Two on the same day. I have just been busy on so many fronts that I am happy the 21st of July is a holiday in Belgium. I am halfway through the issues that I have, and I now have more to go through. So, we are back again to writing on those chapters.

If I can do those two, I have a bit more saved up for the next few days. It's what it is.

Fear of the Dark

Fear of the Dark

I have a constant fear that someone is always near

I had another opening song for this chapter.

Ichika waited, his nerves on edge, as Takehito prepared to share something that apparently couldn't wait. The landlord looked at Ichika, uncertainty written across his face.

What was he supposed to tell him? The truth, yes, but what would that truth be? He had lied to the boy Minato saw as his little brother. But was the unvarnished truth too harsh?

Seconds ticked away in tense silence. Miya stood ready to intervene if either Ichika or Takehito faltered. Was it not women who stepped in to support their men in moments like these?

"I was your older sister's teacher in high school." Ichika stared at Takehito, confusion evident on his face. His mouth opened and closed as he processed the words.

"Okay? What's wrong with that? I had many teachers in school. Why is this such a big deal?"

Takehito hoped Ichika wouldn't be too angry. "I was also your sister's homeroom teacher. And her first love." That did it. Ichika's mouth dropped open, and his eyes bulged in shock.

"What?" His voice was raw and harsh.

"Your sister fell in love with me while she was caring for you. She told me she had no one else around."

"Did you do anything to my sister?" Ichika's voice trembled, hoping to hear the answer he needed.

"I rejected her. I was already married, and even if I weren't, it would have been morally wrong." Ichika nodded slowly, trying to make sense of it. He needed more.

"I told your sister she had me, but I didn't tell you or Minato when you arrived this summer. It didn't seem like my place."

"Why now?" Ichika asked.

"Your sister has changed a lot. She was prideful, but this lack of care is new. However, this isn't about you. The story of your sister and me is separate from your story with Minato."

Ichika stood, abandoning etiquette and manners. "Get to the point, Takehito."

The Asama couple didn't blame Ichika. He was keeping his emotions in check.

"Your sister has come to this city, along with your classmates. When they find you, I want you to know what might be said between us." Ichika nodded, feeling the world shift beneath his feet. He sat down, head pounding and heart racing.

Takehito knelt beside him, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder. "We will help you. Minato will try to help you. But you know, Ichika, if it comes to a fight—"

"Minato can't risk his Sekirei. It wouldn't just be a fight with the girls. Besides Kusano, they're all pregnant. He can't risk them getting hurt."

Ichika looked toward the door. "Miya, are you there?" Walking in her usual elegant manner, Miya stepped in.

"I was worried you and my husband might disagree. You are mature beyond your years, Ichika."

The young pilot stood and walked to his landlady. "You fought with my sister." It wasn't an accusation or question, just a statement.

"I did. I protected my husband and proved myself to her. While I didn't know your sister well, I saw her as different. I hoped she would show that. The message we Sekirei spread is love. She should be loving you, not forcing you to run."

Ichika nodded and did something unexpected. Like a knight, he knelt before Miya. "Miya, I don't have the strength to fight my sister and the others. Will you lend me yours?"

She extended a hand, looking at the earnest young man. "As my husband said, we don't turn away people in need. This is your fight, but we will help you. We told you this to prepare yourself for the dangers ahead."

Ichika's eyes shifted to Takehito. "Is there anything else you'd like to tell me, Takehito? If not, I'd like to get some sleep."

The older man shook his head and ruffled Ichika's hair. "No. I promise I won't keep such secrets from you. Good night, Ichika." With that, Ichika was left alone in his room.

Flopping onto the bed, Ichika let the news settle in. His sister's first love was Takehito. She had always complained that he ruined every chance she had to get a boyfriend. If Chifuyu didn't want him, she could throw him away. Running away wasn't hard.

Despite everything, fatigue overwhelmed him, and he closed his eyes.

While her brother slept blissfully, Chifuyu tossed and turned in her bed. A relentless nightmare plagued the Brunhilde, repeating itself every night since she landed in Shinto Teito. She was a spectator to a scene that haunted her deeply.

In her dream, she saw a dinner table where Ichika, Miya, Takehito, and Minato sat, eating, chatting, and laughing. The woman she admired. The man she fell in love with. The boy she was supposed to care for. And the one who took it all away.

