After the clash with the seven royal knights, the heroes had been blasted off the Digital World by Dynasmon's attack. Sending them into space where the three moons orbit. While the humans and smaller Digimon had ended up on the blue moon, the other Digimon ended up somewhere a little different.

Grumblemon slowly began to awaken.

"Grrr, gah," he groaned as he lay on the red rocky ground, "What for happen?".

As he got up and looked around, the earth warrior soon saw the other two former evil warriors also recovering from the fight.

"Ow, dat really stung, right?" Arbormon said as he rubbed his head.

"I can hardly believe we're even still alive?" Ranamon moaned, before trying to stand. She trembled a little, but Grumblemon quickly went to help her up, "Oh, thanks sugar,".

Grumblemon just nodded with a reassuring grunt.

However, the water warrior soon noticed there were only three of the warriors here.

"Wait, where's Mercurymon?" Ranamon asked.

"Yeah, where'd he ends up, right?" Arbormon added.

"Him can't be too far?" Grumbelmon said, though unsure.

The trio quickly looked around and were soon able to spot Mercurymon in the distance.

"Mercurymon!" they quickly said, before running towards the steel warrior.

Meanwhile, up ahead,

The steel warrior Digimon was rather scuffed and beaten from the battle, not looking too pleased.

"Alright shadow, explains thyself!" he shouted to his mirror shield, "And thou better be correct this time!".

I swear there were only supposed to be two!

"Then praytel, how arth there more of thy cursed knights!?" Mercurymon growled.

Look I don't… wait. I may have a theory or two..

"Well speak'ith up," Mercurymon said, "Explain thy theories!".

Ok, sooooo it may be possible that because made so many positive changes to world….. It maaaaayy have somehow caused Lucemon to get more power to balance things out?

"E'gads, thou can'st be serious? Mercurymon said in disbelief.

That, or more likely… Lucemon may have gotten a hold of some of my residual energy left behind when I altered reality, thus allowing him to create more Royal Knights? Probably to spite me. Curse that worthless faker brat.

"As fascinating as thy theories be, how do I, we defeat them?!" Mercurymon asked.

However, before the shadow could respond, the other three warriors had found them and were approaching.

"Mercurymon, you ok sugar!" Ranamon asked.

"I am most fine," the steel warrior replied, hiding his mirror that held that shadow,

"Really, kind sounded like you were talking to someone, right?" Arbormon asked, a little concerned.

"Erhm, tis mere rantings of our most unfortunate defeat," Mercurymon lied,

Oh sure, if that's what you want to call it?

"Is thou also well?" the mirror Digimon asked, after secretly shaking his mirror behind his back to shut up the shadow.

"We alive, but not too good," Grumblemon stated, "Where for we even end up?!".

"Hmm, judging by thy red stone and starry night sky, I believe we haf been blasted all thy way to thy three moons?" Mercurymon stated, as they all looked around at their surroundings, "Specially thy red moon!".

"The red moon?" Arbormon said, before he screamed and fell to his knees, "NOOOOOOOOO!".

"Why, is that really bad?" Ranamon asked nervously, "Are we in danger sugar?!".

"The Burgermon live on the blue moon, so there's no burgers here, right," Arbormon moaned, looking very depressed and broken.

This left the other three a bit unamused.

"Thou' has be'ith kidding?" Mercurymon groaned, very annoyed.

"I think there's more important things then burgers right now sugar?" Ranamon said dryly, before ranting rapidly, "Like the fact that we stuck on this stupid piece of rock while those nasty royal knights our wrecking our world!".

"Like that!" Grumblemon said, pointing up at the planet that was the digital world, or at least what was still left of it.

The four gasp at the sight of the fractured world. Lucemon's Royal Knights had wasted no time in gathering the data of the world, destroying at a faster rate than before.

"T-t-the Digital world!" Ranamon stuttered.

"They destroy even fast then we do!" Grumblemon gasped.

"Right?" Arbormon added.

However, the four Digimon soon realized something else very concerning.

"Wait a gosh darn minute, where all the kiddies!?" Ranamon realized.

"Huh, yeah, where for human friends go!?" Grumblemon gasped, as he frantically looked around, checking under a few rocks.

"Dey haf to be here too, right? Arbormon asked, "If we's survived den surly theys did toos?".

"Hold on I know!" Ranamon said, before looking towards the steel warrior, "Mercurymon, you can use your mirrors to find we are kiddy friends are right?".

"Indeed I can," Mercurymon said, as he held out his mirror shield, which soon showed a vision of where the others where, "It would appear our human comrades are well, but haf been cast upon thy blue moon?" But he then looked a little closer, "I say!?".

"What is it?" Grumblemon asked.

"Are they ok?" Ranamon added.

"Did they get dah burgers, right?" Arbormon added also.

"It appears that thy comrades are unleashing all thy attacks upon, something?" Mercurymon explained, as he and the others looked closer into the mirror, "Wait just thy minute?".

Meanwhile with the other heroes

"Alright everyone, give it all you got!" Agunimon proclaimed, before charging up.

"You got it!" Lowemon replied, before doing the same and then attacking, "Shadow Meteor!" his lion head then shot a blast of darkness.

"Bolo Thunder!" MetalKabuterimon roared as he blasted out the spinning thunder attack,

"Tempest Twist!" Kazemon shouted as she spun a tornado with her legs.

"Blizzard Blaster!" Kumon shouted as he fired his snowball blaster.

"Lupine Lazer!" KendoGarurumon shouted as he fired a blue beam from his mouth.

"And last but certainly not least, Pyro Punch!" Agunimon shouted as let loose his flames.

All the attacks shot through the sky, though they did seem to hit anything.

"Well that ought to take care of, whatever we were shooting at?" MetalKabuterimon said, as he and the others looked up at the sky, "What exactly where we shooting at anyway?".

"Well, nothing specific," Agunimon explained "We were just firing that way,".

"Now I'm confused, and annoyed," KendoGarurumon groaned.

"What were you trying to do genius?" the thunder beast asked.

"I don't know, I thought if we all fired in one direction maybe we could move the moon?" Agunimon explained, "You know, we could use the force of our attacks to nudge it closer to the digital world,".

This left all the other warriors dumbfounded.

"Uhhh, what?" MetalKabuterimon asked, very confused.

"Well, at least we gave it our best shot, hahah," Agunimon nervously said, trying not to seem stupid.

The other were not amused in the slightest.

"Come on you guys, let's go," Kazemon groaned, as she and the others began to walk away from the laughing fire Digimon.

"That's just wrong," MetalKabuterimon groaned, while the others made their own complaints at the fire warrior's stupidity.

"He's lost it," Kazemon added.

"Huh, hey wait up you guys!" Agunimon said, before running after them

Back with the former evil warriors,

The four Digimon were absolutely dumbfounded by what they had just witnessed.

"So Takuya, had dah others do all der attacks?" Arbormon started.

"Because him thought would move moon closer?" Grumblemon continued.

"To Digital World?" Ranamon finished.

"It would, appear'ith so?" Mercurymon said, in disbelief.

The four were quiet for a few moments, before they all burst out laughing.

"Hahahahahahahahhaha!" they all laughed, falling over from the stupidity.

"I can't b-believe, what I just saw, ahahahah!" Ranamon said, struggling not laugh, "That boys dimmer than a wet match in a water park, hahahahha!"

"Even me smart enough to know that no work, Hahahahahaha!" Grumblemon laughed, rolling back on the ground.

"I, I, I, hhmmhmhmh, did not think it possible, hehehe," Mercurymon stuttered to say, "That Agunimon, could actually be any, stupider, Bahahahahahahahaaahh!".

"R-r-r-r-right, hehehe!" Arbromon laughed, "Guess dah poor kid musta hit his head to hard, y-y-yah understand, hehehe!".

After a few more moments of laughter, the four Digimon were able to compose themselves and stop giggling.

"Ok, ok, hehe, so did you see where they all are again?" Ranamon asked, having briefly forgotten from all the laughing.

"Hrmhp, yes, of course," Mercurymon said, after composing himself, "It would appear thy comrades ended up on the blue moon, not to far from us here,".

"Well dats a huge relief, right?" Arbormon sighed, "Was scared something had happened to them, especially Tommy, yah understand?".

"A-anyways, hphm," Grumblemon said, clearing his throat of laughter, "Now that we know where them kids are, how bout we now jump into Mercurymon's mirrors and meet up?".

"Unfortunately, with our current locale, I doubt's it be possible for I to transport in such a way," The steel warrior explained, sounding rather grim.

"Huh, why not?" Grumblemon and Ranamon asked.

"Surly this old thing still works sugar?" Ranamon said, as she grabbed onto the mirror shield to look at it, "Sure it's a little smudged with that black spot and all but,".

"Tis not thy point, my mirrors are most well kept m'lady!" Mercurymon said, after pulling away his arm nervously, "Erm, tis thy magnetic field that interferes!".

"The wha?" the earth and water warriors asked, very confused.

"I's gets it," Arbormon said, catching the others attention, "See dah moons got a field of gravity and magnetic whatsits and stuff right," he explained, pointing to the sky, "Which keeps most things from leaving dah moons gravity, which is probably whys our buddies weren'ts able to just fly the coop back to the digital world, yah understand?".

