Chapter 23 Mountain Glenn

I don't own Kamen Rider Wizard or RWBY

Haru was lying down at the mats with the girls as they rest together, but Ruby wasn't there.

"Blake, are you awake?" Yang asked.

"Yeah." She answered.

"Why do you think he asked us about being a Huntress? Like, what was he trying to say?" Yang said.

"What do you think Haru?" Blake asked him.

He was looking up. "Maybe, to know what our meaning is, like our final goal. Are you awake Weiss?"

"Of course I'm awake! They were talking. And I think he... When I said I wanted to honor my family's name, I meant it. But, it's not what you think. I'm not stupid. I'm fully aware of what my father has done with the Schnee Dust Company. Since he took control, our business has operated in a... moral gray area." Weiss said.

Haru frowns hearing that.

"That's putting it lightly." Blake said.

"Which is why I feel the need to make things right. If I had taken a job in Atlas, it wouldn't have changed anything. My father was not the start of our name, and I refuse to let him be the end of it." Weiss said.

"All my life, I fought for what I thought was right. I had a partner named Adam. More of a mentor, actually. He always assured me that what we were doing would make the world a better place. But of course, his idea of a perfect future turned out to be not perfect for everyone. I joined the Academy because I knew that Huntsmen and Huntresses were regarded as the most noble warriors in the world. Always fighting for good. But I never really thought past that. When I leave the Academy, what will I - how can I undo so many years of hate?" Blake said.

"I'm sure you'd figure it out. You're not one to back down from a challenge, Blake." Yang told her.

"But I am! I do it all the time! When you learned I was a Faunus, I didn't know what to do, so I ran! When I realized my oldest partner had become a monster, I ran! Even my Semblance! I was born with the ability to leave behind a shadow of myself; an empty copy that takes the hit while I run away!"

"At least you two have something that drives you. I've just kinda of always, gone with the flow, y'know? And that's fine, I mean, that's who I am. But how long can I really do that for? I wanna be a Huntress, not really because I want to be a hero, but because I want the adventure. I want a life where I won't know what tomorrow will bring. And that'll be a good thing. Being a Huntress just happens to line up with that. I'm not like Ruby, she's always wanted to be a Huntress. It's like she said, ever since she was a kid, she'd dreamt about being the heroes in the books. Helping people and saving the day, and never asking for anything else in return. Even when she couldn't fight, she knew that's what she wanted to do. That's why she trained so hard to get where she is today." Yang said.

Yang looks at Haru. "What about you Haru?"

He thinks about the answer. "Me... Well all I wanted was to do something that I could help others. Like you have big dreams, like if I try to reach out to the moon..." He puts his arm foward. "And tell others as a kid that I would always want to touch it and see our home from there. Many would just laugh it off, but having big dreams is what many can give hope. All my time I didn't have much hope, until I met him..." He remembers Balan. "So I actually tried to get better, as he showed me a miracle, I want others to have hope when they live they're lives, a world where everyone can be happy."

They got surprised by his words before they smiled.

"That's one big motivation." Yang said.

"You have a big heart Haru." Weiss said.

"And I would always pick that." Blake said.

Haru smiles at them before they went to bed.

Someone was watching being a familiar white showman as he smiles.

Haru sleeps and he appears in his mindscape, he noticed it was different, it was Balan's stage before it sucks him inside of a portal.

He looks around and saw he was at Wonderworld, Haru was near a statue of Balan and looks around.

"Is this, my underworld?" He wonders.

It was different from many that he has seen.

Haru goes foward and saw many pieces of despair he had, as images that appeared but they vanished.

He saw four statues that have him as Wizard with his team, Ruby was on his shoulder as they looked like they were cheering.

The one with Weiss has both of them dancing together as Weiss was smiling.

Blake's was of her on the ground with him extending a helping hand to her as she holds it.

Yang's was them both fist bumping together with a big smile on her face.

Haru goes in between the statues in the middle and he can tell that it means the girls are all special to him.

"Could this be my feelings?" He asked himself.

He goes around touching the statues as he sits down staring into them, then they sent a beam of different colors each representing the girls.

Haru sees them hitting each other making a orb, he grabs it and stares at it.

"What is this?" He said.

Haru then saw Dark Magician girl appearing. "Dark Magician girl?"

She smiles at him and waves, she then goes away and he follows her. "Wait."

Haru runs through a lake as she flies around and he falls down a cliff.

He got caught and looks up to see Magician girl holding his hand. "It's okay."

She spins him around the sky as they danced together and he laughs a bit.

This was pretty fun and they went up as the moon shines behind them as they hugged, the girl was holding him and she was happy.

They saw the orb from before go up and it shines making Haru wonder what it will do.

Next day

Haru wakes up and Yang goes up to him. "Haru! Ruby's gone!"

"What?!" He got shocked.

Zwei barks and they followed him.

Zwei leads Oobleck and Ruby's teammates to the hole that Ruby fell into, and Yang spots Crescent Rose next to the hole.

"Ruby's scythe!" Yang said.

"Did she fell down?" Haru looks at the hole.

"Fell?" Oobleck looks up.

"The hole!" Haru points at it.

"Oh my. Of course! Of course, OF COURSE, OF COURSE!" He noticed.

"What is it?" Blake said.

"How could I be so stupid?!" Oobleck said.

"Dr. Oobleck, what's wrong?" Yang said.

"Mountain Glenn! Yes, an expansion of Vale that was inevitably destroyed by creatures of Grimm! Previously home to thousands of people! Working people commuting to the city, the main city! Developed a subway system to the inner city! Grimm attacks increased! Population in danger, now desperately searching for shelter! City evacuates into the metro tunnels and what do they find? The southeast quadrant of Vale is known for wild forests and deep caves!" He told them.

"Doc, what are you saying?" Yang said.

"My dear, we're not just looking for an underground crime network, we're looking for an UNDERGROUND crime network!" Oobleck said surprising them.

"They've been working in caves?" Blake said.

"No, no, Mountain Glenn was Vale's first serious attempt at expansion. It worked for a short period of time, thanks to an aggressive perimeter defense, and unique transportation; the city developed an elaborate subway system to carry citizens safely from the new territory into the main Kingdom! Sadly, without the many natural barriers Vale had to protect its borders, Mountain Glenn was doomed from the start! As the end drew near, the citizens of the territory made one last attempt at survival: They took up shelter beneath the city! In massive caves that they had cleared out for the subway. And they had cut themselves off from the surface!" He said.

"An underground village?" Yang asked.

"In a matter of speaking, yes. A safe haven. Until... an explosion opened the mouth of another cavern, filled with subterranean Grimm. After that, the Kingdom officially sealed off the tunnels, creating the world's largest tomb. If Ruby is down there... "Oobleck deploys Antiquity's Roast. "We must find her."

Note: Heres Mountain Glenn, not much I can do, I added the dream scene to show more what will happen later on, for those asking for more disney stuff, i'll have to do think about it.
