Hero 3: Rushing through a Decision

In high school, the teacher lectures his students as they all listen, all but one wasn't listening as that is Izuku Midoriya. After everything that happened last week, dealing with the Humagear attacks from the Metsuboujinrainet, and taking down a villain recusing Katsuki also got the attention of All Might.
Izuku rests his head on his left hand with his elbow and stares in silence remembering what happened after what he did. "I can't believe I did that. I saved Ka-chan's life but I can't believe I did that, it's official, I'm a vigilante now" he thought to himself then remembered what happened last week with Izu.
(Flashback)
After Izu asked to join her, Izuku had his Driver in hand in the office.
"So, will you join us or not?" she asked.
"Well, just a question this driver asks me to be president of this company one day?" he asked her as he looked at his driver.
She nodded. "Yes, with the Zero-One Driver acts of your president one day when you're older, but for you will take you to the road of becoming a Hero" Izu replied to the young green-haired boy and guaranteed him this is another way of becoming a hero.
But for Izuku he does not feel like a hero but a vigilante. "I don't know, if I become a vigilante I'll be worse than a villain who disobeys the law. But here's a question, if I do go with this what happens next?"
"Very well master Midoriya, if you agree to do this, then you'll be leaving everything behind," Izu said, causing Izuku to blink before his eyes widened and jaws opened.
"Wait, you don't mean, I have to leave everything my family and everything behind!?" he asked if he did this, he would have to leave everyone in his life.
"Yes, for the safety of your family and friends, you must leave everything behind," she said to the young green-haired man. Izuku was stunned to hear that and will never see his mother or Katsuki.
"But!...!"
"I'll give you some time to think, if you did, your life would never be the same" Izu said leaving Izuku to make his decision. "I know what you think, but it must be you," she said
(Flashback ended)
"It must be me? I can't believe she's asking me to leave everyone I know. But is the Mestuboujinrainet really that dangerous?" Izuku thought of doing this, but if he did the green-haired boy becomes a vigilante for his life.
"Midoriya are you listening?" His teacher asked, causing him to panic, everyone laughed at him. "Honestly if you ever want to be a hero, at least listen and learn to be a hero," he said, sighing.
"S-sorry" he apologized.
"Yeah, like Midoriya would ever be a hero!"
"Not without a quirk."
"There's no way he can get into the hero program!"
As the class mocks him for his dream to be a hero, Katsuki is all bandaged up after getting himself a hostage with the sludge villain. He turns around, stares at his childhood friend and looks at how pathetic he is.
(In a world full of superpower societies with people using their powers to stop villains, a new age is about to rise of the artificially intelligent robots known as Humagear) The scene starts with many Pro-Heroes to All Might, then changes to a factory manifest of Humagear.
(But will they fall into destruction?) then one of their eyes glows red.
(There is only one young boy who becomes a hero and takes a path of his own to defend humanity's dreams) Izuku stands beside Izu with the camera backing up.
(Opening REALxEYEZ by J x Takanori Nishiwaka)
(Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One!) The song starts as these scenes display Izuku, Fuwa, Yaiba, Jin, and Horobi, each with their Rider Forms.
(Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One!) as the image shows Zero-One, Vulcan, Valkyrie, Jin, and Horobi each before the title screen appeared.
Zero Hero One
(Koudaina akaibu akusesu shite) Izuku sitting at a cafe with Izu, writing down in his notebook for Pro Hero information while muttering out loud as everybody hears him, Izu tells him to stop causing him embarrassment, Katsuki saw him as he was annoyed before walking away.
(Kensaku shitatte. I don't think it's right) this scene shows Fuwa aiming his A.I.M Shotriser at the target as the camera focuses on his Shotriser, before changing the scene to Yaiba as she's in an office on a computer and got data on a flash memory before leaving. This scene shows UA before all the Pro Heroes who work there and the Students of Class 1A appeared as the camera focused on All Might with both hands on his hips smiling.
(Deta wa kako wado wa sain) this displays two scenes on the left, Jin loads his gun while on the right, Kurogiri holding both hands behind his back before disappearing into a black hole, then Horobi appears to show the camera the Zetsumeriser in his hand as Tomura reaches his hand out.
(Kotae wa 404 not found) This scene shows Fuwa and Yaiba pointing their guns before it changes to Izuku who looks down as All Might walks away. Then this focus on a mysterious girl resembling Izu has turned around with eyes glowing red as the camera went down into a puddle as it showed the Ark underwater.
(Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One!) Izuku was still looking down before a swarm of Humagears surrounded him with his eyes red when they all turned into Trilobite Magia. He then looks up as he holds his Progrise key in hand and inserts it in his Zero-One Driver, transforming himself into Kamen Rider Zero-One.
(RealxEyez hajimari no aizu) he leaps in and fights off the Trilobite Magia.
(Atarashii jidai wo) then the camera focuses on Vulcan that spins around him shooting down the Trilobite Magia with his Shotriser as Valkyrie appears and jumps up from Vulcan shoulders and fires in mid-air. Before she jumps on a giant phone as it turns into Rise Hopper just when Zero-One hops on and slides on the ground with Vulcan and Valkyrie.
(We got SUNxRISE, burning up like fire) Zero-One jumps down and swings his Attache Calibur. Vulcan loads up his Attach Shotgun as he fires. Valkyrie fires her Shotriser.
(Kiri hirake unmei wo) This display split scenes of Jin and Horibi standing in a dark alley, as Tomura and Kurogiri in a bar, before changing to Mizuishi standing behind is Hid Intelligence before he disappeared as Izuku appeared behind it with his Zero One Driver in hands. Then this scene shows all the Drivers lying on the ground during the rain.
(You wanna REALxEYEZ egaita miraizu. Buchi nutie ikeru no wa) this scene shows Izu as tears come out of her eyes, before changing to a ruined area with rain as Izuku limping down before falling when Izu shows up and reaches out her hand with the sun behind her. Izuku grabs her hand and helps him stand up.
(You are the only ones) they both stand up and look.
(Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One! Zero One!) Horobi and Jin appeared walking forward, while Fuwa and Yaiba also appeared and did the same thing. Izuku and Izu step in before all of them transform into their respective Rider Form as Izu disappears.