"Indeed, tis also interferes with my teleportation and would be unlikely to yield any success in thy efforts to escape this ghastly place," Mercurymon explained.

That and you got a dimensional warping nutcase in here.

"Shut thy nonexistent mouth you ninny!" Mercurymon mumbled to his mirror shield after giving it a thump.

"So mirror no work, how we get off red rock!" Grumblemon demanded, "What, we fore get chucked by Arbormon off moon?".

"Eh?" Arbormon tried to say, but was soon interrupted by the steel warrior.

"Wait, it seems thy kids arth about to try such thing?" Mercurymon said as he looked into his mirror, "And it would appear they haf loaded Agunimon into MetalKabutarimon's cannon,".

The four then looked into the mirror to see the thunder beast about to launch the fire warrior out of the cannon that was his horn.

At the blue moon

"Are you sure this is a good-" Agunimon tried to ask, before being fired into the sky, "Aaaaaaaahhhhhh!".

Unfortunately, the fire warrior had just crashed into the magnetic field and went plummeting to the ground.

"Well that didn't work," MetalKabuterimon said, "Want to try again?".

Back on the red moon,

"No offense, but how did we ever lose to these kids again?" Ranamon asked dryly.

"Let's just gets back to getting backs togethers, right?" Arbormon said.

"I concur," Mercurymon said, as he got up, "Now if thou wouldst excuse me,"

"Wha, where you going too?" Grumblemon asked, "There nowhere to be on moon!?".

"Rrm, I merely need some moments to strategize, yes," Mercuyrmon explained, before leaving, "I shall not be long,".

"But-" Grumblemon tried to say, but Mercuyrmon had soon walked away, much to his annoyance.

"I'm gonna head off for a little bit too," Ranamon said, as she walked away, "A lady needs a little time to herself, right sugar?".

"Right?" Arbormon said, though rather unsure.

"Not you too, grrrrr," Grumblemon growled.

However, not too far away,

Suddenly, a dimensional portal opened on the red moon.

"Come on guys, this should be it!" Scutlemon said, before hopping out of the portal, "The boss has to be here!".

The Treblemon hopped out, "As well as the four redeemed warriors, arf!" he barked, before looking back at the portal, "Come on sis, we got to find them!".

"Mmmm, are you sure I should come?" Corlamon shyly asked, "You know how sensitive my body is?".

"Please Corlamon, I know it's a little scary, but we need your help!" Scutlemon said, trying to be encouraging, "We haven't had much luck finding the boss, so we need your help to cover more ground,".

"Mmmm, but what if?" Corlamon moaned.

"Please, do it for Ben," Scutlemon pointed out.

"Yeah, Ben needs us," Treblemon said, "You want him to be ok right?".

"Mm, your right," Corlamon said, trying to muster some confidence, "Ok, here I come!".

The small blob like Digimon then stepped out of the portal, trying to be brave, though still a little nervous.

"Don't be scared sis," Scutlemon assured, "You got this,".

"Ok, thanks bros," Corlamon said, with a small smile.

The three digimon then nodded, before heading off to find the Digimon and their boss.

However, there were still many things happening on the fractured Digital world. One of which was slowly approaching the heroes.

Meanwhile, back in the skies of the Digital World,

The gigantic red dragon royal knight, Examon soared through the skies, ascending higher and higher towards space.

"Grrr, those fools dare disrespect me?!" he growled, as he thought of how the other knights mocked him for being a beast type Digimon, "I am no mere beast, and I will not be stopped!".

As he took off towards the three moons, the shadow of Lucemon laughed at his pain.

"That's it my servant, let your anger guide you and use it to slaughter those intruders, hahaha,".

However, Examon was not the only red dragon like Digimon on the move.

Meanwhile in what was left of the dark area,

The once dark land had been ravaged by Royal Knights, filled with holes and chasms that fell to the core of the world. The villains had long since left the area, leaving barly anysign that anything had ever been there to begin with.

However, another knight was looking over the land. While similar to the Royal Knights, with a knightly body, carrying a lance and shield, a royal red cape, a slightly dragon shaped head, this one however, was not scanning the aera's data.

"This is getting really bad," the knight said to themselves as they looked across the land, "We have to find her, soon,".

"And what might you mean by that?" a voice asked.

"hmm?" The knight turned to see the masked oracle, Baromon.

"I can tell you are not with the other Royal Knights, despite that type of Digimon you appear to be," Baromon said, "Yet I foresee you may have business with them?".

"We sure hope not," the red knight sighed, seeming to sound like its voice was two, "We're just trying to find a close friend,".

"I see," Baromon said, "Then it may be wise for you to seek the heroes of this world, for I foresee they may clash with what you seek,".

"The heroes of this world?" the knight thought,".

Back on the moons, with the earth and wood Digimon

Grumblemon was feeling rather down, looking upon the digital world as the Royal Knights slowly stole away the data from its lands. Much like the earth warrior once did in the past, though with even more evil efficiency.

"Grrrr, how, how can this be?" Grumblemon groaned, guilt and envy eating away at his code, "Stupid knights, stupid Craniamon dorkas!".

"Hey yous ok buddy?" Arbormon asked as he walked in, "You knows, uh, as ok as one can be with what's happen and all, right?".

"Of course me no ok!" Grumblemon moaned, "Them Royal Knights destroy digital world like nothing, and we no able to do anything!".

"Tell me about it, right," Arbormon said, as he sat down next to the troll, "Pretty sad we's used to be dah ones doing dat, huh?".

"Yeah, it no good," Grumblemon sighed, "But that not what really bug Grumblemon,".

"Eh, whats you talking about buddy?" Arbormon asked, "Yous ain't wanting to be evils agains, right?"

"No, no, nothing like that, me glad to be good now," Grumblemon explained, "Me never want go back to that life, it no good,".

"Den whats is it?" Arbormon asked.

"Grr, why for they get be so strong!?" Grumblemon said, "Why no me be that strong and powerful!?".

"Right, I gets its," Arbormon said, remembering the rather nasty things Craniamon had said during the fight before.

"No matter what me try, me never get as good as other Digimon!" Grumblemon ranted, "Me no even get fusion, even though all other kids get fusion power!" he clenched his fist with frustration, "Why me no be strong, why me no be able to stop Royal jerks!?".

"I wish I could say something to make yah feel better Grumble," Arbormon said, "Honestly I kinda feels the same way, right?".

"Hm, really?" Grumblemon said, a bit confused.

"Yeah, I mean think about it, we's ain't like them other Digimon, so's I often wonder if ders something we's missing compared to those human kids, yah understand?" Arbormon explained, before thinking back to the fight "Like maybe why's we couldn't protect them?

"Grrr, why we no have what they have!" Grumblemon growled, as the taunts of Craniamon haunted him more.

"Your not mad at the kids, right?" A young voice asked.

The two then looked back to see a familiar young Digimon.

"Scutlemon?!" they both said.

"What's yous doing here, right?" Arbormon asked.

"Eh, pretty much the same as always, trying to find my partner," Scutlemon explained, "But back to the point, are you upset with your partners?".

"Grrr, no, at least me don't think?" Grumblemon said, feeling frustrated and confused, "Auuugghh, me want smash stupid knights!".

"Oh, they've shown up haven't they?" Scutlemon asked, "Dynasmon and Crusadermon, right?".

"Right, dem Royal pains are how we's got stuck on dis burger-less rock," Arbormon explained.

"Craniamon wrong, me no weakling!" Grumblemon groaned.

"Craniamon?" Scutlemon said with confusion, before something occurred to him, "Wait, how many Royal Knights were there!?".

"Let's see, I think about seven?" Arbormon said, trying to remember, "Yeah seven, right?".

"But that's not-?" Scutlemon said, before stopping himself, "Which ones were they?".

"Hmph it not matter, they all stupid!" Grumblemon grumbled.

"Eh don't mind him," Arbormon said, "I think there were some that looked like blue dragons, one looked like a leopard, and Craniamon was pretty nasty, yah understand?

"Was by any chance one of them a giant red dragon with a lance?" Scutlemon nervously asked.

"Yeah sure was," Arbormon said, "But why's dat one important?".

Scutlemon then slowly pointed to the sky above.

"Me think you ask him!" Grumblemon said as he looked back.

A large dragon shaped shadow then covered the three Digimon, eclipsing the night sky.

Meanwhile, with Mercurymon,

The steel warrior hadn't gone too far on the moon. Just enough so the others would not see the shadow.

"Now, where werth we?" Mercurymon asked the shadow, "Ah yes, surely thou must know a weakness of thy Royal Knights?".

Right… I don't know if there's much I can say about that?

"Excuse thou?" Mercurymon said, rather annoyed.

Look, their some of the strongest Digimon in all the Digital Worlds! They don't just have a simple weakness!

"Grrr, can'ts thou just remove thy blagards?" the steel warrior asked, "Surly thou must of the power?".

Have you seen the state I'm in?! It took a ton of energy just to keep you alive when the big red dragon tried to turn you into dango sticks!

"Oh for Cherubimon's sake!" Mercurymon cursed, losing patience "Then how pray tell, does thou get more energy!?".

Hard to say, it's going to take a lot of essence of awesomeness and inspiration to restore me even a little.

"Essence of awesomeness?" the steel warrior asked with confusion.

