A/N: So recently, Raye23 wanted me to do a chapter where Deku was Quirkless but had learned how to open the Eight Gates. Well, it took me a little searching to realize that 1. They were talking about Naruto, and 2. It had been years since I'd seen it. Anyways, here's my MHA-flavored take on Naruto, minus the endless talking during battles and billion flashbacks.

It was a pleasantly warm day as Deku strode down the streets of Hoshigakure, aka "The Village Hidden In the Stars". However, behind the calm façade was an air of danger, for Deku was on a grand quest: to defeat the evil shogun known only as "All For One" and save The Land of Stone. Problem was, he was Quirkless, and pretty much every ninja he asked rejected his requests for help. Still, he was determined to keep trying, and he entered the Yamashita Ninja Guild, where he met with their leader, a bald man with a long brown beard.

"How can I help ya, kid?"

"Hi, I'm looking to enlist some of your ninja for an important quest."

"What's your name?"

"I'm Izuku Midoriya."

"And your Quirk?"

"I…well, I'm Quirkless, but…"

The leader pointed towards the door. "Get outta here. We have no use for a kid like you."

"But I'm a ninja and…"

"I said 'get out!'"

Defeated for now, Deku headed for the next ninja guild, the Haruno Ninja Guild.

"May I help you?" asked the leader, a woman with long pink hair.

"Hi, I'm looking to enlist some of your ninja for an important quest."

"What's your name?"

"I'm Izuku Midoriya."

"And what's your Quirk?"

"I'm Quirkless, but I have…"

"I don't care what you have! You're too much of a liability to have on any quest that my ninjas would deem important enough to go on, so leave!"

"Fine…"

Once again, Deku hung his head as he left the guild. At this point, he figured he might as well give up on the whole quest. After all, there were plenty of ninja strong enough to take on All For One without his help.

"Excuse me, boy…"

Deku paused when he heard the female voice address him, and slowly turned around to see who it was: it was a ninja wearing a deep navy blue outfit with silver trim and white knee-high boots. Her face and hair were concealed, revealing only a set of heterochromic eyes, the left one having a blotchy red scar around it. He couldn't tell, but she seemed to have a nice figure under her outfit.

"Yes?" said Deku.

"I have heard rumors of a ninja looking for someone to assist him on his quest to defeat the shogun All For One. Would you be that ninja?"

Deku nodded. "I am." He hung his head. "Sadly, no one will join me even though I have a special power of my own."

"I did hear that this ninja was rejected for being Quirkless. However, if your power is as great as you say, I will join you. I have my own bone to pick with All For One."

Deku's eyes widened. "You will!?" He smiled "Great, let's go!"

And so, Deku and the blue ninja set off on their quest to defeat All For One. The Forbidden Fortress where the evil shogun was holed up wasn't exceedingly far from The Village Hidden In the Stars, but even so, the road leading to it was said to be exceedingly perilous. In fact, there were a few stories about people who travelled that road and were never seen again. However, that didn't deter Deku, nor did it seem to deter his mysterious female companion, who had already taken an interest in him:

"What is your name, ninja?"

"My name is Izuku Midoriya, son of Hisashi and Inko Midoriya. And you?"

"My name is unimportant to you. All you need to know about me is that I am the youngest daughter in a famous ninja clan, and one of the most powerful, too."

Deku smiled. "Well, if you're as powerful as you say you are, then I couldn't care less about who you are so long as you assist me!"

"STOP RIGHT THERE!"

Deku and his companion stopped when they were accosted by two other ninja. One was a blonde girl with amber cat-like eyes and her hair in two messy buns. She wore a tan hoodie over a blue seifuku and brown leather boots. Her companion was a mysterious man wearing a skintight bodysuit that even covered his hair and face. Deku and companion got into fighting stances.

"Who are you?" said Deku.

"My name is Himiko Toga," said the girl. "This is my companion Twice!"

"Hiya!" Twice waved at Deku and friend.

"I've heard of both of you," said Deku's companion. "Both of you have high prices on your head, and I intend to collect."

"Well then come get it!" Toga stuck her tongue out at Deku and companion.

Deku and friend charged at Toga and Twice, and Deku got a nasty surprise when Toga shot two syringes connected to tubes at him. He cartwheeled out of the way and just barely managed to avoid getting stuck. As for Twice, he created a number of clones of himself in an attempt to fool Deku's partner.

"Fear my clone army!" said Twice. "Nah, I'm just foolin' with ya!"

Undeterred, Deku's friend continued charging at Twice and his clones.

"FLASHFIRE FIST!"