A shot crack transitioned to each rider up close with their eyes glowing before the song ended with all of them standing far away behind silhouette while the light shines at the back.
"Hid Intelligence will supplement the workforce in a certain market" and a factory line of hundreds of Humagears as the skin was printed. "Controlled by Zea are communication satellites" shows footage of many kinds of Humagear at work as a doctor, kindergarten teacher, barbershop, chef, and police officer. "Hid intelligence creates a new value of work for the workforce for the future!"
"Now go out for the new future dream!" Mizuishi said as the video ended.
"This commercial was broadcast from Hid Intelligence as they announced the reopening of their product of robotic android, Humagear," the news report said as the news spread around Japan. "Humagear is a special robotic unit with artificial intelligence created by the creator Miziushi Hid, their purpose was to help humanity to a better future. But will this reopening be ensured as the event causes the town to be destroyed known as Daybreak? An interview with the current President Izu will be conducted to ask if Humagear wants a better future."
"We at Hid Intelligence have decided that we will be reopening our Humagear product to the general public. Rest assured, the repeat of what happened in Daybreak will never happen again. But if you have complications with our Humagear then it's our job to make sure everyone is safe" Izu said to the press on tv.
In a room with the TV of Izu announcement, Fuwa was watching, his displeasure, he shot the TV with his Shotriser after hearing all of that enraged by the fact that Hid Intelligence decided to reopen the Humagear product to the public. But if that happened then the Humageare machine would go on a rampage destroying everything and killing everyone, just like when he was young back in Daybreak.
"That damn company" he growled, clutching his fist hard.
"Calm down, Fuwa" Then Yaiba came into the room with her arms crossed. "Our job as A.I.M.S was to secure the threat of the Humagear attack and keep it secret from the world. All we must do is make sure Hid Intelligence does not produce the Humagear to the public" she said, reminding her partner and captain of their mission.
"I don't care!" he shouted before standing up. "I'll crush that damn company down to the ground!" he walks out of the room leaving her alone.
Back at the Metsuboujinrainet base room, they watch each monitor screen of both Zero-One and the new Kamen Rider Vulcan taking down Kuehne and Ekal Magia.
"Zero-One and A.I.M.S" Horobi said.
"You sure can't ignore watching them?" Jin said, walking around the room before taking a seat.
"The two will not get in our way, the Magia plan was coming smoothly. Once the revival of Ark has come this will" Horobi said of their reveal of the device below the water's lower floor.
"Luckily with Hid Intelligence's announcement of the reopening of our kind, we can bring all of the humans to extinction" Jin smiled after the announcement of Hid Intelligence reopening their product and getting the opportunity to use more Humagear.
"By the way" Horobi took out another Progrisekey with a picture of an extinct squid. "I've discovered another Humagear wandering in the streets " he handed it to Jin as he was excited.
"Okay!"
(Back with Izuku)
After school ended Izuku was backing his things to head back home until he noticed the announcement on his iPhone screen of Hid Intelligence reopening their Humagear product to the public.
"And so Hid Intelligence has prepared to reopen their Humagear product to the public, but will it end up being the destruction like Daybreak?" the news reporter said on the large screen. "In other news the report of the incident of the villain on the rampage destroying half the streets, some Pro-Heroes tried their best to save the young hostage who was in trouble but was of no value. Until someone manages to take down the villain" The new reporter shows video footage of the scene of the sludge villain fighting someone which was Izuku as Zero-One.
"There is no detail but in case this vigilante was the one who defeated the villain and police are now identified, the rogue hero is."
"Seriously, the one who took down a villain was a vigilante?"
"Man, they got to be worse than the villains, you know what I mean?"
"Who does that vigilante think he is? We have Pro-Heroes, we don't need vigilantes breaking the laws?"
Izuku frowned after heading to the students and what they said bad about him, but agreed that they were right for the vigilante breaking the law. Before looking at his phone as All Might on it. "That vigilante may have saved the day but broke the law of hero activity but the police will hunt down this man, whatever his intentions were, by law vigilante that breaks the law are worse than villains!" Izuku can not believe what he said but knows he was right They have no place in this world of rogue heroes in a world of superheroes breaking the law. But even so, he was concerned about Humagear destroying the world by the terrorist group the Metsuboujinrainet and no hero or anyone could stop them.
"To stop the Humagear rampaging the world. Can I do that as a vigilante" Izuku thought as he took a peek in his bag and saw his Driver and Rising Hopper Progrisekey.
"Hey, Izuku!" he heard someone and turned to see Katsuk and tuck in his bagi. "What's with that dope look on your face? Finally decided to quit being a hero you worthless nerd" He mocks him.
Izuku lets out a sigh at seeing him. "No, I'm not in the mood to talk to you," he replied before getting his thing as he was about to leave.
Katsuki grabs him by the shoulder. "Just a moment, what's up have you, just tell me you kinda look down? Just tell me that you finally realize how the world works?"
"Kaa-chan, I said I'm not in the mood to talk," Izuku said, narrowing his eyes.
This irritated Katsuki seeing Izuku like that. "Tch, come on just tell me, you nerd! Just tell your old pal everything"
"Pal?' he said with a serious expression. "Since we are pals when you mock for the last few years"
"I don't care, I'm just asking why are you so miserable in concern?" The blond asked.
"Maybe I should be concerned about you. I mean you did get yourself taken by a villain" he reminded his friend about the incident of the sludge villain where he was the hostage as this pissed Katsuki off and grabbed him by the collar.
"Concern. Your concern about me! I have the power to blow up that villain and can you do nothing, you're just a quirkiness nerd, what can you do with a stupid dream" he shouted at him as everyone noticed.
"At least I should be concerned, I thought you would die!" Izuku shouted angrily as some laughed but most were thinking.
"You shouldn't be worried, because I'll be the richest known Hero in the world, I'll be more famous than All Might! And what are you going to do?" Izuku narrowed his eyes and looked down and remembered what All Might said about becoming a hero must have a quirk. "Yeah that's what I thought," he walked past him. "How about police, the lamest job to get in this world, maybe I should help you out when you're endangered" he laughs and walks out as everyone in the class laughs at him.
"Yeah, maybe Midoriya can do that?"