Yeah, it's what call the feelings and actions that give me energy to create, like from all the awesome stuff that has happened thus far. Basically, your going have to keep moving forward, while I heal.

"Arrgghh, well what good does that do when we arth stuck on thy bloody moon?!" Mercurymon shouted in frustration, "How will I haf the upper hand now'ith?!

Well it's not like I'm any happier about this. I can't stand having no energy to be creative! Especially when it's taking so long to move this story along, all well that brat Lucemon is wrecking everything!

"I hardly see how that is of my concern?" Mercurymon grumbled, "I must find'ith some sort of advantage, I must!".

Look, you're still one of the smartest of the legendary warriors. Surely you can figure something out?

"Eh, fine," the steel warrior sighed, "Some help thy is turning out to-"

But then the steel warrior sensed something.

"Eh, wait, no," Mercurymon gasped, feeling a fearful feeling from before, "Thy dragon approaches,".

Oh no…. well you better get to your friends flecty

"Eh, but thy, before, I?" Mercurymon stuttered, before composing himself, "Ahem, yes of course, tis time before thy greater shadow arrives,"

Good to hear you've grown a bit since the last time a dragon beat you, heheh.

"Hmph, do not mock me knave," Mercurymon groaned, before walking away.

However, it was at this point that Treblemon had wandered in, sniffing the ground for his master.

"That's odd, it smelt like he was right here?" he wondered, before noticing where the steel warrior was heading, "Hey wait, arf!" Treblemon backed as he chased after Mercurymon.

Meanwhile, with Ranamon,

The water warrior was sitting alone, frustrated by the steel warrior's deception. Earlier while she was looking in the steel warrior's mirror, she thought that she saw something inside of one of the steel warrior's shields. Something that seemed familiar and rather alive.

"How could he do this to me, again!?" She whined, "And here I really thought he'd learned his lesson, and I could trust him!?".

Ranamon crossed her arms as she pouted.

"And if that wasn't awful enough, I wasn't able to do a stinking thing to any of those royal jerks!" she shouted, "Ohh we should have been able to stop them no problem!"

However, as she ranted the thoughts of what the knights had said echoed in her brain.

"No, no, that's true?" She protested, though unsure as she sat down, "I'm not worthless!" she screamed, as she stomped her foot.

Though she protested, these doubtful thoughts still plagued the water warrior. While the thoughts of what she had learned from Zoe and the others helped a bit, Ranamon still held inner feelings that the knight's assault had rattled some.

"I mean, my fans think I'm the best, so it must be true?" Ranamon asked, before looking down, "But, do I know that?".

But then she heard something from behind some rocks.

"Huh, is somebody there?" Ranamon asked.

"Meep!" a timid female voice said.

Confused by this, Ranamon crawled up to the rocks and saw the small red blob with cord haired Digimon.

"Corlamon?" The water warrior said, recognizing the youngest of the DND.

"Um, H-hi?" she sheepishly replied.

"Now what are you doing here sugar?" Ranamon asked, "Shouldn't you be with your brothers back at the base at who knows where?".

"Well, my brothers are here, trying to find Ben," Corlamon explained, standing up, "We haven't been able to find our boss, so we split up, unfortunately,".

"Are you ok sugar?" Ranamon asked, a bit concerned for the small girl.

"S-sort of?" Corlamon said, as she held one of her hair cords. She then tried to shake off her fear and looked up at the water warrior, "Are you, ok?".

"What, of course, I'm feeling ripe as rain!" Ranamon said, though sounding unsure, "Sure we just got thrashed by some Royal Knights and Mercurymon's hiding something from me, again, but,".

"I don't think that's ok?" Corlamon sheepishly said.

"Ooowww!" Ranamon groaned, before sitting down and holding her knees, "Ok I'm not fine, everything just got all, blaah!".

While this slightly intimidated the small Digimon, Corlamon tried to muster a bit of courage and sat down next to the water warrior.

"I'm sorry," she said shyly, "I could um, listen if you want?".

Wanting to get the stress off her back, Ranamon told Corlamon everything that had happened. Regarding Cherubimon, the Royal Knights, and the shadow that Mercurymon seemed to be hiding.

"Yikes, things don't seem to be going right at all for you Digimon?" Corlamon said, sympathetically.

"I just don't get why'd he hide something from me!?" Ranamon complained.

"Maybe, he's just scared?" Corlamon pointed out.

"Scared, now what would he have to be scared of?" Ranamon asked, rather confused, "And you better not say my beast spirit?".

"Well, compared to the other legendary warriors, Mercurymon can't really do any strong attacks on his own, right?" Corlamon explained, "Maybe he feels like being secretive is the only way he can really do anything useful?".

"Really?" Ranamon said, before really thinking about the actions of the steel warrior, "I never really thought of that, but I guess it makes sense?".

"I'm kind of like that, I'm not really strong like my brothers," Corlamon said, a little saddened.

"But you were able to save Mercurymon with your data network power, thingy?" Ranamon said, "Surly you must be pretty strong?".

"Well, it's just, I'm really sensitive, I don't really fight like my brothers," The young girl explained, "Honestly, I'm pretty scared just being out here,".

"But yet here you are?" Ranamon noted, rather dryly, "I mean, I don't really know those brothers of yours that well, but surely your as good, if not better than them?".

"I'm not really sure," Corlamon said, soundly a little guilty, "You see, as part of Ben's plan, he had Scutlemon guide Grumblemon, and Treblemon guided Arbormon, sort of a little nudge in the right direction," she then felt nervous, "I was kind of supposed to do that to you, but I was too nervous to leave the base,".

"Really?"

"Yeah," Corlamon replied, "I'm sorry, I really wish I could be strong like a dragon,".

"A dragon?" Ranamon asked, a little confused, "Why would a sweet little cutie like you want to be a dragon?".

"You see, while I was still being created, I used to watch the stories of other Digimon heroes with Ben and my brothers," Corlamon explained, "At some point, we saw an amazing Digimon called Azulongmon, a majestic blue dragon that was wise and awesome!" Corlamon said, really excited as she spoke of the azure dragon, "The sight of him inspired me and Ben so much, that it caused me to evolve to my current form, and I've loved all good dragons ever since!".

"Well I guess that makes sense," Ranamon said, seeming to understand the blob girl a bit better.

"Sadly, I'm still pretty weak and sensitive," Corlamon said, feeling down again, "I wish I could help more, but,".

"Well I don't think you should be worrying sugar," Ranamon said, getting Corlamon's attention, "We've all been worrying about our power time from time to time, but we've also been able to overcome those fears," she said as smiled with closed eyes, "I'm sure you know how much trouble I had with Calmaramon, but I was able overcome those fears and became even more amazing, and I'm sure you can too sugar,".

"You, really think so?" Corlamon asked, a bit hopeful,

"You bet sugar," Ranamon encouraged, "Oh and by the way, I think you just did that whole guiding me thing you were so sad about?".

"I, did?" Corlamon said, a bit confused.

"Sure, that stuff you said about Mercurymon," Ranamon said, "I'm not sure what or why he's hiding something, but I know whatever it is, I'm sure it must be to help him help us, or something?".

"Teehee, I guess," Corlamon giggled.

But then there was a loud explosion,

"What was that?" Corlamon asked, nervously.

"Wait, that's where my buddies are!" Ranamon said, before getting up and running.

"H-hey, wait up!" Corlamon said, before running after the water warrior

Back with the others,

The largest Royal Knight Examon had found the heroes on the moon and was attacking them.

Grumblemon had summoned two Golemon to aid them, but they weren't having much effect on the great dragon.

"Sulfur Breath!" the two Golemon roared, as they breathed out their attack.

However, this had little to no effect on the red dragon's powerful scales.

"Hahahah, tis nothing mooks!" Examon roared, before striking his tail into the golems, "Ambrose Strike!".

The Golemons was then impaled by the dragon's sharp tail, before being slammed into the hard rock ground.

"Gahhh!" they screamed, before crumbling.

"Golemon!" Grumblemon cried.

"Don't worry, you'll soon join them, hahaha!" Examon roared, before trying to stab the troll with his lance.

"Gah!" Grumblemon yelped, as he jumped out of the way as the lance crashed into the moon, "Heh, too slow dorkus,".

"Grrrr, I will not be mocked!" Examon growled, before flapping a gust of wind, sending the earth Digimon crashing back down.

"Whaaaaaa!" Grumblemon cried, before hitting the ground hard, "Ow, maybe me stay, quiet?".

"Eh lay of my buddy, yah understand!" Arbormon shouted, before his mouth opened, "Blockade Seed!" he shouted as he sent a seed flying at the dragon.

But Examon just let out a huge breath of fire, roasting the seed into nothing.

"Shall I burn you next?" the dragon cackled.

"Though shall do know such thing!" Mercurymon proclaimed as he appeared in front his friends, raising his mirror shields.

"Hahah, I will not be stopped by a mere reflection!" Examon said, as he flapped his mighty wings and took to the skies, "No matter what they may say, I am powerful and mighty!" Then a fiery aura covered the Royal Knight as his eyes glowed, "Dragonic Impact!"

Examon then charged towards the three warriors.

But then Scutlemon and Treblemon came to help. The later having joining the fray moments ago

"Wood Tower!" Scutlemon said as he stabbed his claw into the ground, creating a wall of spiked trees in the way of the dragon.

