't that one of Kenji's theories?"

"Nobuko, slow down," Yoshi said, knowing she can spout off questions faster than most detectives he knew. "I am not playing with you, Love. I promise." When his wife didn't say anything, he continued. "Yes, as usual, Kenji's crazy theory panned out." Yoshi rolled his eyes heavenward; still not believing he hugged his son not even an hour ago.

"Tell me why that man isn't a police officer instead of a journalist?" Nobuko asked. "Or isn't he a magazine editor now?"

"Because he doesn't have enough cynicism," Yoshi reminded her. It wasn't the first time the question has been asked and that answer has been given by either one.

Because she knew and understood her husband, she said and then asked, "I take it I'm going to be calling the other parents, but what am I telling them?"

Yoshi sighed knowing he would never have to explain himself to Nobuko. She just knew. "You know how much I love you, don't you?" he asked her.

"Oh, I have an idea," Nobuko said, knowing very well he was buttering her up. "But seriously, Yoshi, what should I tell the other parents?"

"You're going to tell them they're to meet us at the Tsukinos," Yoshi told them. "Nobuko, don't ask why just yet. Everyone will find out when they get here." He knew his wife would pepper him with questions. "Trust me."

"When have I not?" Nobuko asked.

Yoshi smirked and resisted the laugh. "Do you really want me to answer that?" he asked her in a teasing way. "Give me Taitou and Saitou, and you can do Sanjouin because…"

"Because by the time you finish with Taitou's parents, I will be finished with Sanjouin's mother, and then start to get ready to go over," Nobuko finished. "I know. No need to explain to me, Yoshi."

"I've never had to," Yoshi said. "Thank you. I'll see you soon, and I love you."

"I love you, too," Nobuko said. "Bye-bye."

"Bye," Yoshi said and then hung up. He started to dial the Taitous' number by heart, knowing full well his wife would call Sanjouin's mother.

Upstairs, in Shingo's bedroom, Kenji and Ikuko explained to Shingo what Usagi and her friends have been up to in the last several months.

Shingo had heard what they had said, and he can't quite wrap his head around the fact his sister is Sailor Moon let alone the fact she was a prince in her past life. Let alone the fact they all had a life on the moon in their past life. He still couldn't believe her friends were the Sailor Guardians. "How did we not realize this?" Shingo asked.

"That's the question," Kenji said, but he was curious about one certain fact. "And do you have any memories of your past life?"

Shingo nodded. "I just thought it was a dream," he said. "I remember a lady in a white dress with silver hair in the same twin buns that Usagi has. We're in a garden, and she's watching me play. It's weird because when I look up, it's not the moon. It's Earth. Somehow in the dream, I'm aware of that."

"Isn't that?" Kenji asked, looking up at Ikuko.

"Yes," Ikuko said. "That is Usagi's mother from the past."

"Queen Serenity," Shingo said with wonder. He closed his eyes. "I remember her and the princess always being so kind and gentle."

"So you have memories of your past too," Kenji said. "I wonder why I don't have any memories of our past life." He had pondered the question all day long. A question he couldn't wait to ask Ami, and he hoped she would have the answer he seeked.

"So you both worked in the castle?" Shingo asked his mother.

"Yes," Ikuko answered. "I was one of Queen Serenity's ladies in waiting, and your father was the lead archivist."

Shingo smiled. "Similar to what you do in this life, Dad?" he said.

"Well, I took it a step further in this life," Kenji informed them.

"And Usagi's boyfriend is this Earth Prince, Endymion?" Shingo asked. Even as everything was explained to him, the more everything he already knew was falling into place. "Princess Serenity's true love?"

"Yes," Ikuko said. "I'm impressed at the rate you are remembering."

"When I said Queen Serenity, Princess Serenity came with it," Shingo explained.

"Just don't push it," Ikuko said. "Okay?"

Shingo nodded. "Alright," he promised. He knew he probably would anyway.

"Uh-oh," Kenji said.

Ikuko furrowed her eyes. "Did you forget to mention something to me, Kenji?" she asked as she looked over at her husband.

"We were a little busy explaining to Shingo," Kenji said in defense.

"That still doesn't mean that you can't explain to me what happened at Hikawa Shrine, Kenji," Ikuko said.

Kenji sighed. "I'm going to get yelled at now, aren't I?" he asked.

"How'd you guess?" Ikuko asked sweetly. "Shingo, will you go downstairs, and let either Detective Shin or your sister, preferably both, if possible, know we'll be downstairs shortly. If your sister is downstairs let her know, we'll order out?" Ikuko knew her daughter well, and now that her appetite was back to normal. Though, she knew that wouldn't stop her from getting something to snack on.

"Uh…" Shingo had never seen his parents like this in either life, and he wondered if it was the lack of his dad not being able to remember their past life. "Okay." He left his bedroom, excited about the fact he was escaping his mother's wrath, or rather not the target of her wrath this time. Though her wrath rather frightened him, not sorry he was leaving his father behind.

Shingo walked downstairs and saw the voices were Usagi and her friends. When he came down, he realized who was who, and he was still surprised he hadn't put it together until he was told this evening.

"Shingo," he heard Usagi say his name.

When he turned, Shingo was in front of his sister and Mamoru. "Usagi," he said. "Mom and Dad will be down shortly. He is the target of her wrath this time."

