KAIJU

A giant mechanical squid stared down at Katsuki with baleful red eyes. "Your species shall be harvested. The cycle must continue."

"Yo, Shitty-Hair," Katsuki said. "You're up."

Kirishima pumped a fist and crawled inside a pipe. "This day keeps getting manlier!"

As Bakugo prepared to light it, an extra touched the pipe and shrank it, making a tighter fit. Another welded the cracks shut, and a third padded it in with mushrooms.

"I am the product of the greatest engineers in galactic history," the Reaper said. "Your puny weapon is no match for the might that has toppled interplanetary civilizations since the dawn of time."

"Can it, asshole." Katsuki lit off his largest explosion yet. Kirishima shot out in a red blur and slammed into the bulbous frame of the Reaper. A high-pitched shriek came from the machine as it toppled to the ground.

Katsuki saluted the toppled remains. "You fought valiantly to the end, Shitty-Hair. Your sacrifice will not be in vain."

Awase looked at him in disbelief. "You killed him to take down that robot?"

Katsuki grabbed him by the collar. "He gave his life to protect humanity! It's a sacrifice any of us might need to make."

Off in the horizon, Mechagodzilla roared its challenge to the heavens. The extras backed away when Katsuki turned towards them.

"Cowards, all of you."

"We'd go splat when we hit it," Komori pointed out. "Not like there's anyone else with a hardening Quirk."

Over in Area B, as Tetsutestu wriggled on the ground hog-tied with droids standing guard over him, he shouted, "I know I'm missing something super manly right now!"

"Still worth a try…" Katsuki muttered. Then he shrugged and said, "Right, plan B. You, what's your name, you make things bigger, right?"

"Yes," Kodai said.

Katsuki pointed at the giant robot. "About that big?"

"Sure."

"Go ahead then."

Kodai blinked in surprise. "Wait, you?"

"Well, if anyone else wants to punch the dinosaur robot…"

Everyone else backed away. Kodai tapped his chest and said, "Alright, but this'll give you a killer headache afterwards…"

Mechagodzilla stamped through the streets, feeling a touch of boredom as it sent robots and humans alike feeling for their pitiful existences. Its creator had seen fit to make it intelligent enough to understand the insignificance of the carnage beneath its feet without the means to do something worthwhile.

The ground shook beneath its feet, for once of its own making. It turned and saw a giant Katsuki stamping towards it. "Finally, a worthy foe," it shouted. "Our battle will be legendary!"

When Katsuki punched at it, Mechagodzilla raised its own arm to block. The ensuing explosion ripped the entire robot apart.

Once Kodai caught up, she shrunk Katsuki back down to size. Unfortunately, his head hadn't quite gotten the memo. Lying on the ground, Katsuki's SUV-sized head strained to stand on a human-sized body.

"Told you you'd get a headache," Kodai said.