"Bugster Blast!" Treblemon shouted, as he launched missiles that exploded into a purple blob with green spots that covered the wood towers, attempting to fortify them.

However, this didn't stop the dragon. Examon easily broke through and crashed into the heroes.

"Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!" they all screamed as they were sent flying into the air, before crashing into the ground.

It wasn't long until Ranamon and Corlamon had made it to the battle.

"What's going on now?!" Ranamon asked, before seeing Examon, "Aw no, not another one of those nasty Royal Knights!".

"Hahaha, you foolish humanoids are no match for me!" the red dragon boasted, as he let out a mighty roar.

"You better get out of here sugar, those Digimon are very dreadful and-," Ranamon said, before noticing how the smaller Digimon girl looked, "Uhm, Corlamon?"

"Dr-dr-DRAGON!" The small Digimon screamed with joy, before disappearing and leaving behind a cloud of smoke.

"W-wait, come back!" Ranamon said with concern.

"Haahahaha, you see now, I am no mere beast!" Examon laughed "Now accept your fate and-," Examon proclaimed, before noticing something rather strange on his nose, "Hrm, excuse me, what now?".

To everyone's surprise, Corlamon had somehow gotten up to Examon and was gleefully hugging his nose horn.

"Oh my gosh, it's really Examon, one of the greatest most amazing Dragon Digimon in existence!" Corlamon squealed, geeking out with joy.

"I beg your pardon?" Examon said, confused to hear such praise.

"Corlamon what are you doing?!" Scutlemon shouted, very worried.

"Get down from there sis, arf!" Treblemon added.

"But its Examon, he's so cool and amazing, just as I always knew he would be!" Corlamon shouted, overjoyed as she cuddled the dragon's horn, "Examon is the dragon emperor that stands with all dragon type Digimon!".

"Yes, I suppose," Examon said, sweating at the flattery, as well as being unsure what to make of the cord haired blob that was showing so much love.

"Examon is so powerful and noble!" Corlamon beamed, "Most of them are usually the coolest and most nicest of the Royal Knights within the different Digital Worlds!"

"R-really?" Examon groaned, still very confused.

"Hey, incases yous hasn't noticed, dat der dragons trying to delete, right!" Arbormon shouted, "And he hasn't been all to nice, yah understand!".

"What, but why?" Corlamon asked, sounding distraught.

"What do you mean why?" Examon asked, his voice booming "I am a Royal Knight, solely dedicated to Lucemon, it is my duty to do as he commands!".

"But you're a heroic Digimon, and a glorious dragon!" Corlamon pleaded, "Why would you want to serve someone so evil?".

"Hmph, I am merely a beast Digimon," Exmon grunted, his guard slightly lowering from the small blob's praise, puffing out smoke as he thought back to how he had been treated, "Even a mighty dragon has no say against their master,".

"That's not true!" Corlamon said, catching the drake's attention and nearly flinging her off, "Whoa!" she screamed, before quickly grabbing back onto the horn, "Just because you're a beast type shouldn't make you less of a Digimon,".

"And how would you know girl!" Examon snarled, "How could one such as you understand the struggles of a beast!".

This startled the girl a good bit, nearly making her cry. But her love of dragons made her fight back the tears, "Well, one of my brothers is sort of a beast, and he's just as good as my other more humanoid brother, so I don't really see why there should be a difference,".

"Hmm, thy young speak'ith wise words," Mercurymon pointed out, "Thy difference in Digimon be nothing more than a worthless relic of thy past,".

"Besides, us legendary warriors can switch between humanoid and beast form any time," Ranamon explained, "So it really doesn't matter to us what type of Digimon you are sugar,".

"You see, you don't have to feel bad about what you are Examon," Corlamon said, "Besides, you are one of the awesomest dragons of all time!".

"Awesomest?" Examon said, flinching at being praised and a bit confused by the word.

"She means your really cool!" Scutlemon shouted.

"In case that wasn't clear," Treblemon added happily.

"So do you really want to be a bad guy?" Corlamon asked, her eyes getting puppy-like, "Do you really want to be doing this?".

"I, I," Examon stuttered, feeling morally conflicted, "Perhaps?"

However, inside the great dragon's mind, the voice of his dark master lurked.

"What are you doing Examon?" Lucemon's voice asked, sounding impatient. "Destroy my enemies now!".

"But, this small one ?" Examon said, still trying to process the many feelings and ideas he had gained.

"But you are my Loyal servant!" Lucemon growled, "I am your ruler, and you follow my commands without question, don't you want to be a good loyal knight?"

Examon growled, as he began to raise his spear.

"Please, Examon!" Corlamon pleaded, "I know your hero, please can we be friends?!".

With that final word of kindness, Examon suddenly lowered his spear.

"What are you doing, destroy them now!" Lucemon's voice demanded, "They've served their purpose, end them!".

"No, I will not end them!" Examon roared.

"What?!"

"This small creature is the only thing that's ever shown me any form of kindness or love!" Examon yelled, "I will destroy her, never!".

"Yes, you, will!" Lucemon shouted, as his figure emanated an evil force.

Suddenly a great pain overtook Examon, "Rooooooaaaarrrrr!" he yelled in pain as a dark aura overtook his body

"What's going on?!" Ranamon asked, in fear.

"Corlamon!" Scutlemon shouted with fear.

"Ahhhh!" the small Digimon screamed as she hung on for dear life.

Then as the aura stabilized, the dragon's body began to move on its own.

"W-what is, this?!" Examon growled in pain.

"You are my servant and will do as I say," Lucemon's arrogant voice commanded, "And you don't get a say in the matter, beast, hahahaah!".

The dragon's spear began to glow, with a ball of energy forming at the tip as the dragon raised it into the air.

"What him doing!?" Grumblemon shouted.

"Something's controlling Examon!" Scutlemon said.

"Lucemon!" Treblemon growled.

"Examon, don't' do this please!" Corlamon begged.

"I can't, control myself, anymore!" Examon groaned, with the small will he had left, "Forgive, me!".

"Corlamon!" her brothers screamed.

No, please! Don't hurt my children with what I love!

"What are we going to do!?" Ranamon cried.

Mercurymon seeing the direness of the situation, acted fast with fractal code covering him.

"Slide Evolution!" he then evolved into, "Sephirothmon!".

The steel beast quickly moved in front of the others, preparing to intercept the incoming attack.

"Stand back thy comrades!" he proclaimed.

"Sephirothmon!?" Ranamon said in shock.

"Fear not, for I shall protect thy!" he proclaimed.

"But what about Corlamon!?" Scutlemon shouted.

Yeah! Don't just leave her out there!

"Tis all, I can do," the steel beast said, "My apologies,".

"Corlamon!" Treblemon cried in fear.

It looked as though a tragedy was about to take place. The dark aura of Lucemon was about to consume the entirety of Examon, as well as the small Digimon on his horn. Forcing him to delete all in sight.

"Please, run!" Examon pleaded as the darkness reached his horn, "Or better yet, destroy me!"

"No, I won't let you go!" Corlamon screamed, as her cord hair shot up, before plugging into Examon's body.

"Corlamon what are you?" Scutlemon tried to say.

"Is she going to?" Treblemon added, "Wait, don't!""

"Data Reconfig!" Corlamon shouted.

Once she spoke the attack data flourished through her hair and into Examon.

"Wha-what are you doing?" Examon groaned.

"I won't, lose this DRAGON!" Corlamon yelled, as data charged through her cords.

"Roaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrr!" Examon screamed with all his might.

Then the large Digimon was covered in a flash of white.

Within that light, as the data on the dragon began to glitch and distort. Corlamon using her hair cords, pulled something small out of Examon. Soon her and it were falling to the ground, while the form of the royal knight disintegrated.

The light soon faded, and Examon and the small Digimon had vanished.

"Examon, tis no more?" Sephirothmon asked, his eyes blinking in confusion, before turning back to Mercuyrmon.

"Whoa, they really gones?" Arbormon asked.

"Me no think it can be that easy?" Grumblemon said, very concerned.

"Wha-what happened?" Ranamon asked, sounding worried, "Wer'd they go?".

"Corlamon, where is she, where is she!" Scutlemon shouted, as he frantically looked for his younger sister.

"Sis?" Treblemon said with worry as he looked around, "Corlamon where are you!".

"Wait, me think can see her there!" Grumblemon pointed out.

"Corlamon!" the two brothers cried.

Corlamon was laying on the ground, seeming to have fainted, with her cords tied to something out of sight.

The Digimon quickly ran to the girl.

"Corlamon, Corlamon!" Scutlemon shouted, as he ran up to help up his sister alongside Treblemon, "Please be ok?".

As he held the small blob girl, she soon opened her eyes.

"H-huh?" She said as she sat up,

"Oh thank goodness your ok!" Scutlemon said as he hugged Corlamon, while Treblemon cuddled up to her side like a puppy would.

"Don't do that sis, arf!" Treblemon cried.

"W-what happened to Examon?" she nervously asked.

"I'm not sure sugar?" Ranamon said, "He seems to just up and vanished?".

"Surly it can't haf been that easy to best such a Digimon?" Mercurymon said in disbelief.