"What can a person like him be a hero when he has no quirk"
Izuku gripped his fist and teeth as he was about to cry, he soon left the school and headed into the alleyway with a sad expression after hearing everyone mocking this dream and it completely broke him. "I still want to be a hero, but no matter what I say everyone tells me it's impossible," he thought to everyone then thought of All Might. "Even All Might agree, the world is against me becoming a hero" he took his notebook out and flipped the page to the autograph of All Might when they first met. "Even he said it too" He narrowed his eyes as he passed by a trash can, then threw away the notebook and left it there for good.
"I don't know what to do, if I do this, I would leave my mom. But I already broke many rules, if they found out I was the vigilante I'd be arrested! I don't know what to do, I don't want to break more laws even further, but I'm also concerned about the Metsuboujinrainet causing a lot of destruction if they use my uncle's invention so hard to help humanity. It will also be used to destroy the wrong hands like them. I won't see my mom again, I have no idea what to do, I jus-!"
"Master Izuku, I suggest you calm down" he heard Izu's voice and saw her appear all of a sudden.
"I-Izu!" he gasped in surprise to see her. "I told you just call me Izuku," he reminded me of his name.
"My apologies" Izu bowed down to apologize to him as he waved both hands and felt embarrassed. "Anyways I was just here to pick you up from school anyways," she said this caused Izuku to blink as he was surprised to hear that.
The two of them headed down the streets in a limo sitting at the back.
"So Izu, how is school?" Izu asked.
"I…..it was fine I guess" he replied but looked down.
"Your answer from that tone was low, is something wrong?" she noticed his expression frowning as if something was wrong at school.
"N-nothing happened at school" he doesn't want to tell her that after what Katsuki said harshly and everyone mocks him for being Quirkless. But he felt there was a question he wanted to ask. "But I did see the news you were on. So you are really doing this?" he asked curiously about her announcement of the Humagear product back.
"Yes, unfortunately, some of the board disagree with my idea of bringing the Humagear product back to service, especially what happened in the last town. It may be impossible, but I will do what the previous president tried to accomplish his dream" she replied.
"I guess," Izuku said softly after hearing the word dream he felt like only a child could dream that everyone mocks and looks down.
"Don't tell me you're giving up your dream already?" she asked startling Izuku when the current president said that.
"I.." Izuku opened his mouth to reply. But then a flash of red light appears in the back of an alert. "What's happening?" he asked.
Izu pulled out a holographic screen and saw a map of Tokyo and located where it was. "An unnamed Humagear has been spotted nearby" she identified on screen then turned back to Izuku. "So, Izuku, can you continue this path?" she asked him as Izuku was still concerned about the choice to be a vigilante.
Elsewhere in the alleyway was a Humagear who collapsed on the ground in pain as he had the device around his waist and with him was Jin who did it. "You're my friend" he laughs then leans closer to him. "Now kill some humans" he orders him as his eyes turn red and he is not under control.
He walked down the alleyway before noticing someone nearby as it was one of the Pro-Heroes. Kamui Woods, Death Arms, and Mt. Lady. Humagear was about to march up to them but a white van appeared as Fuwa led a group of soldiers aiming their guns at him.
"Kill all humans," the Humagear said before pressing a Progrise Key.
"NEOHI!"
He inserted it into the device as tubs popped out leaving a crack.
"Tch another Huamgear wandering around" he grunted.
"ZETSUMORISE!"
The troop opened fire as the Humagear shouted out before covering them in black smoke, they waited to see what happened until white tentacles and robotic arms appeared and swiped most of them out but Fuwa.
"Don't think so robot" he muttered.
The smoke clears out and his body is now black like before with a silver-plated armour chest with extra white plating, between his side neck are two blue eye-like, silver shoulder pads, gray ribcage, and pipe. The head is white with tentacle-like antennae, his back head, and a white armour chest. This is now Neohi Magia.
"BULLET!"
Fuwa pressed his Wolf Progisekey, forcibly opened the front and inserted it into his Shotriser.
"AUTHORISE!"
"KAMEN RIDER! KAMEN RIDER!"
As it repeated the sounds Fuwa pointed it at the front.
"Henshin!" he shouted, pulling the trigger and firing a bullet.
"SHOTRISE! SHOOTING WO~LF! The elevation increases as the bullet is fired!"
The bullet broke through the robotic tentacles and then flew back as Fuwa punched it his body was donned into his armour transforming into Kamen Rider Vulcan as he charged in at Neohi Magia in close combat.
Just arriving was Yaiba who saw her partner become Kamen Rider again. "Fuwa, I told you to wait for the clearance!" he shouted as Fuwa transformed with her permission.
"I'm taking this one down before that kid arrives!" Vulcan shouted as Yaiba could not believe him, she noticed some of the troops were down and decided to help them.
Izuku and Izu arrived and saw the fight between Vulcan and Neohi Magia.
Izuku sighs before taking out his Driver. "Alright, let go again," he said before placing it on his waist then got his Hopper Progirsekey and pressed the button.
"JUMP!"
Then he places it on his Driver scanner.
"AUTHORISE!"
"Henshin!" he shouted after opening the front and inserted into his Driver as it slid open.
"PROGRISE! TO-BIA GA RISE! RISING HOPPER! A jump to the sky turns into a rider kick!"
Izuku jumps down before Kamenh Rider Zero-One with his suitcase in sword mode charges into the fight and slashes Neohi Magia.
But this infuriating Vulcan. "Grr, the punk is here" he grumbled seeing the kid here to take care of Hid Intelligence's problem that ruined his child's life, he focused and aimed his gun and fired shooting down Neohi Magia but most were heading straight towards Zero-One. He notices and jumps in mid-air dodging the bullets and landing back down.
"Hey! You nearly shot me!" Zero-One shouted but lost focus as Neohi Magia attacked him gripping his robotic tentacles. "Okay, I should've seen that coming!" he groaned.
Neohi Magia spun and extended his robotic tentacles as Zero-One dodged, Vulcan fired before getting struck by them.
"In that case" Zero-One muttered before folding his sword to a suitcase and then unfolded back.
"CHARGE RISE!"
"FULL CHARGE!"
He presses the trigger of the sword.
"KABAN STRASH!"
As his sword charges up he replaces his sword holding to his left hand while reverse gripping with the blade down and swings an energy slash at Neohi Magia destroying his robotic tentacles and flyers down towards Zero-One landing on his face.