Despite the rational part of her mind telling her it wasn't Minato's fault, her emotions argued otherwise. It wasn't her fault either, yet she had decided to push Ichika away, only for him to end up with Minato.

What mattered now was the sting she felt seeing Ichika at peace. The dreams had been relentless, depriving her of restful sleep. Her body was growing sluggish from the lack of proper rest.

As the nightmare ended, Chifuyu's eyes shot open, and she began to think. When they found Ichika, which was becoming imminent as Kanzashi's efforts bore fruit, she would fight Miya. This time, she wouldn't lose. She would take back what was hers.

Takehito belonged to Miya, but Ichika was hers. Kanzashi's investigations were closing in; her baby brother couldn't hide everything. The fact that a transfer student with such high scores existed was a clue.

Chifuyu glanced at the clock. It was just past two. Turning over, she willed herself to sleep. She needed a few more hours of rest before the search for Ichika resumed.

Ichika walked back to school, his mind preoccupied with what Takehito had revealed. Despite the weight of his thoughts, attending school under a false name wasn't difficult for him. He enjoyed being around people. Kosaki and Ruri often chatted with him, and though some boys were jealous, Ichika paid them no mind. He could hold his own in a fight but wasn't looking to start any trouble.

"Korida, good morning." Turning his head, Ichika was greeted by Narumi Saiga, the smiling teacher.

"Good morning, Mr. Saiga." The older man looked at him with a hint of curiosity.

"You're early. Haven't you forgotten you have PE?" Ichika shook his head, actually looking forward to the class. It was a welcome distraction, something to take his mind off things finally.

The morning for the IS girls was far from kind. Their breakfast was bland and cold, and they were all frustrated by their lack of progress.

"Well, it appears you had a bad night," Cecilia quipped at Tatenashi, who sported a giant bedhead. Tatenashi's flipped bird made her thoughts on the comment abundantly clear.

Kanzashi entered with a spring in her step and a wider smile than the rest.

"You've got some news, Kanzashi?" Chifuyu inquired.

Kanzashi beamed and showed her laptop to Chifuyu. It appeared she had finally managed to hack into the CCTV cameras around the city.

"Yes, and it's news you might like to hear. Minato Sahashi and his flock have moved out." Unlike the others, she didn't mind Minato's harem; she was only along for the ride because it was fun.

"So, that means Ichika is the only person in Maison Izumo," Houki exclaimed, jumping from her seat, ready to drag Ichika back to school.

"Trying to get him when he is in Maison Izumo is suicide," Chifuyu cautioned. Even without Minato, she doubted Miya would remain neutral.

And with her former teacher around, she knew it wasn't a smart move. The best she could do when they went after Ichika at the inn was to buy her students some time before Miya dealt with her.

"Anything else, Sarashiki?" Chifuyu asked, her gaze sharp enough to make most girls shiver.

Kanzashi shrugged off the intense look. "I also picked up something else." A few clicks later, she displayed a particular boy walking to school on the screen.

"Ladies, meet Nagisa Korida. Or, as we know him—"

"Ichika!" the eight voices shouted in unison as they watched the boy moving through the city.

"We now have visual confirmation of his whereabouts, and we know our biggest threat is gone," Kanzashi continued.

Djbril was the first to ask, "How did you figure that out, Sarashiki?"

The younger girl scoffed and worked her laptop again, displaying pictures of the Sekirei, clearly showing their growing baby bumps. "The Sekirei are pregnant. They won't be fighting; it would put their kids at risk."

Kanzashi ignored the girls' reactions. Laura recovered the fastest. "Why did that whore bride move out of the house? Wouldn't it be safer to stay in?"

"Either he figured out that we are a bigger threat, or he realized Miya wouldn't tolerate seven children," Kanzashi explained, closing her laptop and turning to Chifuyu.

"Orimura-sensei, I believe it is not wise to send the girls out. Instead, prepare to snatch Orimura off the streets. I will continue to track his route and devise a strategy to get him back."

Chifuyu nodded. "Good thinking. You heard her. Stay off the street. Don't even think of leaving this apartment."

Predictably, that didn't go over well.

"Sensei, you can't be serious!" Houki shouted.

"She's right. We know where he is. Let's get him!" Rin's more aggressive side emerged.

"I agree. We should get him tied down," Cecilia added.

"My bride needs me," Laura said calmly.

"Laura speaks sense. We should get him now," Charlotte agreed with Chifuyu.