"That's what me said!" Grumblemon pointed out, a bit annoyed.

"Eh, maybe you should ask dat Digimon right der, right?" Arbormon pointed out, much to everyone's surprise.

For in front of Corlamon, slightly wrapped in her hair cords, was a small green dragon like Digimon with small red antler like horns.

"Where for him come from?" Grumblemon asked, "And what Digimon him be?".

"It's a Dracomon?" Corlamon said, feeling a little nervous and almost excited.

"Wait, isn't that the rookie form of Examon?" Treblemon pointed out.

"It is!" Scutlemon said, before looking at his sister, "Wait, then, did you just?".

"Hold on, are you kiddies saying that's, was, Examon?" Ranamon asked, as the small dragon began to open his eyes.

"Hmm, huh?" he said, blinking a few times, "I'm, free?".

Corlamon let out a gasp of joy, before hugging the small dragon, "It really is you!"

"Huh, what for just happen?" Grumblemon asked, very confused.

"Right?" Arbormon added, "Yous got any ideas Mercurymon?".

"I am unsure?" Mercurymon replied, "Me thinks thy young extracted thy simple dragon, freeing him from the control of thy vile Lucemon,".

Oh it's true! Corlamon has the power to reconfigure data and pulled out his consciousness in the form of Dracomon! Oh I'm so proud of her! Oh if I could just get out of this mirror?

"I'm so happy your ok!" Corlamon cheered as she hugged the small green dragon.

"Hhmh, thanks little one," Dracomon giggled, tickled by the hug.

"Pardon me, but are you crying sugar?" Ranamon asked.

"Sorry, I've just never really had anyone show me any love," Dracomon replied, "Not in all my life,".

"Wait, how long of you been alive?" Scutlemon asked, "There were only two knights before, so where did you and the others come from?".

"Don't worry, you won't live long enough to find out!" a prideful voice taunted.

The Digimon quickly looked to see a shadowy illusion of the fallen angel.

"Lucemon!" They all cried.

"Hahah, you fools really think you've escaped my judgment?" Lucemon's arrogant voice taunted.

The Digimons then looked to see the fractal code that was once the royal knight Examon was still there, being held in the demon lord's grasp.

The data then began to split into two, one turning blue like the sky, the other green like the earth.

"You may have extracted that beast's soul, but his power still belongs to me!" Lucemon explained, "And with it, your judgment will be twice as painful than before!".

The data then began to form into the shape of two dragons, one floating in the sky with huge wings, the other hand huge arms on its back as it clung to the ground.

"Wingdramon, Groundramon, do what that fool Examon wouldn't and destroy them!"

Then as the dark one spoke this, the date formed into two large dragon Digimon. One floated in the sky with giant wings that looked like were carrying it, with blue skales and a fierce almost skelton like mask. The other was gigantic with two claws where it's wings should be, while it's heavy body clung to the ground with it's heavy four legs and spikeball tail at the end of it's green scally body. Both dragons had horns and had a vague resemblance to the Royal Knight Examon.

"Rooooaaaarrr!" they screamed, ready to destroy.

"This no good," Grumblemon groaned, still a bit worn out from the prier fight.

"Right," Arbormon added, just as bruised.

"Oh, and we were having such a sweet moment too!" Ranamon moaned.

The two dragons roared, before beginning their assault. Wingdramon flew high into the starry sky while Groundramon slowly stomped forward on the ground.

"Tis no time to moan, for thy battle has only begun!" Mercurymon said.

The four then evolved to their beast spirits.

"Slide Evolution!" they all said as their bodies evolved into, "Gigasmon, Petaldramon, Calmaramon, Sephirothmon!".

With the evolutions done, the 4 legendary warriors leaped into battle.

The earth and water beast were fighting Groundramon, both struggling with his large back wing arms, while the steel beast took to the skies to face Wingdramon with the wood beast supporting from the ground.

"You just ground, me warrior of earth!" Gigasmon shouted as he went running towards the green dragon.

But Groundramon then slammed his large wing claws down, attempting to crush the giant. Gigasmon grabbed the claws, but struggled to stop them from crushing him.

"Not, another strong, one," He groaned, "Examon was bad enough!".

"Hey lay off sugar!" the water beast demanded.

Calmaramon then tried to attack the dragon but was swatted aside by Groundramon's spikeball tail.

"Waaahhh!" she screamed before crashing into the ground, "Oh this just isn't fair anymore!".

Meanwhile in the skies, Sephirothmon was struggling to keep up with the blue dragon. The steel beast was launching any attack they could, but Wingdramon swiftly dodged every time.

"Thy can'ts evade forever!" the steel beast roared.

But soon the dragon sped up and appeared behind the blobs in an instance.

"Eh?"

"Blaze Sonic Breath!" Wingdramon then fired a scorching blue fire breath, so fast that Sephirothmon didn't have time to reflect the attack.

"Gaaahhh!" He screamed.

"Hang in dair!" Petaldramon shouted, "Leaf Cyclone!" He shouted as he tried to blow the dragon out of the sky.

But the dragon quickly zipped away, as did the steel beast, barley slipping out of the way.

"Gah, no really, tis such fine aid," Sephirothmon groaned sarcastically.

"Sorry, right" the wood beast sighed, before trying to hit the dragon, "Leaf Cyclone!".

But the sky-blue dragon dodged every attack, while speeding even closer in an instance.

"Blaze Sonic Breath!" Wingdramon growled as he flew forward and breathed a scorching fire on the wood beast.

"Gaaaahhh, hot, hot!" Petaldramon cried, before rolling around, trying to get the fire off, "Stop drop and roll, right?".

"Aqua Tower!" Scutlemon said, summoning water geysers to douse the fires on the wood beast.

"Ah, thanks little guy," Petaldramon said, "But shouldn't yous and your bro be digivolved?".

"I wish we could, but we need our boss for that to happen," Scutlemon explained.

"Right," Petaldramon groaned in pain.

Back with the others, Groundramon was about to crush the weakened earth and water warriors. But then Treblemon leaped in.

"Bugster Blast!" He then launched missiles that exploded into a goop that covered the dragon's eyes.

"Roaaaaaar!" Groundramon roared, as its head flailed to try to remove the slime.

"Sorry we can't do more right now, arf," Treblemon sighed.

"Well I guess it's the thought that counts?" Calmaramon sighed.

"Grrrr," Gigasmon groaned, before fractal code covered him, "Slide Evolution!" he then turned back to Grumblemon, who then pulled out his potion, "Go Golemon, show him real earth power!" he shouted as he opened the bottle and spread out the particles.

In mere moments, targets had formed on the ground and the moon rocks transformed into Golemon, who let out a mighty roar, ready to fight.

The two rock monsters Digimon then went rushing at the green dragon, opening their mouths and shouting, "Sulfur Plume!" and breathing out their attack on the beast.

However, the attacks had little effect on the green earth dragon. To make matters worse, Groundramon had just managed to scrape the goop off his face and was ready to counterattack.

"Scrapless Claw!" he roared as he raised his wing claws, before slamming together and grabbing the two golems. Groundramon then effortlessly crushed them.

"Noo!" Grumblemon cried, "Them just get here!".

Groundramon then dropped the barely alive rock piles.

"Ouch," one of the heads of the Golemon groaned, somehow still alive.

The dragon then turned around and swatted the three Digimon with its large spikeball tail, "Megaton Hammer Crush!".

"Waaaaahhh!" they screamed as they were sent flying.

Meanwhile, as the others fought the two dragons, Corlamon and Dracomon were hiding behind a rock.

"No, no, I messed everything up!" Corlamon cried, "Now everyone's fighting, and I can't do anything!".

Dracomon remained silent, unsure what he could say.

"I knew I shouldn't have come, I only made things worse!" Corlamon sighed, trying to hide behind her cord hair.

"Well, I'm glad you came," Dracomon shyly said, getting the blob girl's attention, "I was miserable working for Lucemon, and thanks to you, I finally have a friend,".

While feeling moved by the dragon's words, Corlamon was still racked with guilt.

"I know, but what about the others?" she asked, "I'm glad I saved you, but now I've put everyone else in danger,".

"Then we need to clean up this mess!" Dracomon said, as he hopped on the rock.

"What!?" Corlamon asked, a bit scared.

"I may not be a Royal Knight anymore, but I still have my honor as a dragon to own up to my wrong doings!" he said, trying to appear brave, despite his smaller form, "If you feel bad, then try to do the same!".

Dracomon then leaped to the fight.

"Wait, I?" Corlamon tried to say, before really thinking about what he had said.

Back in the skies, Sephirothmon was still struggling to hit the speedy blue sky dragon.

"Hold still, thy pesky mollycoddling-" the steel beast ranted.

But then Wingdramon slammed into the steel beast at a supersonic speed, sending the bundle of blobs crashing into the ground into Petaldramon and Scutlemon.

"Gahhh!" they all screamed in pain.

"My, apologies," Sephirothmon groaned.

"Forgetabout it, right," Petaldramon groaned.

"Oow," Scutlemon added.

The other heroic Digimon had landed near them, all bruised and beaten greatly from all the fighting. So much so that they all reverted to their humanoid forms, with fractal code beginning to show for the Legendary Warriors.