With a flaming right hook, Deku's ally sent a powerful blow at what she thought was Twice. The punch connected, and a bunch of Twice's clones were taken out. However, the real Twice was still living.

"Come on! Is that all ya got? I think we'd better get out of here!"

Meanwhile, Deku continued charging at Toga, who was not only trying to get him with the syringes, but had drawn dual daggers and was charging at him as well.

"Your blood looks so tasty! Let me have some!"

As soon as she got close enough, Toga attempted to stick Deku with a devastating dual swipe. However, he not only managed to dodge with a baseball-style feet-first slide, but he also attempted to sweep her legs. Unfortunately for the green bean, she anticipated this and did a front flip over him.

"It's gonna take more than that to stop me, sweetie!"

Undeterred, Deku hopped to his feet and continued trying to land a blow on Toga, and she tried to do the same to him. However, neither combatant could quite get an edge on each other, which worried Deku:

(She's too fast! I don't know how long I'm gonna be able to keep up with her! I don't wanna have to use the power, but I might not have any other choice. Oh well, here goes…)

Still trying to dodge Toga, Deku made a quick series of hand gestures.

"Open…GATE OF LIFE!"

A change came over Deku: his skin turned blood red, his pupils disappeared, his messy green hair stood on end, and huge, bulging veins appeared all over his body. Toga gasped when she saw this, and she casually dropped her daggers.

"Uh-oh."

Deku charged at Toga, who was rendered as helpless as a deer in headlights.

"DETROIT SMASH!"

With a well-connected freight train-esque punch, Deku sent Toga hurtling into a nearby boulder, knocking her unconscious, if not outright killing her. Twice even took notice of this:

"You…YOU KILLED TOGA! YOU BASTARD!"

Twice turned some of his clones on Deku, but without his full concentration on Deku's partner, that was all she needed:

"FLASHFREEZE HEATWAVE!"

With a superheated blast of freezing air, Deku's companion wiped out most – if not all – of Twice's clones. Only two remained when the smoke cleared, and Deku and his ally wiped the floor with them, after which Deku deactivated his power.

"OK, that should be all of them."

Deku looked over at his partner and saw an odd look in her eyes:

"Um…why are you looking at me like that?"

"You…you used one of the Eight Gates. I never imagined I'd meet anyone in this lifetime who could master even one."

Deku nodded. "I've mastered all eight. I may be Quirkless, but this more than makes up for it."

"Then you truly are worthy of taking on All For One."

Just then, Deku's companion removed her hood and mask, revealing a beautiful girl about his age with 70s-style feathered hair, the right half being white and the left half being red. Deku blushed when he saw her.

"Who…who are you?"

"I am Shoko Todoroki, daughter of Enji and Rei Todoroki, Heiress of the Todoroki Clan."

Deku smiled. "It's an honor to meet you, Todoroki."

Deku and Todoroki bowed before each other.

"Let's not waste any more time," said Todoroki. "The longer our journey takes, the closer All For One gets to fulfilling whatever grand plans he may have in store."

Deku clenched his fist. "Right!"

Deku and Todoroki continued to venture ever closer to Mount Horikoshi, where All For One's fortress was located.

"Tell me, Midoriya: just what made you want to be a ninja? You do realize that not having a Quirk is a liability for any ninja."

"There was once a great ninja I admired, a man by the name of All Might. He used to be the most powerful ninja in the world, but one day, after battling All For One, he disappeared without a trace. I wanted to be a great ninja like him, and I wasn't gonna let being Quirkless stop me, so I read every single piece of ninja literature I could get my hands on, and that was how I mastered the Eight Inner Gates."

"Fascinating story. With power like that, you could even surpass your idol."

Deku chuckled. "Perhaps. Now, what made you want to be a ninja?"

"It wasn't really a want. My father – the Kazekage – wanted to give birth to a ninja who would surpass All Might. He thought of me as the perfect candidate to become the next Kazekage, so he subjected me to the most brutal training methods anyone could ever imagine. My mother grew to dislike me because she thought I reminded me too much of my father, which is how I got this." Todoroki pointed to the scar over her left eye. "I always hated my father for having my mother sent away, and I ran away from home, vowing not only to find her, but to destroy All For One."

Deku put his hand on Todoroki's shoulder. "Listen…Todoroki…I don't know exactly how you feel, and I can't say I've been where you've been, but if you want my help to find your mother, I'll do whatever I can. You not only seem like one of the nicest people I've ever met, but you're the most capable ninja I've ever fought aside, and…and…"

"Yes?"

"…you're the most beautiful girl I've ever met."