"The faster we get Ichika, the faster I—um, we can punish him," Tatenashi said gleefully.

"I want my servant back!" Airis's spoiled voice chimed in.

"My mistress is right. We don't need to wait!"

Chifuyu's glare silenced the room. "And that is why I don't allow you outside. Sarashiki is right. Stay here until further notice. That is an order."

Kanzashi turned to the others and shrugged. "You should find a hobby. Orimura-sensei is right."

With that, Kanzashi left for her room, where she felt most comfortable while working. She left Chifuyu and the others to figure out an attack strategy. However, when she checked her cameras, she found her progress had been undone. The screens turned black, displaying a message:

"Don't think getting our little brother will be that easy."

Kanzashi didn't need to guess who did that. It was Matsu, Sekirei Number 02. She must have noticed Kanzashi's activities.

But Kanzashi wouldn't be outdone that easily. "You picked the game, Matsu. Let's play it out."

Matsu might be a Sekirei, but she soon discovers that Sekirei shouldn't underestimate humans, especially not one like Kanzashi.

Scene skip

A few hours later, Kanzashi was ready to admit defeat. Matsu had locked entirely her out of the CCTV systems around the city.

"How are things going, Sarashiki?" Chifuyu asked, sensing the younger girl's frustration.

Kanzashi sighed, ready to concede. "We're screwed. Minato's Sekirei No.02, Matsu, found out about my hacking. She's blocked me from all CCTV in the northern part of the city. So much for grabbing Ichika from the street."

Chifuyu felt a migraine forming. She had ordered the rest of the girls to stay in their rooms. Were they always such bickering children? Maybe Ichika running away wasn't so far-fetched. Anyone would go crazy living with them.

"You must know the routes he takes from Maison Izumo to school. Does Orimura take detours?"

Kanzashi clicked away at her laptop, bringing up a detailed map. Chifuyu had to admit Kanzashi had qualities her older sister lacked.

"Every Tuesday and Thursday, he takes a different route. It turns out Ichika has a part-time job." A picture appeared of Ichika in a cooking outfit, chatting with a girl in a cute uniform with a long strand of hair over her shoulder. Chifuyu vowed never to show that picture to the other girls.

"Taken from a website. It looks like the place knows a bit about PR. He works there regularly. Miss Orimura, can I make a suggestion?"

Chifuyu nodded. "You're the only one here with some common sense. Go for it."

"We can't win against them like this. If we put our girls on the street and try to capture him, they'll be completely in the dark without my support. They'd be on their own. Not a good idea. Plus, do you trust them to go after your brother?"

Chifuyu shook her head. "You have a plan, Sarashiki?"

"Two. Neither is great, but they're all I can come up with. One, we go to Maison Izumo, and you talk to the owners. You tell them you're Ichika's legal guardian and threaten to sue. Legally, they have no grounds to hold him."

Chifuyu paled at the thought. "That won't work. I know Miya Asama. Even if we're legally right, Ichika could emancipate himself in a few days when he turns 16. What's your other plan?"

Kanzashi took a deep breath. "Orimura-sensei, throughout the school year, what was your brother's biggest asset? Minato Sahashi. They have a strong bond. Sahashi has helped your brother immensely, stopping the Bodewig incident and the Silver Gospel. He hasn't asked for anything in return. So your brother is important to him."

Chifuyu's frustration grew. Was she angry at herself or the situation? She couldn't say. "Get to the point."

"I am. Sahashi has moved out of Maison Izumo, likely because his children are being born. Ichika being there could threaten his offspring. Sahashi is Orimura's biggest help but also his biggest weak point. If our girls find Orimura, do you think they can force him back at gunpoint? It'll cause a disaster. We're supposed to be subtle."

This was why Chifuyu appreciated Kanzashi. She thought with her head, not her emotions.

"Hell, if you face your brother, do you think he'll listen to you? He won't."

Kanzashi was on thin ice now. "No, he won't. So what do you suggest?"

"We can't find and fight Orimura. We need another way. As I mentioned, Orimura's biggest strength is also his greatest weakness. Sahashi has seven pregnant women. The Sekirei might be superior to humans, but we don't have to fight them. We can use them to our advantage."

Kanzashi's cold, rational thinking shone through. "Your brother might carve out a life here, and even with Sahashi gone, the Ashikabi won't be far. Orimura owes Sahashi a lot. If someone threatens Sahashi's Sekirei, Orimura will do anything to keep them safe."