The two dragon Digimon then moved in next to each other, chuckling at the damage

Wingdramon then hovered over Groundramon, who then grabbed the blue dragon with his wing claws. Wingdramon began charging up a powerful attack.

"This can't be happening?" Ranamon moaned in pain.

"No, no, not yet, gah!" Grumblemon moaned, trying to get back up.

However, before they could fire their finishing attack,

"No you don't!" Dracomon shouted, as he headbutted Wingdramon's lower jaw, causing the blue dragon to miss its attack.

"Raaaaagh!?" it roared.

"Dracomon!" the others said.

"I may be weak, but I can still fight!" the small dragon said, trying to sound brave, "Baby breath!" he then breathed a small attack at the dragons that once formed him.

Sadly, Groundramon didn't take too kindly to his partner's attack being interrupted and then knocked the baby dragon down with his large red horn.

"Gaaahh!" he screamed, before crashing into the ground.

Wingdramon then appeared over the small dragon, ready to blast him to bits.

However, before the attack could fry the small dragon, Corlamon's cords pulled him to safety.

"Huh, Corlamon?" Dracomon asked.

"Your right Dracomon," she said after unwrapping the dragon, trying to be brave, "I may not be a strong dragon, but I can still try to help,"

The larger dragons then focused on the new smaller Digimon, ready to fight.

"Go, Drago Drones!" Corlamon then summoned little dragon shaped drones on the ends of her hairs, who quickly aimed themselves at the bigger dragons, "Fire!" she shouted, causing the Drago Drones to shoot out small electric shocks.

However, the attacks did little to nothing to the two ultimate level dragons.

"Oh, uh oh," Corlamon said, very nervous.

"Blaze Sonic Breath!" Wingdramon shouted as he blasted the ground.

"Giga Crack!" Groundramon roared as he slammed the ground, sending a shockwave at the two Digimon.

The attacks sent the two small Digimon flying and crashing into the ground.

"Ahhhhhh!" they screamed as they hit the ground.

"No, Corlamon!" her brothers cried.

"Oww, oww, owwww!" She cried, trying to hold back tears, "It, hurts, it hurts so much,"

"How dare you hurt our sister!" Scutlemon shouted, before towards into Groundramon.

"You'll pay, forever!" Treblemon roared as he began firing at Wingdramon.

Sadly the two dragons, barely noticed and began to turn the attention to the legendary warriors.

Meanwhile, Dracomon was able to start standing, but quickly noticed the awful state Corlamon was in.

"Corlamon!" Dracomon cried, as he flew over to help the girl up, "Please be ok!".

"It, hurts, but," she moaned, before trying to get up, "I, need to be, brave, I need to fix my mistake, right?".

"Corlamon,"

"I know I'm small, and not that strong, like my brothers," Corlamon said, "But I need to fix this, and be brave, just like a true dragon would!", she said, before stumbling a bit, before Dracomon caught her.

"You are being braver than many dragons," He assured, making her smile

"Let's keep going, Dracomon!" she stuttered bravely.

Suddenly, one of Mercurymon's mirrors began to shine.

Corlamon!

"Egads, what arth though doing, gahh!?" Mercurymon cried, as what dwelled in his shield began to force it's way out.

"What for is that!?" Grumblemon asked, "Wait, him that shadow Ben!".

"Right?" Arbormon added.

Crawling out of the mirror was the shadow that had changed things so far, looking weak and in pain.

"Ben!" Corlamon shouted as she saw her creator.

You've done so good, Corlamon… Now….. reach your full power.

Then the shadow raised what resembled an arm, and in it was a Digivice. One that looked far different from the ones the kids had been using.

Now, my sweet, Digital Daughter….. Digivolve!

The device then shined with many colorful lights, causing the small blob Digimon girl to glow, as her evolution began.

Corlamon appeared in the digivolution zone, floating as the evolution began. Then her cords began to plug into her arms and legs, while two of them spread out like wings.

"Corlamon, Digivolve to-!"

The cord hair began to pump data into her body, causing it to grow larger and more reptile-like. Her gloves and claw feet grew bigger and sharper. The cords that had spread out, grew more cords that soon turned into wings. Then a tail grew from her body, with a small part of the end of a cord sprouting at the end.

Then as she closed her eyes, her face morphed into that of a dragon. She then opened her eyes and let out a mighty roar, as her full dragonic form showed.

"ROOOOOOAAAARRRRR, Cordramon!" she roared, as the evolution completed.

This surprised all the Digimon, even the two evil dragons. But before any could react, the cord covered red dragon let out an attack.

"Red Flare Breath!" She then let out a blast of red fire, landing in front of the green and blue dragons. This created a huge explosion of fire and dust, briefly distracting the two dragons.

"She's done it!" Scutlemon said with a smile

"She finally digivolved!" Treblemon added with joy.

"Wow, I knew she had it in her!" Ranamon cheered.

"Yes, at long last, I have finally become a dragon!" Cordramon said, her voice more mature and brave, but soon got very excited and giddy, "I'm dragon, I'm dragon, I'm dragon, I'm dragon, I'm dragon, I'm dragon, I'm dragon,!".

"Congratulations my friend," Dracomon smiled.

Cordmon basically looked like a large bipedal dragon version of Corlamon. She was similar to the digimon Coredramon, but had the pinkish-red blob like body of Corlamon but morphed into a dragon, her claws had had grown large and sharper, with the gems in them looking more brilliant as well, alongside the ends of her claws having tips like her cord hair. a dragon tail had grown out with another cord at the tip, her hair cords had plugged into her arms and legs, with some now forming metal wings with yellow marks on her back, and her head now looked like a proper dragon, with blob like fangs in her mouth, and her mask like hat was now more intense with longer spikes and the face gems looking more fierce.

Good…. Now… fight on….. while I… gahhhhhhhhh…

The shadow then sunk back into the mirror, looking more exhausted than before.

"I'm really happy for yah sugar," Ranamon said, before trying to stand, "But now may not be the time to celebrate!".

"Hhmh, of course," Cordramon giggled, before taking to the skies, "Like my creator and partner, and my wonderful brothers, I will use my power to change this world for the better!" Then the tips of her claws flew off, attached to wires, and plugged into all the damaged Digimon.

"Huh?!" Grumblemon said.

"Um sugar, what are you?" Ranamon tried to say.

"Network Repair!" After she said this, green data began flowing through her cords into the other Digimon, repairing the damage and boosting them all to full health.

"Huh, me feel better?" Grumblemon asked, before standing tall.

"Yous can says dat again, right!" Arbormon added, before flexing a bit, "Oh yeah, it's good, yah understand!".

"Well, now maybe it is the time to celebrate sugar?" Ranmon happily joked.

"Hmm, tis seem thy did have some use?" Mercurymon stated, looking at the dragon, then the shadow in his shield.

"Nice one sis!" Scutlemon cheered.

"Arf, Arf!" Treblemon barked happily.

However, as the smoke cleared it revealed the evil two dragons were still ready to fight and let out a mighty roar.

The now recovered Digimon then turned to face the powerful dragons.

"Now Legendary Warriors and my brothers, let us fight!" Cordramon roared.

"Yeah!" they all shouted triumphantly.

The four legendary warriors then once again switched to their beast modes, now fully recovered and ready to fight!

"Gigasmon!"

"Petaldramon!"

"Calmaramon!"

Sephirothmon!".

Even the three DND Digimon joined in on the roll call, each striking a pose, anlong side Dracomon who was a little confused.

"Scutlemon!"

Treblemon!"

Cordramon!"

"Dracomon?"

And with that, the fight began once again!

The earth giant leaped green earth dragon, his fist locking with the dragon's wing claws.

Gigasmon struggled as he held back Groundramon's claws from crushing him.

"Me say it again, you may be ground, but like me say, me warrior of earth!" the giant groaned, trying to be strong, "So go back to ground!".

Groandramon roared at the giant, before pressing harder with his claws.

But then Cordramon flew in to help.

"Need some help?" she asked.

"Grrr, if me still had Golemons, me be better!" Gigasmon groaned, as the claws closed harder.

"Well then let me get them back for you!" Cordramon said, before shooting out cords from her fingers that connected into the pile of destroyed Golemon, "With a little personal upgrade to boot, teehee,".

Then the rocks began to reconnect into the shape of the two Golemon. However, the new dragoness was not done yet.

"Dragononic Reconfig!" she roared, sending data into the rubble.

Then as data flowed through the stone Digimon, their bodies began to reconfigure and grow new parts as rocks from the red moon merged with them. Sharp rocks grew from their fingers and toes, wings of rock sprouted from their back, alongside rock tails with spikeball hammers at the end. Finally, their heads and iron mask morphed into that of a dragon.

The now dragonoid golems then let out a roar, "Golemdramon!".

The two rock dragons then leaped at Groundramon and forced back the green drake's claws.

"Nice one, you make friends even cooler," Gigasmon smirked, "Now me turn!"

The earth giant then uppercut Groundramon in the face, before leaping into the sky.

Groundramon tried to react but was too occupied with the Golemdramons.

"Tectonic Slam!" Gigasmon shouted, as he slammed down on the dragon, sending cracks throughout the red moon.

Then the two rock dragons joined their master and slammed their rocky claws onto the green beast.

"Rock-et Punch! They roared.

"Graaaaaaaa!" Groundramon roared in pain.

