Elijah woke to a beautiful woman in his arms. He watched Lyra sleep for a moment before he heard Teddy wake. Sliding his arm from under her head, Elijah got up and found his clothes so he could check on the boy.

Teddy was just waking but he noticed immediately that it wasn't his mother who had walked into his room. He stared at Elijah, curious as to why he was here. Elijah noticed the stare and smiled, Teddy was definitely a mama's boy.

"Morning Teddy, are you ready to get up" Elijah asked as he approached the crib. He waited for Teddy to make the first move, he was still staring Elijah down. Teddy must have finally made his decision because he held his arms up.

Elijah got the boy ready and listened to see if Lyra had woke yet. Not hearing anything, Elijah carried Teddy down to where he could hear Bipsy in the kitchen. The two entered and the little elf popped over.

"Bipsy be taking the young master" she said as she held her arms out. Elijah handed him over and told Bipsy he would wake Lyra.

Elijah entered Lyra's room and stared at her sleeping form. He would let her sleep but he knew she liked to keep a schedule with her son. They also had a few things to do today. Sliding onto the bed beside her, Elijah ran a hand over her arm. He was surprised when her beautiful green eyes opened.

Smiling, Elijah leaned down to kiss her, "Morning lovely"

Lyra smiled back, "Morning Lijah, I'm surprised Teddy didn't wake me"

"Teddy is down with Bipsy. I hope you don't mind, I heard him wake" he told her.

Lyra was surprised, "He didn't freak out when I wasn't the one who came in" she asked.

Elijah chuckled, "It took him a moment but it seems I passed his test" Lyra laughed at that.

"I'm sure you surprised him. It's only been the two of us but I think he likes you" Lyra says, getting out of the bed. She was looking for something to wear.

"I'm a very likable person" he jokes, "Let's have some breakfast before my brother decides to grace us with his company" Elijah says, leading her down to the kitchen.

Lyra thought Teddy must have really taken a liking to Elijah. She hadn't even thought about dating before coming here. Even now she had been hesitant, trust issues were a bitch. Honestly, Lyra had never thought she would find someone who would accept her and Teddy. Maybe Elijah was just that good of a man. His brother was unfortunately part of the package.

Klaus had arrived thirty minutes ago and Lyra was already ready to kick him out. The first thing that came out of the mans mouth was to ask if Jenna was coming over. She knew he had flirted with Jenna last night but it seems he wasn't finished. Of course he also had to rile up Teddy. Between the growling and eye flashing the two were doing, Lyra was going crazy. Finally having enough, Lyra sent a spell at Klaus which caused him to pause.

Klaus' hands moved to his head when he felt an unusual weight. Teddy was in a fit of giggles while Elijah was trying to hold back his laughter. Lyra was glaring at the hybrid, waiting for his reaction.

"Did you just give me bunny ears!" Klaus asks, shocked. Elijah's restraint broke and he started cracking up.

"Brother, you could be the first ever wererabbit" Elijah told him between laughs.

Lyras composure broke. Laughing she looked to Klaus, "I will remove the ears if you stop antagonizing my son" he glared at her but there was no heat behind it.

"Kill joy" Klaus pouted. Lyra removed the ears while Ellijah got himself under control. Teddy was displeased that the bunny ears were gone. Klaus was surprised by his brother. He seemed like a whole new person when he was around Lyra and Teddy. Klaus thought it was a good change.

Lyra had received a text from Jenna. She was headed over. It seems her talk with Elena last night had gone to hell. She was bringing Jeremy with her. Jenna had asked if Lyra and Elijah could talk with him.

Elijah and Klaus had been discussing who would have the records for the old mills. Hopefully Jenna would be able to help them since she was from Mystic Falls.

Lyra had felt as Jenna and Jeremy had entered the wards. She decided to head out and meet them, she also needed to warn Jenna about Klaus. She had just stepped off the porch and was watching Jenna park when Teddy caught sight of something.

"Hoo, Hoo" Teddy squealed, pointing to the sky. Lyra looked up and watched as an owl flew towards them. Elijah noticed her tense and flashed next to her. Lyra handed Teddy to him and waited.

"I don't want to chance anything" Lyra told him, she didn't know if the owl or letter had anything attached to it. When the owl landed, she scanned the owl and letter for spells. Only Kingsley knew where she was but one could never be to safe. Elijah and Klaus watched carefully, he had come out when he heard Jenna's voice.

Finding nothing, Lyra took the letter and called for Bipsy, "Please make sure there is food and water for the owl and somewhere for her to rest" Bipsy nodded and popped away with the tired owl.

Jenna and Jeremy had walked up but paused when they seen the owl. Elijah walked over, "Would you hold him please" he asked Jenna, who gladly took Teddy. Walking back over to Lyra he asks, "Who's it from lovely"

"Let's see", Lyra opened the sealed letter. She skimmed through it, seeing it was from Kingsley she let out a breath. "It's from Kingsley, he says one of my friends wanted to find me. She knew she needed to contact him for any chance of finding me" seeing his confusion, she smiles and says, "She's special. She can see things that others are blind to. She wasn't one who stole from me or betrayed me but I cut off everyone when I left so I'm not even sure what to say"

Elijah nodded, "Think it over but it seems like she isn't mad if she's going through Kingsley to find you" Lyra nods and puts the letter away.