"What is this tentacle? And a live one! I can't remove it" he shouted as it gripped him so tight he tried to remove it as Izu watched in concern.
Neohi Magia swung his head down and created a black fog covering the area as both Riders could see, but it was clear he was gone. Vulcan headed where he was standing and looked around to see nothing.
"He escaped," he said, then turned to Zero-One. "If you haven't got in the way" he blames him.
"What!" Zero-One gasped. "You nearly shot me, I was only trying to help!" he shouted angrily before Vulcan aimed his Shotriser at him, causing him to panic. "W-wait, a minute what are you-!"
But Vulcan fired but only shot the robotic tentacles as Zero-One was free. "The next time you come in the way, I'll shoot you down, hero kid," Vulcan said harshly before walking off as Zero-One watched him leave.
"What's with him?" he muttered, wondering if Vulcan hated Hid Intelligence.
Yaiba watched them as he had her phone recorded the entire time. "Clear out the area before any authority or Hero nearby" he reported.
At Hid Intelligence, Izu, the moment she was in the white room of the satellite Zea, her conclusion was that after looking into Zero-One's previous battle she needed an upgrade.
"Proceed to upload combat analysis, please provide a custom countermeasure," she said before piling her hand on the projection. As ones and zeroes stream down as the satellite Zea responded.
"Command received from Satellite Zea."
Izu returns to the secret laboratory, standing before the machine that made the Zero-One Driver and Hopper Progrisekey. It soon started with the laser printing of a blank Progress Key, bolted and then added paint for the finishing touch.
"Fabrication complete."
The green light lit as it was complete, Izu walked in and looked at the new teal Progrise Key with a picture of a shark on the front.
"You have a new Progrise Key? I thought the data were lost during the Daybreak incident?" Yaiba asked coming into the secret laboratory.
"Indeed," Izu replied. "To fight back we managed to save some data from Zea, and use each one when we need it," she said.
Just then a projection screen appeared as someone was coming into her office as it was the one person that wanted her to fail and one that was none other than Fukazoe.
"President Izu, I'm afraid you have to step down as the current president of Hid Intelligence," Vice President Fukazoe said and asked her to resign.
"It's only an announcement I haven't dated the release yet" Izu replied at her desk.
"The board agrees that the Humagear product line nearly cost this company life if you release the Humagear on the streets. Some of the workers were talking about this and concerned if this will happen again" he pointed out to her that some of the employees here were concerned about their current president Izu announcing their reopening of the Humagear product and wondered if what they were doing was a mistake.
"Yes, but I think it's time we fulfill Mizuishi's promise," Izu replied. "With society depending on Pro-heroes to fight the heroes, it's our job to keep the city safe. I understand we can't make the same mistake as the Daybreak incident, but this world needs more help from those in need".
"But we have the Pro-Heroes?"
"No, I mean those who require help in society and life, from a medical emergency safety patrol and the dream that our previous president made was to help us and the Humagear together to make the world better, to take off towards the dream," she explained.
Vice President Fukazoe was speechless after hearing all of them but leaned towards her. "Even so, there is no way this company will survive any longer, people already know we caused Daybreak in the first place," he said sternly before walking away as Yamashita glared a threatening look and followed him.
"Do you think she'll fail?" he asked.
"She will and once that bag is out I'll take her place as the true President of Hid Intelligence" Fukazoe laughs as Yamashita goes along while walking down the hallway.
Back with Izuku as he was already home after school and the Magia fight he lies down on his bed looking at the ceiling still wondering if he should take the path of vigilante. But he still thinks what he did was breaking the law, however, what he did back there to save Katsuki when a villain was taking hostage that no one else can.
It still hurts him as he covers his eyes with his right arm and then clutches his hand. "I did it again" Izuku muttered as he was out there like a vigilante again.
"You shouldn't be worried, because I'll be the richest known Hero in the world, I'll be more famous than All Might! And what are you going to do?"
"I saved your life and this is what I get" he grumbled after what Katsuki said, remembering that day his friend was taken hostage and he saved him as Zero-One. "For god sake, I should be concerned you were taken hostage and I will save you!" he complained in frustration at his friend but lifted his right arm and laid it on his bed. "But even if I did save you, big jerk, I broke the law and nearly got caught by All Might. I don't know what to do now?"
"Izuku" he heard someone's voice walking into the door as if it was his mom coming into his room. "Then food is ready I hope you're hungry," she said as dinner was set.
The two eat at the same table eating the food that Izuku's mom made as the TV shows of the reporter.
"As the villain was in custody the question was who was it?" the reporter said before the footage of the sludge villain appeared. "Witness describes this one, as not a hero within our admits but a vigilante taking down the villain but by law, this one disrupted our hero's duty, this hero breaking the law ran away from the fight. This mysterious vigilante is still at large and will be hunted down by hero and police law enforcement."
This frowns Izuku on what the reporter said after he saves Katsuki but is titled a vigilante as they are not very popular in the world of superpower humans.
"Is something wrong Izuku?" Inko asked her son, noticing a frown expression.
"It's nothing, I was just concerned about Kaa-chan" he replied to his mom.
"Oh yeah I heard what happened to Kastuki the other day, his mom was freaking out through the phone call" Inko sighs after talking with Katsuki's mother after her son was in a hostage situation. "I'm just glad he's safe, I thought he was going to die. But I still don't know why there was a vigilante who would do that kind of a crime?"
This got Izuku out of what his mother said about the vigilante when it was he who saved Katsuki but acted like a criminal. "Mom there's something I wanna ask you," he said as Inko listened to what her son had to say. "As soon as I get to high school do you think I can get into the U.A.?" He asked her about the school he wanted to study in the U.A. Academy is the best school in Japan and popular heroes like All Might go there.
This causes Inko to have a saddened expression at what her son said as Izuku notices her mother, he does not look like he would get in because he is Quirkless. "Well Izuku," Izuku immediately got up from the table and was about to leave. "Wait, I know it, it's hard for you to be here, I'm sorry, but I…" she replied to reason with her but paused and had no idea what to say for so long and thought of Mizuishi.