"Not bad, now how's about saving some for me, sugar?" Calmaramon said, before leaping into the air and twisting up, "Titanic Twist!" she shouted after descending into the squid body and started spinning.

As this happened, the red dragoness flew up behind the water beast

"And, have some, Red Flare Breath!" Cordramon said, before blasting a crimson fire at the squid, sending her rocketing down at the dragon faster than ever.

Calmaramon then slammed onto Groundramon, drilling into his thick scales with ease.

"Raaaaaaaooorrr!" the dragon roared in pain.

Back in the skies, Wingdramon was chasing after Sephirothmon at great speeds.

"Roar!" the blue dragon roared, as it set sites on the steel beast, "Exploding Sonic Breath!" it then sped up, trying to fly through the eyeball monster Digimon.

However, as the dragon charged at the steel beast, Sephirothmon reconfigured so that Wingdramon went into one of his eye portals.

The steel beast then rearranged once again, causing the blue dragon to go flying out, right into the range of the wood beast.

"Hey how ya doing?" Petaldramon said, before his petal main began to spin, "Leaf Cyclone!".

The attack blew against the dragon with great force. But Wingdramon was fighting against it rather effectively. Until Sephirothmon slithered in and joined his buddy in attacking.

"Leaf Cyclone Reflection!" He shouted, as he blew out his own leaf filled cyclone.

Even Dracomon flew in and tried to help.

"Baby Breath!" he shouted as he added a small fire breath to the leaf storm.

"Grrrrrr!" the blue dragon growled, struggling against the leaf filled winds.

However, Scutlemon and Treblemon had jumped into the tornado and were heading right at the dragon.

"No one hurts our sister!" Scutlemon shouted, as he readied his claws.

"Bugster Blast!" Treblemon growled, firing missiles that covered Wingdramon's face in slime.

This distracted the blue dragon enough for Scutlemon to crosscut Wingdramon with his virus-filled claws.

"Graaaaaa!" Wingdramon roared in pain.

But then, Cordramon swooped in and burnt the blue dragon with her own fire breath, "Red Flare Breath, braaaaghhhh!" she shouted as she scorched the sky dragon.

This was too much for the blue sky dragon, and Wingdramon was sent barreling to the ground. He then crashed on the moon's surface next to his green counterpart.

"How's you like dat!" Petaldramon roared, before shouting, "Right!".

"Oh yeah, awesome!" Scutlemon cheered.

"Um bro, aren't we going down next?" Treblemon pointed out as they were falling.

"Huh?" Scutlemon asked, before looking down, "Uh Oh!".

But before they could panic, the two Digimon were picked up by the sister Cordramon.

"Gotcha!" she said, "No worries now big bros,"

"Thanks sis!" Scutlemon said with relief.

"Yeah, Arf!" Treblemon added.

Desperate, the two dragons attempted their combo attack. Wingdramon flying above Groundramon, who then grabbed the blue dragon with its giant wing claws. Wingdramon then began charging up its fire breath, preparing to strike down the legendary warriors for good!

But this didn't face the heroic Digimon, who all stood together ready to together.

"You may have beat us before," Gigasmon said, "But now we back at full strength!".

"And we's ain't going down dis time, right!" Petaldramon said intensely

"We're the Legendary Warriors!" Calamaramon said, "And we will beat you villains!".

"For thy Legendary Spirits fills us with great power!" Sephirothmon proclaimed, "Power when combined will be thy undoing!".

The four legendary warrior beast and the other four Digimon let loose all their strongest attacks.

"Tectonic Slam!"

"Leaf Cyclone!"

"Acid Ink!"

"Atomic Inferno Reflection!".

"Fire Tower!".

"Bugster Blast!".

"Red Flare Breath!"

"Baby Breath!"

The attacks all came together in a rainbow of elemental fury, completely engulfing the two dragon Digimon.

"Roaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" they both roared in pain, before exploding.

"We did it!" Gigasmon cheered.

"Whoohooo!" the others cheered.

"Yeeaaahhh!" the Goledramon added.

The two then faded to black, as their fractal code showed. However, before anyone could even think to scan/absorb it, the code was sucked away into the Digital World. With the code gone, the two Digimon became eggs and floated away to a certain area on the planet.

"Hey no fair!" Gigasmon groaned, "Where them fractal code go to?".

"Back to me, you inferior ant!" Lucemon's prideful voice taunted, "You may have survived them, but my Royal Knights will soon destroy you and present me with your pathetic fractal code! That is, if you even can return to My world, hahahahhaha!".

And with that, the evil presence faded, leaving only the group of Digimon on the lifeless moon.

"Phew, it's finally over, right?" Petaldramon said with relief, as he plopped down.

"Now, I believe someone has some explaining to do," Calmaramon said, before turning back to Ranamon and looking at the steel beast, "Right, Mercurymon?".

"Ermmm, perhaps," the steel beast mumbled, before it and the others turned back to their humanoid forms.

A few moments later,

Soon after defeating the dragons, the Digimon had begun questioning the shadow that lurked in the steel warrior's mirror. Who was finishing up explaining what had happened since encountering the warrior of steel after the battle against Cherubimon.

So not too long after I ended up in this drained state, reflection face over here went and stuffed me in here.

"So that's where you've been!" Scutlemon said, glad to see his partner, "You really had us worried boss,".

"Mercurymon?" the others asked, rather suspicious.

"Erm, I was only acting in thy shadow's best interest" Mercurymon stuttered nervously.

To be fair to the steel warrior, I asked him to keep me hidden. Probably not my wisest discussion?

"But why?" Ranamon asked, "I mean, we already know about the whole reality bending stuff sugar?".

I just needed to rest….. besides this story is about you 4, I'm really not that important….

"Don't be like that boss!" Scutlemon said, worried for his partner, "You're still amazing and very creative,".

"Yeah, besides this wouldn't have happened without you!" Treblemon added.

Hmmm thank you guys…. but best I not dwell on such things….. we need to get things moved forward.

"Eh not big on self esteem is he, right?" Arbormon asked.

"A little bit, he's been through some, stuff," Corlamon explained.

"And I thought I had problems?" Dracomon mumbled.

"Forget that, him know how to beat Royal Knights!?" Grumblemon asked impatiently.

Unfortunately, there's not really any good answers I can give right now….. sorry…

"I doubt he'd like said answers anyways," Treblemon mumbled, much to his brothers concern,

"Shh!" Scutlemon shushed.

Anycase, y'all need to get moving…. The kids should be leaving the other moon soon.

"Hmm, thy be escaping for soon?" Mercurymon asked.

"They didn't actually move the moon with all that ridicules attacking, right sugar?" Ranamon asked.

No no….. they're actually getting help.

"Oh yeah, weren't they're some Starmon on the blue moon?" Scutlemon asked.

"If I remember from the original timeline, the kids were helped by a group of Starmon, led by a ShootingStarmon, and they should be assisting the Digi-destined?" Corlamon explained,"So they should be boarding a spaceship that should take them back to the Digital World pretty soon?".

"Well then we got to got of this red rock sooner arf!" Treblemon said.

"Tis indeed important, however, thy younglings have forgotten that we can'st escape the gravitational field of thy moon!" Mercurymon explained.

"Grrr, can't you for do something!" Grumblemon asked, as he shook the mirror the shadow was in.

aAaAaAaahh!

"Unhand thy, Grumblemon!" Mercurymon said, very annoyed as he pulled back his arm.

"Toos bad we's don'ts got a rocket like dem Starmon?" Arbormon sighed, "Or burgers, right,".

However, this made Corlamon think of something.

"Hm, we might not need one?" she spoke up.

"Huh, what for you mean?" Grumblemon asked, having momentarily stopped shaking the mirror with the shadow in it.

"Well, rockets just penetrate the planet's gravity by going really fast with a lot of force, right?" Corlamon said.

"Sounds about right sis," Scutlemon said.

"Maybe, if we can hit the field with enough speed and impact?" Corlamon said, "We might be able to break through, and then meet back up with the digi-destined!".

"Could dat reallys works?" Arbormon asked.

"Perhaps?" Mercurymon thought, "Still, I do question thy likelihood of defying the physics of thy gravitation field.

Well, fortunately that rather epic battle from before may have given me enough energy to help warp reality enough to break through, maybe? So if you all try together, it may work? Possibly without my help?

"Well what are we waiting for, sugar?" Ranamon cheered, "Let slip back on our beast spirits and do this!".

The Digimon all nodded in agreement and got to work.

A few moments later,

After discussing the plan and a few slide evolutions, most of the Digimon had gotten onto Calmaramon who was being pulled back by Arbormon and the two Goledramon, while her big tentacles held onto some rocks while pointing towards the sky, making her look like a giant slingshot. The ones on the squid were holding on tight, with some of Corlamon's hair cords tied onto them and the water beast to help.

"Me hope this works," Grumblemon said.

"It should, I think?" Corlamon said, a little unsure.

"Trust yourself little one, you were right about me after all," Dracomon said, much to the female Digimon's delight.

"You really think so?" she asked.

"Indeed, fellow dragon," he assured in a playful way.

"Teehee," Corlamon giggled.

Back with the wood warrior, he had pulled the squid as far back with his extended hands as he could.