Chifuyu considered the idea. She liked it but had a few choice words for Minato. "You want us to attack the Sekirei?"

"No. Sahashi won't risk them in a fight. If one gets hurt or loses a child, Sahashi will resent Orimura. Your brother won't be able to bear that. So we go to Sahashi's house and give Orimura an ultimatum: come back with us, or we continue to threaten them. Orimura is smart despite your proclamations."

Chifuyu glared but knew Kanzashi was right. Ichika had brains. "So you're saying we go to Sahashi and threaten him? What if his Sekirei fight? You forget one isn't pregnant."

"That's why this plan needs work. I need to figure out who we're up against if it comes to a fight. Hopefully, it doesn't. Also, I'm unsure where they moved, so I'll need to find that out. Or we can let the others do some work, investigating the women of Sahashi."

Chifuyu knew the girls would fight among themselves. Minato had seven Sekirei, and she had eight Infinite Stratos pilots, excluding Kanzashi. She was better off staying back and directing the attack. If she counted Matsu out, six Sekirei remained. The odds were in their favor, especially with Minato's women at a disadvantage.

"All right. You can come out of your rooms! Sarashiki came up with a plan!"

The girls emerged, clearly having had some arguments. Chifuyu ignored their glares.

"Sarashiki devised a plan. We need to divert our attention to Sahashi. If we threaten him, we can get my brother to cooperate. She made a list of Sahashi's Sekirei."

The room was equipped with the latest technology, resembling the setup during the Silver Gospel incident. Chifuyu handled the screens, displaying the Sekirei, and all showed signs of pregnancy.

"What we guessed is correct. Minato Sahashi is going to be a father. Seven women."

The girls expressed their disgust.

"To think I once liked him," Houki muttered.

"Just look at those whores," Rin glared at the screen.

"Those Sekirei led Ichika astray," Cecilia chuckled darkly.

"My bride should know better," Laura said.

"I can't believe Ichika likes this manwhore," Charlotte added.

"I'll see that Ichika learns better from me," Tatenashi said with her fan out.

"My servant needs disciplining," Airis said.

"Agreed, mistress," nodded.

"Alright, children. That's enough. Sarashiki's plan is to go after Sahashi and threaten him. This should scare Orimura back to us, not cause him to resent us."

Cecilia stood. "Miss Orimura, if we know where that awful man is, why don't we just show him what we're made of and take him down?"

Chifuyu's glare made the Brit sit down. "Sahashi is Orimura's best friend. He's more useful as a hostage. But taking Sahashi won't be easy. We'll have to face the Sekirei if it comes to a fight."

Pressing a few buttons, she removed the pictures of Matsu and Chiho.

"Those two are Sekirei No.02 Matsu and Chiho Hidaka. Matsu is a Brain Type and a hacker, not a fighter. Chiho Hidaka is another Ashikabi. They aren't threats. That leaves six Sekirei. We outnumber them, but we need to consider their tactics. I'll let you decide which foes you take on."

Chifuyu returned to her room, sliding down in front of the door. What was she doing? She never wanted Ichika to hate her like this. She wanted him at the school, being cared for by her. Yet, here she was, trying to get him back in this city.

The girls weren't helping matters. How much had changed?

She should have heeded Miya's words. Chifuyu knew the girls were inexperienced and unprofessional. They couldn't fight the Sekirei.

Miya Asama would wipe them away. Chifuyu knew that.

She decided to get some sleep, hoping the headache would disappear.

Scene skip

Madoka Orimura sat back in another city, listening to the heated argument between Autumn and Squall. Phantom Task had some common sense, after all. Going to Shinto Teito would be idiotic. The Infinite Stratos was one thing, but no one in their right mind would mess with the Sekirei.

Madoka tuned out the argument, preferring her music. She played a song on her phone from a concert a few years ago—a unique mix of a French hip-hop group and a Swiss folk metal band. The combination was surprisingly good.

The songs "Inis Mona" and "La Tribu de Dana" both used the same Breton melody, "Tri Martolod," which worked out great for everyone involved. The tempo was perfect, and while most of the lyrics were in French, the band contributed their flair with instruments and occasional vocals.

Madoka tapped her foot to the rhythm, letting the music drown out the bickering around her.

"Escalate the sense." The grunt came out nicely, and despite hearing it dozens of times, she loved every second of it.

"Enhancing to join the dawn." She sang along the English that she knew, but the French were out of her reach.

