"You're all the short ones now!" Mineta shouted down from the cockpit in Izuku's chest as he piloted Izuku's giant body through the throngs of villains. "Not so funny now, is it?"

Tsuyu and Ojiro sat in front of a hedgerow and watched the carnage. Ojiro asked, "Why is Mineta piloting Izuku's body?"

"He was the only one small enough to fit."

"Let me rephrase that. Why is Izuku a giant mecha with Mineta in his chest?"

Off in the distance, Mineta said, "I wonder what this button does." One of Izuku's arms crackled with electricity. The villains' shrieks nearly drowned out Mineta's maniacal cackling and shouting of "Unlimited power!"

"Well," Tsuyu said, "Once Izuku landed on the beach, we saw that Aizawa-sensei needed help taking out the villains."

"I didn't know that boat in the flood zone worked."

"Izuku was the boat."

Ojiro gawked at Izuku for a second. Izuku's shoulders opened, and a volley of rockets flew around him. Villains went flying like bowling pins. "Right," Ojiro said. "That's a thing Izuku's Quirk does. Why was he a boat?"

Tsuyu gave him a deadpan stare that spoke volumes of her apathy towards the continuing chaos. "He crashed through the boat, ate it, and became the boat. So, we thought about how we could help Aizawa-sensei. Mineta said Izuku could do it. Izuku said he couldn't harm anyone, since it went against his prime directives." At Ojiro's puzzled expression, she added, "His words, not mine."

"Right. So, he can't harm villains, but he can allow them to come to harm. How does that work?"

Tsuyu shrugged. "I read Asimov."

A brilliant green flash cut across the landscape. Villains and debris went flying as a plasma beam cut a long furrow into the ground.

Ojiro opened his mouth, then promptly shut it. Instead, he asked, "Does Mineta have complete control over Izuku?"

"I would assume so, why?"

"I don't think that's a good idea."

The robot stopped in its tracks. Mineta shouted at Izuku, "Hey, let me get a closer look! Just a little nudge on her skirt, and we'll have the perfect view!"

Izuku didn't budge. "Protocol Two, uphold the mission. Our mission is to aid Aizawa-sensei, not acquire additional visual data on the villains."

"Protocol One was link with the pilot," Tsuyu told Ojiro.

Shigaraki finally tired of watching his cannon fodder get stomped on by a height-challenged teenager. A purple blur punched Izuku in the chest and sent him flying.

Izuku staggered to his feet. "Chassis of insufficient strength to deter current threat. Initiating Protocol Three, protect the pilot." Izuku wrenched his chest open, grabbed Mineta, and hurled him towards the entrance.

The Nomu grabbed both of Izuku's arms and pulled. The steel chassis tore in two, and Izuku's smaller body fell out of the mech's spine.

Lying between Ojiro and Tsuyu in a pool of his own blood, Aizawa asked, "Can you please take me to the hospital?"

"Ssh," Ojiro said, "The boss fight's starting."

Also, made a hasty edit because I just realized I missed such an obvious opportunity to go full Palpatine.
