Hello everyone! I'm taking a little break from writing "Ludwig's Son Redux" to work on some short stories! So, I'm writing this a week before it, but by the time this is posted, it is Koopa Week :D Along with drawing the Koopa family, I wanted to write some short stories staring each of them. Today is Bowser Day! Well, I hope you all enjoy this story about him!

Bowser walked through the halls of his castle with a huge grin on his face. Today, he and his children were going to invade the Mushroom Kingdom. He knew that they always failed in the past, but Bowser had a good feeling this time. He just knew that they'd take over the kingdom this time! Bowser made his way outside where his children and the troops were waiting.

"Alright! You guys ready?" Bowser asked.

"Yes sir!" The troops said and boarded onto the airships.

"Daddy, are you sure about this?" Wendy asked.

"Yeah! The Mario Bros always beating us up!" Larry added.

"Kids, don't worry! We'll be able to take over the Mushroom Kingdom this time! I'm sure of it!" Bowser said.

"You're right, Papa! We'll beat those dumb plumbers and take the Mushroom Kingdom!" Bowser Jr grinned.

"That's the spirit! Now come on! Let's get going!" Bowser said as he walked onto his airship.

Bowser Jr followed close behind his dad smiling while the Koopalings groaned and rolled their eyes.

Princess Peach sighed as she returned to her castle from a long meeting in the Flower Kingdom with Prince Florian. She yawned and decided to go to her room to rest for a few minutes. When she arrived, she walked onto her balcony and looked at her kingdom. She smiled as she saw many Toads walking around laughing, shopping, and working. Peach looked up at the sky and smiled. The sunlight made her kingdom look even more beautiful.

Peach yawned again and turned to look at her bed.

"I should take a nap..." As Peach took one step away from the balcony, she heard a loud explosion.

"No..." Peach quickly turned around and gasped.

Bowser and his troops were now in the Mushroom Kingdom, throwing Bob-Ombs from the sky. The Toads who were once laughing and having fun were now running away, trying to not get hurt. Peach, not tired anymore, rushed out of her bedroom and made her way outside. She saw a Fire Flower nearby and grabbed it, now having fire powers. As Peach made her way to the airships, she saw Mario and Luigi on their way with a Tanooki Suit and Bubble power up.

"Princess! Head back inside!" Mario said.

"No Mario! I'm gonna help protect my home and my people!" Peach replied.

"Look out, Princess!" Luigi yelled. Peach gasped and moved out of the way before one of Wendy's gold rings could hit her.

The airships landed and Bowser, his children, and their minions walked out.

"Hi Mama Peach!" Bowser Jr said.

"Bowser! Go home now!" Peach replied, glaring at the Koopas.

"Hahaha! Why? We're gonna take this kingdom!" Bowser laughed.

"You guys always lose!" Mario said.

"Yeah! You might as well go home now!" Luigi added, making the Koopas laugh even more.

"No way! Dad's gonna rule the Mushroom Kingdom now!" Bowser Jr replied.

Peach threw a few fireballs at Bowser, making the Koopa King stumble backwards. Mario flew towards Ludwig and landed on the Koopaling's head, making him retreat into his shell. Before Luigi could attack, Larry shot an energy blast at him, making Luigi lose his Bubble Flower. Peach threw more fireballs at the rest of the Koopa family, making them retreat into their shells. Once they popped out of their shells, the Koopas began to attack again.

Mario was hit by a Boomerang Bro and lost his Tanooki Suit. He quickly took out an Ice Flower and froze the Boomerang Bro. Mario then picked up the frozen enemy and threw the block of ice into a line of Goombas. A Koopa Paratroopa flew towards Luigi and tried to hit him, but Luigi got out of the way in time. Luigi jumped into the air and stomped on the Paratroopa, making it lose it's wings. Luigi jumped on the Koopa again, picked up the shell, and threw it at a few Koopa Troopas.

As the Mario Bros and Peach fought, they were shocked that the Koopas were overpowering them this time.

"What's going on!? Why are they stronger now?" Peach exclaimed.

"I-I dunno! I mean, I know Bowser's tough, but this is different!" Luigi replied.

"Don't worry, guys! We can do this!" Mario said.

Mario stomped on a Goomba that ran towards them and then jumped on a Magikoopa before it could attack. Peach threw fireballs at Wendy and Morton, but lost her power-up when Junior hit her with his paintbrush. Mario jumped on Junior's head and Peach fought more Koopa Troopas. Bowser looked at the three heroes, noticing that they were getting tired. He smirked and took a deep breath in.

As Mario fought a Hammer Bro, he looked out of the corner of his eye and saw something bright. He knocked down the Hammer Bro, turned around, and gasped. Bowser was forming the largest fireball that Mario has ever seen!

"Guys! Look out!" Mario screamed. Before they could run, Bowser spit the fireball at them, knocking the three out.

Bowser and his kids walked over to the three fallen heroes and stared at them, some in shock.

"We...We did it?" Ludwig asked.

Bowser nodded and grinned. "Yeah! We did!"

"Alright!" Junior cheered.

"I can't believe it! I mean, it kinda felt too easy!" Larry replied.

"Who cares? We won!" Roy laughed.

"So, what do we do now?" Lemmy asked.

Bowser picked up the Bros and princess. "First, let's lock these three up so they won't try anything when they wake up."

The kids nodded and followed their father inside of Peach's castle.

Bowser woke up and looked around. He sighed, realizing that he was in his room.

"It was all a dream..." Bowser yawned and stretched his arms.

He sat up and thought about everything that happened in the dream. As he thought back, he smiled. Today he was planning on invading the Mushroom Kingdom again, and having that dream made his confidence grow even more. Bowser jumped out of bed and began to get ready for the day.

"Haha! Wait 'til I tell everyone about it! I know it'll make them work even harder today!" Bowser chuckled as he left his room.