Jenna walks over to Lyra with Jeremy. "I'm not sure if you've me but this is my nephew Jeremy. Jer, this is Lyra, her son Teddy and Elijah. That's Klaus" she adds the last name with a glare at the man. Klaus smiles.

After they all walked inside, Jenna explained what had happened last night. She told them that Elena flipped and ran off when Jenna said she was going to send her to stay with John. Even Jeremy said that he didn't recognize Elena anymore and that she had changed for the worse. He explained how Bonnie was trying to get the ancestors to help her but they were still mad because she hadn't listened to them before. They had completely cut her off. Seems like both Elena and Bonnie were losing it.

Lyra wanted to make sure Jenna was okay. She needed to know that she wasn't responsible for the actions of Elena. Her niece was an adult and responsible for her own actions and herself.

Klaus was the one who brought up the mills. Jenna told them that the Salvatores would have the records because their family did all the milling. None were happy about that. Jeremy explained how both Damon and Stefan had cut Elena off and that they would probably talk to him. Elijah agreed that Jeremy should be the one to go, maybe Damon would finally pull his head out of his ass.

Klaus agreed to go with Jeremy. Maybe Stefan would be more receptive to him now. After flirting with Jenna for a few more minutes, Klaus headed out with Jeremy. Jenna stayed to play with Teddy and Lyra read through her letter again.

Looking to Elijah, she asked, "Do you think I should write her? She was one of the sweetest and most honest people ever. She was bullied horribly in Hogwarts, that's actually how we met. I hexed a couple of older girls because they had ganged up on her. We became friends after that"

Elijah wrapped his arms around Lyra, "I think you should. You miss her and I can see it's hurting you. Do it for yourself and her" Lyra nodded and gave Elijah a quick kiss before grabbing parchment to write her friend back.

Klaus and Jeremy pulled up to the Salvatores. They both stood there silent, listening to the yelling coming from inside. It seems Elena was here. Bracing themselves, they walked into the chaos.

Elena was screaming at the two vampires sitting in the living room. "I want you two to let Bonnie check you, I think that evil bitch did something! That would be the only reason you would act like this! Stefan, I thought you loved me"

Jeremy couldn't take anymore, "Not everyone has to do as you say" Elena looked surprised to see him.

Klaus walked in then, "Seems to me that these two want you gone, I could still make that happen" Elena paled when she seen him and actually hid behind Jeremy. Klaus rolled his eyes.

Damon stood and walked over, "What are you doing here" he asked curiously.

Jeremy answered, "We can talk after Elena leaves", turning to face her, "Go home"

Elena ignored him and started harping on, "Are you here with him" she points to Klaus. When no answer comes she starts yelling again.

Having enough, Klaus flashes in front of her, "Leave" he compels her. They're all shocked when she actually does.

"I thought she had vervain, or was drinking it" Jeremy blurts.

Stefan speaks then, "I took the necklace back. It wasn't mine to give and I only realized that when my memories came back but I thought she was drinking it" Klaus smirks when he says memories.

"Not that this isn't lovely but why are you here" Damon asks.

Jeremy explains what they're looking for. Klaus looks to Damon, adding "Lyra needs this information" he looks surprised but nods.

"We have all of the records, I'll help you look" Damon leads the way to the library. They spend the next three hours going through them.

Lyra had sent her letter back to Kingsley, she included one for Luna. Hopefully she would reply. Lyra hadn't realized how much she had missed her insightful little friend until that letter. With everything that had happened, she had been in survival mode and only focused on Teddy. Maybe she could get Luna to visit, that would be fun.

They were all waiting for Jeremy and Klaus to return. Klaus had said they found the information and they would be back shortly. Lyra was making sure Bipsy had enough help with dinner. She stopped setting the table, surprised when she felt four people enter her wards. Honestly, she was a little nervous at the last one. Walking over to Elijah, he noticed the look on her face.

"What's wrong" he asked, sliding an arm around her.

"Damon is with them" Lyra said quietly. Elijah was surprised, he knew this could either go really well or really bad. He hoped Damon wouldn't hurt her again.

"I'll greet them, you go be with Teddy and Jenna" he told her. Lyra nodded and headed to her son.

Steeping outside, Elijah watched as his brother parked and Damon pulled in next to him. Klaus noticed where his big brother was looking, walking up to him he said, "He pulled his head out of Elena's ass, both did actually".

Elijah nodded and let everyone walk inside, stopping Damon "If you're going to hurt her again, leave. If you're here it has to be because she can trust you"

Damon wanted to be mad but knew he didn't have a right. "I'm not going to hurt her, I promise" Elijah nodded and followed Damon inside.

Jenna glared as Klaus settled in the empty seat next to her. Jeremy had to hide his laugh. Stefan sat with Damon next to Jeremy. Elijah and Lyra sat with Teddy between them.

The silence was broken when Damon spoke, "Lyra I'm sorry" she looked at him and must have seen the truth because all tension left the table.

"Thank you" she tells him.

Jeremy brings up what they found out and they spent the rest of dinner talking and making plans.