Todoroki gasped and blushed, not expecting Deku to say that. After a lifetime of low self-esteem, how could she ever believe such a thing? Even so, coming from this guy, it seemed so genuine, so much so that she knew what to say:

"Thank you."

Todoroki gave Deku a big hug, which he gladly returned. After a lifetime of having to put up with discrimination for being Quirkless, it meant so much to him to have someone who was not only willing to be his partner in his quest, but also willing to accept his love and comfort. As he suspected, she did indeed have a very nice body under that outfit, which made her so soft warm and cuddly. He really didn't want to let her go. Similarly, she didn't want to let him go. Having dealt with such an oppressive father and his equally brutal training regimen, to hear someone like him give her a compliment meant so much to her. Finally, here was a boy who couldn't care less about her fearsome reputation and who truly saw the good within her heart. Plus, there was something about that shade of green in his hair that excited her passions. Eventually, she let go.

"You're welcome," said Deku.

Todoroki smiled. "You're very sweet, you know that?"

Deku smiled as well. "I know."

"Now come. All For One awaits us."

Todoroki put her disguise back on, and her and Deku headed for Mount Horikoshi.

Neither Deku nor Todoroki encountered any further enemies on their way to Mount Horikoshi. At the base of the mountain, they paused to look up at the peak.

"Well…there's no going back now," said Deku.

Todoroki nodded, and both of them proceeded to climb the mountain. Already, it was proving to be an arduous climb, not only physically, but of the mere fact that one of All For One's lackeys could attack them at any point during their climb. Still, they managed to make it at least 1,000 feet up the mountain without encountering any of his forces. Then, a couple thousand more feet up, they got a nasty surprise:

"Never thought I'd see you up here, Shoko."

Deku and Todoroki encountered another ninja: a guy who was dressed in a stereotypical black ninja outfit, but with white trim. Todoroki took a step back upon hearing her name.

"Who are you, and how do you know my name?"

"I'm Dabi, but it seems you forgot who I really am."

The other ninja unmasked himself, revealing a guy with snow-white hair and patches of gnarled, purple, scarred skin, held in place with sutures. Todoroki gasped when she saw him.

"Toya? You're ALIVE!?"

"Yes, though brutalized by the old man's training, I am still kickin'. You and your unimportant friend, however, won't be."

Todoroki uncovered her face and head. "We'll see about that. I've spent years of my life enhancing both sides of my Quirk."

"Oh really? I'd love to see how far you've come."

Letting out an evil laugh, Dabi shot a burst of blue flames at Todoroki, who retorted with an ice blast of her own. The resulting collision created a big explosion, with both parties being thrown back quite a bit, but neither one receiving serious injury.

"Not bad," said Dabi. "You're still years away from beating me, though."

"I haven't even used half of my power."

Todoroki and Dabi continued to go at each other, and despite Todoroki turning up the power, she still couldn't beat Dabi. Knowing that Todoroki would likely be stuck in a stalemate unless he intervened, Deku took advantage of the fact that Dabi was distracted and attempted to land a punch on him, but Dabi took notice of him and tried to burn him. Deku rolled out of the way just in time, though, and managed to avoid getting burnt to a crisp, but not without some snark from Dabi:

"Trying to take advantage of my distraction? What a coward's tactic!"

"You don't know what cowardice is!" said Deku.

Dabi managed to dodge some more of Todoroki's ice:

"And don't think you'll do any better, Shoko! You're gonna have to use your flames eventually!"

"Oh, you mean like this? FLASHFREEZE HEATWAVE!"

Todoroki rapidly cooled the air in her immediate vicinity before switching to her fire to release a superheated blast of air at Dabi. From Deku's point of view, it appeared that Todoroki had pretty much vaporized Dabi. However, when the smoke cleared, it became obvious that Dabi was still alive…if a little banged up:

"That was pretty impressive, Shoko! You're gonna need way more than that to beat me, though!"

Dabi shot out another hellish blast of blue fire at Todoroki, and while she managed to block this one with a wall of ice, it was indeed clear that she would need something way bigger to stop him, and even Deku wasn't helping much with trying to distract Dabi. However, Todoroki wasn't out yet. She concentrated as hard as she could and started circulating the hot and cold halves of her Quirk throughout her body, causing an X-shaped beam of light in front of her chest. She charged at Dabi with her fist ready, and…

"GREAT GLACIAL AEGIR!"

With that, Todoroki delivered an earth-shattering punch against Dabi that unleashed a massive wave of cold fire against him, freezing him and turning a massive section of the mountain into ice. She stood still for a second, huffing and puffing before finally standing up straight, while Dabi was a human popsicle.