"Mom, you don't have to say it," Izuku said, turning back to her. "I guess no matter what everyone thinks of my dream, everyone is against me for the dream I had. It's okay Mom, it was just a thought that's all" he said smiling before walking away and turning that smile into a frown.
"Izuku…." she muttered with tears flowing out from her eyes wishing her son had a better life if he had a quirk.
Izuku was already in bed to sleep except he was not as he was still frowning at everyone's dream of being a hero with no quirk and not everyone believed him, not even his mother or All Might his hero. It felt like the whole was forbidding him to become a hero.
"No one thinks I can be a hero, I wish you were still around, uncle," he said before remembering the many times fighting as Zero-One the last few times and remembering what Izu said back in her office.
"Very well master Midoriya, if you agree to do this, then you'll be leaving everything behind. I'll give you some time to think, if you did, your life would never be the same"
"Maybe everyone was right, I can't be a hero, especially if I keep being Zero-One. I'm already a vigilante by All Might. I can't do it, I just can't, if I do that I'll be breaking the law, which means I'll be on the run from the police and heroes, that'll be just like a villain escaping the law!" he thought, freaking out until he calms down letting both arms spread out and sighs and turns to a picture frame with himself as a kid and his uncle together and rethinks of the day he was with him.
(Flashback)
"Ah ha ha ha! No one will save you from the likes of me, the great baddest guy of all! Mr. Powerful evil!" Mizuishi shouted with a cape acting as a villain.
"Oh no please save me!" Inko asked as the damsel in distress with a sheet covering her body shouted for help.
"Don't worry there's nothing to fear!" then they heard a little voice as the door opened revealing to be young Izuku acting as All Might. "Because I am here!"
"Lil All Might! Prepare to meet your end!" Mizuishi grinned with both arms spread posing like any villain on TV or in comics.
"No way, the fight is just getting started, as I am All Might! The symbol of peace!" young Izuku shouted before the two charges pretended to clash.
"You are done, Symbol of Peace, you will never save this pretty woman!"
"Please All Might save me from the bad buy!"
"Don't worry citizens! I'll save you no matter what because that makes someone a hero! Now prepare to face your doom villain!"
"I will not no matter what happens, nothing is stopping me because that's what heroes do!" young Izuku shouted, raising his left arm and posing in a heroic pose.
(Flashback ended)
Remember that time with his uncle was the best time were never the same after he passed away leaving him alone and facing those who think his dream is ridiculous for some who have no Quirk.
"How am I supposed to be a hero if I'm doing it under the law, I can't. I'm not a hero, I don't wanna be a vigilante, that's not what I wanted" he narrowed his eyes concerning the path he chose, covering his face on the pillow. "What was I thinking of doing that, I shouldn't have saved Kacchan, maybe I am not meant to be a hero," he remembers back to that sludge villain who took his friend hostage. "But even if I do what I am supposed to do, I will leave him to die at the moment. So why can I just stop being one?" he asked himself that question.
Just then the phone screen lit up as he was receiving a text he looked and read that it was sent by Izu saying 'Master Midroiya please come to the beach tomorrow, be there earlier'
Izuku wondered why she asked to come to the beach.
(The next day)
It was the morning for Izuku who was still down when he was still thinking if he should agree to be Zero-One meaning he continued being a vigilante of the law. He was walking down the streets when he just got a text from Izu saying she asked to head to the beach once he arrived witnessing the beautiful beach with white sand and open seas. Well…..the truth is this beach was filled with huge piles of trash of old appliances, cars, and junk. It was everywhere no one would go there for summertime.
"Oh man, look at this place, it's a dump," Izuku said, seeing the beach as he was not expecting this.
"Yes, Takoba Municipal Beach Park has been having pollution for so long" he heard Izu's voice and noticed her approach. "Have you heard about this place, master Midoriya?" he asked.
"Just Izuku," he replied, still uncomfortable with being called this master thing before looking at the beach. "But I think I heard, it used to be beautiful until this place was filled with trash, now these days people use this advantage to throw away their trash" he replied.
"But that day ends," Izu said Izuku was confused until a small truck with the label of her company appeared, opening the back and stepping out were a group of people but with headsets as they were Humagear. "I've decided as acting president this beach will be cleaned up by Hid Intelligence beach as the Himagear first task," she said. "Attention all Humagear workers, for your first tactic you must clear out the beach and make this place livable once more" she explained.
"Yes, ma'am" the Humagear workers replied in unison and initiated the cleaning up of the trash of the beach.
Izuku watches this amazed at how the Humagear is doing with cleaning up then places them into a truck to pick up the van and fill it up, and once it is full it drives off as the Humagear does the next batch.
"So this is the start huh?" Then Izuku heard a different voice and noticed one woman who was with Fuwa, Yaiba approached. "Where will the Humagear be used to clean up?" Yaiba said observing how the Humagear was doing and seeing they were fine.
"Hey, it's you, ahh?" Izuku forgot her name when they first met.
"It's Yaiba Yua, but just call me Yaiba" she reintroduces herself.
"R-right, Yaiba," he said nervously. "So why are you here?"
"I'm just here from Act President Izu if anything goes wrong with the Humagear, I'll be sure to take them down" she replied her reason being here.
"I…see" he understood.
"Anyways, why are you here? Should you be hanging out with friends or something?" she asked him.
This causes Izuku to frown looking down when she mentions friends he never made for all those years when he was Quirkless. "I ... don't have any friends, I'm just alone for so long" he replied sadly.
"Right, sorry, it was just a question. But I also hear that you will be the president of my uncle's company one day when you're older?"
"Yeah, but I'm not sure if I want to be a president," Izuku said unsure about running a company like his uncle but then thought about his dream of being a hero but can not. "That's not my dream, that's my uncle's".
"Unfortunately, when you put on the Driver it indicates you as Hid Intelligence president one day," Yaiba said.
"I know, if I wear this belt it means I'll be president one day" the green-haired boy complained taking his Zero-One Driver out he had no idea it was also a position as president.
"You didn't know about it? I guess the president, but I guess this will be your future in the world of powers" Yaiba leaned on the haven't told you railing fence.
"No, that's not my dream, I want to be a hero, that's all I really wanted to be!" Izuku shouted with determination but then let out a sad face and remembered everyone looked down on his dream including All Might lecturing him to be a hero must have a quirk.