"Dans la vallée oh oh de Dana lalilala
Dans la vallée oh oh j'ai pu entendre les échos
Dans la vallée oh oh de Dana lalilala
Dans la vallée oh oh des chants de guerre près des tombeaux

Madoka Orimura continued to listen to her music, thoughts drifting to her brother Ichika. She had always envied him for having such a seemingly good life. But if it were indeed that great, her brother wouldn't have run away to Shinto Teito.

She briefly considered going there herself but quickly dismissed the idea. Her target was Chifuyu. If Ichika had decided to burn his bridges with their older sister, it meant he wouldn't stand in her way. He wouldn't oppose Madoka, but he wouldn't bow to her either. She could accept that.

Ideas started to form in her mind. Maybe she could get in contact with Minato. She was skilled with electronics and could easily navigate her way around them. But for now, she had time and would let things unfold on their own.

"You and I, Ichika. We are what we are," she mused, tapping her foot to the music and letting the thoughts swirl in her head.

Scene skip

Matsu was the first one to return to the land of the living after the night they had in their new house. Her brain was trying to catch up to where she was. And her body made it clear that anything below the waist wouldn't work for a while.

Her crotch ached quite a bit, and not in a good way.

Despite being called the Sekirei of Wisdom, she felt that last night's actions were anything but wise.

They came to find that Minato's stamina had outlasted them all for some reason. Their Ashikabi might have hidden his desires for them during their time with Miya and his mother's influence. But finally, free, they had spilled out.

The Sekirei, six in total, and Chiho had been completely drained of their energy, while Minato appeared not to have a single issue.

In case of proof, their Ashikabi had left the bed while Matsu looked around.

Musubi and Tsukiumi were sleeping in the same corner of the bed, the Miko proving to be a bed to the Waterdere. Their legs were the same as Matsu's.

Uzume and Chiho were the same as the female Ashikabi was sleeping on the tits of Uzume. For some reason, she outlasted the Sekirei. Something they should look at.

Kazehana slept next to them, a drunk smile on her face.

Kagari slept alone as she looked taken out.

Meanwhile, the Ashikabi was showering near them. The bathroom was built right next to their bedroom. It would help them as they could use the technology to help them recover.

Matsu realized that if they weren't pregnant already, they would be now. The Sekirei pitied Kusano.

Minato wouldn't touch her until she was 18. Her puberty wouldn't be kind.

Rolling back over, she knew damn well that sleeping was the only thing she could do. So she closed her eyes, and falling asleep was all too easy.

Minato didn't feel winded in the shower, although he somewhat suffered from an internal crisis. He didn't know how or why, but for some reason, he felt fine. Of course, the Ashikabi was happy that he wasn't drained, but he didn't even feel winded when he had just gone ahead and brought seven women to an excellent release, which made him worry.

'I should see mum. Last time was with the medicine, but this time, it was without.'

It was already late in the day. So Minato decided that he should get Kusano from the Inn. Miya and Ichika could be great babysitters.

Besides, when the kids were born, he doubted he could pull all seven into his bed again.

So he would make the most out of it now.

Minato came out of the shower. The glare he received from Matsu was only met with blowing kisses from Minato.

"You enjoy this too much." The Sekirei of Wisdom said while she admired her Ashikabi's body. He began to look like a young God instead of the skinny man she fell in love with. It gave her a familiar heat pool in her.

They would enjoy the moment until they heard a most unpleasant voice.

"Minato Sahashi. Come out here!" Walking to a monitor (of course, they had one installed in their bedroom), he was greeted by Chifuyu Orimura, who had several girls with hoodies behind her.

Matsu looked horrified when she saw them all standing.

"I thought that I had blocked them off." Minato cursed up a storm inwardly. Then, grabbing his leather vest (gift from Jin), he quickly put on some jeans. Tying his boots went fast as Matsu watched her Ashikabi, ready to face them.

Placing a loving kiss on her lips, she had hoped he would play around a bit with her tits as she was still naked.

But it was a time of need, not pleasure, and Matsu knew that.

"Matsu, I want you to be able to call everyone we know that can help us. Sanada, Seo, Shigi, Oosumi. Heck, even my sister. Keep watch over me, but when you see a threat, call them. I hope it won't be needed."

Matsu shivered, realizing her lover was ready to face those lunatics alone. "Mina-tan, that is lunacy. We need to call them over right now and—"

Minato shook his head as he walked out. "If we do that, we'll put you in danger. You are my number one priority. So keep watch over me."

