So a couple notes. Ishtar aka Venus' princess form. When Ishtar is in control, she uses the names that the senshi and generals went by in the Silver Millennium.

A couple minutes later Usagi and Mamoru emerged from the bedroom and blushed when they realized that they were not alone, and the presence of Sailor Venus told them that they were in for a long discussion. "Hi, Minako." Greeted Usagi.

"First off Luna, Kunzite did the two of you really not remember enough to keep the bond in check?" She just shook her head before turning to the couple who cuddled up to one another on the couch. "Oh, no you don't! You two need to keep your distance till I can assess how badly we or you are screwed." Ishtar's commanding voice stated pulling Serenity away from Mamoru and seating her in a recliner and motioning for Kunzite to take Endymion to the other end of the apartment.

"Serenity, I need to assess how far along the bond has progressed." Ishtar calmly explained to her cousin who was barely listening as she looked longingly to where the boys had gone. Taking the other girl's hands, she closed her eyes and reached out not unlike someone would when using telepathy; however, she was reaching out with her ancestral powers. Ishtar noted the mild discomfort at the distance between the two lovers and the longing and jealousy emanating from her friend.

Opening her eyes she got up and switched places with Kunzite which caused Endymion to audibly growl possessively. "Endymion? Endymion!" She called getting the Prince to look at her. "She is fine, and Kunzite is not a threat nor competition now focus on me so you can get back to her."

Notably unhappy the prince did as requested and Ishtar repeated the assessment and found much the same with the added over=protectiveness. Opening her eyes she nodded, and Endymion got up and went to Serenity.

Kunzite skirted the opposite side of the room as he felt the glare coming from his commander and chief. "Well?"

Ishtar sighed and said, "Get the others and I will fill everyone in at once."

Getting everyone gathered didn't take long as everyone was waiting in the hallway for permission to come back in. Nephrite appeared at the rear of the group with arms filled with food. The couple didn't look up as the door opened and their space was invaded until Serenity looked up at the smell of food, she was famished.

"Okay so quick summary of which you should all already remember: Serenity and Endymion performed the Soul-Bonding ceremony around two years before the fall of the Silver Millennium. Soul Bonding was a ritual that was strictly regulated by the Venisian royalty and a guarded secret among most of the Alliance, only a small percentage knew of its existence, even less knew how to go about doing it, and even less knew of the side-effects that would forever bleed into the lives afterwards."

"It was a commitment that the two souls would be joined forever and was treated and sometimes even paired with marriage ceremonies. Thus you had to be considered an adult before even being able to attempt getting consent to try. Soul bonding includes tests of the relationship between the couple and there was no guarantee that a couple would pass and be able to successfully complete the ritual." As she continued to educate the group as they ate, Ishtar was feeling guilt and remorse for providing them the permission to allow the Prince and Princess to enter the temple and attempt the ritual; despite its initial success.

"Kunzite as many Terrans explain the progression of the bond in stages, but on Venus it just was as by the time you preformed the ritual in fullness you were able to consummate it without any thoughts or concerns of consequences." Ishtar now turned to Endymion and Serenity, "After witnessing the state you were in when I arrived and the following assessment you are entering what would be classified as Stage three."

Kunzite choked at this. As much as he had suspected as much it was still shocking. Ishtar glared at him. "In subsequent lives after the bonding most are somewhere between stage one and two which can manifest by coincidently running into each other more often then probable, déjà vu upon meeting, sharing dreams, stuff like that."

Serenity put her plate down and looked at Endymion before looking back to her cousin and asking more for her boyfriend then herself, "and Stage three?"

"Stage three is a dangerous slope and can enter stage four with little to no notice or encouragement. Stage three is the manifestation of physical connections, a deep longing that can borderline depression from being apart from each other for even a short amount of time, some described it as a physical withdrawal. The withdrawal can be a result of time and or distance."

Roselyn whispered her question," Distance? Like going to different schools?"

Ishtar looked to the terran princess and nodded sadly as she realized the very real danger the couple had gotten themselves into.

Endymion held Serenity closer and then asked, "But you said by completing the bonding it would relieve some of the side effects?"

Ishtar faced her Prince, "Yes, by completing stage four the side effects become more bearable and no longer deadly."

"So, they just have to complete Stage four." Jadeite concluded as if he won a trivia game.

The group looked at him as if he was an idiot and Kunzite explained, "It isn't that easy and definitely not recommended for a sixteen- and nineteen-year-old."

"Stage four is the natural conclusion to a marriage which is why the ritual was so regulated. The couple will become driven to consummate the relationship and will either complete it or die trying."

Roselyn thought for a few before stepping closer to her brother, "You just have to wear a condom. Then there would be no repercussions. Right?"

"You all know Endymion better than I would he in his right mind take his teenage girlfriend to bed like that?" Ishtar asked looking around as each of the generals nodded. They all knew that without a doubt Endymion would wait till marriage barring extenuating circumstances. "Now, I don't know about any of you but I am exhausted. These two currently are getting headaches from being a couple feet apart so they will need to stay in the same apartment." She paused and looked at the couple, "However, I strongly recommend in separate rooms."

Roselyn moved to Ishtar's side as she released her transformation and reverted to her teenage human form, "Come on, I have a spare room you can crash in." The two girls then left so Minako could get some sleep.

Once Mamoru set up the couch he growled at the generals, "We don't need babysitters or chaperones. I am going to shower and then sleep on the couch."

Not wanting to feel the prince's wrath the generals made themselves scarce after reminding him they were just down the hall. Just as he was headed to the bathroom to shower there was a knock on the door. Mamoru opened it ready to scold his over protective guard but found instead his sister with some clothing in her arms. "Minako suggested and I agreed that Usagi might be more comfortable in these. There is also a clean outfit for tomorrow."

"Thank you," he said hugging his sister and taking the clothes before closing the door, Turning he made his way to the bedroom where he knew Usagi was talking to her mom.

"Yes, mom, I am fine. I am sorry I worried you… OK I will see you tomorrow."

Mamoru knocked gently before he opened the door, "Rose and Minako thought you might like some female clothes." He explained verbally as a curtesy muxh like knocking both knew the the two gestures were pointless. Mamoru put the clothes on the foot of the bed before leaving to shower.