"There, that did it." Todoroki walked towards Deku. "Let's go before…"

"You pathetic little girl, I'M STILL HERE!"

Deku and Todoroki turned to see that not only had Dabi broken out of his icy tomb, but that he had copied Todoroki's Phosphor ability.

"Yeah, not so tough now that I've copied your Ultimate Technique now, huh?" said Dabi.

Deku stepped up. "We'll see about that! Open…GATE OF JOY!"

With that, Deku opened up the Sixth Gate, and not only did this bring about the changes from the Third Gate, but it created a green aura around him. He then charged at Dabi, whose flames were displaced by the sheer energy around Deku.

"MORNING PEACOCK!"

Deku sent a seismic kick to Dabi that sent him flying up in the air, jumped up and sent a rapid series of punches Dabi's way, punches that were so lightning fast that they rapidly heated up the air around them, also overheating Dabi as well. Finally, Deku finished the attack with one solid right hook, which sent Dabi crashing back to the ground, whereupon he lay still. After closing the Gates he'd opened, Deku took Dabi's wrist and checked his pulse. He then looked over at Todoroki and shook his head. She gasped and put her hand over her mouth, not because he'd killed her brother, but because of his sheer power:

"H-how did you do that? My brother was one of the most powerful ninja in our clan, if not The Land of Stone, yet the way you fought him, it was as if he was no better than the average genin!"

Deku smiled. "You've never seen any of the Eight Gates in action, have you?"

Todoroki shook her head. "No, but…Midoriya, MAKE LOVE TO ME!"

Todoroki wrapped her arms around Deku and kissed him. Despite being surprised that she would take things this far this fast, he wrapped his arms around her as well. In his life, no girl had ever loved him, but this girl whom he'd known for less than a day was already treating him like he was the love of her life. Granted, he wasn't too sure about going so fast, but she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever met, and there was a chance they might not make it back, so he figured that he might as well roll with it. However, when she backed him against a tree and started unzipping his jacket, he gently grabbed her wrists.

"Er…Todoroki…why don't we save that until after the mission is complete?"

Todoroki smiled and gently pulled her hands away. "OK, sexy boy. And please, call me Shoko."

Deku smiled. "Well, in that case, call me Deku!"

Todoroki giggled. "As you wish."

After defeating Dabi, the rest of the climb was pretty easy, if a bit arduous. Soon, the fortress got so near that they could taste it. However, someone else could taste this, too:

"So, you two bested Toga, Twice and Dabi? I'm actually mildly impressed. However, you'll never reach All For One."

The ninja who impeded Deku and Todoroki's progress this time was a young man with shoulder-length white hair, severe wrinkles around his eyes and heavy scar tissue on his arms. He wore nothing but a red cape and a black pair of jeans. Deku and Todoroki got into fighting stances.

"You…" said Deku. "I know you! You're…!"

"…Tomura Shigaraki. You tried to destroy me once, but I've gotten stronger since then. I don't know who your pathetic companion is, but she too will die."

"I would love to see you try," said Todoroki.

Shigaraki let out an evil chuckle. "So be it."

Then, Deku and Todoroki got a nasty surprise when the ground within Shigaraki's vicinity began crumbling, which clued Deku in to something:

"Watch out, Shoko! I remember now: Shigaraki's Quirk allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches!"

"Right!"

Todoroki attempted another Flashfreeze Heatwave on Shigaraki, but it was clear that this wouldn't work. Knowing how dangerous Shigaraki was, Deku had no choice. He knew it was dangerous, but he had to do it:

"Open…GATE OF SHOCK!"

Upon opening the Seventh Gate, Deku began sweating heavily, so much so that it was evaporating and creating a blue aura around him, much to Shigaraki's amazement:

(Wow, I…I've NEVER seen anyone with that much chakra! But WAIT, that CAN'T be chakra!)

"Shoko, distract him!" said Deku.

"Right!"

While Todoroki was attempting to distract Shigaraki with various ice and fire attacks, Deku placed his hand in front of his face – palm outwards – and tapped it with his other fist to create a large amount of air pressure, and then did a hand sign resembling a tiger, aiming it at Shigaraki. The resulting blast of air pressure not only resembled a tiger, but condensed into a single point on Shigaraki, after which it made a massive explosion, the size of which not only dwarfed the mountain, but ended up heavily damaging the fortress. Once the smoke cleared, Shigaraki had the literal wind knocked out of him.

"Is it over?" asked Todoroki.

"Not quite. We still need to get…"

"So, you're the two meddlers who attempted to kill my protégé Shigaraki."