"Did they tell you what is going on?" Usagi asked him.

"They did," Shingo confirmed, and when he saw the two look at each other, he continued, "It was Dad's fault because I started panicking, and I'm starting to remember."

"Oh, Shingo," Usagi said with sympathy. She would have preferred to keep him out of it, but she knew, due to the proximity, it wasn't going to be possible. "I'm sorry."

"I understand, though," Shingo said.

"Was there any mention of food?" Mamoru asked, already anticipating Usagi and her stomach.

"Oh," Shingo said, shyly uncomfortable with the older man. "Mom said something about takeout."

"Shingo, this is my boyfriend, Mamoru," Usagi informed him.

"Endymion, Prince of Earth," Shingo said.

Usagi smirked as she put her arm around her brother, realizing he was up to speed, but he only needed to know who is who. "You remember Kun Shin."

Mamoru thought that waiting for take out would be too long, and he hoped Ikuko wouldn't mind if he went to go find something quick to hold Usagi.

"Kunzite," Shingo said. "I'm caught up. He's Minako's?" He saw Kun, Minako, and Yoshi talking and laughing together.

"Right," Usagi said. "You see the two men that Rei, Makoto, and Ami are talking to?"

"Yes," Shingo said. "I do."

"The one with long brown hair is Neph Sanjouin, he's Mako's," Usagi continued, "and the other one is Jae Taitou, he's Rei's."

"Nephrite and Jadeite," Shingo said.

Usagi smiled. "And you see the one speaking with Yuuichirou and Rei's grandfather?" she asked her brother, and when he nodded, she continued, "That is Ryo Urawa. He is actually a psychic because he was the Yellow Rainbow Crystal Carrier."

Shingo realized there was still one missing. "Zoisite? Ami's?"

"Not yet," Usagi said. "But soon." At least, she hoped it was soon. She was worried about her friend feeling the pressure. She knew her Sailor Guardians and would shoulder that burden. Even knowing the rest of her Sailor Guardians would understand the way Ami would feel, she would help ease the worry whenever she can and hoped Ami wouldn't take it to heart because she's the last one.

"Dad never mentioned to Mom about…"

"Oh…" Usagi said. She understood what her brother was saying and why Kenji is the target of Ikuko's wrath. "Well, we'll just pray for his safety." She was also very excited she was not the target of her mom's wrath this time.

Mamoru came back with a small bag of potato chips and gave them to Usagi. "This should hold you until dinner is here," he said.

Usagi took the bag and opened it. "Thank you, Mamo," she said and kissed his cheek before she threw the first chip in her mouth.

Just then, someone knocked on the door. Usagi walked over and peaked through the door. She smiled before she opened it. She was thrilled to see this reaction. Usagi opened up the door. She only had time to say, "Hi, Detective Shin."

Detective Nobuko Shin stared at Kun who was talking to her husband, to his father. "Kun," she said softly. Then in excitement: "Oh, my God. Kun!" She was just a little taller than Minako and had a slim build with straight short black hair and blue eyes, the very shade she passed on to her son.

"Hi, Mom" was all that Kun managed to say before she had launched herself at him and filled his arms.

Nobuko had wrapped her arms around her son's neck taking in his scent. Her son was alive and hugging her back. For the past several months, she understood all the fears and sleepless nights she had with her husband weren't for nothing, after all. The relief she felt; there weren't any words for it, not for a mother who taught her son right from wrong, but she was so filled with love and didn't care about the embarrassment factor.

"I love you, Mom," she heard Kun whisper in her ears.

Those simple four words had started to make her have tears in her eyes which had started to leak. "Why did you have to say that?" she asked, trying to get the crying under control.

Kun smiled when he realized she was ready to be put back down. "Because it's true, Mom," he said.

"I have so many questions," Nobuko said. "I don't know where to start." She turned to Yoshi, realizing. "You knew when you had called me an hour ago."

"Guilty," Yoshi said as he gathered his wife in his arms, understanding her. "I didn't want to rob you of this moment, and as for your questions, we're waiting for the other parents." He realized Kenji had done the same thing, and Yoshi probably wouldn't have believed Kenji if he told him his daughter found his son. He knew the full story, and he still had problems believing it even though he saw his son in his transformation.

Nobuko looked around. "Well, it looks like the only one missing is Saitou," she said. "Did something happen to him?" Though she did see the bluenette shrink when she mentioned his name and wondered for a moment what that reaction was about.

"Nobuko, it's a long story," Yoshi said. "These girls are responsible for finding these boys and our son."

Nobuko lifted her hand to get him to stop. "No," she said. "I can wait for the other parents, Yoshi."

Mamoru looked over at Usagi who was having a moment herself over the scene they had just witnessed between Kun and his mother. "Are you okay?" he asked. Though, he wasn't surprised to know the scene had touched her heart enough to make her own tears fall.

"I'm fine," Usagi said, not acknowledging the tears she knew were streaming down her face. "Ask me again after all the reunions."

"I promise," Mamoru said. He gathered her up in his arms and held her, falling just a little bit more in love with her. He always felt like home when he had his arms around her, and when she had her head against his chest, he was most content.

"Ikuko, we missed it," Kenji complained.

"Well, that's what you get for not informing me of what is going on," Ikuko informed him. "Nobuko, Kun, it's certainly nice to see both of you again." She finished walking down the stairs to greet both of them.
