Chapter 67 Not Fat

In the morning Haru was at the donut shop enjoying plain sugar. It was his day off so he came to enjoy it alone for a bit since the girls went out to do they're own stuff. He looks at his scroll before a girl passes by.
"One please."
He looks and saw a red hair wearing plain clothes and she looked chunky, but in his opinion looked cute despite that. Makes him wonder who is she as she's got this big bright aura that makes anyone happy.
She then noticed him, she lightly blushes at his look.
"Oh hey." Haru waves. "It seems you like chocolate."
"Yeah it's so good here." She said
"I heard they always have such unique flavours."
"I prefer plain sugar." He said.
"Oh?" She questions
"It's my preference."
She nods in understanding.
"What's your name?" He asked.
"I'm Mirai Nando." She said.
"I'm Haru Kaneki."
"Nice to meet you Haru." She said with a smile.
"So it seems you have a sweet tooth." He said.
"Yeah. I can't help it since they're so good." Mirai said
"Well..." He smiles. "Would you like to hang out?"
"Sure" Mirai said
They ate a bit before going forward together, Haru and Mirai went to a cake shop and he watches her eat.
"So good!" She cheers out.
"You really enjoy all types of cakes." He said.
"I can't help it. They're so good~" she says.
He chuckles. "Well your sure are fun."
She blushes a bit
"So where do you go for school?" He said.
"Oh I attend a highschool in town." Mirai said
"I see, I go to Beacon." He said.
"Oh wow that's the top school for hunters." Mirai said impressed
"Yeah, it's hard but I want to help others." He said.
She smiles at this as she can tell he is being honest
"So got any friends." He said.
"Yeah though some people pick on me because I'm fat." She said
"I dealt with bullies before. But everyone is unique and they have they're own charms." He said.
She smiles a bit more.
"So what do you want to do next?" Haru asked her.
"Hmm how about the arcade?" Mirai suggests.
"Sure." He nodded.
They then pay for their food and left to do to the arcade. The two played games together as they had fun. They were now at a claw machine as Mirai got a few items out.
"Your pretty good." He said.
"Thanks you too." She said.
Yang came. "Hey Haru!"
"A friend of yours?" Mirai asks.
"Yeah Yang." He said.
"Who's this?" Yang asks looking at Mirai.
"Oh this is Mirai, I met her today." Haru said.
"I see. How did you two meet?" Yang asks.
"At the donut shop. They had so many tasty donuts." Mirai smiles.
"Yeah they do." Yang agreed.
"I hanged out with Mirai since she's nice." Haru said.
"Mind if I join in?" Yang asks
"Oh sure." He said.
"Great." Yang said
The trio played many games from dancing games, to beat em ups and even side scrollers for fun before going out.
"Man that was a Blast!" Yang said.
Mirai smiles. "Yeah it was fun."
Haru nods in agreement
"Say we should go swimming." Yang said.
"That sounds nice. I love the feel of the water." Mirai said
"Well okay, do you know a place Yang?" Haru asked.
"Yeah I do." Yang said
They went towards the pool and they were in swimsuits except Mirai who's wearing a sweater. Yang was wearing a yellow bikini and Haru was wearing red swimming trunks
"Are you sure your okay with that Mirai?" Haru said.
"Yeah." She said
He shrugs before some girl starts to laugh seeing Mirai.
Haru and Yang glares at them.
"Look at the snow man. She's too scared of showing her stomach."
Mirai frowns at that
"Oh your calling me snow man."
"Yeah fatty!" One said causing the others to laugh.
"Then..." Mirai starts taking her shirt off.
She reveals that her fat was actually her chest surprising and shocking every one.
"How about this?" Mirai stares at them.
"Wow! She's bigger than me!" Yang said.
"How?!" One girl demands.
"Everything I ate went to my breasts." Mirai said
"My family is full of skinny people. I never get fat. I dress up like that because boys just want to sleep with me. Also you called me a snow man, well I do have two rounds. But your all more of a cutting board."
This angers the girl while Yang laughs at this. Haru chuckles since that was a good one.
The bullies ran off since they couldn't stand being mocked like that.
"This is a surprise Mirai." Haru said.
She blushes a bit.
"Yeah these things are a bit of a hassle though." Mirai said
"I liked you for who you are." He said.
She blushes a bit more but smiles.
"Yeah, so let's keep having fun." Yang said.
"Yeah!" Mirai agrees
The three hanged out as Mirai made two great friends. They went out other times with some guys that saw Mirai trying to date her but Haru always scares them off.
Mirai now has two things she loves the most, cakes and Haru.
Note: Mirai is from Attack on Mika and she's one of my fav as she's a good character, with me and Gundam working on this chapter together.