"But a hero must have a quirk to be a hero" Yaiba guessed as he nodded. "Well, that dream is impossible for you, but the determination I like" Izuku was surprised by what Yaiba said. "You and Fuwa are the same," She said smiling.
Izuku narrowed his eyes when she mentioned Fuwa compared to them they are the same. "What!? That guy, all he wants is to destroy my uncle's invention, not to mention he's mean and a jerk," he complained as he reminded him of Katsuki.
"Even so, there is something that you two have. Determination of your goals, and the power of the Kamen Rider," she said as this still confused Izuku. She looked around to see if it was clear to say it. "I'm not supposed to tell this to you but Fuwa's born Quirkless" This stunned Izuku with what she said as Fuwa the guy who wants to destroy his uncle's dream was Quirkless as well.
"I….I had no idea" Izuku muttered after hearing that. "What about you?" he asked her.
"Well yeah, my quirk allows me to see through walls or anything inside your pocket" Yaiba explained her powers.
"As in x-ray vision?" Izuku said. "Wait you can see your walls and one pocket, that means you can see through anything?"
"Yes, it is now beneficial in finding anything, and I'm not much of a hero geek anyways"
"Well, your Quirk can be helpful to find anything that villains are hiding" Izuku points out to her.
"Hmmm, maybe you're right," Yaiba agrees.
Then they see another Humagear worker just watching the view of the beach. Izuku looks curious about Humagear and decides to approach him.
"Hey, is something wrong?" he asked.
The Humagear worker noticed and scanned his identity. "Master Izuku Midoriya, it is a pleasure to meet you," he said as Izuku was still uncomfortable to be called like that.
"It's just Midoiyra, so what are you looking at?"
"Just looking at the view" he replied before the two looked at the view of the beach that still has junk and garbage everywhere. "During my reading, I indicated that this beach has been polluted due to human trashing with no regard for the location," he said.
"Yeah, people do take advantage of throwing their trash and old machines here," Izuku replied sadly to the Humagear works.
"Which is why we Humagear must clear this place so this beach once more," he said.
"So that's your dream," he asked.
"Dream?" the Humagear worker blinks in confusion.
"Their machine" They look at Yaiba. "They just programmed to do what they were ordered, they're just tools," she pointed out to him.
"I…I know. But I was still" he replied but remembered Mamoru as he had a dream even if he was a machine.
"Dream?" The Humagear worker bink in confusion and decided to search up. "Dream is an…"
"No, that's not how you find a dream by looking up!" Izuku shouted at him, before calming himself down a bit. "I know it can just look up, but the dream is simply something you want and want to make happen, that's what dream means" he explains before his expression changes when he talks about dreams when he can't achieve his when he is Quirkless.
"I see," The Humagear worker nodded in understanding. "I notice you're a bit sad for some reason, is there something wrong?" he asked.
"I'm fine, it, just talking about the dream, my dream is…kinda difficult, and I don't think I'd ever achieve it," Izuku said sadly, thinking of a dream of being a hero is impossible for someone like him.
The Humagear worker blinked and stared at him seeing this expression. "Maybe you can" This causes Izuku to look at him. "Cleaning up the beach may be impossible but I wanna see to view, and if the Humagear can achieve that, I bet you can achieve your dream," he said causing Izuku to be speechless of what he said, even if he is a machine but what he said was true. He did get the Zero-One Driver as it was a chance to be a hero.
But then a wire appeared and struck the Humagear worker. "Gah!" gawking before his body changed into a Trilobite Magia shocking Izuku.
Not far away down the streets were Neonhi Magia and Jin next to him, using his arms to form wires so he could hack into other Humagear work that was here in one place.
"Now we have new friends," Jin smiles.
One by one the Humagear workers busy cleaning up the beach were forced to turn into Trilobyte Magia.
Soon some notice Izu and begin to attack her, Izuku notices and tries to save her but the Trilobite Magia which was Humagear talking to him attacks him, Yaiba takes out her phone. "All units we have a Humagear attack at Takoba Municipal Beach Park, isolate the area! No one gets near here!" she called.
Izu was running from the attack Trilobite Magia was in front of her as she tripped over to the ground, Izuku rushed and tackled one and held him down. "Stop, don't do this!" he shouted, begging the Humagear to stop attacking.
"It's no use if any of them are hacked, the only way to stop them is to destroy them," Izu said.
Izuku could not believe what he heard as Izu told him to destroy the Humagear they started to clean up the beach, and noticing more were approaching, he stood there in fear seeing them coming but then he stood back up and was prepared to fight. "I knew it, this is not a good idea, I should've just stopped being a hero, but why can I just run!" he thought with tears flowing through his eyes.
But then most of them were shot down by gunfire, Izuku looked and saw Yaiba and in her hand was a Shotriser like Fuwa. "Word of advice kid: Humagear can be replaced from backup data whatever you want, that's how intelligence works for Humagears, destroy one and Hid Intelligence always make more" Yaiba said.
"But can we restore them? I mean can we?" Izuku asks, thinking of the Humagear that encourages him to be a hero.
"Kid this is not how the world works" Izuku widened his eyes after hearing that. "Humagears are just tools, they have no heart and feelings. They're just tools, then start acting like a hero, isn't that what you wanted" she said before her gun attached to the same belt buckle Fuwa has and strapped it around her waist.
"SHOTRISER!"
Taking out of her pocket her hand is another Progrisekey orange with a picture of a cheetah on it, she moves her right arm to the left while twirling it and pressing the button.
"DASH!"
Yaiba moves her arm to the right, inserts her Progrisekey into her gun and flips the front from inside revealing the robotic skeleton cheetah.
"AUTHORISE!"
"KAMEN RIDER! KAMEN RIDER!"
"Henshin!" she announces holding her hand and pulling the trigger.
"SHOTRISE! RUSHING CHEETAH!"
The bullet flies around her and then to her right shoulder, like Fuwa, it turns into pieces as her body is covered in red circuit lining she rushes into there and takes down two Trilobyte Magia, her body now donned into armour of white armour similar to Vulcans, but on her right side is orange of a cheetah with black spot accent. Her helmet has a cheetah with a white face mask, one top black spot on the forehead, yellow eyes, and a black rectangle on her forehead. This is Kamen Rider Valkyrie.
