Chapter 66 Donut Day

It was morning in beacon with no classes today so all the students can enjoy the day.
Haru was at his room and he saw that it's donut day. "Yes."
He smiles widely as he prepares to head out, the girls noticed the day.
"Donut day!" Ruby shouts excitedly.
"It's today?" Blake said.
"Looks like it. Let's go get Donuts." Yang said.
"Do the donut shop!" Ruby said.
The girls got ready and left the room heading to the Donut shop.
They then saw JNPR outside.
"Jaune! Pyrrha! Ren! Nora! It's Donut Day!" Ruby said excitedly.
"Yeah!" Nora cheers.
"Then let's go get some." Jaune said.
"I wonder what the shop made today." Yang said.
"Knowing them maybe something crazy." Weiss said.
"Come on, they're creative." Ruby said.
"Maybe but some of their flavors are out there." Weiss said.
"I like them." Nora said.
"Let's go before they run out." Pyrrha said.
They rushed to the store.
While they were rushing Haru was already at the donut shop.
"What took you so long?" He said.
"We don't have a way to teleport like you do." Weiss counters.
"I used my bike to get here." He said.
"Oh." Weiss said.
"Well Yang has a bike but we don't." Blake said.
"Hello." The owner waves at them.
"Hey." Yang said.
"Here for the donuts?" The Owner asks.
"Yes please." Ruby said excitedly.
"I have something special."
The two teams were curious at this.
Yu and Ryo came. "Our newest recipe, dori dori donuts."
"Dori Dori Donuts?" Ren questions.
"Dream and dream." Yu said.
"Interesting." Blake said.
"If dreams were like this, then everyone would be happy." Yu said.
"Yes!" Ruby nods with a smile.
"It is a very sweet dream." Haru said.
"Yes." Ren said.
"Will eat it?" Yu asked.
"Plain sugar." Haru said and they flinched.
"I'll take it." Ruby said.
They hand it to Ruby and she takes a bit of it.
"It's so sweet." She said.
"I want to try it too!" Nora shouts.
The others tried it and Haru had his usual with Blake watching him.
Haru notices this as the others were greatly enjoying the new donut.
"What?" He said.
"I-its nothing." Blake looks a way with a light blush.
He got confused.
Blake then eats a Dori Dori Donut.
"Do you like it?" Yang asked her.
"Yes its pretty good." Blake said.
"It's always great to enjoy donuts here." Yang said.
"Yep!" Ruby said.
Melanie and Militia walked by and Haru noticed. "Those twins."
"Oh them." Yang narrows her eyes.
"You know them?" Emerald asked.
"Yeah I was at this club looking for information and then things got crazy." Yang said.
The twins then noticed Yang.
Both of them glares at her.
"Hey." Haru waves.
Both of the girls look at him with a blush.
"So what brings you two here?" He asked.
"Donuts." Melanie said.
"Really?" he got surprised.
"Yes. We heard about how good they were and decided to try them." Miltia said.
"Well okay." Haru looks at the girls.
The sister orders Dori Dori Donuts and when their orders arrive, they started eating them
"It's like a tower." Militia said.
"Yes." Her sister agreeds.
"It's about dreams." Haru said.
"Dreams?" The two questions.
"It's what the owner said." Ruby said.
The sisters were confused by this.
"If dreams were like this everyone would be happy." Ruby added.
Both of the twins ponders this. Haru eats his donut.
"This donut is really good." Weiss said.
They saw a Grimm come down and they got surprised but Haru shoots it away.
"Where did that come from?" Yang blinks.
"It must have sneaked in." Haru kept eating.
"Could be. Should we look around to see if there is any more?" Jaune questions.
"I sent my familiars so relax." Haru said.
This relieves the others. The twins went to his side and smiled at Haru.
This surprises the others with Haru's girls looking at them with a glare.
"So what are you doing after this?" The girls asked him.
"Well maybe hang out." He shrugs.
"Mind if we join?" Militia asks with a seductive look as she places a hand on his arm.
"Well..." He thinks about it.
Melanie then copies her sister but on Haru's other side.
"Hey!" The girls yelled.
But the twins ignore them.
"How about we see what happens." Haru said.
"Fine by us." The two said.
They hugged him and feed him his donut, the girls who liked Haru got very jealous.
"No fair." Ruby said.
"Maybe I should teach them a lesson again." Yang mutters with a angry look.
Haru raises a hand for her to calm down.
Yang was looking at him with a "You're enjoying this aren't you?" look.
"I just don't want her our peace to end in a fight." He said.
"Fine." Yang said with a pout
"Just endure it for today." Blake said.
Yang sighs a bit irritability at this.
"We should have brought Cindy and Berry with us." Ruby said.
"Oh don't worry. They tend to follow." He said.
"True." Weiss said as the twins were confused.
Cindy then comes in her broomstick laughing.
"Who is this?" Miltia questions.
"This is Cindy." Haru said.
"Hi!" Cindy waves.
"I came to see Daddy!"
"Daddy?" Melanie questions.
She points at Haru.
"You adopted her?" Militia questions as with Cindy age he would have to fathered her as a kid so him adopting her is a logical conclusion.
"Yes. She was lonely." He said.
"That was kind of you." Melanie said.
He nodded. "Theres also Berry."
"Berry?" The twins questions.
Berry appeared and hugs him.
Both of the twins look at her with surprise.
"S-so cute." They said.
Berry looks and waves, the twins waves back.
"Say mommy." Yang looks at her.
"You know Berry can't talk." He said.
"Besides even when she can its obvious what her first word will be." Weiss said.
They stared at her.
"You expect her to say your name?" Blake said.
"I was talking about her saying Dada or something like that." Weiss clarifies.
Berry looks at Ruby.
"What is it Berry? Want me to hold you?" Ruby asks.
She takes out her pacifier. "Momma."
This shocks everyone while Ruby blushes hard.
"No fair." Emerald mutters.
"It seems she's attached to Ruby the most." Haru said.
"I thought it would have be a dad word." Weiss mutters.
"Daddy." Berry said.
"Both words?" Yang questions surprised.
"She's a smart girl." Haru smiles.
"So cute." The twins mutters.
Berry puts her pacifier back in her mouth.
Ruby then takes Berry from Haru and hugs her, she smiles holding the little girl. They enjoyed they're free time with the girls still jealous that Berry called Ruby mother.
Note: Special chapter for Donut Day, since I wanted to make a fun chapter. Berry said her first words and the girls got jealous.