"Oih, yous almost readys, right?" Arbormon groaned, while the two Golemdramon pulled him back

"Uggghhh, I don't think I can stretch any further, hurry it up you three!" Calmaramon shouted in pain.

"Prepare for launch thy comrades!" Mercurymon proclaimed, as he and the others clung to the squid.

The Digimon prepared for launch, holding on tightly to the water beast. But then something occurred to the middle member of the DND.

"Say bro, couldn't you have just opened a dimensional portal and gotten us to the planet instead?" Treblemon asked.

"You know, now that I think about it-?" Scutlemon tried to say, but was cut off when the wood warrior let loose.

"Heres we go, right!" Arbormon shouted, as the Golemdramon let him go and sent him flying into a kick into the water beast.

This sent the squid flying, with the wood warrior and the others hanging on tight as she went into the night sky.

"Hang on y'all, Titanic Twist!" Calmaramon shouted, before beginning her spinning attack.

In a matter of moments, the water beast crashed into the gravity field, spinning rapidly to try to break through.

While the field was strong, the sheer velocity the warriors had taken and the power of the water beast, the Digimon managed to break through the field and into space.

"Whoaaaaaaaaaa!" they all screamed as they launched towards the space railway.

"Bye," the two Golemdramon waved from the moon, happy for the legendary warriors to have escape.

"Now what?" one Goldedramon said to the other, to which they just an 'I dunno?' jester.

Meanwhile, with the digi-destined

After using the rocket, the kids and their small Digimon friends had ended up on a Trailmon Mole that was passing by on route to the Digital World.

"While that was sure an adventure?" Takuya said.

"I'm just glad to be off that rock," Koji groaned.

"Do you think the other Digimon are ok?" Tommy asked, referring to the other four legendary warriors.

"Don't worry little buddy, I'm sure they're fine," JP said, "We were able to survive, so I know they can too, right?".

"You sound just like Abormon," Tommy giggled.

"I sure hope your right," Zoe said, concerned.

"Yeah," Kochi sighed, being more concerned about why his fractal code hadn't shown during the battle and the heartbeat like sound that had been coming from his D-tector.

But then something large bumped into the train, shaking the kids a good bit.

"Ohh my!" The Trailmon Mole moaned.

"Gahh, what the heck?!" Takuya asked.

"Oh my, we're under attack!" Bokomon moaned, while holding onto Patamon.

"I thought the Digital World was under us?" Neemon stupidly said.

But they looked to see Calmaramon, as well the other redeemed Digimon and some other new Digimon, hanging on.

"Hey hows yah doing, right?" Arbormon said.

"You miss us?" Grumblemon added.

"Everyone, you're ok!" Tommy happily said.

"Oh thank goodness, we were so worried!" Zoe happily said to her friends.

"Oh dear more passengers," Mole moaned, "I'd better be getting overtime for this,".

"Where yah been?" Takuya added, glad to see the other warriors.

"Oh we just took a little detour at the red moon, sugar," Calmaramon joked.

"Tis not all, for during arth unfortunate separation, with thy combined strengths a knight has fallen,".

"Wait, you beat one of the royal knights?!" Zoe asked.

"Well, something like that, right?" Arbormon said, while Corlamon hugged Dracomon happily.

The others felt best to not question the details right now, and were just be happy to see their friends again.

"Oh so that's what happened?" A bratty voice said, alerting everyone.

They then looked to see a younger blue Royal Knight clad in gold armor.

"Magnamon!" they shouted.

"Can't believe you losers are still alive?" Magnamon groaned with crossed arms, "Makes sense that stupid beast couldn't get the job done,".

These made Dracomon growl. But Corlamon tried to cheer him up with another hug.

"We won't let you destroy this world!" Takuya shouted.

"Yeah!" Tommy and the others added.

"Thy digital world tis not for Lucemon's pleasure knave!" Mercurymon stated.

"Please, you losers are no match for real heroes like me," Magnamon gloated, childishly, "Here, let me show you dorks why!" his gold armor then started glowing, "Magna Blast!".

The Royal Knight then let out a barrage of golden energy balls, which then struck the Trailmon Mole with great force. Sending the poor pink train off the tracks, and sending its passengers down to the fractured world below.

"Oww, what did I do?" Trailmon Mole whined as it fell.

"AAAAAAAhhhhh!" Everyone cried as they fell to the planet, the humans and redeemed warriors getting separated from each other once more.

"Not aaaaaaaaagain!" Grumblemon shouted.

"Riiiiiiiiiggghhhtttt!" Arbormon added.

"Ahhhhhh!" Scutlemon cired.

"Arf!" Treblemon added with pain.

"Hang on!" Colramon cried, while Dracomon tried to lift her by the hair cords, only to plummet down with the rest.

Why do I keep ending these on cliff hangerrrrrrrrrsssssss!

Narrator Rika: And I thought things were finally going to work out for our heroes? At least they'll back on the Digital World soon, hopefully somewhere soft. Don't miss the next episode of Digimon Frontier!

Purification Redemption

Well atleast the chapters finally done? So it could be worse.

Scutlemon: We're falling to the Digital World from space! How could it be worse!?

Eh don't worry. Will probably land on Mercurymon's beast spirit before the ground.

Mercurymon: I beg pardon!?

Worry about it next chapter flecty, me and my partners need to wrap things up.

Mercurymon: Thou crypt ramblings do not give me reassurance knave!

Grumblemon: What for they talking about?

Calmaramon: I think we got bigger things to worry about sugar!

Arbormon: Right. Just let em do's there thing or something?

Right, anyways thank you so much for everyone still reading. I'm really sorry I keep taking so long to write these chapters. Life has been very tricky with all the bad stuff going on in the world and my struggle to find a job to pay for health insurance. So it's been a bit hard to feel creative.

Treblemon: That and you keep making these chapters really long, arf.

None the less, I have been getting back into the swing of things with writing. So hopefully the next one won't take as long and I hope you enjoyed this chapter.

Corlamon: It was really cool getting to evolve into a dragon and save Dracomon! I hope I didn't make anyone mad?

Dracomon: I feel like more should be mad at me for all the trouble I caused?

Corlamon: Don't worry, I'll still like you.

Scutlemon: Maybe doing shout outs will help a bit? At least until we hit the ground next chapter?

Treblemon: Ok, big shoutouts to: Guipa, Jake H Voronkov, Drawman98, pokemonking0924, Sakura Kudo, NightShark774, XD, D.J. Scales, Lei Lei, HORRIOR, Rattlingmon, form Alexander, and many many guest!

Colamon: Whoa that's a lot! I hope they're all still here and reading?

Scutlemon: I mean they waited pretty long for the this chapter, so hopefully they get to see this one?

Now onto answering the questions! First Drawman98, cool idea for a fusion! Not sure if it will show up here, but maybe one day or at least something inspired by you?

Corlamon: As for Leopardmon, maybe we could ask Dracomon about them next chapter?

Dracomon: Uh ok? I still don't know what's going on?

Next from my lovely friend Sakura Kudo, how does Mercurymon keep finding me? Well Mercurymon?

Mercurymon: Tis not thy time for such trivia, and tis none of thy business!

Right. NightShark774 ask if other Royal Knights will show up? Maybe. I mean you did see one already right?

Scutlemon: Looks like Lei Lei really wants to go fight all the baddies? Well we appreciate the spirit.

Treblemon: If only we had a way to summon people to help?

Finally, Rattlingmon mentions checking out the youtuber Karn EX for Digimon ideas. Oh yeah I've watched him a few times, pretty cool guy.

Scutlemon: And that should do it!

Treblemon: Good thing too, because the ground is getting pretty close?

Corlamon: I wish there was a way we could help Ben recover faster.

Scutlemon: Wait I think there may be a why.

Wait what?

Scutlemon: Everyone, in your next reviews, please tell us how much this story means to you and what you love most about it!

Corlamon: Your continued support has already been a ton of help. So don't feel pressured, we're just happy your all here!

Treblemon: But if you can, those kind words might cause something really special to happen next chapter! It may even get it feature in the story, like the main story and not just the wrap up.

I mean, that would really help motivate me to write more. So feel free to tell me what this story means to you?

Also, I've been streaming on Twitch, playing nintendo games and doing voice impression. We have a lot of fun on there so feel free to check it out. Hopefully I can turn that into my job someday and be able to spend more time being creative and writing more?

Scutlemon: You can also find Ben on Deviantart, as well as art work of me and my siblings. He also does commissions if you ever want to have something drawn.

Treblemon: You can also watch past streams and other videos on the Bluesharky38 Youtube channel too, arf!

Corlamon: Ok bros, enough sponsoring the boss. Let's wrap things up and focus the ground in the next chapter.

Scutlemon: Oh, good idea.

Once again thank you all so much for your continued love and support for this story! It really means the world to me, and I really want to give you all more chapters for this and my other stories to enjoy, without taking so long to post.

Corlamon: Rember, reviews lead to sooner chapters and better stories. They might also lead to something really special next chapter ;)

Until next time!

Scutlemon: Bye!

Treblemon: Later, arf!

Corlamon: Good bye!

Dracomon: Um farewell, whoever you all keep talking too?

Chao!

Also you might want to slide evolution now Mercurymon?

Mercurymon: Hm, Gah! Slide Evolution-!