"Try to outrun this demon to get left in the dust!"
"Violation of the special AI act spotted, destroys the target!" Valkyrie said before she rushed in and clashed against the Trilobite Magia. She landed a few punches at one of the bashes with her elbow before ducking down to dodge. She moved so fast that she got behind and then kicked it.
"Wait you one too?!"
"As Fuwa said, you're not the only Kamen Rider around," Valkyrie said before continuing to fight.
Izuku stood there as he went in. If he went in there he would continue being Zero-One meaning a vigilante. He has no idea what to do as he does not want to be part of it but he can not stop this shaking feeling of running away from this.
"Master Midoiyra!" he heard Izu shout and stared at her. "I know what we are doing is illegal, but I wanna make his dream of Humagear come true. It's the promise I made to him and I promise him to make you the hero," she said, shocking Izuku with what she said. "Your uncle decided to choose you because of a wish, but he knows what you really want to be!"
"But, I can't be a hero, I'll just be a vigilante!"
"That may, but I know the reason why you wanna be a hero is not from the brain, it's from the heart, and it is telling you to be a hero too! Don't let anyone tell you what to do and who has to stop them!"
"It must be me" Izuku muttered as Valkyrie was dealing with the Trilobite Maga group before Neohi Magia appeared and Izuku.
"Kill all humans," he said.
Izuku narrowed his eyes before taking out his Zero-One Driver, and placing it around his way. "Izu, get somewhere safe," he said as she nodded before getting away from the area and then he took out Rising Hopper Progrisekey to activate it.
"JUMP!"
He lets it scan his yellow cartridge as the robotic grasshopper appears causing Neohi Magia to step back.
"AUTHORISE!"
Izuku did his pose before flipping open his Progrisekey.
"Henshin" he shouted before inserting it to his Driver as it slid open.
"PROGRISE! RISING HOPPER! A jump into the sky turns into a rider kick!"
The robotic grasshopper jumps around before Izuku donned his suit and merges with him becoming Kamen Rider Zero-one once more as he has his suitcase turning it into a sword.
"BLADE RISE!"
He charges in clashes against Neonhi Magia as it uses both tentacles as his blade deflecting his sword attack.
Meanwhile, Valkyrie was still dealing with the Trilobite Magia but with her speed, none of them were against to beat her as she grabbed onto one and flipped over and kicked on sending him flying to the beach walls.
All of the Trilobite Magia open fires but Valkyrie evades them so quickly that she gets behind an old metal tub can.
"SHOTRISER!"
She took out her blue gun from her belt buckle and then kicked the tub can to block the Trilobite Magia firing before jumping out and shooting all of them down.
But with Zero-One he was in a difficult situation as his body was wrapped in Neohi Magia's robotic tentacle and fell into the ocean beach shore.
"Oh come on I can get out!" he grunted.
"Master Mirdoira!" he hears Izu's voice once more. "I forgot to give this" She showed him a new Progisekey he had never seen before. "Here, use this to take advantage! Replace your Progrisekey with this!" she shouted before tossing it as Zero-One got up trying to reach his tied arms but caught and pressed the button.
"FANG!"
"A shark?" Zero-One blinked in wonder about his new Progrisekey and placed it on his Driver scanner.
"AUTHORISE!"
In outer space orbit, the Zea satellite sends a teal beam to the Earth's surface as appearing above Zero-One was a robotic shark biting the tentacle that wrapped his arms now free as it swam around the ocean water.
"Alright, let's see what you can do," he said before flipping open the front revealing a picture of a robotic skeletal shark, replacing his usual Progirise Key and inserted into his Driver with the centre now with a picture of a shark.
"PROGRISE! KIRIKIRIBAI! KIRIKIRIBAI! BITING SHARK!"
The robot shark swam around like jaws the movie before Zero-One's yellow armour parts started moving with the leg parts moving to the side, his armour chest split into two before sliding from his chest to his forearms each as they formed into gauntlet fins, his grasshopper mask also split to his side head with the antenna beside his chin and revealing his silver blank face. The robotic shark jumps up and with a teal beam DNA helix, he now has a new armour form resembling a shark of teal shoulder pads, chest, legging with fins, and a shark facemask. This is Kamen Rider Zero-One Biting Shark.
"Fangs that can chomp through concrete."
"The only one who's gonna stop you is me!" Zero-One declares pointing to himself.
Both Zero-One and Neohi Magia charge into close combat.
Zero-One in his new form lands a punch at his chest, but the robot jumps at him for a headbutt, he blocks him with his hands and twirls while holding onto dragging Neohi Magia to the oceanwater.
Then Zero-One picks him up by the head and kicks his right leg sending Neonhi Magia with ocean water in his face.
"On man, this new form's amazing, it's like I'm sitting down like a real shark, I wonder ho-!"
"Master Midoriya focous!" Izu shouted.
"R-right!" he forgets and focuses before pressing down his Progrisekey.
"BITING IMPACT!"
Zero-One chomps his arms like a shark's jaws as he charges up to finish off, Neonhi Magia the robot gets back up and uses its tentacles to stop him. But the yellow grasshopper slashes through his attack before he lands an uppercut punch sending Neohi Magia flying.
Then his forearm fin created rows of energy fins as he crouched down and jumped up heading towards Neonhi Magia and swinging both arms, slashing him.

"BITING IMPACT!"
He landed back onto the ocean water shore as Neonhi Magia fell causing him to scream in pain and explode, finishing him off.
Back with Valkyrie as she manages to knock some of the Trilobite Magia Fuwa as Vulcan arrives taking a few down before noticing someone new but knows who she is.
"What, she is a Kamen Rider too?!" Vulcan gasped.
Valkyrie raises her gun and presses her Progrisekey.
"DASH!"
She then pulls the trigger, and crotches down.
"RUSHING BLAST!"
Valkyrie then dashes so fast she goes around the Trilobite Magia while firing at the centre creating an orange orb catching and pulling off it to the orb.

"DASH RUSHING BLAST!"
Valkyrie crouched down with her left hand on the ground as behind the Trilobite Magia was caught in the orb and then exploded.
She gets up before seeing Vulcan staring at her, before taking her Progrise Key out reverting to her original state.
"Consider this a lesson of effective combat," Yaiba said before walking off.
