Chapter 35 Together at Christmas

It was snowing and Haru was outside on top of a hill wearing a coat, he watches as the snow goes down.
"I wonder how Weiss would think seeing this area." he said.
Haru then sees Weiss go towards him.
"Well speak of her and she shall come." He said.
"Hey Haru." She sits next to him.
"It's a wonderful view isn't it?" He points foward.
She looks. "Well yes, the snow is nice to see."
"It's also good to hang out with you." He smiles at her.
Weiss smiles at his words and looks away. "Well you should be lucky I am even here."
Haru chuckles and takes out a gift surprising her.
"Oh thank you." She takes it.
Weiss opens it and saw a necklace with a white apple on it.
"I found it and I thought it fit you." He smiles.
Weiss got happy and puts it around her neck. "It's really pretty."
Then she takes out a box for him and he takes it.
Haru opens it to see a ring with a dragon on it with a red ruby. "Wow."
"I thought you would like it, so I asked a professional to make it for you." "Weiss said.
Haru puts it on and checks the ring. "It is really nice Weiss, thank you."
She smiles and she leans towards him putting her head on his shoulder.
He blushes at what she's doing before smiling. Haru then saw a frozen pond in the distance.
"Hey Weiss, have you ever skated?" he asked.
"Well sometimes." She said.
He takes her hand and they want foward surprisng Weiss.
Then they were now skating on the pond together as they danced around it, he used one of his rings to get a pair of skates he had just in case.
"Well this is fun." Weiss said.
"Yeah, just the two of us today." He spins her around.
Weiss smiles at that as it seems just today they are alone for the Holidays.
"Well let's enjoy our own dance." She said.
The two held hands as they spinned around looking into each others eyes and Weiss was blushing more.
Haru then goes foward with Weiss right behind him holding on to his hand.
She could only think of how they met and the many adventures they had together, she was a bratty girl but the more she went with Haru the more she can feel normal around him.
He was always the one to make her see the world different and she has feelings for him.
Haru smiles at Weiss since he can feel a lot closer to her, like he didn't like how she treated Ruby in the beginning but he can see how much she changed, and he would be lying if he didn't have feelings too.
Weiss goes around and Haru holds her from behind making the heiress smile feeling his big arms.
"I must say, this has been the most fun I had." Weiss said.
"Really?" He said.
"Yeah, but don't get too excited." she said.
Haru chuckled at her answer but he knows she's just hidding her feelings.
They jumped together as they spinned around and Weiss smiles at him.
The two the went to the sides and sat at the ground together.
"That was a good time, just wish we could take a picture." He said.
"Well..." She points to the side.
He looks to see her scroll on a tree stump filming everything that happened.
"I wanted to keep the memories of this day." she said.
Haru smiles and puts a arm around her.
This caused Weiss to blush since she didn't expect that. But it also felt very nice to her.
"It's just feels right." Weiss said.
"Yeah, a best Christmas for us both." Haru said.
"I agree." She nodded.
She goes foward to her scroll and looks at him. "Um, would you like to hear a song?"
"Of course, I would love to hear it." He said.
She smiles and picks one and sets it down.

He claps his hands for her and she smiles seeing that.
"Your a great singer as always Weiss." Haru said.
"Why thank you." She said.
He goes towards her and said: "Now let's go."
The two walked foward together and they saw the stars in the sky showing that it was getting late.
But they saw the North star and they smiled seeing it since it looked pretty.
"I must say seeing that makes the day have a nice finish." She said.
"Yes it is." He nodded.
"I wonder how the girls are doing?" He said.
"Ruby must be eating all the cookies " Weiss frowns.
He chuckles at what he said since she would eat a lot of Christmas cookies.
"Well let's head back." he said.
The two went foward and they saw Cindy flying around on her broom.
"Come on mommy and daddy." She said.
"Okay Cindy, just wait a bit." Weiss goes up to her.
The three of them went foward together back home and Haru looks at the star.
"Merry Christmas."
Watching them from a distance was Balan and he was smiling.
"Merry Christmas Haru."