Deku and Todoroki looked to see who'd emerged from what was left of the fortress: a gigantic tower of a man who had no visible face, presumably from all the scar tissue covering his body. He wore a black longcoat with a red flak jacket over it, black pants and black knee-high leather boots with three buckles near the top, as well as a samurai helmet.

"All For One!" said Deku and Todoroki simultaneously.

"Yes, the Mad Shogun himself. Judging by the amount of damage my fortress has suffered, one of you has learned how to access the Eight Gates. It's too bad that power won't be of any use to you now."

Just then, Shigaraki regained consciousness and slowly clambered to his feet.

"I see the boy's seismic impact hasn't killed you yet, Tomura," said All For One.

"It's gonna take more than that to defeat me."

Deku gritted his teeth. "Then we'll give you more!"

And so, Deku and Todoroki teamed up to give Shigaraki and All For One another heaving helping of pain. Though severely wounded by Deku's Morning Tiger attack, Shigaraki still had enough strength to keep fighting. All For One, however, proved to be the biggest fly in the ointment, however, for he would bring up random Quirks to shoot off at Deku and Todoroki. Todoroki managed to block a bunch of these with gigantic ice walls, but it was clear that her and Deku would need to do something quick in order to finish the battle. Todoroki got her Phosphor ability going, while Deku continued to pummel Shigaraki.

"Deku, I hope you have something else up your sleeve!"

Deku dodged some falling boulders. "I do, but it's extremely risky!"

"Um…how risky are we talking?"

"I mean, I stand a very high chance of dying from it!"

Todoroki nearly tripped over. "NO! DON'T DO THAT!"

"But it may be our only option!"

Todoroki paused. While she wasn't willing to let a cute boy she met die like this, not when she felt he had so much to live for, they also needed to defeat Shigaraki and All For One. She didn't want to admit it, but Deku may actually have had a valid point:

"All right, but I'm not gonna be held responsible if you die!"

"I didn't expect you to!"

Using his thumb, Deku pierced his heart and opened the Gate of Death, not only causing his heart to pump blood as fast as humanly possible, but also causing him to emit a steam of blood from his pores and hair that created a red aura around him.

"TEXAS SMASH!"

Deku threw multiple punches at Shigaraki that launched highly-compressed air pressure at him, the force of which blew him back harder than the Morning Tiger and did indeed put him out of action permanently, much to All For One's amazement:

"So, you've killed Shigaraki. I congratulate you. Now, I must kill you."

All For One attempted to throw more Quirks at Deku and Todoroki. They managed to evade these, but it was clear that they needed to act quickly or risk death.

"Shoko, you ready to put this asshole out of his misery?"

"Ready when you are, lover!"

"OK! UNITED STATES OF WORLD SMASH!"

"GREAT GLACIAL AEGIR!"

Deku and Todoroki gave it their all and aimed their Final Attacks square at All For One, creating an atomic explosion that not only destroyed his fortress, but took out a good chunk of the mountain, too. When the smoke cleared, All For One froze briefly before being shattered to little tiny chunks. Both Deku and Todoroki were panting heavily after expending so much energy, and Deku's eyes rolled up into the back of his head as he collapsed to the ground.

"DEKU!"

Todoroki rushed to Deku's body and cradled him in her arms.

"Deku, wake up! WAKE UP!"

Todoroki shook Deku's body gently, and then put her index and middle fingers on his wrist. Sensing no pulse, she started forming tears in her eyes:

"No…NO!"

Todoroki buried her face in Deku's chest as she cried. Even if she'd only known this boy for a few hours, it had felt like a lifetime for her, a lifetime they would never share…or would they? Deku groaned.

"Sh-Shoko…w…why are you…crying?"

Todoroki lifted her head up and gasped.

"DEKU! YOU'RE ALIVE!"

Todoroki gave Deku a big hug, which he gladly returned, even if he was still weakened from opening the Eighth Gate.

"Yeah. That power nearly cooked me, though."

Todoroki broke away from Deku and drew her hand back to slap him, but froze, and slowly lowered her hand.

"Oh…I can't hit you. Even if you worried me with that last technique, you're still the kindest, cutest boy I've ever met."

Deku smiled. "You're the kindest, most beautiful woman I've ever met. Wanna go to bed when we get home?"

Todoroki formed a serious look on her face. "What do you mean?"

"I mean, wanna have the hottest, filthiest sex you've ever had?"

Todoroki shot a blank look at Deku, and then burst out laughing.

"Oh, you charmer!"

Todoroki laid Deku on the ground and smooched his brains out. A grueling mission, to be sure, but also a very rewarding one.

Criticism is gold. Negativity and nitpicking are pyrite.