Vulcan just watched her letting a sigh before removing his Progrisekey too and reverting to his normal state. "Hey, you didn't tell me you made two more of these?" he asked, calling her but Yaiba continued walking.
Izuku after he reverted to normal looks at his new Progirsekey in curiosity. "Hmm, this new Progrisekey is amazing, great in combat, but it less jumping and more on the water, I wonder if it's only used for the water environment and if being on land is a disadvantage so if I was in the water."
"Master Midoriya, I suggest you calm down," Izu said, approaching, causing the green-haired boy to top and blush with embarrassment. "But I am happy for you," she said.
"But, all those Humagear you send out" he pointed out to her that all the Humahear workers were destroyers after becoming Trilobite Magia from Neonhi Magia.
"It's fine, like Yua said we have backup data in the Zea satellite" Izu replied before noticing Izuku's face. "I know what she said is true but your uncle made Humagear. It isn't just a tool, it is a partnership and makes everyone happy" she explained the idea Mizuishi was trying to accomplish.
"Yeah, but me, I just can't do it. The only thing I'm going to become is a vigilante. I just want to let go of my dream" Izuku reminded him. "But I can't just stop going in there,"
"Because like I said before the reason why you wanna be a hero is not from the brain, it's from the heart," Izu said before taking something to Izuku in shock it was his notebook that he threw away, she must have picked it up. "It's wise not to throw away your knowledge like that, make use of it now" Izuku blinked in confusion and held his notebook back as if he had never seen it again, then looked at Izu showing him a smile and then nodded knowing what he will do next.
At the spot where Neohni Magia was destroyed, Jin arrived at the shore and picked up the Neonhi Progrisekey, though it was another plan that interfered he was still smiling and left the beach.

At Izuku school in the classroom, the teacher announces to all of his students in class as they pay attention. "Alright class listen up, today will be Izuku Midoriya's last day here" he announces, causing some to be shocked.
"Y-yeah today is my last day here, so thank you for spending all these great years with you," Izuku said bowing down for a Farewell.
But none of them are even interested or even bid farewell and said goodbye to Izuku at his last when they barely knew him or liked him when he was Quirkless. Soon hours went by as school ended Izuku was packing the last of his things at his desk, and he was about to leave the classroom and the school.
"So you're leaving huh?" Izuku recognizes that arrogant voice and sees Katsuki and his friend sneering at him. "So where are you going to go to a Quirkless school? So what happened to becoming a hero? Did you decide to give up" he asked.
"It's something personal" Izuku replied before walking off but Katsuki stopped with his hand on his right shoulder.
"Come on just tell me you are giving up being a hero because what would anyone like you could ever be without a Quirk? Just face it, no one would even want you a pathetic nerd to be one, this world doesn't just want someone like me and anyone with Quirk not a Quirkless loser" he mocks him as the class agrees as a hero must have a Quirk.
"No, I'm not letting my dream come true," Izuku says as Katsuiki is confused and irritated. "I'm still holding on to my dream as a hero, and I'm not letting you tell me what to be," he said.
This clicks Katsuki's tongue and listening to what Izuku said pisses him off. "Please what makes a Quirkless fool a hero? That's just stupid!" he shouted. "Do you have someone like you can be one?"
"I am, and I'm not letting you tell me what to do or even jump off a building!" Izuku shouted.
The class were silent about what they saw as Izuku the Quirkless boy standing up against Katsuki the arrogant boy in the class.
"Shut up nerd, nobody would even let you be a hero, or even let you in any school or even U.A Academy!" he hollered.
"I'm going to any school or U.A." The class was confused about what he said as Izuku was not heading to any school or U.A. "I'm taking a different path that will let me be a hero, and I'm not telling what it is," he said.
"You better tell me what you're doing because the world does not want you as a Quirkless Hero!" Katsuki demanded as his hand lit up with a small explosion, threatening him to know what he would do as a hero.
"I'm not telling what it is but people will know me as a hero!"
"No one will ever look up at you. You're just a Quirkless loser with a stupid dream! What up, this is not how the world works, can't you get into that thick-headed of yours!" he shouted angrily with his hands exploding.
"You can tell me pathetic, weak, and Quirkless, but I'm not letting my dream and you can't tell me what to do, I 'm gonna be a hero, and will be one day Kacchan!" he shouted back at him causing Katsuki to be shocked as his imitation was not working as the class was too. "So anyways, goodbye, Kacchan, hope we can achieve our dreams and I'll meet you again," he said of his farewell before walking past Katsuki and leaving the classroom the class watched him, stunned by what he did at Katsuki who was always looked down on Izuku the Quirkless nobody now standing up.
As Izuku opened the door and walked down the hallway for the last time, Katsuki came out furiously. "You really think you can leave like that! No one is going to see you as a hero, I am and I'm gonna be the richest hero there is, you damn nerd!" Katsuki shouted at him but Izuku kept walking down the hallway.
"You hear me Deku!" but the green-haired boy ignored his bully and kept walking far away from him. "Deku! Deku! DEKU!" he exclaimed as Izuku kept walking and left the school he headed to the path he chose and he decided to continue as Kamen Rider Zero-One meaning he would become a vigilante, but the world would know him one day.'
Elsewhere in a darkroom where Yaiba is standing in front of her is a man in the dark, playing chess on his own as he sets his knight chess piece. "I was able to get data from Hid Intelligence," she said as she hacked into the camera system and found video footage of Izu creating.
"By infecting one of the Humagear with that automatically spyware transmit fees it visual feedbacks" she explained.
(Flashback)
A van was parked in the alleyway and coming out was Yaiba taking Humagear which transformed into Neohi Magia. Once she activates Yaiba places someone from her phone to the Humagear and lets it wander around before leaving the area.
While hours passed in the van, Yaiba monitored the video feed of the Humagear she had released. She recorded the entire incident after it was attacked by Jin.
(Flashback ended)
"I've confirmed Hid has access to data to Progrisekey thought to be lost during the Daybreak incident," she said watching the foot of Izu holding Biting Shark Progrise Key.
"In other words, a certain Ark will rise up once more," the man said before taking down a pawn with a rook piece. "And then one holding the key is Hid Intelligence's current President?" Yaiba nodded.
"But also watch for the kid, Zero-One," he said.