He raced down the stairs and threw open the door of his new house. Running to the group gathered in front of his gate; he saw Chifuyu leading the conversation.

"Finally. Don't you know it's rude to keep a lady waiting?" Minato stayed behind his fence, hoping the threat of the police would be enough to scare off the unwelcome visitors.

"If you're a lady, I'm a monk who swore a vow of chastity. So, what do you want from me, Chifuyu?" Minato crossed his arms, watching as the others looked shocked by his audacity.

"You manwhore. You do not have a right to—" Minato's eyes settled on a silver-haired woman with an eyepatch.

'Gotta thank Ichika for teaching me their names.'

"Shut your mouth, Bodewig. This is my house. And you are not welcome here." Laura was taken aback, while Chifuyu raised an eyebrow.

The house was massive, with a large garden.

"Why would you need such a large garden? Oh, right. I forgot. Bodewig did call you correctly. Manwhore. Gigolo." The insults didn't faze Minato.

"Oh, are we resorting to name-calling? Sourpuss. Ice Queen. I haven't forgotten those, Chifuyu."

The Brunhilde took a deep breath, refocusing on the reason they were there. It wasn't hard to find the house, even with the cameras locked out. Not many multi-million-dollar mansions went for sale and were paid for upfront.

"Enough. I am not here for the past. I am here for Ichika Orimura." Rolling his eyes, Minato scoffed.

"Ichika isn't here. He's still at the inn. Or are you too afraid to go after Miya? Oh, right. Everyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that going after her is suicide. She can rip you to pieces if you so much as lay a finger on Ichika. The Pillar and her husband are getting rather fond of Ichika. More so than with me, but that isn't difficult."

Chifuyu hoped her warning would hold them back. "Who are you to talk to? You're nothing more than a stupid boy who got lucky enough to catch all the special whores you now so stupidly knocked up. A loser dropout. Take away your Ashikabi status. What is left?"

"Winner of the Sekirei Game and upcoming father of eight children. Plus, brother of Ichika Orimura. Miss Tatenashi Sarashiki. Oh, and one warning for you."

The grumble sent a shiver down all their spines. "Call my wives whores again, and I'll rip out your throat myself." His attention shifted back to Chifuyu. "One last time. Why are you here?"

"I know that Orimura isn't here. I am here to tell you that next time we are here, which will be by week's end, I want him here to return to the ISA."

Minato wanted to laugh in her face but saw that Chifuyu was dead serious. He raised an eyebrow. "Why, in God's green earth, would I ever do that?"

Chifuyu showed a cruel smile. "You think this—" tapping the metal fence—"would stop us. It will not. I want my brother back in the ISA. If not, your Sekirei will suffer for it. You can't bear the thought of losing even one."

Minato felt his heart drop into a bottomless abyss but kept his stone-cold face. He waited until Chifuyu was done. "If you do not wish to lose what is yours, return what is mine. I want to see Ichika, and I am ready to leave this city. If not, those girls have been on edge. So, make your choice."

With that said, Chifuyu turned to leave. "Wait." The raven-haired beauty turned back. "Wait, dang it. How do I contact you?"

"Your Sekirei of Wisdom should be able to figure that out. We wouldn't have bothered if she hadn't locked us out of the CCTV, although I admit it was a stupid ploy. I should have gone after you in the first place. You're Orimura's biggest help but also his biggest weakness. By the end of the week, Minato."

The women left, assured of their victory. Meanwhile, Minato stayed behind, seething with rage. The idea that they would threaten his unborn children, innocent babies who had nothing to do with this, was almost too much to take in.

'By week's end? Oh, you shouldn't have given me so much time.' Flipping out his phone, Minato knew what he needed to do.

"Ichika, yeah, Minato. I know it's late. Can you bring Kusano over to the house? Oh, and I think you can ask Miya not to cook. You're eating at our place."

Ichika had to earn his rent back and then some. Minato wouldn't allow his Sekirei to fight. The IS girls would go after his kids. But he wouldn't fight. And Ichika would be right there with one of his fighters.

Then he made another call. "Nishi, are you in the city? Good, I need your help."

Two on the same day. I have a few more things to do to do this. And I can start to focus on new writing now.

It's what it is. I hope you all liked it.

Thank you for reading and for your continued support.

Saluut.
